Police evacuated a 72-year-old woman from Lyman region who was surviving in a summer kitchen because her house was destroyed by russian shells. The pensioner took two dogs and chickens with her. In educational institutions in the occupied territories of Luhansk oblast, children are being handed booklets with rules to follow when communicating with the russian army. They emphasise that in any case, armed russians will not be punished for their illegal actions.
In Luhansk, the occupation authorities are discussing the revision of tariffs for passenger transportation within the city. However, they do not have a solution that will suit everyone. The current tariff of rub 20 is economically unjustified and outdated. It costs three times as much to transport one person. There is no question of any possible profit. The calculations were made taking into account the price of “cheap russian fuel”, which everyone has been waiting for for 10 years. The local collaborators cannot agree on whether to significantly increase the budget subsidy to the carrier or to pass these costs on to the population.
