At least 130 cultural specialists are expected in the so-called “lpr” to be sent to work in villages, towns and small cities under the “Zemsky Cultural Worker” program. However, there is only enough money in the budget for incentive payments for this category this year for only 30 people. If approved, the person will have to work full-time in a small settlement for five years. However, in terms of attracting doctors, this program is not functioning properly and has not been life-saving.
