Since the beginning of the day, 92 combat engagements have taken place along the front line. Our defenders are halting the enemy, holding the lines, and disrupting Russian plans.
Russian artillery shelling has affected populated areas including Hremyach and Arkhypivka in Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Slavgorod, Maryine, and Doroshivka in Sumy region; and Tymofiivka in Kharkiv region.
In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the enemy conducted eight offensive actions today; currently, two battles are still ongoing. The enemy carried out two airstrikes, dropping a total of five guided bombs, and launched 144 attacks.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian forces repelled an enemy assault near Petro-Ivanivka. Airstrikes affected the areas of Velykyi Burluk, Odradne, and Vilkhuvatka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance twice toward our defenders’ positions near Stepova Novoselivka; a battle is still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, there were 20 combat engagements today, five of which are still ongoing. The enemy attacked in the areas of Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Novyi Myr, Karpivka, Serednie, Kolodiazi, and in the directions of Shandryholove, Torske, and Serebrianka.
In the Siverskyi direction, the enemy launched two attacks today, trying to advance near Ivano-Dariivka and Verkhniokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders repelled two enemy assaults. The enemy attempted to advance toward Predtechyne and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian forces have already successfully repelled five enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance in the areas of Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, and in the directions of Pleshchiivka and Katerynivka. Two more battles are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces attempted to push forward 35 times near the settlements of Popiv Yar, Novoeconomichne, Myroliubivka, Promin, Novosergiivka, Udachne, Muravka, Novoukrainka, Dachne, Oleksiivka, Malynivka, Lysivka, Shevchenko, and toward Pokrovsk, Serhiivka, and Rodynske. Our defenders have already repelled 30 enemy assaults, and the fighting continues. The enemy’s aircraft struck the areas of Volodymyrivka, Rodynske, Suvorove, and Pokrovsk with guided aerial bombs (KABs).
In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven enemy attacks near the settlements of Zaporizhzhia, Tolstyi, Piddubne, Novosilka, and Zelene Pole. One more enemy attack is still ongoing. Sichenove and Velykomykhailivka were hit by airstrikes.
In the Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions, but carried out airstrikes near Poltavka, Huliaipole, and Prymorske.
In the Dnipro River (Prydniprovske) direction, the aggressor carried out four unsuccessful attacks against our positions. Lviv and Olhivka were hit with unguided aerial rockets.
In the remaining directions, the situation has not changed significantly.
Ukrainian forces continue to wear down the enemy along the entire line of contact and in the rear.
Ukraine’s Defense Forces have struck the MiG Corporation’s aircraft plant and its design bureau, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the night and morning of July 11, Russia launched 79 attack UAVs of the Shahed type and various decoy drones across Ukrainian territory. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, air defense forces successfully destroyed 44 of them.

Kharkiv oblast
Frontline Update
As of 4:00 p.m., in the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian forces repelled a Russian attack toward Petro-Ivanivka, according to the General Staff. Airstrikes hit Velykyi Burluk, Odradne, and Vilkhuvatka.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops launched two assaults near Stepova Novoselivka; a battle is currently ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, 20 combat engagements were recorded, five of which are still ongoing. Notably, Russian forces attacked near Novyi Myr.
During the past 24 hours, 214 combat engagements were recorded.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, our troops repelled eight enemy attacks in the areas of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Zapadne, and Zelene.
In the Kupiansk direction, five assaults by the enemy took place yesterday. Ukrainian defense forces repelled attacks near Stepova Novoselivka, Zapadne, and Petropavlivka.
Russian forces continue assaults in and near Vovchansk, even at night. To avoid detection, they are using anti-thermal imaging ponchos, said Pavlo Shamshyn, spokesperson of the Kharkiv Operational-Tactical Group. He also noted that Russian troops have found a way to move infantry across the Oskil River.
Shelling
A Russian strike near the city hospital in Chuhuiv on July 11 injured one hospital staff member. Over 200 windows and 100 doors were blown out in the building, said the hospital’s deputy director Iryna Haievska to Suspilne.
In total, four people were injured in the attack on Chuhuiv, said Serhii Lobodenko, head of the Chuhuiv District Military Administration, during a Suspilne broadcast. All are in mild condition.
Over the past day, the enemy struck Kharkiv city and 10 settlements in Kharkiv region.
As a result of the shelling, 1 person was killed and 14 were injured.
In Kharkiv city, 9 people were injured; in the village of Myrne (Kindrashivska community), a 57-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman were wounded; in Kupiansk, a 43-year-old man was killed and a 73-year-old woman was injured; in the village of Lyman (Vovchansk community), a 74-year-old man was wounded; and in Chuhuiv, a 65-year-old woman was injured.
The enemy attacked Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv with 2 UAVs.

Damage and destruction to civilian infrastructure include:

▪️In Kupiansk district: 3 private homes (in Ustynivka and Myrove), a school (in Kolodiazne), and a car (in Kupiansk) were damaged.
▪️In Chuhuiv district: 2 private houses, 2 factory buildings, and a hospital were damaged.
In the first ten days of July, seven people were killed and another 26 injured in Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region, reported Andrii Kanashkevych, the head of the District Military Administration.
Ten cultural heritage sites in Kharkiv were damaged by Russian drone attacks on July 11, according to architect Viktor Dvornikov. He noted that all were damaged for the second time, and some — for the third.
Donetsk oblast
Frontline
Russian forces are attempting to seize control of Pokrovsk, Toretsk, and Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, according to the commander of fire support for the “Revenge” Brigade, known by the call sign “Mason.” The brigade is holding the defense in multiple directions — notably the Lyman and Toretsk axes.
Shelling
After midnight, Russian troops attacked the village of Raiske (Druzhkivka community), injuring two civilians and damaging two private homes.
Throughout July 10, Russia launched 3,387 strikes on the front line and residential areas. Twenty-two populated areas came under fire.
Sixty-one civilian objects were damaged, including 31 residential buildings.
In Pokrovsk, a Russian KAB-250 guided bomb killed three civilians and destroyed a private home.
One person was killed in Rodynske; a private home, a garage, and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
The Shakhivska community also came under fire:
- In Nykanorivka, an enemy FPV drone killed one person and wounded another.
- In Zatyshne, a KAB-250 bomb explosion killed a civilian and damaged a household.
- In Novotroitske, an FPV drone damaged a civilian bus (injuring one), a private home, a store, and a truck.
There was a fatality in Vyroliubivka (Kostiantynivka community), where Russian FPV drones destroyed a civilian car and a truck.
Kostiantynivka was attacked with two aerial bombs, drones, and artillery. One civilian was injured; 5 apartment buildings, 7 private homes, a boiler house, and a vehicle were damaged.
In Myrnohrad, Russian artillery fire injured a civilian.
In Novovodiane (Bilozerka community), three people were injured by an FPV drone strike on a vehicle. Another UAV hit an apartment building.
Dobropillia was attacked by six FPV drones, damaging an apartment building, three private houses, three outbuildings, rail infrastructure, and two civilian cars. In Sviatohorivka (Dobropillia community), one house was damaged.
In Bilytske, Russian forces dropped two KAB-250 bombs, damaging an industrial facility. In Bilozerske, an industrial zone facility and a truck were damaged.

In Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, two private homes were damaged.
In Lyman, Russia attacked with Smerch MLRS and drones, damaging four private homes and two outbuildings.
Luhansk oblast
41 drones and four FPV drones were carrying out combat missions for Russian forces in our area of responsibility. The enemy also conducted 32 tube artillery strikes. On the Lyman axis, the occupiers carried out 32 assaults, particularly near Novoyehorivka.
In Lysychansk, Russian contractors dismantled the roof of a multi-story residential building 10 months ago and abandoned the site. Since then, the top two floors have been flooded and have become uninhabitable. Occupation security forces are ignoring complaints, since on paper the building has already been “commissioned” after major repairs.
The occupiers are forcing communities in Luhansk region to rename streets, parks, and squares in honor of Russian “sponsor regions.” The occupation administration regularly reminds local officials that if they refuse to rename these public sites after representatives from Tuva, the Komi Republic, or Altai, settlements in the so-called “LNR” will be denied Russian aid.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Kyiv City Military Administration reported that in the evening, a man injured as a result of the russian attack on Kyiv on 10 July sought medical assistance. The number of wounded has risen to 26. Two people were killed as a result of the shelling.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as of 20:30 on 10 July, 12 residential buildings, 66 cars, shops, healthcare facilities and catering establishments were damaged in eight districts of the capital as a result of the enemy attack. A total of 400 rescuers are involved in dealing with the aftermath of the shelling of Kyiv. 300 police officers are documenting war crimes and taking statements about damaged property.
Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine Archbishop Visvaldas Kulbokas informed that the premises of the Vatican Embassy, located in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, were damaged during a massive russian strike on the night of 10 July. According to him, no employees of the Nunciature were injured, but about ten large pieces of debris, probably from a russian drone, were found on the embassyterritory.
The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, announced that a full-fledged system for intercepting enemy drones, called “Clear Sky,” is being launched in Kyiv. As part of the initiative, a training centre for operators will be set up and additional mobile units formed to patrol the city and its outskirts. During the pilot project “Clear Sky” in Kyiv oblast, nearly 550 enemy UAVs were intercepted in a few months.
The State Emergency Service of Kyiv oblast reported that rescuers practised their actions during a simulated enemy UAV attack. Firefighting and tactical exercises were conducted at one of the enterprises in oblast area. During the exercises, fire and rescue units practised their actions in the case of an emergency, extinguishing a fire and evacuating simulated victims, the rapid deployment of forces and equipment, and studying the operational and tactical features of the facility.
Zhytomyr oblast
Zhytomyr Mayor Serhiy Sukhomlyn announced that Lithuania will finance the reconstruction of Lyceum No. 25, destroyed by the russian army at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. According to him, at the Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine, the Lithuanian government officially confirmed the financing of the construction of the ruined educational institution.
The Regional State Administration reported that seven territorial communities of Zhytomyr oblast are participating in the International Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine (URC2025), held in Rome. Among the representatives of the oblast are the communities of Ruzhyn, Berdychiv, Novoborivsk, Khoroshiv, Zhytomyr, Raigorod, and Zviahel. This is a unique opportunity for communities to attract investment, receive expert support, and learn from best practices in the field of recovery.
Sumy oblast
The General Staff reported that on 11 July, along Northern Slobozhanske and Kursk front, the russian armed forces carried out eight offensive operations. As of 4pm., two engagements were still ongoing. Enemy troops launched two airstrikes, dropped a total of five guided bombs, and conducted 144 shelling attacks.
Over the past 24 hours, 21 engagements took place along the Northern Slobozhanske and Kursk front. On 10 July, russian forces carried out 15 airstrikes, dropping 25 guided bombs, and conducted 306 shelling attacks, including five using multiple launch rocket systems.
The Regional Military Administration informed that at around 5am., russian forces launched an attack on the territory of Sumy community using six drones over a span of fifteen minutes. A local resident sought medical assistance after being injured in the strikes. During the shelling, a 62-year-old woman was in the yard of her own home and sustained wounds. Non-residential buildings were also damaged.
Yesterday, two local residents (born in 1990 and 1991) were injured as a result of russian shelling in Sady community.
During the 24-hour period from the morning of 10 July to the morning of 11 July, russian forces carried out nearly 120 shelling attacks on 32 settlements across 15 territorial communities in the oblast. The highest number of attacks were recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy actively used guided aerial bombs (15 strikes), dropped explosive grenades from UAVs (nearly 40 strikes), and launched multiple rocket system attacks (25 strikes). There were also strikes involving unguided air-launched rockets, FPV-drones, and other unmanned aerial vehicles.
In the oblast, over the past day, russian shelling damaged the following: in Seredyna-Buda community – 7 private residential houses, an administrative building, and a non-residential structure; in Mykolaiv rural community – a private residential house; in Lebedyn and Sumy communities – non-residential premises.
Over the course of the day, 19 people were evacuated by local authorities in coordination with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and public organisations from border communities.
Oleh Hryhorov, the Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that since July 2023, over 7,200 people have been evacuated from Bilopillia and Vorozhba communities, including more than 670 children. At the same time, around 2,800 residents remain.
According to Sumy City Military Administration, despite the threat of shelling, anti-drone corridors are being set up along roads in Sumy community. This is one of the key fortification elements that has already proven its effectiveness.
Chernihiv oblast
The Department for Civil Protection and Defence Work of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, between 8am. on 10 July and 8am. on 11 July, russian forces attacked Oleksandrivka village in Novhorod-Siverskyi region near the border. The enemy used Molniya-type UAVs in the assault. Two explosions were recorded. A residential house was damaged as a result of the attack.
The Chernihiv Border Detachment informed that over the course of 10 July, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka and Snovsk. The enemy carried out FPV-drone strikes (2 explosions) and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (14 explosions). Seven settlements came under enemy fire. As a result of strikes on the village of Hremyach in Novhorod-Siverskyi community, two non-residential buildings caught fire.
Serhii Kurenia, Head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of Chernihiv Regional State Administration, said that commissions will be able to remotely assess damaged housing in areas where hostilities are ongoing. The relevant resolution was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 7 July. According to him, the new algorithm is intended to assist in inspecting destroyed homes in the border areas of Chernihiv oblast.
At the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) 2025, which began in Rome, 28 projects for the restoration and development of Chernihiv oblast were presented, covering various sectors: education, healthcare, social and critical infrastructure, and alternative energy sources. According to the Head of the Regional Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, nearly 16,000 facilities in the oblast have been destroyed or damaged, the vast majority being housing stock. Immediately after the de-occupation of Chernihiv oblast, international partners actively joined the reconstruction efforts, including Latvia, France, Germany, and Belgium.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
From evening until morning, the enemy continued shelling the Nikopol district, reported Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council. The attacks involved drones, Grad MLRS, and artillery fire. Strikes targeted the district center and the Marhanets community. Fires broke out, destroying a wheat field. An administrative building and a power line were damaged. Additionally, a drone attack on the Pokrovske community in the Synelnykove district damaged an agricultural enterprise.
Nikopol district endured around twenty strikes. The occupiers targeted the district center, Myrove, Pokrovske, and Marhanets communities. In Nikopol, two men were injured, one of whom was hospitalized in serious condition. A fire broke out, damaging two apartment buildings, a household structure, a pharmacy, a café, a private residence, a car, a gas pipeline, a power line, and critical infrastructure.
In the morning, the enemy also shelled the Petropavlivka and Mezhova communities in Synelnykove district. A 58-year-old man was injured, and vehicles were damaged.
Vinnytsia oblast
Since the beginning of July, explosive ordnance disposal teams in Vinnytsia region have responded five times to the sites of Russian missile and drone impacts. In one instance, they neutralized the warhead of a Geran-2 drone that had failed to detonate after being hit by air defense systems.
Kirovohrad oblast
In the village of Pavlysh, Onufriivka community, Oleksandriia district, Kirovohrad region, residents welcomed home defender Viktor Pavlenko, who was freed from Russian captivity. He was returned from Russian captivity on April 19 this year.
The defender served in the 71st Brigade and was captured in February 2025 on the Donetsk front.
Cherkasy oblast
More than 700 FPV drones and 31 quadcopters of various types were delivered to the military from Cherkasy region, reported Ihor Taburets, Head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
Today, 11 July, the russian army shelled the frontline Stepnohirsk community. As a result of the artillery strike, one man was killed.
Also, this morning, the enemy shelled Mala Tokmachka. One person was killed in the artillery attack.
Over the past day, 10 July, the occupiers executed 592 strikes on 16 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces launched 7 airstrikes on Plavni, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Bilohiria, and Novoandriivka. 419 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Malokaterynivka, Smoliane, Chervonodniprivka, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novopavlivka. 7 MLRS strikes hit Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, and Mala Tokmachka. 159 artillery strikes targeted Prymorske, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Preobrazhenka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. 14 reports were received about destroyed apartments, private houses, and vehicles. One person was injured as a result of an enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia region.
Over the past day, 10 July, seven fires broke out in Zaporizhzhia oblast due to russian shelling. There were no casualties. According to rescuers, the fires occurred in Vasylivka, Polohy, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Special forces of the Chief Intelligence Directorate (HUR) of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry destroyed five russian soldiers and a satellite communication support station. The operation took place on 10 July, 2025, on the territory of an enterprise in the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol, where the russians had set up a logistics base, troop quarters, and military vehicle facilities.
On 10 July, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled one russian assault near Malynivka towards Huliaipole.
Mykolaiv oblast
On the night of 11 July, air defense forces destroyed eleven Shahed 131/136-type UAVs over in Mykolaiv oblast.
During the night of 11 July, the enemy attacked Kostiantynivka community with Shahed 131/136-type strike UAVs and similar drones. A transport infrastructure facility came under attack. Due to the combat response and falling debris, a fire broke out in dry grass on open ground, which rescuers extinguished. No casualties were reported.
Yesterday, 10 July, the enemy carried out three FPV drone attacks on the waters of Ochakiv community. No one was injured.
Odesa oblast
At 10 am on 11 July, russia attacked Odesa with strike drones. According to the State Emergency Service, 11 people were injured, eight of whom were hospitalized. The morning russian attack in Odesa damaged civilian infrastructure, including residential and administrative buildings and vehicles. A stable was also hit—one mare named Kameliia was killed, and another animal was injured.
In the morning of 11 July, air defense forces shot down six russian strike drones over Odesa oblast.
As of 6:00 am on 11 July, three enemy ships were stationed in the Mediterranean Sea, including one Kalibr cruise missile carrier with a total salvo of up to 4 missiles. Over the past day, four vessels serving russian interests passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea, and two ships entered the Sea of Azov.
Kherson oblast
Around 11:00, the occupiers attacked a 49-year-old man riding a bicycle with a drone in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. He sustained fatal injuries.
This morning, russian forces shelled a healthcare facility in Bilozerka with artillery. The building was damaged. One person was killed, and four others were injured, including two medical staff.
Around 10:30, russian occupiers attacked Kherson with a drone. As a result, a resident suffered a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to the leg and back.
Today, two people sought medical help after being wounded in a russian attacks on 8 July. A drone in Kherson attacked one man—he is 60 years old and suffered a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to the neck and ear. Another drone attacked a man in Bilozerka — he is 52 years old and sustained a blast injury, concussion, and traumatic brain injury.
Yesterday, the enemy shelled Antonivka, Berehove, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Virivka, Havrylivka, Dniprovske, Zmiivka, Ivanivka, Kachkarivka, Kizomys, Kozatske, Lvove, Mylove, Monastyrske, Novooleksandrivka, Novoberyslav, Novoraisk, Novotiahynka, Novovorontsovka, Oleksandrivka, Olhivka, Osokorivka, Poniativka, Sadove, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Tokarivka, Tomaryne, Tiahynka, Charivne, Shyroka Balka, Yantarne, Zolota Balka, and the city of Kherson. As a result of the attacks, six private homes, a cell tower, and private vehicles were damaged. Fourteen people were injured due to russian aggression.
According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 11 July, the aggressor launched four unsuccessful attacks in the Prydniprovske direction. Over the past day, russian forces attempted 11 assaults on Ukrainian positions. Enemy losses over the past day included 35 personnel, six artillery systems, 19 vehicles, three reconnaissance UAVs (“Supercam” and “Zala”), two generators, three boats, one communication antenna, and two UAV control antennas. Additionally, 25 shelters/dugouts and three observation posts were destroyed.

Zakarpattia oblast
Children from Eastern Ukraine (from Zvanivska and Siverska communities) spent unforgettable summer days in our region. They were hosted by Kamianska and Onokivska communities.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
The 3rd Battalion Svoboda of the 4th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Rubizh received 40 FPV drones from Ivano-Frankivsk community.
Lviv oblast
The 118th Separate Mechanized Brigade received 150 modern drones. The ten-inch UAVs are equipped with twilight cameras, are capable of flying up to 15 kilometers and carrying a combat load of up to 3 kilograms.
The RMA held the 2nd meeting of the Coordination Commission for the registration of real estate objects for the residence of internally displaced persons. 140 objects in Lviv oblast can be adapted for housing for IDPs
Zhovtanetsk community donated UAH 20,000 to support the military of the community. The staff, students and parents of Vyshenka preschool educational institution donated UAH 39,110 to support military personnel during a charity fair. In Remeniv, during a concert by the performer Ilia Nayda, they raised over UAH 150,000. The village of Yakymiv donated UAH 8,000 for soldiers of the community.
Rivne oblast
In October, Rivne oblast will participate in the European Week of Cities and Regions, which will be held in Brussels (Belgium). Rivne oblast will present its unique experience in building a network of Resilience Centers.
Ternopil oblast
The RMA reported that from 8 to 10 July, a regional command and staff exercise with the management bodies and civil defense forces of the territorial subsystem of the state civil defense system of Ternopil oblast, which is organized once every five years, continued.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The oblast donated UAH 50m to support Khortytsia and Tavria combat brigades. Of this amount, UAH 20.2m is from the regional budget. The rest is contributions from communities.
Chernivtsi oblast
A Social Assistance Center for people with disabilities, pensioners and internally displaced persons has been opened in Bukovina. The same building houses a shelter for internally displaced persons. Lithuania allocates EUR 21m for the restoration of education in Ukraine. All projects will be implemented by the Lithuanian Central Project Management Agency (CPVA).
Rheinmetall provided Ukraine with another mobile rescue station. In essence, it is a functional medical center with various zones, including triage, emergency care, X-ray, operating room and intensive care unit.
Ursula von der Leyen announced the creation of a fund jointly with Italy, Germany, France, Poland and with the participation of the European Investment Bank. This fund will promote investments in key areas of Ukraine’s reconstruction (energy, transport and critical raw materials).
