For about a month, the so-called “lpr” has been experiencing a gasoline crisis. Fuel supplies were limited even earlier. But in mid-August, the situation took on critical shades. Gas stations switched to paying by coupons, and “in garages” it was possible to purchase a certain amount of gasoline at a price several times higher than the retail price. The occupation authorities recognized the problem only at the end of the month and promised to solve it in a few days. More than two weeks have passed since then, but, for example, in Novoaydar, it is still possible to fill up a car tank only with a coupon.

In Siverskodonetsk, the medical situation is approaching critical. The problem is not only that it is almost impossible to call an ambulance, especially at night. But also that there are only two such brigades left in the entire city. Among the main reasons is the lack of qualified medical personnel and specialized transport.
