Since the beginning of the day, 47 combat engagements have taken place along the front line.
The enemy launched artillery strikes from the territory of the Russian Federation on areas of the following settlements: Khrinivka in Chernihiv region; Rohizne, Iskryskivshchyna, Budky, Ryzhivka, Ulanove, Seredyna-Buda, and Khodyne in Sumy region.
In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 40 shelling attacks on populated areas and the positions of our units.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked five times near the settlement of Vovchansk and toward the settlements of Hrafske and Okhrimivka. Three combat engagements are currently ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, no enemy offensive actions have been recorded at this time.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled three attacks by the invaders toward Lyman and Stavky. One engagement is ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, Russian forces attempted five times to advance on our positions near the settlement of Dronivka and toward Zakytne and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out six offensive actions near the settlements of Pleshchiivka and Shcherbynivka, and toward Kostiantynivka, Novopavlivka, and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian occupiers have made 18 attempts to push our defenders from their positions near the settlements of Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Filiia, and toward the settlements of Nove Shakhove and Novopavlivka. The Defense Forces are holding the line and have already repelled 16 attacks.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the aggressor attacked three times near Zlahoda and toward Ivanivka. Guided aerial bombs struck Havrylivka, Novoselivka, and Velykomykhailivka.
In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled ten enemy attacks near Huliaipole, Dobropillia, Dorozhnianka, and toward Zaliznychne and Tsvitkove. In addition, enemy aircraft struck the settlements of Verkhnia Tersa, Huliaipilske, Liubytske, Lisne, Vozdvyzhivka, Charivne, and Hirke. Two engagements are still ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations. Guided aerial bombs struck Novooleksandrivka and Veselianka.
In the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy carried out one unsuccessful offensive action and launched an airstrike on the settlement of Vesele.

Kharkiv oblast
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, Russian forces attacked five times near Vovchansk and toward Hrafske and Okhrimivka, the General Staff reported. Three combat engagements are currently ongoing. In the Kupiansk direction, no offensive actions by the occupiers have been recorded at this time.
Over the past day, 126 combat engagements were recorded.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attempted three times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, and Prylipka.
In the Kupiansk direction, no enemy offensive actions were recorded yesterday.
A medical transport vehicle that was struck today by a Russian drone in Borshchova was transporting patients home from hemodialysis, Vitalii Karabanov, head of the Military Administration, told Suspilne. There were five people in the vehicle: the driver, a medic, and three patients. A 63-year-old female patient was killed, and a 60-year-old male patient was injured. The driver and the other passengers suffered acute stress reactions.

An FPV Russian drone struck the northern part of Zolochiv, hitting a private house, according to the head of the Military Administration, Viktor Kovalenko. The affected teenagers received first aid but refused hospitalization. The children suffered concussions and closed head injuries. The victims are a 15-year-old and a 14-year-old boy.
Since the morning of February 11, the Russian army launched 11 KAB-guided bombs toward the Borivska community, local authorities reported. Information about exact hits is being verified. Currently, KAB impacts are confirmed between Borova and Horokhovatka, as well as in the central and western parts of the community. Authorities also reported that today in Horokhovatka, Russians struck a vehicle with a drone, which burned down.
The Russian army carried out a ballistic strike near Kochetok in the Chuhuiv community, the city mayor Halyna Minaieva said. According to her, the strike hit the ground. So far, there is damage to windows and the facade of an enterprise. No injuries or casualties have been reported.
An FPV drone attacked a minibus in Ruska Lozova in Kharkiv region. The minibus was traveling from Saltivka in Kharkiv through Malodanilivka community to Ruska Lozova, the community head Oleksandr Hololobov said. No passengers were on board, only the driver. The drone struck either the fuel tank or the driver. The driver managed to jump out through the right-side doors. He was not injured. The minibus did not catch fire but was damaged. Suburban bus services to the village of Lisne will be temporarily suspended.

As a result of the enemy attack on Bohodukhiv, three young children were killed – two-year-old twin boys Ivan and Vladyslav, and their one-year-old sister Myroslava. The strike also killed the family’s 34-year-old father, Hryhorii. Only the 35-year-old pregnant mother, Olha, survived; she is 35 weeks pregnant. She sustained injuries and minor burns. Medical personnel provided her with all necessary care, and she has already been discharged from the hospital.
The family had just evacuated from Zolochiv, seeking to escape constant shelling and find a safer place to live. It was their first night at the new location.
The attack also caused an acute stress reaction in the family’s 73-year-old neighbor. Medical personnel provided her with the necessary assistance.

In Bohodukhiv, as a result of the Russian strike on February 10, one house was completely destroyed, and about a dozen others were damaged, said Olena Labzieva, a worker of the humanitarian mission “Proliska.”

Over the past day, 17 settlements in Kharkiv region were hit by enemy attacks.
▪️As a result of the shelling, four people were killed, three of them children; six people were injured.
In Bohodukhiv, a 34-year-old man, two two-year-old boys, and a one-year-old girl were killed; a 35-year-old pregnant woman and a 73-year-old woman were injured. In Odradne, Shevchenkivska community, 58- and 87-year-old women were injured. In Zolochiv, a 48-year-old man was injured; in Oskil, a 37-year-old man was injured.
Medical assistance was also provided to a 48-year-old man who was injured on February 5 as a result of shelling in Kolodiazne, Dvorichanska community.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 99 people over the day.

Donetsk oblast
On February 10, the police recorded 1,264 shelling incidents along the front line and in the residential areas of the region.
Six settlements came under fire: the cities of Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk; the town of Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka; and the villages of Adamivka and Kindrativka.
A total of 66 civilian facilities were damaged, including 21 residential buildings.
▪️In Sloviansk, Russians dropped 7 KAB-250 bombs. The attack killed three civilians, including one girl born in 2014. Sixteen people were injured, including a girl born in 2018. Damage was reported to 2 apartment buildings and 14 private houses, enterprises, a service station, a gas station, non-residential premises, critical infrastructure, and 28 civilian vehicles.
▪️In Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, two civilians were injured by a Russian FPV drone strike, and a vehicle was damaged.
▪️Druzhkivka was attacked with Smerch MLRS and drones, damaging 5 private houses, a boiler house, a garage, and a vehicle. In Kindrativka, an infrastructure facility was damaged.
▪️In Kramatorsk, an FPV drone strike on a fiber optic line damaged a civilian vehicle. Additionally, around 1:15 a.m., the city came under attack again, damaging infrastructure.

Luhansk oblast
The Russians attempted to advance seven times in the Lyman and Sloviansk directions, with fighting taking place near eight settlements. In Luhansk region, the enemy attacked from the area of Tverdokhlibove, using automatic grenade launchers and at least six times tried to strike Ukrainian defensive positions with drones, the Regional Military Administration (OVA) reported.
At the same time, in Dovzhansk, the occupiers are intensifying the militarization of teenagers: 12 teams from cities captured back in 2014 – Antratsyt, Kadiivka, Rovenky, and Luhansk – were involved in the military game “Voroshilov Shooter,” where former and current Russian servicemen teach weapon handling.
In Sievierodonetsk, so-called “repairs” continue: contractors are damaging apartment buildings, conducting only formal restoration work, and then disappearing, while the occupation-controlled “sole contractor” ignores numerous complaints from residents.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
For the fifth day, rescuers have been eliminating the consequences of an enemy strike on an industrial facility in Kyiv region, the State Emergency Service (DSNS) reported. In total, more than 50 rescuers and 12 pieces of equipment are involved in the response.
The rescuers are systematically dousing the remnants of the building structures, where small fires are still burning in some areas. The work is significantly complicated by a large number of destroyed metal elements, which must be cut and moved with heavy engineering equipment to reach hidden fire hotspots.

In the Desnianskyi district of Kyiv, heating has been fully restored in the apartment buildings that were left without it following Russian shelling. Only a few buildings remain without heat due to technical issues, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) Petro Panteleiev reported on February 10. Additional crews, including specialists from Ukrzaliznytsia, are working to resolve the remaining problems.
Kyiv City Council plans to allocate an additional UAH 300 million for the restoration of residents’ housing damaged by Russian attacks. Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko also noted that municipal workers, who ensure the city’s operations around the clock, have received bonuses for their work.
The capital will provide interest-free loans for the purchase of generators for apartment buildings during martial law and for six months after its termination or cancellation. Funding will come from the Kyiv City Housing Fund for Modernization and Development. This decision was approved by Kyiv City Council deputies.
From Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, Kyiv received assistance including three generators with capacities of 88, 110, and 128 kW, and a mobile boiler with a capacity of 1,455 kW, the KCSA reported. In the context of the energy crisis, these power sources will help the city strengthen the resilience of critical facilities, social institutions, and residential buildings.
Zhytomyr oblast
Enemy shelling in two districts of Zhytomyr region caused environmental damage exceeding UAH 667,000, the State Environmental Inspectorate of the Polissia District reported. Over 103.7 tons of CO₂ were released into the atmosphere as a result of fires in Korosten and Zviahel, triggered by enemy attacks on January 11–13, 2026.
Zhytomyr police will announce the start and end of air-raid alerts during blackouts, the National Police of the region reported. In the event of a power outage, officers will duplicate the “Air Raid Alert” and “All Clear” signals using loudspeakers to ensure timely public notification.
Sumy oblast
Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine, reported that on the morning of 11 February, the russian army attacked a railway depot in Konotop. Technical rolling stock was damaged. No workers were injured.
Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office informed that on 11 February, the body of a 60-year-old man was found in Krasnopillia community. According to preliminary data, he was killed as a result of a russian UAV attack.
At around 11:20pm on 10 February, a russian UAV struck Seredyna-Buda community. One man was killed and five others were injured, including two minors. According to Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office, one house was almost completely destroyed and several neighbouring homes were damaged.
Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that at around 11am on 10 February, in Velyka Pysarivka community of Okhtyrka regions, russian forces dropped munitions from a UAV onto civilian infrastructure. A 60-year-old man was injured. According to Liudmyla Biriukova, Head of Velyka Pysarivka community, despite constant shelling, around 500 residents remain in Velyka Pysarivka, and 26 people remain in the border villages of Dmytrivka, Shevchenky, Bratenytsia, and Oleksandrivka.
According to the Regional Military Administration, on 10 February russian forces carried out a series of targeted attacks against civilians in Sumy oblast:
- In Krasnopillia community, a russian drone struck a civilian vehicle near a private household. The driver was inside the vehicle and died at the scene from his injuries.
- In the same community, an enemy drone attacked a vehicle belonging to a funeral procession. The driver managed to exit the vehicle in time and survived.
- In Pishchane starosta district of Sumy community, a drone struck a refuse collection truck and a civilian car. No casualties were reported.
- In Velyka Pysarivka community, a russian drone struck near a shop. A 61-year-old man who was nearby was injured; he received medical assistance and is undergoing outpatient treatment.
The Regional Military Administration informed that as of the morning of 11 February, two men were confirmed killed in Krasnopillia and Seredyna-Buda communities. Over the past day, nine people were injured as a result of russian shelling, including 16-year-old girls and boys, a 12-year-old girl, and a 9-year-old boy.
Over the course of the day, from the morning of 10 February to the morning of 11 February, russian forces carried out nearly 70 attacks on 22 settlements across 16 territorial communities of the oblast. The highest number of attacks was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used mortars, artillery, FPV drones, UAVs, and guided aerial bombs. Air raid alerts in the oblast lasted for 20 hours and 55 minutes over the day.
Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed:
- In Shostka community, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged;
- In Seredyna-Buda community, a private residential house was destroyed, another private house and a civilian infrastructure facility were damaged;
- In Znob-Novhorodske community, private residential houses and outbuildings were damaged;
- In Hlukhiv community, an apartment building was damaged;
- In Sumy community, private houses, vehicles, and an outbuilding were damaged;
- In Krasnopillia community, vehicles were damaged;
- In Bilopillia community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
- In Velyka Pysarivka community, a tractor was damaged;
- In Richky community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
- In Myropillia community, a private residential house was destroyed;
- In Konotop community, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Over the day, local authorities, together with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and public organisations, evacuated 13 people from border communities.
Chernihiv oblast
Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi Regional Military Administration, said that on the evening of 11 February, russian forces attacked Semenivka. As a result of an FPV drone strike on an apartment building, the façade and windows were damaged.
According to JSC “Chernihivoblenergo”, on 11 February, settlements in Koriukivka, Novhorod-Siverskyi, and Chernihiv region were left without electricity following russian shelling. An energy facility in a neighbouring oblast was damaged as a result of the attack.
Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment reported that over the course of 10 February, russian forces attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia, and Snovsk. The enemy carried out shelling by tube artillery (two explosions), launched FPV drone attacks (nine explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (two explosions). Ten settlements came under fire.
Chernihiv Regional State Administration reported that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 59 incidents involving explosive hazards resulting in civilian deaths or injuries have been recorded in Chernihiv oblast. As a result of careless handling of explosive objects, 31 civilians were killed and 55 were injured.
The Regional Military Administration announced that over the past three years, the United Nations Development Programme helped clear more than 62,000 tonnes of debris in Chernihiv oblast. With funding from the Government of Japan, the organisation dismantled damaged buildings, cleared territories, and sorted waste in four communities: Chernihiv, Ivanivka, Kyinka, and Kulykivka. The works covered 268 locations. In total, 221 buildings were dismantled and 47 public spaces were cleared. In addition, in 2024, with funding from the European Union, UNDP provided Chernihiv with two mobile units for processing and crushing demolition waste.

According to the Regional Military Administration, one thousand “Warmth Packages” are being distributed by social workers in Chernihiv. They are being delivered to elderly people living alone and to those with Group I–II disabilities who require external care. Priority assistance is being provided to individuals experiencing difficulties with heating.

Authorities received 163 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities. Five people were injured as a result of enemy attacks on Vilniansk.
According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 11 February, Ukrainian defenders repelled ten enemy attacks in the areas of Huliaipole, Dobropillia, Dorozhnianka, Zaliznychne and Tsvitkove towards Huliaipole.The enemy did not conduct offensive operations towards Orikhiv. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also reported that on the night of 11 February, the Defense Forces struck russian military personnel and equipment in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia oblast. Ukrainian forces hit a russian logistics warehouse in the area of the settlement of Balochky, struck a concentration of russian military equipment near Liubymivka, and attacked a group of russian fighters from the “Rubikon” center unit near Huliaipole. russian losses and the extent of the damage are being clarified.
Mykolaiv oblast
Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, 10 February, the enemy carried out 10 FPV drone attacks on Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities. As a result of one of the strikes, a private house was damaged in the village of Dmytrivka. There were no casualties.
Odesa oblast
The Southern Air Command reported that as of 09:00 on 11 February, 2026, air defense units in southern Ukraine shot down or suppressed five reconnaissance drones and 26 enemy attack drones.
The previous day, 10 February, the enemy attacked Odesa oblast with an Kh-31 anti-radiation missile, which did not reach its target. The launch was carried out by a russian Su-30 fighter jet from over the Black Sea.
Kherson oblast
Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that today three residents of the region were injured as a result of russian attacks. At around 18:10, russian forces attacked an 80-year-old woman with a drone in the village of Liubymivka in Novovorontsovka community. She sustained a concussion, blast injury, and closed traumatic brain injury. At approximately 16:40, russian troops shelled Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. An 82-year-old woman suffered a blast injury and concussion. Earlier in the morning, russian forces attacked a man with a drone in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. According to preliminary information, the 48-year-old Kherson resident sustained a blast injury and concussion.
The administration also reported that two more residents who were injured in russian shelling on previous days sought medical assistance. An elderly woman who was injured during russian shelling of central Kherson on the night of 7 February was hospitalized. The 86-year-old Kherson resident was diagnosed with a concussion, chest contusion, blast injury, and closed traumatic brain injury. A man who had been injured in russian shelling of Antonivka the previous morning also sought medical help. The 51-year-old resident was diagnosed with a blast injury, concussion, acute stress reaction, and traumatic brain injury.
This morning, russian occupiers attacked Novooleksandrivka with drones. As a result of UAV strikes, a residential building sustained significant damage. The roof, windows, facade, and outbuildings were destroyed or damaged.
Police of Kherson oblast reported that yesterday, 10 February, the russian forces attacked Kherson, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Kizomys, Sadove, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Soniachne, Shyroka Balka, Sofiivka, Naddniprianske, Komyshany, Oleksandrivka, Stanislav, Beryslav, Mylove, Ukrainka, Kozatske, and Vesele. Over the past day, the enemy struck 23 facilities: three apartment buildings and 13 private houses, a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building, a kindergarten, a shop, two vehicles, and a gas pipeline. Nine people were injured as a result of russian shelling, including two police officers.

Volyn oblast
Humanitarian cargo was delivered from Volyn oblast for residents of Kyiv oblast. 20 heating stoves and long-term food products were delivered to Svyatoshynskyi region. Food kits, over 300 pairs of shoes, clothes, blankets, and pillows were also sent to the Nemishaiv Vocational College, where 1,756 students study.
Zakarpattia oblast
Uzhhorod City Council reported that 76 internally displaced persons registered in Uzhhorod have been recognized as eligible for housing assistance (housing voucher).
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
In Yamnytska community, children spent a day of active leisure with various relay races and games as part of the Caring for the Hero’s Family project. Lviv oblast
At about 14:40, 2 enemy Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles flew in the direction of Lviv. The launches were carried out from MiG-31K aircraft from the Savasleyka airfield. Air defense forces neutralized them. There were no damages or casualties. Debris from enemy targets was found in Zolochiv and Lviv regions.
Rivne oblast
Evacuated citizens continue to arrive in Rivne oblast in search of safety and support. During August–December 2025, 2,494 people arrived in Rivne oblast. Some of them arrived on evacuation trains: during this period, the region received 38 trains from Donetsk oblast, which brought 532 people.
Ternopil oblast
250 defenders from Ternopil will receive a one-time cash grant to purchase equipment. Since the beginning of the year, 684 soldiers from the community have received this assistance,

The RMA reported that almost UAH 23m was raised during the 3rd charity auction to support the military and Khmelnytskyi Military Hospital.

Eurostat has calculated how many Ukrainian refugees are currently in European countries. Germany has accepted the most Ukrainians – 1,250,620 people, which is 28.7% of the total number in the EU, Poland – 969,240 (22.3%) and the Czech Republic – 393,055 (9%). Among the 26 EU countries for which data is available, the number of recipients of temporary protection has increased in 22 countries. The largest increase was recorded in Germany (+9,620), Spain (+2,235) and Romania (+2,160). At the same time, a decrease occurred in France (-1,250) and Estonia (-470).
