Evacuation routes for civilians from Donetsk region and the possibility of leaving change daily depending on the security situation, said Taras Kravets, project manager of the charity foundation “Angels of Salvation.” Recently, most requests have come from the Dobropillia community. At the same time, it is currently the hardest to evacuate from there due to limited access and dangers along the routes, the manager noted. People are also leaving Kostiantynivka and Druzhkivka in large numbers.

On the previous day, the occupiers launched 65 drones and FPV drones against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since June, in the so-called “LNR,” the population has been gradually prepared for yet another increase in utility tariffs. First, they announced higher fees for garbage collection. Later, they introduced a new tariff for centralized water supply. Prices for gas and electricity were revised. Now it is heating supply costs that are up for recalculation. Preliminary estimates suggest the price will rise by 24%. It should be noted that in the occupied parts of Luhansk region, tariffs are reviewed every six months.
A critical situation has developed with centralized water supply in Khrustalnyi. It is worth noting that the city’s infrastructure and housing stock were not damaged during the occupation in 2014. The problem lies in the fact that for all eleven years, communal services have been neglected. Over the past year, water has been supplied to Khrustalnyi for only four hours a day. In August, in large parts of the city, water in the taps appears only once every four days, and its quality resembles technical water rather than drinking water.
