War in Ukraine today: latest news, 26 March, 2024 (photo)

It has been the 762nd day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

During the day of 26 March, there were 50x tactical engagements. 

The enemy launched a total of 4x missiles and 52x airstrikes, 43x MLRS attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the russian terrorist attacks have killed and wounded civilians. Residential apartment blocks and private houses got destroyed and damaged.

Volyn and Polissia axes: no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group. 

Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the adversary maintains its military presence in the russian areas bordering Ukraine. The enemy troops conduct subversion in order to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened axes. The enemy continues shelling of Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increasing the concentration of mining operations along the state border of Ukraine. Around 10x settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Popivka, Iskryskivshchyna, Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka (Sumy oblast).

Kupiansk axis: no enemy offensive operations reported. The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Novoiehorivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka (Kharkiv oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 10x settlements, including Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kotliarivka (Kharkiv oblast).

Lyman axis: the Ukrainian defenders repelled 8x assaults in the vicinities of Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Terny, Yampolivka, and north of Vesele (Donetsk oblast), where the enemy, using air attacks, made attempts to breach Ukrainian defence. The enemy fired artillery and mortars at more than 10x settlements, including Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Terny, Yampolivka, Spirne (Donetsk oblast).

Bakhmut axis: the Ukrainian defenders repelled 5x attacks in the vicinities of Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Kurdiumivka, Chasiv Yar (Donetsk oblast). Around 10x settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Bohdanivka, Kalynivka, Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast).

Avdiivka axis: the Ukrainian defenders repelled 7x attacks in the vicinities of Berdychi, Semenivka and Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast). The occupiers launched air strikes in the vicinities of Berdychi and Novopokrovske (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 20x settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Semenivka, Umanske, Nevelske (Donetsk oblast).

Novopavlivka axis: the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to block the enemy near Novomykhailivka, where the invaders, using air attacks, made 21x attempts to breach Ukrainian defence. The occupiers launched air strikes in the vicinities of Krasnohorivka and Oleksandrivka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy fired artillery and mortars at around 20x settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostiantynivka (Donetsk oblast).

Orikhiv axis: the enemy, with air support, conducted 4x attacks on positions of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinities of Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast), Robotyne and northwest of Verbove (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The adversary launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Malynivka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). Around 15x settlements, including Chervone, Bilohiria, Shcherbaky, Piatykhatky (Zaporizhzhia oblast), were under artillery and mortar fire of the occupiers.

Kherson axis: the enemy executed 3x unsuccessful attacks on positions of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinity of Krynky (Kherson oblast). The occupiers fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Solonchaky, Ivanivka, Tiahynka (Kherson oblast).

During the day of 26 March, the Ukrainian Air Force launched air strikes on 2x command posts, 8x concentrations of troops, weapons and military equipment of the occupiers.

The Ukrainian Missile Forces hit 1x air defense system, 1x artillery system, 1x ammunition depot of the russian invaders.


The Ministry of Defence reported that 2000 russian cruise and ballistic missiles were shot down over Ukraine during the full-scale war.

Andrii Kostin, People’s Deputy of Ukraine, stated that russia holds more than 10,000 civilians in captivity and 5,600 Ukrainians have been tortured. This refers to those who have been forcibly relocated, not those who made this decision at their own discretion. Work is currently ongoing at the government level to create a register of civilian prisoners. The first meeting of an international platform, similar to the one dealing with the return of Ukrainian children, has already been held.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Serhii Bolvinov, Head of Kharkiv regional police investigation department, reported that a russian X-35u missile hit a dormitory of a sports college in Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. According to him, the explosion destroyed the roof and the ceiling between the upper floors of the building.

Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office said around 3:30pm, russians attacked Kupiansk, preliminarily from Uragan MRLs. A 55-year-old man was injured and private households damaged.

In Oleksandrivka of Zolochiv community, a 56-year-old woman sustained light injuries as a result of shelling and received medical assistance on the spot. More than 10 residential buildings, the outpatient clinic of the primary healthcare centre and administrative buildings were partially destroyed and damaged in the village. Also russian troops previously attacked by Grad multiple rocket launchers.

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of Zolochiv community, informed that at 8:30am, russians shelled Oleksandrivka by Grad multiple rocket launchers. The shelling damaged a lyceum, a boiler room, two cars, the premises of the community, nine private houses and outbuildings.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, at 1:10am, Kharkiv was hit by a UAV. As a result of the attack, the windows of a 4-storey building housing a private enterprise were broken.

About 15 settlements in Kharkiv oblast suffered artillery and mortar attacks yesterday: Shevchenko, Kudiivka, Krasne, Hatyshche, Synkivka and others. Derhachi, Vovchanski Khutory, Starytsia, Budarky suffered airstrikes.

At 11:30pm, the enemy shelled Moskovka village, Kupiansk region. The territory was hit. There were no casualties.

At 11pm, Vovchansk military administration building was shelled. One private house was damaged. There were no casualties.

At 8:17pm, a garage was on fire as a result of an artillery attack on Vovchanski Khutory, Chuhuiv region. There were no casualties.

At 4:16pm, 20 private houses, 1 outbuilding, 2 cars were damaged as a result of the shelling of Derhachi by KAB bombs. 4 women were injured: two of them had explosive trauma, the rest had an acute stress reaction.

At 1:24pm, 2 private houses were burning as a result of the shelling of Vovchansk. A 65-year-old man died from the shrapnel at the site of the hit.

In Pokrovske village, Izium region, a 53-year-old tractor driver tripped over an explosive device in a field. He was not hospitalised.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy made one unsuccessful attack near Ivanivka village yesterday.

Combined teams of bomb experts cleared 23.99 hectares of territory and destroyed 291 explosive ordnance.

As of today, 157 children have been evacuated from two communities: 37 from Vilkhuvatka and 120 from Velykyi Burluk.

Donetsk oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops repelled 45 russian attacks on the frontlines of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. Most of the fighting was towards Lyman and Novopavlivka. Also russian troops launched airstrikes on 20 settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

Oleh Kalashnikov, Spokesman of the 26th Artillery Brigade, reported that the situation towards Bakhmut remains difficult, Chasiv Yar is the main target of the invaders and therefore Kostiantynivka is in danger.

Also russians hit the town by two rockets around 3:40am, killing a 23-year-old woman. Another woman was slightly injured and did not need hospitalisation. The missiles destroyed an administrative building and a hangar, damaged a dormitory, 2 private houses and 2 non-residential buildings.

The operational situation in the region as of the morning of 26 March is as follows:

Towards Pokrovsk, Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka and Maksymilianivka of Marinka community were shelled. Kurakhove was under attack twice. A rocket damaged an administrative building in Selydove. A person was injured, an administrative building and a non-residential building destroyed, 2 houses and 2 non-residential buildings were damaged in Novohrodivka. Private houses were also damaged in Memryk.

Towards Kramatorsk, 10 houses were damaged in Lyman community: 8 in Terny and 2 in Zarichne. 2 outbuildings were damaged in Viroliubivka of Kostiantynivka community.

Towards Bakhmut, 5 private houses were damaged in Chasiv Yar community.

In total, russians attacked settlements in Donetsk oblast 8 times over a day. 561 people, including 53 children, were evacuated from the frontline.

Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, informed that russians injured 1 civilian in Novohrodivka yesterday.

Luhansk oblast

After taking an operational pause towards Kupiansk, russians targeted their attack efforts towards Lyman. One of the hottest spots was Bilohorivka, where the enemy tried to find weaknesses in our defences with the support of artillery and aviation. An airstrike was launched on Makiivka. Two more households were destroyed in Nevske. These are the consequences of earlier russian shelling of the village.

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, military commissariats of the so-called “lpr” are collecting lists of the most important employees from enterprises. Specifically, yesterday and today, the relevant documents must be submitted in Dovzhansk. On the eve of the intensification of forced mobilisation, the invaders are calculating how many men they can conscript without searching for them. Those, who are not included in the submitted lists, will have their deferment cancelled.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk RMA, reported that collaborating civil servants will be trained at the russian Academy of National Economy on how to work properly in the occupied territories. Groups of 50 people are being recruited for the relevant courses.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

According to the State Emergency Service, rescue operations have been completed in Kyiv after a russian missile strike on 25 March. There are 10 known victims, 2 of whom were hospitalised. Another 25 people received psychological assistance. 86 rescuers worked at the site of the shelling. More than 580m3 of building structures were removed.

According to the Defence Express, on 5 March, russia struck Kyiv by two of its newest ZM22 Zircon missiles. This was the second publicly known use of this missile after a failed attempt to attack Kyiv on 7 February. This time, the wreckage of the Zircon is much more informative than the last time.

Fire and tactical training took place in Kyiv oblast to help rescuers practise extinguishing a simulated fire and interact with the facility’s technical staff during rescue operations. According to the plan of the training, the fire was caused by a transformer explosion and the rescuers reconnoitred the site of the simulated fire, deployed cooling units to protect the structures and personnel and extinguished the fire.

Kyiv oblast teaches civilians to pilot drones for free. Recently, the first 30 students of Kyiv Regional Centre for Preparing the Population for National Resistance were trained to operate FPV drones. The training is part of a 7-week basic course that includes 16 disciplines. The two-day introductory course was developed by Open Sky at the request of the Centre.

According to Kyiv RMA, in Irpin, the overhaul of a nine-storey building on Yaroslavska Street, which was heavily damaged as a result of hostilities in the region, is underway. The reconstruction began in autumn 2023 at the expense of the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.

In Kyiv oblast, a programme of additional cash assistance for vulnerable people from the UN World Food Programme was launched.

According to Kyiv City State Administration, another 626 servicemen, who were mobilised to the Armed Forces of Ukraine after 1 December 2023, received financial assistance from the capital to their bank accounts in the amount of UAH 30,000. One-time financial assistance to mobilised servicemen is automatically credited to their social accounts.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to Zhytomyr RMA, Baranivka community received medicines and medical supplies from volunteers of the Solidarity Without Borders Association Switzerland. The humanitarian aid was delivered by Oleksandr Yaremchuk, Honoured Artist of Ukraine. The volunteers also handed over a MAVIC 2 drone for border monitoring and protection.

Residents of almost a dozen villages in Berdychiv region have joined the collection and delivery of aid to the Ukrainian military. The soldiers will receive 14 drones, anti-drone raincoats, food, sweets and hygiene products.

Sumy oblast

According to Sumy RMA, today, the enemy launched an airstrike on the civilian infrastructure of Sumy. All necessary services are working at the scene. Preliminary, no people were injured.

At night and in the morning, russians fired 7 times at the border areas of Sumy oblast. There were 30 explosions. Bilopillia, Krasnopillia and Khotin communities were shelled.

The enemy carried out an aerial attack on Bilopillia community, launching guided aerial bombs from a tactical aircraft (3 strikes). The shelling damaged the town’s Centre for Children and Youth Creativity and about 20 private houses. The fire was quickly extinguished.

On 25 March, the russian military shelled 27 times in Sumy oblast. There were 72 explosions. Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Seredyna-Buda and Svesa communities were shelled.

According to the State Emergency Service, Velyka Pysarivka community continues to deal with the consequences of russian shelling and evacuate the population. Over the past two weeks, there have been 567 attacks on the community’s territory. Of these: 11 rocket attacks, 197  guided bomb air strikes, 1 UAV strike, 48 MLRS explosions, 184 artillery attacks and 40 mortar attacks. The shelling killed 6 people and wounded 12 (including 5 children).

Sumy RMA reported that there are 136 people in the five-kilometre danger zone of Velyka Pysarivka community and 246 in Velyka Pysarivka itself. As of 26 March, 3,506 people, including 506 children, were evacuated.

Chernihiv oblast

According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, russian troops fired 15 times at Chernihiv oblast. Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Snovsk and Horodnia communities were under enemy attack. There were 125 explosions. Mortars, cannon and rocket artillery, MLRS and FPV drones were used.

Chernihiv has signed a memorandum with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). Under the Memorandum, they will work to strengthen the city’s resilience in the area of life support. The priority is the restoration and modernisation of water and heat supply, as well as education. 

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

The occupiers attacked Nikopol region twice in the evening and again in the morning launching kamikaze drones and a dozen artillery shells. Nikopol, Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities were hit. In the oblast’s centre a 91-year-old woman was injured in the morning shelling and later hospitalised. The attack caused a fire, damaged 9 private houses, a power line, a gas pipeline and fences. 

Due to the morning shelling on Nikopol, a private enterprise, 5 residential buildings, 2 power lines and fences were damaged. The occupiers also launched 2 kamikaze drones on Nikopol in the morning. There were no casualties or damage. In total, 9 kamikaze drones were launched and artillery fired at The oblast. The oblast’s centre, Myrove and Marhanets communities were hit. A sanatorium, 5 private houses, an outbuilding, a power line and a gas pipeline were damaged. There were no casualties.

Vinnytsia oblast

City Mayor Serhii Morhunov reported that the Interregional Humanitarian Coordination Center sent 3 vehicles to the Shahed catchers of the National Guard. Thermal imagers, searchlights and charging stations were delivered too.

Kirovohrad oblast

Kirovohrad oblast will pay tribute to Borys Zhyhun from Pobuzke community, Mykola Luniov from Novoukrainka community and Oleh Shevchenko from Kropyvnytskyi.

The 33-year-old Borys Zhyhun sustained life-threatening injuries during hostilities in Marinka, Donetsk oblast, on 16 March, 2024.

Oleh Shevchenko, born in 1978, was killed in action on 19 March, 2024, near Verbove village, Zaporizhzhia oblast. 

Mykola Luniov was killed during a combat mission.

Poltava oblast

According to the RMA, the first recruiting centre of the Ukrainian army in the oblast has started working in Poltava. They operate independently of recruitment and social support centres. The recruiters, who work there, are civilians. All interested people are provided with consultations regarding service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of the RMA, reported that Cherkasy oblast continues to fulfil the tasks of the President of Ukraine responsibly. 

Fortifications in the East are being built. 

There is systematic work 24/7 in cooperation with the military, with clear deadlines. Strongholds, shelters and other necessary equipment for sappers are being built in the areas which the oblast is responsible for. 

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, reported that on 25 March, the russian military carried out 380 strikes on cities and villages in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Huliaipole, Robotyne, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Mala Tokmachka, Levadne, Verbove and Novodanylivka were targeted by artillery 276 times. Also, drones, MLRS and aviation were used in other settlements. 

According to Berdiansk Border Guard Detachment, border guards shot down over 10 drones in Orikhiv region. They destroyed 11 UAVs and grounded one more.

The occupiers in temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia oblast are urging residents to report on each other. For this purpose, they have created a special chatbot.

In Zaporizhzhia, there will be changes to travel rules between the left and right banks. To reduce the load on the DniproHES (Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Station), traffic on the “new” bridge will become two-way.

Mykolaiv oblast

According to the South Operational Command, russian forces launched 3 Shahed-131/136 attack drones in the southern region that were destroyed in Mykolaiv oblast. The combat operation against air targets lasted half an hour. There were no damages or injuries recorded.

Referring to Mykolaiv Military Administration, on 25 March, at 8:32am, the russian military shelled  Kutsurub community by artillery. No injuries were reported. At 9am and 11am, there was artillery shelling in the water area of Ochakiv community. There were no casualties reported.

On 25 March, there was a meeting at Mykolaiv RMA with Shoko Arakaki, Director of UNFPA’s Humanitarian Office, and Massimo Diana, UNFPA Representative in Ukraine. The parties discussed the provision of critical services for individuals affected by violence and considered opportunities to ensure the protection and well-being of those impacted by the war.

In Mykolaiv Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi, an (In)visible Stories exhibition has opened, dedicated to internally displaced Ukrainians. The project narrates the stories of 9 persons who endured captivity, deportation, experienced war-induced sexual violence or were forced to leave their homes in temporarily occupied territories. The photos showcase the most cherished possessions carried by the project’s heroes during evacuation: keys from an apartment in Berdiansk, a book from a Mariupol library, a blue and yellow ribbon worn by a hero during captivity in Kherson and others.

Odesa oblast

Oleh Kiper, Head of Odesa RMA, reported that on 25 March, due to a missile strike on a recreational area in Odesa, 10 people were injured. 7 people, including 3 women, are currently undergoing treatment in medical facilities. Around 300 apartments were damaged, and several buildings destroyed. Also, the Palace of Sports was significantly damaged.

According to the Flightradar, on 26 March, a NATO aircraft patrolled the airspace near Odesa oblast borders in Romania. It is also monitoring the situation in the Black Sea waters.

Kherson oblast

The russian military attacked Beryslav in Kherson oblast by drones, injuring a 50-year-old man.

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, reported that in Odradokamianka, 2 russian FPV drones attacked a bus carrying humanitarian aid, causing its destruction, but the driver and passengers escaped unharmed.

Also, on 25 March, russian forces conducted airstrikes by guided bombs in Mykilske, Zmiivka and Chervonyi Maiak in Kherson oblast. 

A high-rise building, 10 private houses, an administrative building, a school, a cultural centre, a shop and a driving school were damaged. There were no casualties.

The National Resistance Center revealed that russian occupiers imported a batch of propagandistic pseudo-historical books from ryazan (russia), to the libraries of temporarily occupied Skadovsk, Henichesk and Chaplynka in Kherson oblast. Instead, Ukrainian books are being burned or thrown away.

Response and Care Units (RCUs): Integrating Essential GBV Survivor Care in Eastern and Southern Ukraine operates in Kherson, offering medical, psychological and social assistance to children and adults affected by gender-based violence.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

Lutsk sent 2 DJI Mavic 3 quadcopters were purchased and transferred; 2 DJI Mavic 3 Thermal; 2 Starlink satellite modems; 2 EcoFlow Delta charging stations and a Lenovo Tab M8 tablet; a TAGRED inverter generator to the 1st self-propelled artillery division of military unit A0409 and a DJI Matrice 30T quadcopters; a DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise and 2 DJI Mavic 3 to the 2nd rifle company of military unit A4052 thanks to the budget funds.

Zakarpattia oblast

The RMA reported that a strategic session was held in the oblast on the spatial planning of the development of Zakarpattia within the framework of the USAID Hoverla project.

Uzhhorod City Council held a press conference of Volodymyr Zhemchuhov, organiser and active participant of the resistance movement against the russian occupation in Luhansk oblast in 2014, Hero of Ukraine. He spoke about the How the War Began educational project. While performing a responsible combat mission, he was blown up by a mine and lost his hands and eyesight, and then he was captured, where he spent a year in the cells of the so-called lpr in inhumane conditions. Released from captivity by exchange.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Ivano-Frankivsk City Council approved the payment of 63 soldiers for the total amount of UAH 189,000. Since the beginning of 2023, 1,133 defenders have received such compensation in the amount of UAH 3.399m.

Lviv oblast

From now on, the Lviv Transport and Logistics Cluster operates in Lviv. The other day, the charter of the public union was signed in Lviv City Council. 4 entrepreneurs have united for the development of the transport and logistics industry, the modernization of the infrastructure of the oblast, the increase of the competitiveness of the cluster members and the implementation of innovative projects.

A two-week training course by British prosthetists continues at the Unbroken centre. 4 British specialists share their experience of complex upper limb prosthetics. The training program includes an overview of various components for prosthetics, as well as many practical classes, so that prosthetists master new techniques for creating and modelling prostheses, forming stump receivers and 3D printing of artificial hands.

A memorial plaque was opened in Lviv oblast in honour of defender Yaroslav Ulychnyi. A commemorative plaque was installed on the facade of the Interregional Center for Vocational and Technical Education of Artistic Modeling and Design in Lviv, where the serviceman worked. The defender was killed as a result of mortar shelling on 2 March in Donetsk oblast.

Rivne oblast

Water managers of Sarna and Varash region received 6 excavators and 1 bulldozer from the Government of Japan. This is the equipment of one of the world’s leading manufacturers, Komatsu.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopil oblast continues to help Sumy oblast in the construction of fortifications. Over 80 specialists from Ternopil oblast and construction equipment of Ternopil contractors are involved in the strengthening of defence lines in regions of Sumy oblast. Military personnel set clear tasks regarding the materials, shape and strength of objects, and defined deadlines. Accordingly, the pace is increasing, equipment and help from other oblasts of Ukraine are being brought in to complete the tasks within the specified time. All works are supervised by the Ministry of Defense.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

A man from Khmelnytskyi opened over half a hundred bottles with his teeth in a minute and set a Ukrainian record. The record holder said that the bids collected during the record setting will buy a drone for the military. On the drone, he will write the name of his younger brother Oleh, who went missing during the war.

Chernivtsi oblast

Bukovyna continues to support citizens who were forced to leave their homes due to constant enemy shelling. 10 adults and 13 children, residents of Sumy oblast arrived in the oblast. Evacuated families will live in a shelter in the village of Kruhlyk, Khotyn community. With funds from the regional budget, the premises were repaired, and proper conditions for permanent residence were created. All residents of the institution will be provided with the necessary products and facilities.

During the full-scale invasion, Bukovyna became a second home for over 100,000 Ukrainians. Currently, 80,000 IDPs live in the oblast. 3,366 people can live in 74 institutions, currently there are 2,696 people in them.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

During the 2 years of the full-scale war, Ukraine received €251bn in aid from its partners. Military aid is 38% of the total amount.

Bjarni Benediktson, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iceland, announced that the country will provide about €2m for the purchase of shells. Iceland will also support the purchase of equipment for women in the Ukrainian army. In order to meet the needs of female military servicemen, it is proposed to provide uniforms, body armour, medical and hygienic means for 75m Icelandic krona.

Denys Shmyhal, Prime Minister of Ukraine, announced that Ukraine received $880m from the International Monetary Fund as part of the EFF extended financing program. This is the 3rd tranche of financial support within the framework of the EFF’s extended financing program. The funds will help cover priority budget expenditures and maintain macro-financial stability.

The US imposed sanctions against 18 organisations and 2 individuals for assisting in the evasion of sanctions. Sanctioned financial technology companies are accused by the US of using digital assets to help sanctioned individuals evade US sanctions and make payments in an effort to restore russian companies’ access to the global financial system.

Riigikogu Lauri Huassarm, Speaker of the Estonian Parliament, stated that the country is already completing work on a security agreement with Ukraine with guarantees for the continuation of the struggle. In the coming months, there will be a vote on the transfer of frozen russian assets for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

The Hungarian police will help Ukraine resist russian aggression. The key line of cooperation will be in the field of explosives. This was agreed upon by Ivan Vyhivskyi and Janos Balogh, Heads of departments of countries.

Andrzej Shejna, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, said that NATO is considering the option of shooting down russian missiles when they fly towards the territory of the North Atlantic Alliance.
