It has been the 1337  th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

Since the beginning of the day, there were 56 combat engagements. Ukrainian defenders are holding the line and disrupting russians’ plans

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has shelled the settlements of Bobylivka, Kucherivka, Tovstodubove, and Nova Huta in the Sumy region, as well as Khrinivka in the Chernihiv region, with artillery. 

Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy attacks. In addition, the enemy launched three airstrikes, dropping eight guided bombs, and also carried out 73 shelling attacks, including one from multiple launch rocket systems.

Towards Southern Sloboda, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks, and one more combat clash is still ongoing. The enemy is attacking near Vovchansk, Bolohivka, Stroivka and Kolodiazne. 

Towards Kupiansk, Ukrainian troops are repelling the enemy attack near Pishchane.

Towards Lyman, there were two combat clashes near the settlements of Drobysheve and Derylove. One more battle is still ongoing. 

Towards Sloviansk, russian troops attempted five assaults near Serebrianka, Siversk, Vyimka and Fedorivka. The Defence Forces stopped all the enemy attacks.

No offensive actions were recorded towards Kramatorsk.

Towards Kostiantynivka, the enemy carried out five attacks near the settlements of Pleshchiivkа, Rusyn Yar and Sofiivka. Currently, a battle is ongoing in one location.

Towards Pokrovsk, clashes of varying intensity broke out 20 times near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Chervonyi Lyman, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske and Filiia. Five battles are still ongoing.

Towards Oleksandrivka, the aggressor attempted to advance near the settlements of Andriivka-Klevtsove, Sosnivka, Verbove, Pryvilne, Novovasylivka and Novohryhorivka ten times. Six combat clashes are still ongoing. 

Towards Huliaipole, Ukrainian troops are repelling an enemy attack near Malynivka. The enemy airstrikes targeted Rivnopillia, Huliaipole and Malynivka.

Towards Oleksandrivka, the aggressor attempted to advance near Novodanylivka and Stepove two times. The enemy airstrikes targeted Zaporizhzhia.

Towards Kherson, the enemy attempted twice to approach the positions of Ukrainian defenders near Antonivka Bridge, with one battle still ongoing.


Ukrainian troops are wearing down the enemy along the entire frontline and in the rear.

The Ukrainian Parliament has increased defence spending by UAN 324bn. The largest part of the funds — UAN 210.9bn — will be allocated to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Another UAN 99.1bn is earmarked for the production and purchase of weapons and ammunition for the army, and UAN 8.1bn — for the National Guard. In addition, UAH 4.3bn will be allocated to the State Special Communications Service for the purchase of drones, UAH 1.3 billion to the Security Service of Ukraine, UAH 918m to the State Transport Special Service, UAH 83m to the State Border Guard Service, UAH 28.8m to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, and UAH 8m to the Foreign Intelligence Service. The source of funding for additional expenditures will be international aid in the amount of UAH 294.3bn, including €6bn in non-repayable ERA loans from European partners. Most of the expenses will be covered by income from frozen russian assets.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline

Over the past day, 167 combat clashes were recorded.

Towards Southern Slobozhanske, the enemy attempted 13 times to break through the defensive lines of our soldiers near Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Stroivka, Kamianka, Zapadne, Bolohivka and Kolodiazne.

Yesterday, there were 9 enemy attacks towards Kupiansk. Our defenders repelled enemy assaults in Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Zelenyi Hai, Nova Kruhliakivka, Petropavlivka and Kurylivka.

Attacks

According to the regional power company, as a result of a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure in the Kharkiv region, emergency power cuts have been introduced.

The enemy used one Geran-2 UAV and two FPV drones in Kharkiv oblast.

Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed:

▪️in Lozova, railway infrastructure and a car were damaged;

▪️in Kupiansk region, a car was damaged (Katerynivka).

There were no casualties as a result of the shelling.

Other 

The transit evacuation point in Lozova took in 163 people in one day. There are 41 people left. A total of 8,680 people have been registered at the point since it began operating.

Residents of Vovchansk community have registered a petition to grant Vovchansk the status of a Hero City of Ukraine. The initiative is led by Tetiana Bondareva, who believes that this status should honour the military and civilians who resisted the occupation, as well as help draw attention to the destroyed city and its restoration. Kharkiv resident Tetiana Matiash-Myrna, mother of 11-year-old Mark, who was killed as a result of a russian air strike on the city on 30 October 2024, is creating an exhibition dedicated to children killed during the russian-Ukrainian war. The idea came to her during her rehabilitation in Latvia after she was wounded. The project aims to remind the world that children should not die in war and to preserve the memory of her son by helping orphans.

Donetsk oblast

Frontline

According to the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, russian troops stormed 17 times near Lyman over the past day. Also enemy attacks were recorded near Hrekivka, Kopanky, Karpivka, Serednie, Kolodiaziv, Derylove, Myrne, and Novoselivka. The day before, there were seven assaults on this section of the front. 

There were more than 60 battles per day towards Pokrovsk, near Kostiantynivka. The defence forces repelled another 25 attacks by russian troops. 

Since the beginning of October, the occupiers have intensified their attacks towards Pokrovsk. In the area of responsibility of the 7th Corps of the Airborne Forces, 97 attacks were recorded last week — almost twice as many as in the first week of the month (55 assaults).

The Ukrainian military destroyed nearly 800 russian troops and dozens of drones, despite pressure from the flanks and the use of armoured vehicles.

Attacks

Honcharenko, Head of the RMA, said that at around 1:20am, russian troops attacked a market in Kramatorsk with a drone. The occupiers hit an administrative building with a Molniya-2 drone.

On 21 October, the police recorded 2,039 enemy shellings along the front line and in residential areas.

4 settlements were under attack: Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, and Lyman.

26 civilian objects were destroyed, including 20 residential buildings.

The russians dropped 11 KAB-250 bombs on Kostiantynivka, as well as firing drones and artillery, killing two civilians and injuring two more. Four apartment buildings and 11 private houses, a dormitory, a hospital, a petrol station, and a civilian car were damaged.

Three Geran-2 UAVs attacked Druzhkivka, damaging two private houses and a garage.

In Lyman, an apartment building and an educational institution were damaged.

Russian troops struck Dobropillia with a KAB-250 bomb, destroying two private houses.

Other

Evacuation from Kostiantynivka has been complicated by intensified shelling and mining. According to Yevhen Tkachov, Head of the Proliska humanitarian mission, detours must be used on the way to safe areas, which increases travel time by about an hour. On 21 October, the mission evacuated 15 people from Kostiantynivka community, including a resident of Illinivka. Scattered mines have been found in the city, posing an additional danger to civilians.

According to the State Emergency Service, over the course of a week, Phoenix rescuers evacuated 41 people, including 18 children, from frontline towns in Donetsk oblast. In particular, they evacuated residents from Kostiantynivka, Druzhkivka and Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka. On 20 October, another nine people, including one child, were evacuated from Druzhkivka and Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka.

A petition has been registered proposing that Bakhmut be awarded the title of “Hero City of Ukraine”. This is the community’s third attempt to achieve such recognition. The initiators believe that the title should be a moral tribute to the military and civilians who defended the city, which has become a symbol of Ukrainian resistance and resilience. The petition has already collected more than 6,000 signatures out of the 25,000 required.

Luhansk oblast

The RMA informed that russians made 22 attempts to advance towards Lyman and Sloviansk. In Luhansk oblast, they pressed near Hrekivka. The enemy continues to actively use unmanned aerial vehicles and barrel artillery, shelling settlements located along the line of contact and Ukrainian military fortifications. 

Oleksii Kharchenko, Head of the RMA, reported that over the weekend, partisans in Luhansk oblast destroyed relay cabinets and railway control equipment near Luhansk and Alchevsk, disrupting the occupiers’ military logistics. 

Forced mobilisation, which the so-called “lpr” officially called the autumn draft, includes, among other things, the sending of electronic summonses. If a person fails to appear at the military registration and enlistment office for any reason, their information is entered into the russian traffic police database within 24 hours, which automatically restricts their ability to drive a vehicle. Driving licences will also only be issued after a visit to the military registration and enlistment office.

Meanwhile, patrols dressed in civilian clothes without any distinguishing marks have appeared on the streets of several cities in occupied Luhansk oblast, in particular in Svatove and Starobilsk. Groups of two or three people check the documents of the population and may inspect their belongings, etc. They refer to orders from the russian military commandant’s office.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The Regional Military Administration reported that three people were killed in Kyiv oblast during a massive russian attack on 22 October. Several oblast areas were shelled during the night and in the morning. The terrorist country killed a young woman born in 1987, a six-month-old baby and a twelve-year-old girl in the village of Pohreby, Brovary region. Their bodies were found at the scene of a fire in a private house.

During the night, a private residential building burned down in Brovary due to a russian attack. The fire was quickly localized. A woman born in 1941, which was in the house, has been taken to a medical facility.

As of this morning, it was reported that two private houses in Brovary region were on fire as a result of the attack. In another settlement in Brovary region, a man born in 1987 was fatally injured by debris. The facade of a petrol station was also damaged.

In Obukhiv region, in the city of Ukrainka, a man born in 1976 was injured – an employee of a local petrol station suffered shrapnel wounds. He was hospitalised. Also in Obukhiv region, the infrastructure of Ukrzaliznytsia was damaged. Train traffic has now been restored.

Emergency power cuts have been introduced in the oblast.

Tymur Tkachenko, Head of Kyiv City Military Administration, reported that on 22 October, the enemy carried out a combined massive shelling of Kyiv. According to the State Emergency Service, two people were killed in the capital as a result of the russian attack. As of 12:40pm, the number of wounded had risen to 25, including five children. More than 10 people were hospitalised, including four children. The consequences of the attack were recorded in six districts of the capital. At least 10 residential buildings were damaged.

In Dniprovskyi district, a russian shell hit a 16-storey residential building. A fire broke out on the sixth floor. A married couple, a 69-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman, were killed there.

In Darnytskyi district, a UAV hit a 16-storey building, causing a fire between the 6th and 13th floors. At another address in the district, a fire broke out in a two-storey non-residential building and an unfinished building.

In Desnianskyi district, a high-rise building was hit on the 8th floor, a car caught fire in the courtyard, and a gas pipe was damaged.

In Pechersk, a drone hit a 20-storey building on the top floor. At another address, a car in the courtyard was damaged. In Solomyanskyi district, an administrative building and a garage were damaged.

In Holosiivskyi district, the strike caused a fire. The power supply is partly absent.

Kyiv City Military Administration reported that some buildings in Kyiv were left without hot water as a result of a massive combined attack. Due to enemy attacks on critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the technological process of equipment operation has been partially disrupted.

The heads of the Regional State Administration reported that operational assistance headquarters have been set up in Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Desnianskyi districts of the capital for residents affected by the russian attack.

Zhytomyr oblast

Zhytomyroblenerho reported that hourly power outages will be introduced in Zhytomyr oblast. The new schedules will take effect on 22 October. The reason for this is an acute power shortage caused by russian attacks.

Kyiv branch of the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” reported that in the Korostyshiv Forestry, an “Olympic Forest” was planted in one of the green locations damaged by the russian military during a drone attack. Athletes from different cities of Ukraine and veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war joined the eco-action. The participants, together with foresters, planted more than 5,000 pine and birch seedlings.

Sumy oblast

Artem Semenikhin, Mayor of Konotop, reported that on the morning of 22 October, the russian army struck a civilian infrastructure facility in Konotop by Shahed drones. According to the regional power company, parts of Konotop region have been left without electricity.

The Regional Military Administration informed that at around 4:35pm on 21 October, a russian Italmas drone hit a roadway in Sumy, injuring 12 people. Cars, power lines, and civilian infrastructure were also damaged. As of 22 October, three of the injured remain in hospital, while nine are receiving outpatient treatment.

Between the morning of 21 October and the morning of 22 October 2025, russian forces carried out 80 attacks on 35 settlements across 15 territorial communities in Sumy oblast. The highest number of strikes occurred in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy actively used guided aerial bombs (10 strikes), dropped explosive grenades from UAVs (10 strikes), and launched FPV drone and missile attacks. Over the past 24 hours, air-raid alerts in the region lasted for 14 hours and 50 minutes.

Damage caused by russian attacks in Sumy oblast as of the morning of 22 October:

  • In Krasnopillia community, a private house was damaged.
  • In Nova Slobidka community, a car and two tractors were damaged.
  • In Seredyna-Buda community, a non-residential building and a car were damaged.
  • In Sumy community, non-residential premises, civilian infrastructure facilities, apartment buildings, and vehicles were damaged.

During the day, local authorities, together with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and public organisations from border communities, evacuated 22 people.

Chernihiv oblast

Pavlo Miroshnychenko, Head of Koriukivka Regional Military Administration, reported that during the night of 22 October, russian forces attacked all five communities of Koriukivka region. Infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of the shelling. By morning, the entire region was left without electricity. Energy and utility services are working to restore power.

The massive enemy strike on Novhorod-Siverskyi on 21 October claimed the lives of four civilians — two men and two women. The community has declared two days of mourning for the victims. Eleven others were injured to varying degrees. A 10-year-old boy remains in serious condition; he underwent surgery at the regional hospital and will be transferred to Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital in Kyiv.

After 3pm on 21 October, russian forces attacked Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv oblast by Shahed drones and Tornado multiple launch rocket systems. More than 20 explosions were recorded. The shelling damaged windows and facades of the central city hospital, a café, a Nova Poshta office, vehicles, warehouses, a school, six apartments, and four residential buildings. Another house was destroyed by fire. Recovery work in the city is ongoing.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that over the past day, the aggressor targeted energy facilities in three communities in Koriukivka and Novhorod-Siverskyi regions. Power companies worked throughout the day to restore electricity to households. Scheduled and emergency power outages remain in effect across the oblast. The networks are overloaded due to the large-scale strike on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and difficult conditions in other oblasts.

According to Chernihiv Border Detachment, throughout 21 October, russian forces attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast — Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia, and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar attacks (12 explosions), MLRS strikes (10 explosions), and artillery shelling (8 explosions), launched Molniya-type UAVs (1 explosion) and FPV drones (21 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from drones (9 explosions). In Semenivka, russian forces used FPV drones to strike mobile communication towers and civilian infrastructure.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Air defence forces were active, destroying 42 enemy drones.

In Samar region, a private house, a garage, and two cars were damaged in the attack. A fire broke out in Dnipropetrovsk oblast. In Pavlohrad, a multi-storey residential building, 11 cars, and a gas pipeline were damaged. Kamianske region also came under attack, where an infrastructure facility was hit. It was loud in Synelnykove region as well, where the enemy struck Sloviansk community by drones, damaging local infrastructure. Attacks on Nikopol area also continued, with the occupiers primarily using drones and artillery to target the regional centre and Pokrovske community.

Nikopol area came under fire about 25 times. The occupiers mostly used drones and artillery, targeting the regional centre, as well as Myrove and Pokrovske communities. A 52-year-old man was injured and hospitalised in moderate condition in the trauma department. A hospital, infrastructure, and a garage were damaged.

Synelnykove region was also hit again. The enemy used drones and guided aerial bombs to strike Mezhivska, Dubovyky, and Pokrovske communities, damaging a private house, a bus, and infrastructure. Pavlohrad also came under attack — a drone strike caused a fire and damaged infrastructure.

Kirovohrad oblast

Andrii Raikovych, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that last night, Kirovohrad oblast came under russian missile and drone attacks. The russian military continues to destroy critical and energy infrastructure. Twenty-seven settlements remain without electricity.

Pryiutivka of Oleksandriia region and Nadlak of Holovanivsk region, paid tribute to servicemen Viktor Berdnyk and Volodymyr Zosymenko.
Viktor Berdnyk was killed on 18 October while performing a combat mission near Oleksiivka village in Dnipropetrovsk oblast.
Volodymyr Zosymenko had been listed as missing since 26 February 2024. In October this year, his family received confirmation of his death. He was killed on 26 February 2024 by artillery fire near Krasnohorivka in Pokrovsk region of Donetsk oblast, at the age of 56.

Tetiana Paneta, Deputy Head of the Settlement Council, reported that in Pryiutivka community of Oleksandriia region, eight internally displaced persons arrived overnight on 22 October from Pavlohrad hub. They had been evacuated from various parts of Donetsk oblast, including the towns of Kostiantynivka, Myrnohrad, and Dobropillia.

Poltava oblast

Volodymyr Kohut, Acting Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that overnight, the russian army shelled Poltava oblast. Direct hits and falling debris damaged oil and gas industry facilities in Myrhorod region. A security guard was injured.

At the front, 23-year-old Ukrainian defender Vladyslav Babanin from Reshetylivka community was killed. He served in the National Guard of Ukraine and died on 16 October 2025 during fighting near Yampil in Donetsk oblast.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of the Regional Military Administration informed that during recent air alerts in the oblast, air defence forces destroyed three russian missiles and 17 drones. In Bobrytska community, drone debris damaged windows in three residential houses and struck a cemetery. In Kanivska community, enemy shelling damaged garages and vehicles. Inspection of the affected areas is ongoing, and all necessary services are working on site.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

At night on 22 October, the enemy launched drone strikes on the regional center. As a result of the attack, which lasted nearly three hours, 13 people were injured, including two children. They are receiving necessary medical assistance. Fifteen apartment buildings, private houses, and non-residential premises in three city districts were damaged. 

Yesterday, 21 October, the occupiers launched 860 strikes on 14 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces conducted five airstrikes on Mala Tokmachka, Rivnopillia, Solodke, and Malynivka. 623 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Chervonodniprovka, Bilenke, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Two MLRS attacks were launched on Novoanriivka and Uspenivka. 230 artillery strikes were carried out on Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Forty-eight reports were received about damaged homes, cars, and infrastructure facilities. Fifteen people were injured as a result of enemy shelling of Zaporizhzhia and Vasylivka region.

As of 4pm on 22 October, Ukrainian soldiers are repelling an enemy attack near Malynivka towards Huliaipole. The enemy twice attempted to advance toward the positions of Ukrainian units near Novodanylivka and Stepove towards Orikhiv. During the day on 21 October, the Defense Forces repelled seven russian assaults towards Hulyaipole and Orikhiv.

Mykolaiv oblast

Yesterday, 21 October, the enemy carried out nine FPV drone attacks on Ochakiv, Halytsynove, and Kutsurub communities. Two private houses were damaged in Ochakiv, and one was destroyed in the village of Lupareve. There were no casualties.

Odesa oblast

On the night of 22 October, the russian army attacked the city of Izmail with strike drones. Energy and port infrastructure were damaged, and fires broke out.

According to Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the shelling damaged energy and port infrastructure facilities, leaving more than 20,000 consumers without power.

A serviceman from the mobile fire group of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Radio Engineering Brigade, Viktor, shot down three Shahed strike drones that attacked Odesa oblast that night. Viktor has already destroyed five aerial targets.

Kherson oblast

On 22 October, russian forces shelled Korabelnyi district of Kherson. Apartment buildings, a shop, and utility infrastructure were damaged. Seven people were injured.

Around 11am, the enemy attacked Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. As a result, a 43-year-old man sustained blast injuries and a concussion.

A resident of Kherson oblast was injured in russian shelling on a highway near the village of Novodmytrivka. At the time of the attack, the victim was inside a car. The 43-year-old woman suffered blast and head injuries as well as a concussion.

A resident of Kherson sought medical help after being injured in the russian shelling of Dniprovskyi district the previous day. The 66-year-old man was diagnosed with blast injuries and a concussion.

Another victim, a 65-year-old woman from Komyshany, was also hospitalized after being wounded in the shelling the day before. She sustained blast injuries and a concussion.

Yesterday, on 22 October, russian troops shelled residential areas using artillery, mortars, multiple launch rocket systems, aviation, and various types of drones. The attacks targeted Kherson, Sadove, Kizomys, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Sofiivka, Stanislav, Bilozerka, Tomyna Balka, Novodmytrivka, Oleksandrivka, Beryslav, Monastyrske, Novooleksandrivka, Dudchany, Mylove, Tiahynka, Odradokamianka, Olhivka, Burhunka, Mykolaivka, and Lvove. As a result of the shelling, more than 40 facilities were damaged, including 12 apartment buildings, 19 private houses, critical infrastructure sites, an educational institution, four cars, a cafe, and a garage. Sixteen people were injured.

As of 4pm on 22 October, the enemy made two attempts to approach Ukrainian defensive positions near the Antonivskyi Bridge towards Kherson; one battle was still ongoing.

Ten more people were evacuated from Beryslav — two with disabilities and eight elderly residents. According to the Regional Military Administration, all evacuees are now safe and receiving necessary assistance.

An interagency UN humanitarian convoy arrived in Beryslav community, delivering 11 tons of aid for residents of Beryslav, Novoberyslav, Urozhaine, Tomaryne, Shliakhove, Rakivka, and the village named after Taras Shevchenko. The cargo included essential items such as solar lamps, first aid kits, hygiene and food packages, bedding, blankets, power stations, and other supplies.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

In Lutsk, housing will be renovated for residents of houses on Striletska Street, who suffered the most as a result of the russian attack in June. The work is planned to be carried out with funds from the Energy Efficiency Fund.

Zakarpattia oblast

The RMA reported that during a working visit, Iryna Mykychak, Advisor to the Minister of Health, visited mental health centers in Uzhhorod and Mukachevo. There are currently 7 of them in the oblast.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Antennas and electronic warfare components were transferred to the 50th Regiment named after Colonel Semyon Vysochan of the National Guard of Ukraine from Ivano-Frankivsk community

Lviv oblast

During the festival in the city of Sudova Vyshnia, joint efforts managed to raise funds and purchase drones for defenders. Thanks to caring people involved in the production of drones, it was possible to produce equipment worth UAH 168,500

Horodot community made its 30th trip to the front line. They handed over 50 fpv drones and 20 DJI quadcopters (11 DJI Mavic 4 Pro, 6 DJIMavic 3 Pro, 3 DJI Matrice 4 Termal) worth UAH 2,814m  to the fighters thanks to the community budget.

Rivne oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Mariana Kahaniak and Anastasia Baklan, representatives of Helvetas Ukraine. They discussed business support, the development of vocational education and grant programs for veterans and relocated enterprises.

Ternopil oblast

A Ternopil serviceman who returned from russian captivity has been allocated UAH 50,000 from Ternopil City Council. This year, 5 former prisoners of war have already received such support.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

This year, Khmelnytskyi community transferred UAH 252m directly to military units. Another UAH 133m was spent on the purchase of drones, copters, electronic warfare, etc.

Chernivtsi oblast

The RMA reported that for courage and heroism shown in defending the state, soldier Ivan Honcharov was awarded with the III degree Order of Courage (posthumously).

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Sweden will allocate €35m for aid and reconstruction in Ukraine.

Martin Kupka, Czech Transport Minister, announced that the Czech Republic will donate an Earth observation satellite to Ukraine. According to him, the device will be equipped with a modern radar scanning system (SAR), as well as optical, radiation and radio frequency monitoring technologies.
