Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:
On 13 September, there were 80 combat clashes on the frontline. Ukrainian defenders are stopping the enemy, holding the lines and destroying the russians’ plans.
Russian artillery shelling affected areas of settlements, in particular Starykove and Rudak in Sumy oblast.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions. The aggressor launched two air strikes, dropped seven guided aerial bombs, and carried out 63 shelling.
Towards Southern Sloboda, there were seven combat clashes in the vicinity of Vovchansk, Ambarne, Fiholivka, Khatne, and Odradne.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy advanced three times on the positions of our defenders near Kupiansk and Petropavlivka, one combat clash is still ongoing.
Towards Lyman, there were five combat clashes, two of which are still ongoing. The enemy attacked in the vicinity of Shandryholove, Kolodiazi and Zarichne.
Towards Siversk, the enemy carried out 13 attacks in the vicinity of Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, Yampil, and Dronivka; four combat clashes are still ongoing.
Towards Kramatorsk, one attack was repelled. The enemy conducted offensive actions, trying to advance towards Stupochky.
Towards Toretsk, the defense forces stopped two enemy attacks. The invader tried to advance in the vicinity of the settlements of Kleban-Byk, Katerynivka and Poltavka.
Towards Pokrovsk, russian troops tried 34 times to advance on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the vicinity of the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Rodynske, Mykolaivka, Myroliubivka, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Dachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodne, Molodetske, Novopavlivka and Filiia. 29 attacks were repelled.
Towards Novopavlivka, Ukrainian defenders repelled 10 enemy attacks near the settlements of Oleksandrohrad, Ternove, Olhivske and Ivanivka, four clashes are still ongoing.
Towards Huliaipole and Orikhiv, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations, but carried out an airstrike on Zaliznychne.
Towards Kherson, the aggressor conducted two futile attacks. Kozatske was subjected to an airstrike.
In the remaining areas, there were no significant changes in the situation. Ukrainian troops are exhausting the enemy along the entire line of combat contact and in the rear.
Oleksii Belskyi, Spokesman for Dnipro Regional State Administration, says that Ukrainian servicemen have returned the settlement of Filiia in Dnipropetrovsk oblast to Ukrainian control.
The Main Intelligence Directorate reports that their drones attacked Ufa refinery, 1,400 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.

Kharkiv oblast
There were 183 combat clashes in Kharkiv oblast.
Towards Southern Sloboda, there were 23 combat clashes in the vicinity of Vovchansk, Ambarne, Slobozhansk, Odradne, and Kutkivka.
Towards Kupiansk, there were 8 enemy attacks. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the vicinity of Holubivka, Kupiansk, Pishchane, and Nova Kruhliakivka.
The General Staff reports that a counter-sabotage operation is underway in Kupiansk, and search and strike operations are underway around the city. During the operation on the approaches to Kupiansk, the Ukrainian military neutralized a total of 265 russians, and another 128 in the city area.
The russian military managed to enter the northern outskirts of Kupiansk thanks to an underground gas pipe, confirmed the commander of the 429th separate regiment of unmanned systems “Achilles” Yurii Fedorenko. On September 12, the corresponding footage was published by the Deepstate project. As Fedorenko explained, the entrance to the gas network through which the russian military infiltrated the city is located in the area of the occupied Lyman Pershyi, which is 10 kilometers from Kupiansk. The Ukrainian military has already hit the pipe in the vicinity of the Oskil River to flood it.
The RMA reports that at 07:00, russian troops attacked the village of Skoryky in Zolochiv community with FPV drones. As a result of the strikes, a private house was destroyed, and outbuildings and power grids were damaged. There was no information about any injuries or deaths.
Viktor Kovalenko, Head of the RMA, says that two women, aged 61 and 68, suffered acute stress reactions due to a combined russian strike on Kalynove, Zolochiv community on the night of September 13. According to him, at 03:15 russians struck with two GABs and four Shahed UAVs. As a result of the strikes, the cultural center, which housed a kindergarten, library, and sports hall, suffered significant damage. Three apartment buildings and three private houses, a shop, and an outpatient clinic were also damaged
Over the past day, 12 settlements in Kharkiv region were hit by enemy strikes. 6 people were injured as a result of the shelling.
In the village of Spodobivka, Kupiansk community, a 76-year-old man, an 88-year-old woman, and a 66-year-old woman were injured; in the village of Balka of Velykyi Burluk community, a 63-year-old woman was injured; in the village of Kalynove of Zolochiv community, a 61-year-old and 67-year-old women were injured.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons:

▪️1 UAV of the Molniya type.
Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed:
▪️in Kharkiv region, the buildings of a children’s camp and a garage (Lyubotyn city) were damaged;
▪️in Kupiansk region, 3 private houses (Zamist village), a car (Spodobivka village), a private house (Osynovo village), 2 private houses (Nechvolodyvka village), a private house, an outbuilding (Balka village);
▪️In Bohodukhiv region, a cultural center, apartment buildings and private houses, a shop, outbuildings, and a car were damaged (Kalynove village);
▪️In Lozova region, 3 trucks were damaged (Tsaredarivka village), a car (Lozova city).
The transit evacuation point in Lozova accepted 124 people per day. 49 people remained. In total, 2,497 people have been registered at the Point since it began operating.
Andriy Kanashevich, Head of Kupiansk district administration,In Kupiansk, which was destroyed by about 90%, about 870 residents remain. These are mostly people over 65 years old. Residents of high-rise buildings in the city live in basements or on the first floors, in the private sector – in houses, critical infrastructure is not working.
The Heroes Games were held in Kharkiv on September 12, with 20 veterans and servicemen with disabilities participating. Project manager Oleksandr Honcharov says that 80% of the athletes today were participating in the competition for the first time.
Donetsk oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that near Toretsk, russian troops conducted 15 attacks. The occupiers stormed near Shcherbinivka, Oleksandro-Kalynovoye and Katerynivka, as well as towards Ivanopillia, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka and Poltavka.
Towards Pokrovsk, there were 49 battles, 20 – towards Siversk.
Oleksandr Vovk, Staff Sergeant of the 117th Motorized Rifle Brigade, reports that the russian 155th Marine Brigade returned to small-group tactics after heavy losses towards Pokrovsk: an elite unit of the russian army was transferred to Donetsk oblast from Kursk oblast. The occupiers tried to storm the positions of the Defense Forces in groups of seven or eight people, but this did not give them success, said. In a week, the Ukrainian military destroyed an infantry company of the occupiers.
The RMA reports that at 1:00 a.m., the russian army fired three Smerch missiles at a residential area of Kostyantynivka. At least 3 people were killed and 7 injured in the morning Russian shelling of Kostiantynivka. The occupiers pounded the city with artillery, FAB-250 aerial bombs, and Smerch missiles. In Kostyantynivka, more than 10 high-rise buildings, more than 10 private houses, and a hospital were damaged. Four women aged 42 to 59 and three men aged 27, 59, and 61 were injured in the attack on the city. Doctors assess their condition as moderate.
The RMA reports that a girl born in 2006 was injured in the Russian attack on Kramatorsk. Previously, the invaders struck the city with three V2U drones and hit three gas stations.
After midnight, russia sent 7 Geran-2 UAVs to Sloviansk – 5 private houses, an educational institution, 2 garages and a car were damaged. A private house was also damaged in Alekseevo-Druzhkivka.
The RMA reports that at night, russian troops shelled Sloviansk with seven Geran-2 strike drones. Hits were recorded in Zaliznychne and Pivtochnyi microdistricts of the city, houses and a kindergarten were damaged.
Police reports that at night, the russian army shelled Oleksiivo-Druzhkivka and damaged a private house, and in Sloviansk, private houses, an educational institution, garages and a car were damaged as a result of the strike.
On September 12, there were 2,387 strikes on the frontline and the residential sector.

Petro Andriuschenko, Head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation, reports that in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, simplified “forced” passporting of the russian federation has been completed. From now on, Ukrainians who do not have a russian passport face deportation or a long-term process of obtaining citizenship, which may take several years.
The shelter for displaced people with livestock “Stop of Salvation” is home to over a hundred animals and two dozen people. Chickens, goats, pigs, cows – all are accepted free of charge.
Luhansk oblast
The invaders carried out 37 assault operations towards Lyman and Siversk. They were most active in the second of them, where they tried to advance 20 times. In our zone of responsibility, the enemy used 70 drones and FPV drones. They struck with a multiple launch rocket system. They carried out 15 shellings with barrel artillery. In the region, the enemy attacked near Hrekivka.
Luhansk RMA launched a “hotline” for orphans and children deprived of parental care who remain in the temporarily occupied part of the region. The resource will help minors return to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
The State Environmental Inspectorate of Luhansk Oblast assessed the environmental damage due to the destruction of the “Khimpostachalnik” enterprise in temporarily occupied Rubizhne. Debris from buildings and production facilities litter the environment on an area of more than 10 thousand square meters.
In Rubizhne, in the absence of mobile communication, locals have invented three ways to call an ambulance. The first, as in all, is to use a payphone. The second is to find the frequency on the radio transmitter on which the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the russian federation work and ask them to pass on the message to the doctors. Voters who have access to the Internet apply via Telegram. The most reliable option is to find a driver who will take them to the hospital on their own.
Medical workers in occupied Siverskodonetsk complain that they do not receive the promised additional payments from russia. Unlike teams from the regions of the russian federation, who take turns coming to the city to earn extra money. A collective appeal to the leadership of the so-called “lpr” was returned to Siverskodonetsk for action on the spot.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the oblast council, reports that the occupiers attacked Synelnykove region. They targeted Mezhova, Pokrov and Dubovykivka communities with UAVs and GABs. A fire broke out, and two people were injured. A private house, a combine harvester, and an administrative building were damaged.
The attacks on Nikopol region continued. In the evening and at night, the occupiers launched drones over the district center. According to updated information, a religious institution, 3 apartment buildings, and a power line were damaged due to yesterday’s shelling in Nikopol.
The occupiers again terrorized Nikopol and Synelnykove regions. In Marhanka, Nikopol region, 5 people were injured due to a drone strike, including a child. A 13-year-old boy was injured, as well as two 38-year-old women and women aged 37 and 74.
In total, the enemy carried out more than three and a half strikes in the district – targeting the district center, Myrove, Marhanets and Pokrovsk communities with drones and artillery. A fire broke out. A lyceum, a sports school, 5 apartment buildings, a private home, 2 shops, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a municipal and private enterprise, a sports club and power lines were damaged. In Synelnykove region, UAVs targeted Mezhova and Sloviansk communities.

Poltava oblast
41 veteran support specialists were added this year in Poltava щидфіе. According to the National Police of Ukraine, a 63-year-old man and 2 women aged 58 and 88 were evacuated from the frontline Prymorske settlement in Zaporizhzhia oblast.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on 12 September, the defence forces repelled 2 russian attacks in Orikhiv region. The clashes took place near Mala Tokmachka and Novodanylivka.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the RMA, stated that on 12 September, russian forces carried out 510 strikes on 19 towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia oblast. In particular, they launched 9 airstrikes on Novoiakovlivka, Veselianka, Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Poltavka, Uspenivka and Chervone.
The State Emergency Service informed that on 12 September, 4 fires broke out in Zaporizhzhia oblast as a result of russian shelling. In Preobrazhenka village, rescuers extinguished a fire in an administrative building and in Orikhiv, they put out a fire in a 5-story building covering 800sq.m.
Mykolaiv oblast
Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv RMA, said that this evening, a russian strike drone was recorded near Mykolaiv.
Relying on the information provided by the RMA, yesterday and during the night of 13 September, russian forces attacked the Halytsynivka community by FPV drones. As a result, a private house in Lymany village was damaged and caught fire, while in Lupareve, a summer house was damaged.
Overnight, air defence forces shot down and suppressed 6 Shahed drones and various types of decoy UAVs.
On 12 September, russian forces attacked Kutsurub and Ochakiv communities by FPV drones. As a result, private houses and outbuildings were damaged in Ochakiv.
Odesa oblast
The Air Command South reported that overnight, border guards destroyed a drone over Odesa oblast; it fell into the sea. During the night of 13 September, air defence forces destroyed 7 drones.
Kherson oblast
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, informed that at around 5pm, there was a threat of a russian airstrike on Kherson oblast.
Referring to the RMA, at around 9:30am, russian artillery struck Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A 58-year-old woman was injured and hospitalised in moderate condition. A 61-year-old woman sustained blast and craniocerebral injuries and a concussion.
At around 6:30am, russian forces attacked a 50-year-old man in Antonivka by a drone. He suffered blast injuries and multiple shrapnel wounds.
According to the Southern Defence Forces, on 12 September, russian forces twice attacked the positions of the defence forces in Prydniprovske region. They attempted assaults near Antonivka railway bridge, but failed.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the RMA, stated that on 12 September, russian troops shelled 30 settlements in Kherson oblast, damaging a cell tower, a high-rise building, 6 private houses, buses and cars. 4 people were injured.

Volyn oblast

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Carpathian sappers continue to clear the lands of Kherson oblast from explosive objects. Every day, specialists from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the region work on demining liberated territories. In Kherson oblast, over 900 hectares have been surveyed and about 1,000 explosive objects have been neutralized.
Lviv oblast
In Sudova Vyshna, during the event Vyshna Fest 2025, it was possible to collect UAH 127,000 for the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo. In Yavoriv, during Yavoriv Fun and Pie Festival, over UAH 160,000 were raised for the production of drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Drohobych RMA, together with the KOLO Volunteer Center, provided a vehicle for the defenders to perform combat missions. On 24 August, the Family and Youth Department of Drohobych City Council raised UAH 3,750 for the rehabilitation center.
Drohobych Tourist Information Center raised UAH 16,000 on 23 and 24 August. These funds will be used to support the needs of the Black Forest brigade.
Rivne oblast
Rivne oblast has deployed 700 additional places for people from frontline areas. There are also 173 places in hospitals.
Ternopil oblast
Schools of Ternopil oblast will receive LEGO sets for interactive and game-based learning for 4th-grade students thanks to an agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and The LEGO Foundation (the Kingdom of Denmark).
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that over 1,100 children have already received the status of victims of hostilities and armed conflicts.
Chernivtsi oblast
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, UAH 236.7m has already been allocated from the regional budget for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, and taking into account all local budgets of Bukovina – over UAH 1bn from the entire oblast. These funds have financed about 30 units and military formations of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
The US announced sanctions against companies from 10 countries for supplying goods to the russian federation. The list includes 23 Chinese companies, three Turkish, two from the UAE, and one each from India, Iran, Singapore and Taiwan. The sanctions will come into effect on 16 September.
