The enemy launched a total of 87 missile and 110 air strikes, 39 MLRS attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Today, the enemy has conducted the largest attack lately – in the combined attack the occupiers launched 63 UAVs and 88 missiles of various types. This resulted in power supply problems in a number of regions. The enemy specifically targeted Ukraine’s energy facilities. Unfortunately, the russian terrorist attacks have killed and wounded many civilians. Residential apartment buildings and private houses were destroyed and damaged, civilian infrastructure suffered damage as well. Measures to overcome the aftermath of the terrorist attack are ongoing.
Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group were noticed.
Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the russian army maintains its military presence in the russian areas bordering Ukraine. The enemy troops conduct subversion in order to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened axes. The enemy continues shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the concentration of mining operations along the state border of Ukraine. The invaders launched airstrikes in the vicinities of Semenivka (Chernihiv oblast), Neskuchne, Oleksandrivka, Druzhba (Sumy oblast), Odradne, and Kolodiazne (Kharkiv oblast). More than 20 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Huta-Studenetska, Bleshnya, Liskivshchyna, Karpovychi (Chernihiv oblast), Boyaro-Lezhachi, Bilopillya, Kindrativka, Zapsillya, Myropillia, Popivka, Dmytrivka (Sumy oblast), Kozacha Lopan, Vovchansk, Krasne, and Neskuchne (Kharkiv oblast).
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy, using air attacks,launched 3 unsuccessful assaults on the position of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinities of Synkivka, Tabaiivka, and Berestove (Kharkiv oblast). They launched airstrikes in the vicinities of Petropavlivka, and Kotliarivka (Kharkiv oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Holubivka, Synkivka, and Stepova Novoselivka (Kharkiv oblast).
Towards Lyman, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 5 assaults in the vicinities of Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), and Spirne (Donetsk oblast), where the enemy, using air attacks, made attempts to breach Ukrainian defense. They fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Makiivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Terny, Yampolivka, Torske, and Serebrianka (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Bakhmut, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 2 attacks in the vicinities of Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Chasiv Yar, Oleksandro-Shultyne (Donetsk oblast). Around 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Avdiivka, the Ukrainian defenders repelled up to 10 attacks in the vicinities of Berdychi, Tonenke, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske (Donetsk oblast). The occupiers launched airstrikes in the vicinities of Ocheretyne, Novobakhmutivka, Semenivka, and Karlivka (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 20 settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Berdychi, Semenivka, Pervomaiske and Nevelske (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Novopavlivka, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to block the enemy near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Novomykhailivka, Vodiane, and Urozhaine (Donetsk oblast). In that area, the invaders, using air attacks, made more than 20 attempts to breach Ukrainian defense. The enemy launched airstrikes in the vicinities of Kostiantynivka, and Vuhledar (Donetsk oblast). The enemy fired artillery and mortars at around 15 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, and Vuhledar (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Orikhiv, the enemy, with air support, conducted 7 attacks on positions of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinities of Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast) and Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia oblast). Around 15 settlements, including Poltavka, Malynivka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Novodanylivka and Piatykhatky (Zaporizhzhia oblast), were under artillery and mortar fire.
Towards Kherson, the enemy did not conduct any offensive operations. The city of Kherson, settlements of Burhunka, Tiahynka, Tokarivka, Dniprovske, Kizomys, and Stanislav (Kherson oblast), was under artillery and mortar fire of the occupiers.
The Ukrainian Air Force launched air strikes on 13 buildups of enemy troops, weapons and military equipment.
The Ukrainian Rocket Forces hit 2 buildups of enemy troops, 1 air defense system, and 4 important targets of the russian invaders.
Referring to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at night, russia used 151 air targets to attack the territory of Ukraine, including 7 Kinzhals and 12 Iskander-M ballistic missiles.
Dmytro Lubinets informs that 9 Ukrainian children were returned. Four of them were returned from the temporarily occupied areas, and five more returned as part of the implementation of the approved action plan of the President of Ukraine Bring Kids Back UA.

Kharkiv oblast
The General Staff said in an evening report that the russian army attacked the positions of the defence forces near Synkivka, Tabaivka and Berestove with the support of aviation.
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that liquidation of the aftermath of the russian shelling of Kharkiv continues. There was updated data about 21 missiles that the invaders launched at energy infrastructure facilities. The power engineers have maintained the critical infrastructure of the city and ensured the operation of the most necessary facilities. The telephone numbers 101, 102 and 103 services have been restored.
In the morning, the enemy launched a massive rocket attack on Kharkiv’s energy infrastructure. About 700,000 consumers lost power. The aftermath is being eliminated. According to updated data, a 43-year-old employee of one of the energy infrastructure facilities was injured in the shelling. His condition is satisfactory and he has been provided with medical assistance.
Volodymyr Tymoshko, Head of Kharkiv police, informed that the russian army shelled Kharkiv oblast by at least 21 missiles this morning. Serhii Bolvinov, Head of Kharkiv police investigation department, said that 17 of them were S-300s, two were Iskander missiles. Investigators are examining the remains of the missiles.

Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, CEO of Ukrenerho National Power Company, stated that the scale of damage to the power system in Kharkiv is greater than in other oblasts.
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv RMA, confirmed that additional equipment and the number of repair crews have been engaged to restore power supply in Kharkiv oblast.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that as of 4pm, more than 4,000 Kharkiv residents have used the services of 74 emergency contact points. On Saturday and Sunday, the Invincibility Centres and food distribution points will work around the clock. All medical facilities are powered by generators.
Serhii Bolvinov, Head of Kharkiv police investigation department, reported that all those killed in the russian strike on Kholodnohirskyi district on 20 March have been identified in Kharkiv. The fifth victim was the chief engineer of a company.
Yevhen Vasylenko, Spokesman of the regional rescue department, added that rescuers extinguished the fire that broke out as a result of a russian missile strike on 20 March.

Donetsk oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian troops repelled 56 russian attacks in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. Most of the fighting was towards Novopavlivka.
Serhii Okishev, a soldier of the 25th brigade, said that daily fighting continues towards Avdiivka, russian invaders are trying to break through the line of defence of Ukrainian defenders.
The police of Donetsk oblast said that russian occupation forces launched 1,592 attacks on Donetsk oblast, 17 of them targeted residential areas on 21 March. They attacked Niu-York by an airstrike and Kurakhove by aircraft and artillery.
DTEK Donetsk Power Grids said that as of 3pm, emergency blackouts in Donetsk oblast have been cancelled. Power engineers have restored power supply to 140,000 customers.
Kramatorsk City Military Administration reported about the emergency power outages introduced due to a night russian attack on Ukraine’s power grid.
Sloviansk City Military Administration informed that the emergency power outages were also introduced. The emergency power outages have disrupted centralised water supply in four neighbourhoods of the city.
Mykhailo Volynets, Chairman of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine, said that there are no miners locked underground at the mines in Donetsk oblast. As of this morning, there was no electricity in Selydove, Myrnohrad and Dobropillia, but the mines were not cut off.
Towards Pokrovsk, Krasnohorivka, Antonivka and Maksymilianivka of Marinka community were shelled. 2 people were killed and 2 injured in Novohrodivka. A two-storey building was damaged in Hostre of Kurakhove community.
Towards Bakhmut, 10 private houses, 2 apartment buildings and an industrial building were damaged in Chasiv Yar community. Rozdolivka, Vasiukivka and Minkivka of Soledar community were shelled.
In total, russians fired 17 times at settlements in Donetsk oblast. 769 people, including 103 children, were evacuated from the frontline.
Shelters in educational institutions and apartment buildings will be repaired this year in Donetsk oblast. Out of 1,527 objects in the civil protection fund, 96% of shelters are in a state of readiness.
Since the beginning of the year, the Security Service of Ukraine has conducted 17 anti-terrorist operations in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
The Smarahdove Misto Social Rehabilitation Centre, relocated to Khmelnytskyi oblast, will host 152 children from Donetsk oblast. The centre has prepared scientific, educational and entertainment programmes, quizzes and competitions for them.
Luhansk oblast
Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reported that the houses in Nevske and the villages around it are constantly suffering from russian shelling. The locals are trying to rebuild their homes. That is why there are regular deliveries of materials for minor repairs to the liberated settlements. Everything they needed was delivered yesterday. People are also provided with compact gas stoves and fuel.
Makiivka was under enemy attack yesterday.
Nadiia was hit by an airstrike.
The invaders tried to put pressure on Bilohorivka, where they stormed with the support of aviation.
According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the russian military is forcibly mobilising men, making door to door visits in Sievierodonetsk. The places of residence were specified during the recent elections. After that, measures were taken to catch those who are subject to conscription. At least two such cases have been reported in the days after the voting.
Luhansk border guard detachment reported that they are building new fortifications on the frontline every day in Donetsk oblast. They are building both dugouts and strongholds. Since the beginning of March, they have set up three defensive positions.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of Kyiv RMA, reported that on 21 March, 4 people were injured in Kyiv oblast as a result of a russian missile attack. 6 residential apartment buildings, 73 private houses, 14 vehicles and 11 non-residential buildings, including a medical laboratory, were damaged. The falling debris also damaged the facades, windows, and fences of 2 lyceums in the oblast. Classes in these institutions will be held online.
An assistance centre was set up in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district for residents of high-rise buildings affected by the russian missile attack on 21 March. It will accept applications for financial assistance from residents of the damaged apartments.
After the missile attack in Kyiv, a warhead of an X-101 missile was found near a house in Shevchenkivskyi district. Law enforcement officers blocked traffic and evacuated the residents together with rescuers. The State Emergency Service’s pyrotechnics seized the missile warhead and destroyed it.
In the capital, the historic building of the Ukrkabel plant was damaged by the russian missile attack. The soviet neoclassical building was built in 1940. It was proposed to be included in the list of identified monuments of architecture, history, science and technology as having urban planning significance. The St Nicholas Church on Tatarka was also damaged by a terrorist rocket attack.

According to Vladyslav Chechotkin, co-founder of Rozetka, the russian attack on 21 March in Kyiv damaged the company’s warehouse building, as well as cars and goods. 99 people were working in the warehouse at the time. They were in a bomb shelter and were not injured.


The Office of the Register of Damages Caused by the Aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine was officially opened in Kyiv. Maria Pejčinović-Burić, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, opened the Office. The headquarters of the Register of Damages is located in The Hague, but for its effective work, an office located in Kyiv is needed.

Zhytomyr oblast
According to Zhytomyr RMA, in Berdychiv, servicemen undergoing rehabilitation took part in an art therapy session. Artists from the Veteran’s House public union were eager to help the military feel like real artists.
Vitalii Bunechko, Head of Zhytomyr RMA, social workers from 18 communities in Zhytomyr oblast received modern electric scooters. The assistance was provided by the United Nations Development Programme and the Government of Japan.
Sumy oblast
According to Sumy RMA, as a result of the massive enemy missile attack on Ukraine’s power grid facilities, 720 settlements and more than 213,000 customers were cut off from electricity supply in Sumy oblast at 8am. To stabilise the power grid, emergency outage schedules were introduced in the settlements of Sumy, Konotop and Shostka districts. By 1p.m., thanks to the coordinated actions of all the country’s energy services, the oblast’s power system was restored and the emergency shutdown schedules cancelled.
Around midnight on 22 March, the russian military dropped two guided bombs from tactical aircraft on the town of Druzhba. One of the bombs hit a shop in the central market. A five-storey building, a market, a church, a fire station and the city council were also damaged.
Sumy RMA reported that on 22 March, russians fired 6 times at the border areas of Sumy oblast. There were 72 explosions, caused by attacks with MLRSs, artillery, AGS-17, air strikes with NAR and KAB missiles. Bilopillia, Myropillia Velyka Pysarivka, Druzhba communities were under attack.
According to the National Police of Sumy oblast, civilian infrastructure was damaged as a result of shelling by russia on 21 March: 10 residential buildings, 4 outbuildings, 3 outdoor kitchens and 4 garages.
According to Victoria Kuvshynnykova, Deputy Head of the Ukrainian mission to the OSCE, the russian army has dropped 200 bombs on the settlements of Sumy oblast since the beginning of March. This is russia’s revenge on the residents of the oblast for the fact that its troops were expelled from the oblast two years ago.
The monolithic reinforced concrete shelter was installed in the centre of Krasnopillia village with the assistance of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. The structure, weighing approximately 23 tonnes, is designed to protect against shelling from various types of weapons, including MLRS and blast waves.
Chernihiv oblast
Viacheslav Chaus, head of the RMA, reported that in the afternoon, the russian army struck Semenivka, Novhorod-Siverskyi district. As a result of the attack, the cultural centre was destroyed. Two civilians were wounded.

A russian drone attacked a bus with people on the border of Chernihiv oblast. 3 people were injured. Local residents were returning from the market through one of the border villages of Novhorod-Siverskyi district.
According to the State Border Guard Service, russian troops fired 15 times at 4 communities in the oblast. Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Snovsk, and Horodnia communities were under hostile fire. There were 96 attacks with mortars, cannon artillery, AGS and FPV drones.
Experts estimate that about UAH 1.5bn is needed to strengthen defence capabilities on the border of Chernihiv oblast. As of now, 64 contracts have been signed with 5 suppliers. Before the work begins, the site is inspected for explosive devices. The work is complicated by the constant threat of shelling.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Serhii Lysak, Head of the RMA, reported that as a result of massive russian shelling, energy facilities in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Pavlohrad and Kamianske regions were damaged. The blast wave broke windows in houses.
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that the russians were terrorising Nikopol all day long. They launched 8 kamikaze drones at the city and shelled by artillery. A 27-year-old man was wounded, 5 private houses, 2 outbuildings, a car, fences and a power line damaged. As a result of the morning attack, educational institutions, a hospital, 9 high-rise buildings, 6 private houses, and a car were damaged. 9 solar panels were damaged in the region. 3 houses, an outbuilding and a car were damaged in Pavlohrad region.
27,000 subscribers in Dnipropetrovsk oblast are still without electricity due to the morning shelling.
Vinnytsia oblast
Serhii Borzov, Head of the RMA, announced that a critical infrastructure facility was hit due to the russian shelling of Vinnytsia oblast.

Kirovohrad oblast
Andrii Raikovych, Head of the RMA, reported that an outbuilding was damaged in Kirovohrad oblast as a result of an enemy attack.
Volodymyr Taboranskyi, Deputy Director of the Regional Department of Education, informed that 17 schools in the oblast switched to distance learning due to massive shelling. 3 schools went on a one-day vacation.
Poltava oblast
Philip Pronin, Head of the RMA, reported that at night the occupiers shelled Poltava oblast. Debris damaged the roofs of 3 private houses in Myrhorod region. Mobile firing groups fired at air targets in Kremenchuk region. More than 104,000 household consumers and 6,700 legal entities were cut off from electricity in the region.
Philip Pronin, Head of the RMA, announced that the first recruiting centre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the oblast has been opened in Poltava. Anyone can get information about current vacancies in various units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy RMA, reported that the Air Defense was operating in the oblast at night.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Today, early in the morning, russians once again attacked numerous targets in Ukraine using drones and missiles. They also launched 12 missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the oblast. Seven private houses were destroyed and dozens damaged due to two missile strikes on the private sector. Two entrances and dozens of apartments were damaged by missile strike near a high-rise building. As of 5pm, three people have been confirmed killed, and the number of injured has risen to 25.
Today, during a mass attack, the russians struck Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Station in Zaporizhzhia 8 times. The facility has been disabled. Two units of the Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Station (HES-1 and HES-2) are not operational. The DniproHES structure itself also sustained damage, the gates are not working. According to Ihor Syrot, General Director of Ukrhidroenergo, the reconstructed and modernised equipment of DniproHES was damaged, although the full extent of the damage from the shelling is currently unknown. Emergency services and energy workers are on-site and the fire has been localised. The movement of vehicles through the DniproHES dam has been stopped.

There was an oil product leak into the Dnipro River as a result of the russian army’s shelling of DniproHES. Eco-inspectors took water samples for laboratory analysis.
Yesterday, the enemy launched 327 strikes on 12 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The russian military personnel carried out 12 missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the oblast. There were 4 aviation strikes on Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne and Levadne. 40 UAVs attacked Huiiaipole, Levadne, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka and Malynivka. 271 artillery strikes were launched on the territories of Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Verbove, Dorozhnianka, Robotyne, Malynivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Levadne and Stepnohirsk. There were 26 reports of residential buildings and infrastructure objects being destroyed.
Energoatom reported that on 22 March, the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (Zaporizhzhia NPP) lost connection to one of the power lines as a result of russian shelling. Such a situation threatens the occurrence of an emergency situation at the station.
The General Staff informed that the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian soldiers 8 times, with the support of aviation, near the settlements of Staromaiorske in Donetsk oblast and Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia oblast.
Currently, 422 Invincibility Centres are operating in the oblast. Here, people can get warm, drink hot tea or coffee, recharge gadgets, and receive first aid. The centres, arranged on the basis of educational and cultural institutions, parts of the State Emergency Service, railway stations, are equipped with alternative sources of electricity and heat, have sufficient supplies of drinking water and medicines, and have specially equipped rooms for mothers with children and elderly people.
Mykolaiv oblast
Based on the information provided in the morning summary of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration during 21 and 22 March, the russian army attacked Mykolaiv, Ochakiv, and Kutsurub communities. The infrastructure was damaged and there were casualties, including one fatality as a result of the attacks. Additionally, an energy infrastructure object was damaged in Mykolaiv oblast. Overnight on 22 March, the air defence forces destroyed four Shahed 131/136 drones in Mykolaiv oblast.
Odesa oblast
“South” Operational Command stated that14 Shahed drones were shot down over Odesa oblast during the mass attack overnight on 22 March. The drones approached from the south in several waves, executing complex manoeuvres and changing directions, exhausting the resources of both personnel and equipment. Intense combat operations of air defence units took place during this time.
Oleh Kiper, Head of Odesa Regional Military Administration, said that tens of thousands of consumers were left without electricity in Odesa oblast as a result of the massive attack on energy facilities. Significant damage to energy facilities occurred in the oblast, but fortunately, no casualties were reported among the population. Currently, stabilisation power outages are underway in Odesa under the direction of Ukrenerho.
The Ukrainian Navy stated that the occupiers deployed two missile carriers into the Black Sea for the first time in the month. These are submarines equipped with Kalibr missiles, with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles. There are no enemy ships present in the Sea of Azov.
The Magirus robot assisted in extinguishing the fire that broke out at the site of the russian strike in Odesa oblast. Magirus Wolf R1 is a tactical response robot that allows rescue services to operate outside the danger zone. Thanks to robots like this one, rescue workers avoid the risk of collapse or overheating. It is operated using a special remote control, and the operator receives real-time images through cameras.
Kherson oblast
Today, russian forces attacked Chervonyi Maiak from a drone. A 37-year-old man was injured as a result of the explosive device dropped from the drone. Doctors diagnosed him with explosive trauma and a leg injury.
Yesterday, the enemy attacked 17 settlements in Kherson oblast, including Tokarivka, Beryslav, Tiahynka, Kizomys, Kozatske, Bilozirka, Veletenske, Novoberyslav, Antonivka, Zymivnyk, Sadove, Komyshany, Stanislav, Shyrokа Balka, Dudchany, Zolota Balka and the city of Kherson. 23 objects were damaged, including 10 private houses, an administrative building, an educational institution, 3 vehicles, including 2 police cars, gas pipelines, agricultural machinery and a critical infrastructure object. 2 people were killed and another 8 wounded due to russian aggression.
Daily counter-battery combat continues in the operational zone of the Southern Defense Forces. The enemy continues to exert pressure through artillery shelling and the use of aviation, various types of combat drones, and conducts reconnaissance using spy drones. Yesterday the enemy did not dare to storm our positions on the left bank of the Dnipro. Our soldiers continue to carry out comprehensive measures to maintain and strengthen positions.
On 21 March, the enemy lost 49 occupiers, 1 Osa anti-aircraft missile system, 1 anti-aircraft installation, 13 guns, 4 mortars, 18 units of armored vehicles, 1 Orlan-10 reconnaissance UAV and 4 boats towards Kherson. A field supply buildup was destroyed.
Kherson oblast received two modern tracked excavators with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan and within the framework of the memorandum signed with Kobelco Construction Machinery Co. The equipment will be used by specialists from Kherson Regional Emergency Rescue Service, who are involved in the elimination of the consequences of enemy shelling.
The utility enterprise in Stanislav community received another aid package as part of the “Decentralisation brings better results and efficiency” (DOBRE) initiative. The program is implemented by Global Communities and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This includes a seeder and a disk harrow, which will help conduct the sowing campaign. Volyn oblast

Zakarpattia oblast
The official delegation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo paid a working visit to Transcarpathia. This is the first visit of DRC representatives to the region. Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Svitlana Onyshchuk, Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Administration, says that Ivano-Frankivsk oblast suffered a massive blow. The enemy attacked one of the critical infrastructure facilities. As a result of the hits, two people were injured, and one of them hospitalized. Lviv oblast
Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of Lviv Regional Military Administration, says that at night, the occupiersʼ drone hit an energy infrastructure facility in Stryi region.
11 National Guardsmen from Lviv oblast were awarded the For Courage Order of the III degree, posthumously. The awards were presented to the wives, children, parents, brothers, sisters and nephews of these defenders.
Andriy Sadovyi, Mayor of Lviv, reports that from Lviv, 800 FPV drones were handed over to the military.
The Lviv City Council informs that residents of the local modular town wove 140 camouflage nets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It took almost 10 months to make them.
Rivne oblast
A Mental Health Center has been launched in Rivne oblast. This is the second such institution in the region, which will provide assistance to the military and their families. The centre was opened as part of the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Mental Health for Ukraine”.
Ternopil oblast
Referring to Ternopil Regional Military Administration, during an air raid in one of the settlements of Ternopil oblast, debris of enemy objects fell on the territory of a private household. In another household, windows and doors of a private residential building were damaged due to the blast wave.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The Regional Military Administration reports that the russians attacked Khmelnytskyi oblast at night. Critical infrastructure facilities and residential buildings were damaged. It is known that there are 5 wounded and 2 killed. A 21-year-old girl who had been in touch by phone for an hour and a half was also rescued from the rubble. She was hospitalized. More than 20,000 consumers in 15 settlements are without electricity.
Chernivtsi oblast
Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration informs that 8 generators of various capacities were handed over from Chernivtsi to Bukovyna National Guard from the German organization Lebensfahrten. The generators will be used by the National Guard on the front line and, if necessary, in the military unit.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
Ukrenergo reported that emergency assistance from Romania, Slovakia and Poland was attracted today to support Ukraine’s energy system.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, held a meeting with Marija Pejčinović Burić, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, and Dominik Hasler, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Liechtenstein, Chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The Ministry of Defense of Lithuania handed over anti-drone systems to Ukraine. According to the agency, they arrived in Ukraine today. Lithuania has already developed a long-term plan to support Ukraine, which provides for a military aid package worth €200m for 2024-2026.

Deputy Prime Minister Stefanishyna reacted to a Financial Times article about US calls to stop attacks on russian infrastructure, as these strikes could allegedly raise world oil prices and provoke retaliatory actions, and said that oil refineries on russian territory are legitimate targets from a military point of view.
