Since the beginning of the day, 85 combat engagements took place on the frontline.
The enemy fired artillery shells from the territory of the russian Federation in the areas of Sosnivka, Chernatske, Prokhody, Petrushivka, Bratenitsa, Kucherivka, Velyka Pysarivka, Miropilske, Yastrubshchyna, Esman, and Bila Bereza in Sumy oblast. The settlements of Boiaro-Lezhachi, Petrushivka, Uhrody, Miropilske, and Prokhody in Sumy oblast were attacked by air with guided bombs.
Towards Kharkiv, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defence Forces three times near Vovchansk.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy twice tried to advance to our positions in the areas of Zahryzove and Nova Kruhliakivka during the day. Ukrainian defence forces successfully repelled the attacks.
Towards Lyman, four combat engagements took place in the area of Novomykhailivka and in the directions of Olhivka and Novoserhiivka. One firefight is still ongoing.
Towards Siversk, our defenders stopped three enemy attacks in the areas of Hryhorivka and Verkhnokamianske.
Towards Kramatorsk, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defence Forces three times in the areas of Stupochky and Bila Hora.
Towards Toretsk, the invaders attacked nine times in the areas of Dachne, Druzhba, Shcherbynivka and Toretsk. Three clashes are still ongoing.
High enemy activity remains towards Pokrovsk. Thirty-three times during the day, the enemy tried to advance towards our positions near the towns of Vodiane Druhe, Malynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Uspenivka, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiia, Troitske, Andriivka, as well as towards the towns of Romanivka, Stara Mykolaivka, Myroliubivka, Novomykolaivka. Nine clashes are still ongoing. The enemy also conducted air strikes in the areas of Pokrovsk, Udachne, Novomykolaivka and Novopavlivka.
Towards Novopavlivka, the aggressor attacked 12 times in the areas of Kostiantynopol, Pryvilne, Novosilka and in the direction of Oleksiivka and Odradne. One firefight is currently underway.
Towards Huliaipole, the enemy attacked twice in the direction of Novopil, and our defenders successfully repelled both attempts to advance. Huliaipole and Novopil came under air strikes.
Towards Orikhiv, the enemy conducted four offensives near Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove and Piatykhatky. At the same time, air strikes were carried out on the settlements of Kamianske, Stepnohirsk and Zaporizhzhia.
Towards Kherson, the enemy launched an airstrike with NARS near Ivanivka, but did not conduct any offensive actions.
So far, 12 combat engagements have been recorded in Kursk oblast. The enemy conducted six air strikes, dropping 17 guided bombs on settlements and positions of the Defence Forces. In addition, it carried out 192 artillery attacks, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.
Ukrainian troops are depleting the enemy along the entire frontline and in the rear.
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine informed that they officially commissioned a new ground robot D-21-12R developed in Ukraine. This robot is a real helper on the battlefield. It has a powerful machine gun and can perform many important tasks. The robot is controlled by an operator who is far away in a safe place. This helps to save the lives of our military.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that already 11 companies in Ukraine produce fibre-optic drones. Since the beginning of this year alone, more than 20 new certified samples of drones with fibre-optic control systems have been produced. Already 11 Ukrainian companies have mastered the production of such drones, and the goal is to achieve the largest possible scale of production and supply.

Kharkiv oblast
Frontline
Two enemy attacks took place towards Kupiansk yesterday. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
Attacks
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the RMA, reported that between 12:55 and 1:36pm, massive shelling by Shahed drones was recorded in four districts of Kharkiv: Shevchenkivskyi, Saltivskyi, Kyivskyi and Novobavarskyi districts. As of 2pm, seven people have sought medical attention due to russian strikes on Kharkiv.
Head Oleksandr Hololobov said that due to russian strikes, some settlements in Mala Danylivka community have no electricity supply. Viacheslav Zadorenko, Head of Derhachi CMA, stated that another russian strike hit an open area on the border of Derhachi and Mala Danylivka communities. A fire broke out at the site of the hit.’
The enemy attacked Kupiansk with anti-aircraft guns. As a result of the enemy strike, 4 guided aerial bombs destroyed or damaged 55 private houses. Seven people were wounded.

At 4:59am, two private households caught fire as a result of a hit from an unexploded ordnance, five private houses were damaged in Horokhovatka. A 48-year-old woman was injured.
Yesterday at 10:26pm, structural elements of a destroyed outbuilding and a garage over an area of 100m² caught on fire as a result of a hit from an unidentified aerial vehicle in Horokhovatka village. The windows and roofs of four private houses, a kiosk and a post office were damaged.

At 8:45pm, a gas pipe was damaged in Kupiansk as a result of a drone drop. A 58-year-old woman suffered a concussion.
At 7:30pm, a 24-year-old man died as a result of an FPV drone hit while riding a scooter in Ivashky.
At 6:39pm, two private houses, outbuildings and power grids were damaged as a result of an FPV drone strike in Klynova Novoselivka.
At 5:30pm, a 54-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man were killed near a private house in Petropavlivka as a result of a UAV hit. The private house was damaged.
At 4:11pm, a transformer substation was damaged as a result of a direct hit from an FPV drone in Morozova Dolyna village. Morozova Dolyna, Huriv and Lemishcheno are left without power supply.
At 3:45pm, an FPV drone was recorded falling outside the settlement in an open area near Pidlyman.
At 1:25p, coniferous litter burned on the area of 0.3 hectares as a result of shelling on the territory of Oskil community.
At 12:44pm, seven private houses, fifteen outbuildings and grass on the area of 2.9 hectares were burning as a result of shelling in Rubizhne village.

At 11:20am, a UAV (decoy) was spotted in a field outside Starovirivka settlement.
At 8:29am, between the villages of Staryi Saltiv and Fedorivka, a munition hit an excavator in a forest belt. Debris and an unexploded ordnance were found at the site.
Five people were killed as a result of russian shelling in Kharkiv region between 14 and 20 April, and 153 people were injured or suffered acute stress reactions due to russian strikes. Three people were injured by russian unexploded ordnance during the week: a man was killed in Milove, and foresters in Balakliia region suffered acute shock.
Other
Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that the third underground school was opened in Kharkiv. The new school will be able to accommodate nearly 400 children, or 90% of the students living in the area.
Dontsk oblast

According to the General Staff, russian army almost doubled the number of attacks after the “Easter ceasefire” on the main offensive directions in Donetsk oblast. Towards Pokrovsk, 61 russian attacks were recorded yesterday, including near Sukha Balka, Yelyzavetivka, Vodiane Druhe, Uspenivka, Nadiivka, Tarasivka, Lysivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, Oleksandropil, Novopavlivka, Berezivka – there were 39 attacks on Easter.
Russian troops more than doubled their numbers towards Lyman, Toretsk and Novopavlivka.
Deputy Commander of the 14th separate regiment’s consolidated unit, nicknamed “Taip”, said that russian troops are amassing motor vehicles and buggies in the temporarily occupied Velyka Novosilka for assaults towards Novopavlivka . The occupiers did not stop attacking Ukrainian positions during the “Easter ceasefire”.
Attacks
Yesterday police recorded 3,069 hostile attacks on the frontline and residential areas. Russian troops shelled 9 settlements: Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Andriivka, Ivanopillia and Illinivka. Forty-eight civilian objects were destroyed, including 16 residential buildings.

Russians shelled Myrnohrad with artillery, wounding a civilian and damaging 2 private houses. One private house was damaged in Pokrovsk.
Kostiantynivka withstood 12 attacks. Seven drones attacked the hospital, causing numerous damages. The enemy also attacked the town with four bombs and a Smerch MLRS, damaging 6 private houses, a dormitory, an administrative building, a car wash, a non-residential building, and a tractor.
The occupiers struck Druzhkivka seven times – with three KAB-250 bombs and four Molniya-2 UAVs. An apartment block and two private houses, a business, and three civilian cars were destroyed.
In Kramatorsk, two private houses were damaged by a Molniya-2 UAV.
Russia shelled Lyman with Grad multiple rocket launchers, damaging a private house, an educational institution, an administrative building, and a civilian car.
Russian troops dropped a KAB-250 bomb on Illinivka, damaging an apartment building and 10 garages. In Ivanopillia, a bomb attack damaged a farm.
A shop in Andriivka, Kramatorsk region, was damaged by a drone attack.
Other
The Yellow Ribbon movement reported that in the occupied Donetsk oblast, the so-called “authorities” of the russian Federation held a “training camp” for school students at a training ground where russian soldiers are trained. Parents were not informed about the event, and learned about it when their children returned home.
Luhansk oblast
Russians attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders in Luhansk oblast towards Lyman. According to the Regional Military Administration, the russians tried to advance near Nadiia and Hrekivka. These enemy attacks were repelled. The occupants opened fire from cannon artillery 14 times. A total of 145 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles were flying combat missions in our area of the frontline.
On 16 April, the forest fires raging around Siverskodonetsk entered the most difficult stage – severe – in terms of intensity. However, the occupiers declared a state of emergency only five days later. According to local firefighters, the situation remains tense. The situation may become even more complicated due to the increasing wind. The invaders do not have enough forces and means to stop the fire from spreading. The disaster has already led to power outages for more than 2,200 subscribers in Bobrove, Oskolonivka and Borivske.
The so-called ‘lpr’ allows, for instance, doubling public transport fares, raising utility bills and issuing invoices for services not provided, and introducing a separate tariff for major repairs to buildings. At the same time, in order to avoid a public outcry, pressure continues to be exerted on the part of the business that sells food. Back in 2023, in preparation for putin’s re-election, entrepreneurs in the occupied Luhansk region were forced to reduce food prices so that they differed from purchase prices by no more than five per cent. To date, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has forced 1,496 entrepreneurs to work at a loss, 1,480 of whom are individual entrepreneurs. This year, businesses in Dovzhansk and Markivshchyna have been under the greatest pressure.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that at night, russian military attacked Kyiv oblast using UAVs. In Bucha region, six private houses, four cars, three outbuildings and three garages were damaged as a result of the enemy attack. Also, a fire broke out at a construction site. That fire has been extinguished. The premises of the suburban complex were damaged.
The State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management reported that Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ukraine Alle Dorhout visited the exclusion zone to learn about the history of the Chornobyl disaster, the cultural heritage of the region and the challenges caused by the russian-Ukrainian war.
The Mental Guard: Kyiv.UA platform was presented in Kyiv, a space of psychological support for educators, students and parents living and working in war. It combines trainings for teachers and school psychologists, tools for assessing mental health, a crisis advisory group, individual consultations and support for administrations of educational facilities.
Zhytomyr oblast
The main facilities of the farm were located in Kherson oblast, and during the occupation, russians stole all the machinery and equipment. More than twenty of the company’s employees and their families moved to the new location. In a few years, the farm managed to almost completely restore production. By the end of 2024, it had built a new 10,000-tonne potato storage facility with a processing shop in the village of Tupaltsi, Zviahel region.
Baranivka City Council has donated laptops to the military. On 22 April, Ukrainian defenders received 7 Acer laptops and a Lenovo Tab M11 tablet for the operational operation of unmanned systems, coordination and communication.
SES bomb squad defused 5 explosive devices in Zhytomyr oblast.
Sumy oblast
Svitlana Malysheva, Head of Manukhivka, reported that in the morning of 22 April, the russian army launched 4 air-dropped bombs at Manukhivka village in Nova Slobidka community. The shells hit private houses where people were present, but they survived and were unharmed. As a result of the strike, the village club, a shop, and two private houses were destroyed. Due to a repeated drone strike, the village is without electricity.
Olena Sharkova, Head of Myropillia community, informed that in Myropillia, houses burned down as a result of enemy shelling. The russian forces shelled the village in the morning, presumably with cluster munitions. As a result of the attack, one apartment building and three private houses were destroyed.

On 22 April, 3am, russian forces attacked Bilopillia community by guided aerial bombs. The strikes targeted the city and its surroundings. Accounting to Mayor Yurii Zarko, one person was injured, and more than ten houses were damaged.
The State Emergency Service informed that after the airstrikes on Bilopillia, rescuers saved a dog. The frightened animal was found during the clearing of debris. The dog whimpered, which saved its life.
Andrii Druzhchenko, Head of Vorozhba community, said that during the night of 22 April, russian forces struck Vorozhba by two air-dropped bombs. As a result of the attack, four private residential houses, a gas pipeline, and power lines were damaged.
According to the Regional Military Administration, as a result of shelling in Krasnopillia community, an apartment building was damaged, a residential house caught fire, and a non-residential building was also damaged. The enemy attacked the community by mortars, air-dropped bombs, UAVs, and an FPV-drone.
Overall, during the night and morning, russian forces carried out 57 shellings of border areas in Sumy oblast. A total of 114 explosions were recorded. The shelling affected Yunakivka, Myropillia, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Vorozhba, Nova Slobidka, Esman, Shalyhyne, and Seredyna-Buda communities.
The ‘North’ Operational Command reported that two people died in Sumy oblast over the past day. In Studenok village in Esman community, a man was killed as a result of shelling. In the settlement of Shalyhyne, a person was killed by a landmine.
On 21 April, russian forces carried out 189 shellings in Sumy oblast. A total of 410 strikes were recorded. The enemy used mortars (122 explosions), MLRS (38 explosions), artillery (117 explosions), UAV strikes (1 explosion), FPV-drone attacks (72 explosions), air-dropped bombs (23 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (50 explosions). Sixteen communities came under enemy fire: Sumy, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Chupakhivka, Velyka Pysarivka, Putyvl, Nova Slobidka, Hlukhiv, Shalyhyne, Esman, Svesa, Seredyna-Buda, Znob-Novhorodske, and Yampil.
The Regional Military Administration informed that over the past day, a civilian was killed in Esman community as a result of russian shelling, and a private residential house was also damaged there. In Sumy community, a residential house was damaged due to an enemy UAV strike, and in Znob-Novhorodske community, a residential house was destroyed.
Iryna Yukhta, Head of Krasnopillia community, said that yesterday, 29 people were evacuated from the community. Thirteen residents left Samotoivka, another ten departed from Krasnopillia. People were also evacuated from Osoiivka, Mezenivka, Lozove, Zemliane, and Hrabovske.

Chernihiv oblast
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that in the evening of 21 April, russian forces attacked a timber harvesting enterprise in Semenivka using drones. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out. There were no casualties. According to the Oblast Police, the explosions damaged the building and the enterprise’s territory, as well as ignited the roof and timber products.
Chernihiv Border Detachment informed that on 21 April, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar shelling (17 explosions) and barrel artillery fire (24 explosions), launched FPV-drone strikes (31 explosions), and used strike UAVs of the Molniya aircraft type (5 explosions), as well as dropped explosive devices from UAVs (61 explosions). Twenty settlements came under enemy fire.
Accounting to Department of Civil Protection and Defence Work of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, in the territory of Chernihiv region, debris from a ‘Geran-2’ UAV fell.
The Operational ‘North’ Command reported that the enemy struck Krasnyi Khutir village by mortars and FPV-drones. As a result of the shelling, four private houses were damaged.
Yurii Muzyka, Head of the Department of Education and Science of Chernihiv Regional State Administration said that Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to finance 21 additional projects for the construction of shelters in educational institutions, including three in Chernihiv oblast. These are Pryluky Lyceum №14, Bakhmach Lyceum №1, and Tupychiv Lyceum.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
From evening until night, the occupiers continued to attack Nikopol region by kamikaze drones. They targeted the regional centre and Marhanets community. 3 private houses, an administrative building and a power line were damaged. The enemy launched a drone strike on Mezhova community in Synelnykove region, damaging a private house, an outbuilding and a vehicle.
At night, Air Defence Forces were active. Soldiers of the Air Command East destroyed 2 enemy UAVs over the oblast.
The enemy forces attacked 2 regions in the oblast – Nikopol and Synelnykove. Over 25 strikes were recorded in Nikopol region. The occupiers used kamikaze drones and artillery against the regionalcentre, Pokrov, Myrove and Marhanets communities. An enterprise and several vehicles were damaged; 1 car was destroyed by fire. An administrative building, a private house and infrastructure were affected. Also, the occupiers struck Novopavlivka and Mezhova communities of Synelnykove region by KAB-guided bombs and a drone. 2 men, aged 65 and 85, were injured and received medical assistance. 13 private houses were damaged, 2 destroyed and vehicles affected.
Vinnytsia oblast
Mayor Serhii Morhunov announced that Vinnytsia oblast has delivered SUVs, a wheeled excavator and a loader to the defenders.
Kirovohrad oblast
11 Ukrainian defenders from Kirovohrad oblast were returned during the latest prisoner exchange. They are from Ustynivka, Novoukrainka, Haivoron, Rivne, Oleksandrivka, Hurivka and Onufriivka communities. The soldiers are undergoing rehabilitation and will soon return home to their families.
In Kropyvnytskyi, on Heroes of Maidan Square, members of the NGO Families by Protection of the Soldiers of the 57th Brigade held a commemorative event to honour fallen defenders and to remind the public about those who are in captivity or missing in action. Nearly a hundred people attended the event.
Bohdana Stoian, Director of CSO Give a paw, said that in Znamianka town, the Give a paw shelter took in 37 dogs evacuated from combat zones. The animals were evacuated in April from Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Currently, the Give a paw cares for about 200 animals, half of which were rescued from villages and towns affected by active fighting. The shelter is funded by personal contributions and donations.
Poltava oblast
It became known about another soldier from Poltava oblast who returned from captivity as part of the exchange on 19 April. This is 23-year-old Dmytro Verteletskyi from Myrhorod. In total, 15 defenders from the oblast have been returned.
In Poltava, installation of 873 window units was completed in residential buildings and a kindergarten that were damaged during a russian missile strike on 1 February.
Cherkasy oblast
In Uman, residents paid tribute to fallen defender Vladyslav Kushniruk, who was killed on 9 April 2025, during a combat mission in Donetsk oblast.
In Sosnove village, Cherkasy oblast, a memorial ceremony was held for defender Ihor Kyrychenko, who was killed on 17 April in Mohrytsia village, Sumy oblast, due to an FPV drone strike.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
According to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office, following the russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia on 22 March, law enforcement authorities have launched a pre-trial investigation into a war crime that resulted in a civilian death (Part 2, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Based on the information provided by Zaporizhghaz JSC, due to today’s russian attack on a high-rise building, a gas pipeline was damaged. Currently, 277 apartments are without gas supply. Gas reconnection will begin once other emergency services complete the necessary procedures.
Referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on 21 April, Defence Forces repelled 3 russian attacks in Orikhiv region. Clashes took place in Stepove and Novodanylivka.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, reported that on 21 April, russian forces launched 552 strikes on 12 towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia oblast. In particular, MLRS were used 29 times to strike Kamianske, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Charivne and Novodarivka.

Mykolaiv oblast
According to Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, on 21 April, russian forces shelled Kutsurub community by artillery and twice by FPV drones. There were no injuries reported.
In the evening of 21 April, an FPV drone attacked the waters of Ochakiv community. There were no casualties reported.
Odesa oblast
Oleh Kiper, Head of Odesa RMA, informed that as a result of a russian drone attack on the evening of 21 April in Odesa, civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, an educational institution and vehicles were damaged. Fires broke out. 3 people were injured. More than 90 windows were shattered in 3 schools, 2 of which switched to remote learning today.
Referring to the Air Command South, on the evening of 21 April, air defence forces shot down 27 drones over Odesa oblast.

Kherson oblast
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, said that russian forces shelled Tsentralnyi district of Kherson, wounding a 6-year-old girl. She was hospitalised.
According to the RMA, at around 5pm, russian forces attacked Bilozkrka in Kherson oblast by a drone. A 72-year-old woman was injured and hospitalised with blast and cranial trauma and a concussion.
Based on the information provided by the CMA, at noon, russian forces targeted residential area in Korabelnyi district of Kherson. There were no casualties reported.
Shortly after 12pm, russian forces dropped explosives from a drone onto the premises of a medical facility in central part of Kherson. 6 people were injured: 4 funeral service workers and 2 medical staff. Most victims suffered blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. The injured are between 19 and 64 years old.
In the morning, a russian drone struck a car in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A 48-year-old man sustained a blast injury and a leg wound. He will be treated on an outpatient basis.
According to the Police of the oblast, on 21 April, russian forces attacked a checkpoint in Novooleksandrivka community by FPV drones. A 34-year-old police officer was wounded – he suffered a concussion and shrapnel injury to his shoulder. Also, 3 police officers sustained concussions due to artillery shelling in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, stated that on 21 April, russian forces shelled 36 settlements in Kherson oblast. A missile strike was launched on Beryslav region, damaging 3 high-rise buildings, 8 private houses and a gas pipeline. 1 person was killed and 7 injured.

Lutsk community sent 65 FPV drones, EW Shelter 6, DJI Mavic 3T, 4 DJI Mavic 3PRO, 22 EcoFlow, 5 Starlink, 2 inverter generators, 10 batteries for Motorola radios, 5 Lenovo tablets, an AGM night vision monocular and 2 ThermTee Cyclops 350 thermal imagers to the military.
Zakarpattia oblast
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated over UAH 23m to support individual communities in the oblast. Funds are intended for local budgets, which have decreased resources compared to the previous year.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
A memorial board dedicated to fallen defender Mykola Tsiak, soldier of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade Edelveis of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was opened in Ivano-Frankivsk. A memorial sign was consecrated on the facade of the Professional Polytechnic Lyceum. It was here that the defender studied at one time. Mykola Tsiak heroically gave his life in battle in Donetsk oblast.
Lviv oblast
Specialists from the UNBROKEN center in Lviv conducted training for physical therapists from Dnipro and Zhytomyr. For 2 days, Lviv rehabilitation specialists shared their knowledge with colleagues on the recovery of burn patients.
Children of employees of Strii RMA collected over UAH 53,000. With these funds, as well as funds from employees of Strii RMA who joined the initiative, it was possible to purchase two electronic warfare systems for Strii Territorial Defense.
The Soteria religious youth community launched a campaign to raise funds to help the military. Thanks to this, they raised UAH 1,640 to the soldiers and received over 11,000 from donations from priests and parishioners.
Rivne oblast
A barrier-free route has begun to be created in Rivne oblast. It will appear in the regional center. The total length is 12 km.
Ternopil oblast
A symbol of sincere support and friendship between communities was the transfer of 100 rose seedlings from Chortkiv community to Snihurivka community, Mykolaiv oblast. These flowers have already been planted in the yard of the Community Security Center in Snihurivka.
The 44th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol received 10 FPV drones on fiber optics from Ternopil community. The delivery of an electronic warfare complex for the contract amount of over UAH 860,000 was also ensured.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that almost UAH 20m were allocated for the purchase of medical equipment, repair of departments, and operating rooms.
Chernivtsi oblast
In the 1st three months of 2025, UAH 6.4m was allocated from the regional and local budgets of Chernivtsi oblast for subventions to meet the needs of individual units of the Main Police Department and the State Emergency Service.
