Since the beginning of the day, the total number of combat engagements along the entire front line stands at 58.
The occupiers continue to use aviation, including dropping guided aerial bombs (KABs), and conducting ground assaults. The Defense Forces are holding the lines and taking necessary measures to prevent a breakthrough in the defense.
The invaders do not cease artillery strikes on regions bordering Russia. Airstrikes targeted the settlements of Turya, Starykove, Velyka Pysarivka, Studenok, and Chornatske. Additionally, Hlukhiv, Mykolaivka, Semenivka, and Masheve came under air attacks.
Two enemy assault operations took place towards Vovchansk and Dvorichna in the Kharkiv direction. Enemy aviation dropped KABs on Vovchanski Khutory.
The enemy attempted to advance three times towards Ukrainian positions near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove in the Kupiansk direction; one battle is still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, the aggressor is attacking near Kolodiazi.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy attempt to advance near Chasiv Yar, while another attack is still underway.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked our positions five times in the areas of Toretsk and Krymske. Three engagements are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy launched 22 attacks today on our defenders’ positions near the settlements of Tarasivka, Novotoretske, Myroliubivka, Promin, Leontovychi, Kotlyne, Udachne, Nadiivka, and Uspenivka. Five combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Novopavlivka direction, our defenders repelled eight enemy attacks near the settlements of Konstantynopil, Rozdolne, and Burlatske, while one attack is still in progress.
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy is conducting two assault operations towards Charivne while also carrying out airstrikes on Huliaipole and Zaliznychne.
In the Orikhiv direction, two combat engagements are ongoing, with the enemy attempting to advance near Pyatykhatky.
In the Siversk and Huliaipole directions, the enemy has not conducted offensive actions since the beginning of the day.
Ten combat engagements have taken place today in the Kursk direction, five of which are still ongoing. Additionally, the enemy launched seven airstrikes, dropped nine KABs, and carried out 193 artillery attacks.
Russia’s Crimes Against Civilians
Russia is unlawfully holding over 20,000 Ukrainian civilians, a number that exceeds the count of Ukrainian prisoners of war. The Russians persecute civilians for cooperating with their own country and subject them to constant torture.
“Logistic Serpent”: A Silent Robotic Logistician for the Armed Forces
The Ministry of Defense has approved the use of the “Logistic Serpent,” a silent robotic transporter, within the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This robot, equipped with ballistic and anti-mine protection, is designed for logistical and evacuation tasks in combat zones. Due to its low height, the “Logistic Serpent” remains difficult to detect in the field. The robot can carry several hundred kilograms of cargo or tow a trailer of similar weight. This was announced by Colonel Volodymyr Rochniak, head of the Main Directorate for Weapons and Military Equipment Lifecycle Support.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
The day before, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy assault actions in the areas of Vovchansk and Dvorichna in the Kharkiv direction, according to the Regional Military Administration (RMA).
In the Kupiansk direction, five enemy attacks took place within a day. Defense forces repelled assault actions near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
Shelling
At 00:30, debris from a “Geran” UAV hit the sidewalk, damaging the windows of a multi-story residential building, a café, and the trolleybus contact network. No casualties were reported.
At 00:25, debris from a “Geran” UAV struck a nine-story residential building, causing a fire in an apartment on the second floor and partially damaging the wall and windows of the building. Two women, aged 40 and 86, experienced acute stress reactions. Five more people were rescued.
At 00:10, debris from a “Geran” UAV struck the roadway, damaging the windows of a multi-story residential building, a university building, an opera theater, and a café. No casualties were reported.
Overnight, strikes were recorded in Kyivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
The day before, at 20:14, the city of Kupiansk in Kupiansk district was under attack by Russian forces. As a result of the shelling, an outbuilding caught fire.
At 17:05, Russian forces attacked the village of Orishanka, Zolochivska community, Bohodukhiv district. A guided aerial bomb (KAB) struck open ground. In Zolochiv, two KABs damaged a two-story private house.
At 15:00, Russian forces attacked the village of Klynova-Novoselivka, Zolochivska community, Bohodukhiv district. Artillery shelling damaged a mobile shelter, three private residential houses, and two outbuildings.
At 14:00, Russian forces attacked the village of Kutkivka, Dvorichanska community, Kupiansk district. A 55-year-old man was injured due to the drop of an explosive from an FPV drone.
At 13:30, Russian forces attacked the Chuhuiv district, Vovchanska community, on the road between the villages of Bilyi Kolodiaz and Karayichne. A multiple rocket launcher system (MLRS) strike damaged a car. One man was killed, and another was injured.
At 13:00, Kupiansk was under attack. An FPV drone strike damaged an outbuilding.
At 12:35, Russian forces attacked the village of Zolochiv, Zolochivska community, Bohodukhiv district. A KAB strike damaged 20 private houses and four outbuildings. One woman was injured and hospitalized.
At 12:00, Russian forces attacked the village of Pidvyshoke, Borivska community, Izium district. MLRS shelling damaged a power transmission line.
At 11:46, Russian forces attacked Zolochiv, Bohodukhiv district. A KAB strike destroyed two garages, partially damaged two four-story and four two-story apartment buildings, destroyed one car, and damaged three others. One woman was injured and hospitalized.
At 11:30, Russian forces attacked the villages of Udy, Myronivka, and Ridne in Zolochivska community, Bohodukhiv district. Three KAB strikes hit open ground.
In a field between the villages of Pechenihy and Yurchenkove (near the turn to Bazaliivka), a 52-year-old man detonated an unknown explosive device. He was hospitalized.
Donetsk oblast
Russia dropped at least six FAB-250 aerial bombs on Kostiantynivka and its outskirts. Among the dead are a 47-year-old woman and four men aged 56, 57, and 75, with the age of one more victim still being determined. Five women and six men, aged 33 to 83, were injured. Fifty-two civilian objects were damaged, including more than 20 residential buildings.

Over the past 24 hours, the police recorded 3,276 enemy strikes along the front line and on residential areas. Sixteen settlements were under fire. A total of 134 civilian objects were damaged, including 107 residential buildings.

In Krasnohorivka, Kramatorsk district, as a result of a Russian shelling, one civilian was killed and 16 people were injured, including 4 children. Seventeen private houses were damaged.
One person was killed in Yampol.
Russia carried out 17 strikes on Kostiantynivka, 13 of which were bombing raids. There is one injured, and seven multi-apartment buildings and 18 private houses were damaged, along with two bus stops, a shopping pavilion, an administrative building, garages, critical infrastructure, and three civilian cars.
In Kostiantynopol of the Velykonovosilkivska community, a peaceful resident was injured by an artillery shell.
In Sloviansk, the occupiers dropped a FAB-250 bomb, damaging 18 private houses. In Raihorodok, 21 private houses were damaged.
As a result of bomb attacks in Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, a private home and an educational institution were damaged. In Ivanopillya, 8 private houses were damaged; in Nova Poltavka – 7; and in Stinky – 6. In Mykolaivka of the Kostiantynivka community, an artillery shelling destroyed a private household.
In Pokrovsk, the enemy struck three times, damaging a multi-apartment building and three private houses. In the village of Krasnyi Lyman, Russian forces dropped a FAB-250 bomb, damaging eight private homes.
Luhansk oblast
Recently, the enemy attempted to achieve success in the Severodonetsk direction, attacking near Bilohorivka, as reported by the Regional Military Administration (OVA). In the Lyman direction, near Nadiya and Novolyubivka, our defenders repelled all attempts by the Russians to improve their positions. The occupiers launched 210 drones towards the Ukrainian defenders’ fortifications and fired artillery three times.
Since spring-summer 2022, in the cities occupied at that time, the occupiers have been scrapping everything they could, from critical infrastructure to industrial facilities, for metal. No one paid attention to this. However, after nearly three years, when there was nothing valuable left, the so-called “LNR” decided to officially ban the collection, reception, and export of scrap metal and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the frontline territories. This affects Sievierodonetsk, Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Svatove, Kreminna, Troitske, and the surrounding villages and settlements. The occupied Sokologirsk, taken in 2014, is also included in the list. The registration of legal entities wishing to engage in such activities has also been restricted.
Last year, the occupiers claimed that, starting from 2025, they would begin accepting applications for Russian-style foreign passports in the “LNR” territory. At the end of February, they promised to start the process “in the nearest future,” as the necessary permits were still missing. These will be old-style passports, valid for five years. Currently, those wishing to obtain such a document are forced to travel to the Russian Federation.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
A nighttime enemy attack in the Kyiv oblast killed two people and injured two others. A russian UAV started a fire in a private house in the village of Kriukivshchyna. After the fire was extinguished, the bodies of two people were found at the scene. In another village in the area, a girl born in 2005 was hospitalised with a head wound. A man born in 1981 sustained a wound to his right hand and was treated on the spot.
Kyiv Regional Military Administration informed that the drone attack in Bucha district damaged 9 private houses, the windows of apartments in 4 high-rise buildings and 2 enterprises, 4 garages, destroyed 3 cars and damaged 15 ones. In Fastiv district, garages and two cars were damaged.
Ukrinform reported that as a result of a russian nighttime drone attack in Kyiv oblast, Ukrinform journalist Tetiana Kulyk, author and host of the Nation of Invincibles project, who served as editor-in-chief of the Main Multimedia Editorial Office, was killed. The drone hit her house in the Bucha district.


The SES reported that in Kyiv oblast, sappers checked and cleared more than 30,000 hectares of land and 5,700 hectares of water. In total, they made more than 12,000 visits, during which they found and defused 85,000 pieces of ammunition of various types.
On 26 February, Kyiv paid last tribute to military man, journalist and film director Yaroslav Shapochka. He had been missing for a long time, but his death was confirmed by DNA testing. Yaroslav joined the army from the first days of the full-scale invasion. He served in the 2nd Rifle Company of the 207th Separate Territorial Defence Battalion of the 241st Separate Brigade of the TRO. He was killed on or around 21 March 2023 near Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast.
Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko announced that the soldiers of the 27th Pechersk Brigade of the Northern Territorial Command of the National Guard of Ukraine received 45 APOSTOL omnidirectional UAV countermeasures. These are domed electronic warfare systems with an extended frequency range. Last year, UAH 60 million was allocated from the Kyiv city budget to equip this brigade.
The RMA reported that the First Lady of Ukraine, together with the team of the Olena Zelenska Foundation and British philanthropist Lord Michael Ashcroft, visited Borodyanka in Kyiv oblast. The construction of a new children’s creative and sports centre will soon begin in Borodyanka to replace the one destroyed by a direct russian airstrike at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. It had dozens of clubs and sections attended by more than 2,000 children.
Ukrzaliznytsia reported that the Heart of Ukraine installation at the Southern Railway Station in Kyiv will broadcast the names of those who were killed in the war. Everyone has the opportunity to send the name of a loved one – military or civilian – from anywhere in the world. In order for it to appear on the Heart of Ukraine, one has to fill out a form. On the morning of 24 February, the names of the deceased Ukrzaliznytsia employees were the first to be displayed.
Zhytomyr oblast
Valeriy Tereshchuk, head of the district of Brusylivka community, informed that on 25 February, 17 houses were damaged as a result of falling debris in one of the villages of Brusylivka community. Four houses are beyond repair, and windows in 13 houses were smashed. According to updated reports, four people were injured in the attack, including two children of 5 and 7 years old.

In Zviahel, 47 IDP families received keys to new smart apartments with improved layouts. The reconstruction project was implemented under the European Union’s grant funding for the rapid renovation of buildings to accommodate IDPs. The housing was arranged in a former medical facility, which was renovated into a dormitory and equipped with furniture and household appliances.
The 115th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defence Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Korosten Production and Economic Enterprise joined the programme to prepare the population for national resistance. Employees of the company were trained in basic military training under the guidance of experienced instructors from the Korosten DFTG.
Since June 2023, more than 20 residents of Budychany village in the Chudniv community have been weaving camouflage nets for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During this time, they have made more than six kilometres of nets. People buy the materials for weaving with their own money. In addition to camouflage nets, the volunteers also sew trench coats, camouflage helmets, pillows and bedding mats.
Sumy oblast
On 26 February, the russian military struck Hlukhiv community by two guided aerial bombs (GABs). As a result of the airstrike, the premises of a wholesale base and a fire station were damaged. According to Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a 42-year-old civilian man was injured in Hlukhiv.
Serhii Samotoi, Head of the community, reported that in the morning, as a result of shelling by russian forces, two people were injured and 13 houses were damaged in Mykolaivka rural community. According to him, the settlement was shelled with cluster munitions by russian troops. Additionally, the village’s electrical and internet networks were damaged.
During night and morning, russians carried out 4 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 15 explosions by artillery and FPV-drones. The attacks targeted Bilopillia, Krasnopillia and Esman community. According to the Regional Military Administration, as a result of an FPV-drone strike on Bilopillia community, a civilian was injured.
On 26 February, anti-aircraft gunners shot down 19 enemy “Shahed” drones over Sumy oblast.
On 25 February, russians carried out 79 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 148 explosions. The enemy struck by artillery (64 explosions), mortars (23 explosions), FPV-drones (25 explosions), launched a missile strike (2 explosions), a GAB (1 explosion), and dropped VOG from UAVs (33 explosions). The attacks targeted Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropilia, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Slobidka, Shalyhyne, Esman, Seredyna-Buda, and Svesa communities.
The Regional Military Administration informed that three cars were damaged in Sumy oblast as a result of russian shelling on 25 February. One civilian car was damaged in Myropilia community and two in Khotin community.
Operational Command “North” reported that as a result of shelling on 25 February, a person was injured in Manukhivka village, Nova Slobidska community. In Verkhnia Syrovatka, an enterprise was damaged. And in Shalyhyne village, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged.
Since the beginning of 2025, russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups have attempted to enter the territory of Sumy oblast four times. These attempts were unsuccessful, reported Vadym Mysnyk, spokesperson for Operational Tactical Group “Siversk.” At the border with the oblast, the russian army mainly uses small infantry groups, mortars, barrel artillery, attack drones, and UAV drops. Enemy equipment is maximally destroyed when attempting to advance towards the border with Ukraine.
In Sumy oblast, the first stage of the pilot project “Support for Stabilization and Recovery of War-Affected Communities” has been completed. Six communities are working on the implementation of programs aimed at supporting and reintegrating veterans, female veterans, and their families. The project was launched with the support of UNDP in Ukraine and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in Ukraine, which have provided funding for the programs.
Chernihiv oblast
On 25 February, russian troops attacked the city of Semenivka in Novhorod-Siverskyi region by FPV-drones. Chernihiv Regional Military Administration reported that as a result, residential buildings were damaged, and a farm building was destroyed. Additionally, the FPV-drone strike damaged the reinforced concrete ceiling and ventilation channel of a five-story residential building.

Chernihiv Border Detachment informed that on February 25, Russian troops attacked four border communities in Chernihiv region: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Snovsk, and Horodnia. A total of 60 strikes were recorded. The enemy carried out shelling by mortars and barrel artillery, FPV-drones, unguided aerial missiles, and dropped explosive devices from UAVs. Fifteen villages were under enemy fire.
As a result of the attack in Hremiach village, a power line was damaged; in Semenivka, a private house was damaged; and in Halahanivka, a man born in 1955 was injured. Additionally, two private houses were destroyed there.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that For two days, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to Ukraine, Luc Jacobs, has been working in Chernihiv oblast. Yesterday, he visited Chernihiv Vocational Construction Lyceum and the Regional Blood Center. Belgium, through the Enabel Agency, plans to reconstruct and modernize these facilities.
In Chernihiv oblast, women are being offered over UAH 30,000 for education to learn jobs that were previously mostly done by men. This is a project by the Employment Service, which has a list of 31 professions. Recipients of the education will be employed after completing their training based on employer applications.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
At night and in the morning, the occupiers attacked Nikopol with kamikaze drones. Trucks and trailers were damaged. There were no casualties.
Air defence forces were working in the area. The defenders of the sky from the Vostok Air Force destroyed 4 enemy UAVs.
Two regions of the oblast, Nikopol and Sinelnykivka, are under enemy attack. The occupants attacked Nikopol region about two dozen times. They targeted the district centre, Marhanets, Myrove and Chervonohryhorivka communities. They fired from artillery and drones. In Marhanets, two people were injured: a 70-year-old man was hospitalised in moderate condition, and a 78-year-old woman will be treated at home. 11 private homes, 6 outbuildings, a business, trucks and a car, and 2 buildings that were not in use were damaged. Infrastructure, power lines and gas pipelines were affected. In the Sinelnykivsky district, the occupiers attacked the Velyka Mykhailivka community with a drone. Three private houses and power lines were damaged, but no people were injured.
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that the largest number of IDPs remains in Dnipropetrovska oblast. More than 451,000 internally displaced people are officially registered in the region, although the actual number is even higher. People are choosing not just safer places, but places where they can find work, provide education for their children, and receive medical care and social services. IDP support programmes operate in the region and in communities. They include retraining, employment assistance and other important initiatives to ensure that everyone who has been forced to leave their homes can find new opportunities and support here.
Vinnytsia oblast
It became known that ten defenders from Vinnytsia oblast were killed. They are Serhiy Marchuk, Mykola Solovey, Lukiyanchuk Roman, Mykola Datsyuk, Serhiy Protasov, Vitaliy Bilanchuk, Vasyl Lesyk, Serhiy Popivsky, Oleksandr Rozhdestvensky and Rostyslav Shevchuk.
Podilska Gromada handed over a modular evacuation platform ‘TerMIT’ to the 3rd Brigade. ‘TerMIT’ evacuates the injured under fire, delivers ammunition and equipment to the hottest spots. The majority of the required amount was raised through an eco-initiative to collect plastic lids, which brought together thousands of people, including those in educational institutions in Vinnytsia community.
Sergey Morgunov, Mayor of Vinnytsia, said that Vinnytsia oblast handed over another batch of aid to border guards and soldiers of one of the special forces units of the Armed Forces. It includes 200 FPV attack drones and three off-road vehicles ready for off-road use.
Kirovohrad oblast
Andrii Raikovych, Head of Kirovohrad RMA, reported that, eight enemy drones were destroyed in the sky over Kirovohrad oblast. There were no casualties.
Senior Sergeant Volodymyr Derkach said goodbye in Kropyvnytskyi. The 53-year-old man died on 14 February 2025.
Junior sergeant Oleh Savchuk, who died on 19 February near Havrylivka village of Beryslav region, Kherson oblast, at the age of 55.
Senior soldier Valerii Kravchenko, who died on 5 March 2022 while performing a combat mission in close combat near Voronove village, Siverskodonetsk region, Luhansk oblast. For his personal courage and heroism, he was awarded the Order “For Courage”, III class.
Soldier Artem Bandurko, 39, died on 18 February, near village Loknya of Suzhansky region, Kursk oblast, russia, while performing a combat mission.
Soldier Anatoliy Burlachenko, born in 2002, died on 18 February 2025 in Sumy oblast.
Vasyl Zadoyanyi, died on 18 February in village Lyubymivka, Zaporizhzhia oblast.
In the village of Novyi Starodub, Petrivska community, senior soldier Oleksandr Davydenko was paid the last tribute. On 12 October 2024, the soldier was seriously injured during a combat mission near Stelmakhivka village of Svatove region, Luhansk oblast. On 24 February, he died of his injuries in a hospital in Lviv. He was 38 years old.
Poltava oblast
The russian army attacked Poltava oblast. Wreckage of a russian UAV was found in Lubny district. There were no casualties or hits to civilian or critical infrastructure.
Department of Culture and Tourism of the Poltava Regional Oblast Council, reported that there are 8 cultural heritage sites in Poltava oblast that were damaged during the full-scale invasion. One of them was included in the list during the shelling of the Karlivka community on 20 February.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy RMA, said that the Air Armed forces destroyed 15 attack UAVs in Cherkasy region. There were no casualties or damage to infrastructure.
A soldier Oleksandr Pryimak, who was killed in Donetsk oblast, was buried in Kamianske. He was killed by mortar fire and a drone strike.
In Cherkasy oblast, the fallen defender Andriy Sorokin was laid to rest. He died on 15 February 2025 while performing a combat mission in the Luhansk oblast.
In Cherkasy, the former head of the Department for Family, Youth and Sports of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, Maksym Zelenskyi, was paid the last tribute at the garrison cathedral. The defender had been missing for more than two years.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Yesterday, the occupiers carried out 499 attacks on 12 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy launched 11 airstrikes on Piatykhatky, Kamianske, and Huliaipole. 280 UAVs of various modifications targeted Chervonodniprovka, Piatykhatky, Kamianske, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodarivka. 5 MLRS attacks struck Shcherbaky, Mala Tokmachka, and Novodanylivka. There were 203 artillery strikes on Stepnohirsk, Piatykhatky, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodarivka. 29 reports were received about damage to apartments, private houses, and vehicles. A 57-year-old man was injured in an enemy attack on Stepnohirsk.
As a result of enemy shelling, three fires broke out. Firefighters extinguished fires in two utility buildings and the roof of a residential house in Hulyaipole, covering a total area of 80 square meters. A utility building caught fire in Stepnohirsk, affecting an area of 25 square meters.
The enemy is conducting two assault actions toward Charivne towards Hulyaipole, while also carrying out airstrikes on Hulyaipole and Zaliznychne. Two clashes are ongoing towards Orikhiv, with the enemy attempting to advance near Pyatykhatky.
The occupiers are engaging local youth in propaganda events in temporarily occupied Berdiansk, justifying the full-scale war. According to Berdiansk City Military Administration, representatives of the so-called russian Military-Historical Society held a lecture titled “SVO – A Look into the Past, Present, and Future,” in which they explained the so-called “SVO” and presented false and distorted historical facts.
Mykolaiv oblast
On the night of 26 February, air defense forces destroyed three Shahed-131/136 UAVs over Mykolaiv oblast.
Yesterday, on 25 February, at 08:48, the enemy carried out artillery shelling on Kutsurub community. Additionally, the enemy attacked the community nine times with FPV drones. As a result of the strikes an administrative building of a farming enterprise and a vehicle were damaged in the village of Dmytrivka. Later, at 19:30, the enemy attacked Berezanka community with an FPV drone. No casualties were reported.
A personal photo exhibition by local photographer Dmytro Skorokhodov, titled Eyes of War, opened in Mykolaiv. The exhibition features portraits capturing the emotions of people in the south during the full-scale war. The photos include scenes from Mykolaiv, liberated villages of Kherson oblast, and moments from volunteer missions by DOF, as well as traveling concerts for the military. Most of the works are being displayed for the first time, while some have already been exhibited in cities across Ukraine and Europe and have been included in books documenting the realities of war.

Odesa oblast
As of 6 a.m. on 26 February, four enemy ships were present in the Mediterranean Sea, including three carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles. Over the past day, two vessels passed through the Kerch Strait into the Azov Sea in the interests of the russian federation.
A lyceum and a hospital in Sarata rural community received two hybrid solar power stations with support from the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). The total cost of the project, which includes procurement, delivery, and installation of the power stations, amounted to €100,000. Thanks to these stations, the educational process will continue uninterrupted despite power outages, and the hospital will be able to operate stably even in crisis situations.
Kherson oblast
Today, around 2 p.m., russians attacked a resident of the village of Lviv with a drone. The man died on the spot.
In the morning, russian forces shelled Zelenivka with artillery. A 72-year-old woman suffered blast trauma, a concussion, head wounds, and a fractured shoulder.
Also in the morning, russian troops shelled Korabelnyi district of Kherson. Several apartment buildings had their windows shattered. Specialists from Kherson Regional Emergency and Rescue Service promptly carried out initial repair work, boarding up 75 broken windows with OSB sheets. The attack also damaged a car service station and a car wash.
Yesterday, the eneme attacked Antonivka, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Sofiiivka, Nadezhdivka, Tomyna Balka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Beryslav, Zolota Balka, Novooleksandrivka, Chervonyi Maiak, Shliakhove, Havrylivka, Zmiivka, Blahovishchenske, Burhunka, Veletenske, Vesele, Dniprovske, Inzhenerne, Kachkarivka, Kizomys, Komyshany, Mykolaivka, Novoberyslav, Olhivka, Osokorivka, Prydniprovske, Respublikanets, Sadove, Tokarivka, Shylova Balka, Monastyrske, and the city of Kherson. A high-rise building and 12 private homes, an administrative building, three cars, a bus, and a garage were damaged. One person was killed, and 11 others were wounded due to russian aggression. Air defense forces destroyed one Shahed-131/136 drone.
On the Prydniprovske front, enemy troops attempted one assault on Ukrainian positions. Over the past day, russian losses amounted to 110 personnel, a Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system, 6 artillery systems, 38 vehicles and armored units, two motorcycles, a quad bike, a boat, seven reconnaissance drones (Zala, Supercam, and Orlan-10), three electronic warfare stations, one Starlink terminal, three generators, seven communication antennas, two UAV control antennas, 35 shelters/dugouts, three observation posts, and one fuel storage facility.
Police evacuated a local woman in urgent need of medical assistance from Beryslav region. A paramedic contacted the police, requesting help in evacuating a 77-year-old woman suspected of having a stroke. She was in critical condition and required immediate hospitalization. The police successfully transported her and handed her over to medical professionals.
Oncology specialists from the mobile clinic of the FRIDA Ukraine Foundation examined nearly 40 internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Kherson oblast at the “Vilni Razom” humanitarian hub in Kyiv. Highly qualified doctors, including an oncologist-therapist, a dermatologist-oncologist, a gynecologist-mammologist, and a psychologist, provided around 255 medical services and conducted 90 ultrasound examinations.

In Kivertsy, children are taught to act in emergency situations. Together with rescuers, medics and volunteers, students practiced algorithms for action in critical situations. They responded to accidents and fires, performed rescue operations on a high-rise tower and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and stopped bleeding.
Zakarpattia oblast
Zakarpattia Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine received 6 ambulances. Currently, the oblast’s ambulance fleet consists of 129 vehicles. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 48 vehicles have been transferred to the needs of the military. Another 3 resuscitation vehicles for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were transferred by the deputy corps of the Regional Council.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
The 128th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade Duke Pole received 100 FPV drones, 3 Mavic 3Ts, and other equipment from Ivano-Frankivsk community.
Lviv oblast
The RMA reported that UAH 4m million from the regional budget was allocated for the special needs of the 413th Separate Battalion of the Unmanned Systems Reid.
Modern operating rooms and a sterilization unit have been opened at Lviv Hospital for War Veterans and Victims of Repression named after Lypa. Over UAH 35m was allocated from the regional budget for the overhaul of the sterilization unit, and almost UAH 74m was allocated for the reconstruction of part of the operating rooms.
Rivne oblast
The RMA held a meeting with representatives of the Saubermacher Austrian company, which is engaged in waste processing. The topic was the company’s intention to invest in Rivne oblast.
Ternopil oblast
Ternopil City Council reported that military personnel with disabilities of groups I and II, as well as families of deceased and missing persons, are provided with monthly financial assistance.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi community sent 300 10-inch and 7-inch FPV drones, 50 DJI MAVIC 3T and 3E quadcopters worth over UAH 11.1m to the Defense Forces.
Chernivtsi oblast
The 107th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces receive 20 FPV-drones, an electronic warfare system, as well as the necessary equipment for the medical company thanks to Chernivtsi regional organization of the trade union of healthcare workers and the Trade Union of Power Engineers of the Dniester PSP.
The Young Volunteers Forum: Inspiring Stories was held at Chernivtsi Youth Center. They discussed successful cases of communication in volunteer activities, student volunteering and its role in supporting the military, difficulties in organizing meetings and ways to solve them.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
Lithuanians raised over €5.5m to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The funds raised during the Radarom campaign will be used to purchase drones and counter-drone equipment manufactured in Lithuania and Ukraine.
