It is currently impossible to restore them, so locals in these areas do not have electricity and other services, and are under daily enemy shelling.

At the next meeting of the Regional Defence Council, the decision to expand the zone of forced evacuation of families with children from 29 settlements in three communities of Kupiansk region is planned to be approved. About 270 children and their parents are to be evacuated.

People from Luhansk oblast, who took part in hostilities on the side of the so-called “lpr” and were injured before the results of the referendum in autumn 2022, cannot apply for the relevant payments under russian law. All relevant institutions, starting with military units, ignore such requests, refuse to issue supporting documents, conduct commissions, etc. They are not considered russians.

The invaders constantly claim to be returning thousands of people to the so-called “lpr” and at the same time decided to intensify checks of people wishing to enter the occupied territory through the airport terminal in moscow. The checks are thorough, because the russians are assigned the task of blocking as many passengers as possible. So, people have not been returning en masse, and those who have such intentions are likely to fail the check.
