What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

The Defense Forces of Ukraine are restraining the advance of the Russian occupiers.

At this time, the total number of combat engagements stands at 127.

Communities in the settlements of Senkivka and Khrinivka in Chernihiv region, as well as Ryzhivka, Bezzalivka, Rohizne, and Volfyne in Sumy region, came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

In the Northern–Slobozhanske and Kursk directions, six combat engagements have occurred since the beginning of the day. The enemy carried out 34 attacks, including one using a multiple-launch rocket system.

In the Southern–Slobozhanske direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks near the settlements of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Dvorichanske, and toward Synelnykove, Obukhivka, and Kutkivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted eight times to dislodge our units from their positions toward Petropavlivka and Kurylivka.

In the Lyman direction, the invading army carried out 22 attacks on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Novoselivka, Zarichne, Torske, and toward Oleksandrivka, Drobysheve, Stavky, and Lyman. Three combat engagements are currently underway.

In the Sloviansk direction, the Russians twice attempted to advance on the positions of our troops near Yampil and toward Sviato-Pokrovske.

In the Kramatorsk direction, no combat engagements have been recorded so far.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy attempted 17 times to breach our defenses near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, Yablunivka, and toward Kostiantynivka and Illinivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day the Russian occupiers have made 35 attempts to push our forces from their positions near the settlements of Nykanorivka, Razine, Novoekonomichne, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, and toward Sofiivka, Kucheriv Yar, Novyi Shakhtovyi, Novyi Donbas, Ivanivka, Rodynske, Sukhetske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, and Filiia.
The Defense Forces are holding back the assault and have already repelled 32 attacks.

In the Oleksandrivsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 assault actions by enemy forces. The enemy is attempting to advance near the settlement of Stepove and toward Verbove, Vyshneve, Yehorivka, Krasnohirske, and Rybne. One combat engagement continues.

In the Huliaipole direction, 14 combat engagements occurred near the settlement of Solodke and toward Zelene and Huliaipole. Two engagements are currently ongoing.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy made seven unsuccessful attempts to break through our defenses near Shcherbaky, Stepove, and toward Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Stepnohirsk, and Prymorske.

In the Prydniprovsk direction, our defenders repelled one enemy attack.

 

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Over the past 24 hours, 177 combat clashes were recorded.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna direction, our troops repelled two enemy attacks in the area of Prylipky and towards Izbytske.

In the Kupiansk direction, there were two enemy attacks yesterday. Our defenders repelled enemy assault actions towards Petropavlivka and Bohuslavka.

Over the past day, three settlements in Kharkiv Oblast came under enemy fire.

Medical assistance was provided to a 68-year-old woman who was injured on 7 December as a result of shelling in the village of Podoly, Kurylivka community.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons in Kharkiv Oblast:

  • 4 UAVs of the “Geran-2” type;

  • 1 UAV of the “Molniya” type;

  • 1 UAV (type being determined).

Civil infrastructure was damaged and destroyed:

  • In Bohodukhiv district: a private house and a café in the village of Polkova Mykytivka; a private house and an outbuilding in Zolochiv settlement;

  • In Kupiansk district: an educational institution in the village of Pidserednie.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 75 people in the past day. 12 people remain. Since the start of operations, the point has registered a total of 14,382 people.

In Izium, 449 victims of the occupation were identified and reburied. After a three-year process of exhumation and identification, those killed during the Russian occupation of Izium in 2022 were identified. Among the 449 reburied victims were 23 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Donetsk oblast

The mechanized assault on Pokrovsk, which lasted from early morning, was repelled, the “East” command reports. According to the General Staff, during the day in the Pokrovsk direction, 186 occupiers were killed or wounded, three armored combat vehicles were destroyed, about a dozen transport vehicles were damaged, and three units of special equipment were hit.

In Kostiantynivka, two civilians were injured during the day. Russian troops carried out strikes using artillery and FPV drones, the Kostiantynivka RMA reported.

On 9 December, the police recorded 1,722 strikes along the front line and on residential areas.

Nine settlements came under fire: the cities of Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Lyman, Mykolaivka, Sloviansk, and the villages of Hryshyne and Zavydo-Kudasheve.

Eight civilian facilities were damaged, including two residential houses.

  • In Kostiantynivka, a civilian was injured by an FPV drone strike.

  • In Druzhkivka, two FPV drones damaged a private house and a communal enterprise.

  • In Kramatorsk, a private house was damaged by a drone attack.

  • In Sloviansk, an enemy “Molniya-2” UAV damaged an infrastructure facility.

  • In Lyman, occupiers used an FPV drone to hit a civilian car.

  • In Dobropillia, strikes by “Geran-2” UAVs caused damage at an enterprise.

  • In Zavydo-Kudasheve, a farm was damaged.

More than half of all mobile communication stations in Donetsk Oblast are equipped with batteries, allowing them to operate for about 10 hours during a blackout, the Donetsk RMA reports.

The Proliska humanitarian mission, which assists civilians in Donetsk and other frontline regions of Ukraine, became a laureate of the Nansen International Award for support of the rights of refugees and internally displaced persons.

Representatives of Ukraine have received the Fridtjof Nansen Award for the third time. In 1998, it was awarded to the leader of the Crimean Tatars, Mustafa Dzhemilev; in 2020, to civic activist Tetiana Barantsova.

In two settlements of Donetsk Oblast, where forced evacuation of families with children is ongoing, 383 minors remain. The largest number of children is in the Druzhkivka community, according to the head of the children’s service, Yuliia Ryzhakova.

“Other villages, in Dobropillia and Shylivka districts, are controlled by FPV drones and also suffer from shelling, but Kryvorizhzhia remained relatively, if you can say, safe. However, the situation now is extremely difficult.”

Fewer than 30 people remain in the village of Kryvorizhzhia, Donetsk Oblast. In recent days, stores were closed due to worsening security conditions. According to local residents, Russian troops shell the village daily. Electricity is available, but water, gas supply, and heating are absent.

Luhansk oblast

Russian forces attempted to advance 16 times on the Lyman section of the front, including near Hrekivka in Luhansk Oblast, as well as near four other settlements. In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy carried out 12 assaults across six settlements. The invaders actively used artillery and drones.

In the Russian State Duma, a bill was passed in the third reading stipulating that houses, apartments, and rooms located in occupied territories that appear to be abandoned and whose owners have not contacted the occupation authorities within 30 days will be seized for the benefit of the regions and municipalities. Only approvals from the Rosreestr (Russian property registry) and Rosimushchestvo (Federal Agency for State Property) will be required. Moreover, if the owner cannot be identified from existing documents, this will not prevent the further “nationalization” of the property.

In the so-called “LPR”, authorities found a way to reduce queues in polyclinics. This does not involve increasing the number of doctors and nurses, who are catastrophically insufficient in almost every city. The occupiers do not plan to implement electronic queues either. They only allowed pre-registration for appointments. A ticket can be reserved in two ways — in person at the registration desk or by calling the clinic.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

About 100 million UAH is needed to rebuild the suburban depot in Fastiv, which was destroyed during a Russian attack on 6 December 2025. This was reported by Oleksii Balesta, Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, during a visit of foreign delegations to Fastiv. Delegations from France, Germany, and the United States inspected the suburban depot and the railway station building that were destroyed by the Russian strike. According to Oleksii Balesta, around 20 Russian Shahed drones attacked the railway depot, and a missile destroyed the station building. As a result of the strike on civilian infrastructure, 26 railcars completely burned down; six railcars can be restored.

At the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, priority work to restore the confinement structure above the destroyed fourth reactor is planned to be completed by the end of 2026. The arch, which protects against radiation leakage, was damaged by a Russian attack on 14 February 2025. This was reported by DW, citing Serhii Kondratenko, Deputy Technical Director for Infrastructure at the State Specialized Enterprise “Chornobyl NPP.” Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have signed a grant agreement for international partners to finance the repair of the damaged confinement.

Missile debris was discovered in a field near the village of Isaiky in the Bohuslav community. Specialists from the Emergency Rescue Unit established that the debris belonged to an X-101 missile and contained a warhead. A pyrotechnic unit carried out neutralization and subsequent removal of the dangerous item, according to the Kyiv Oblast Emergency Service.

A permanent rehabilitation unit has been built at the Boryspil Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Hospital. It will serve people with disabilities and veterans. The unit was equipped according to modern standards of rehabilitation medicine, said the head of the Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk. The facility in Boryspil has become the tenth such institution in the region.

Veterans of the National Guard of Ukraine received keys to three more new houses in the inclusive village “Kvit Kalyny.” According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, the village features modern homes with full utilities and inclusive infrastructure. More than 50 families currently live there.

A mural-graffiti has appeared on the territory of the Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital, which was damaged by a Russian missile strike on 8 July 2024. It depicts a boy with an IV drip and a cat with an umbrella symbolically shielding him from an approaching missile. According to the hospital’s press service, the mural aims to draw the attention of the international community to the need to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense. Patients of the hospital also took part in creating the artwork.

Zhytomyr oblast

In Zhytomyr Oblast, 67 humanitarian aid distribution points are operating. These centers provide daily support for internally displaced persons, people in difficult life circumstances, and anyone in need of assistance. Thanks to coordinated efforts, these points ensure stable access to essential resources and support communities during the prolonged war, the Regional Military Administration (RMA) reported.

In the Kurnenska territorial community of Zhytomyr district, a volunteer fire protection unit was opened, the regional Emergency Service (DSNS) reported. A year ago, the community completed the “Firefighters” project, under which 12 volunteers received training and equipment with support from Poland and the United States. Since then, the Kurnenska community has received a fire truck, renovated part of the safety center, and created conditions for the further development of the volunteer movement.

On 9 December, a charity performance of the play “Mothers”, based on a collection of short stories by Maria Matios, took place at the I. Kocherha Zhytomyr Drama Theater for mothers and wives of fallen defenders of Ukraine. This was reported by the director and author of the play, Anzhelika Chornoyvan.

Sumy oblast

On the morning of 10 December the General Staff reported that towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, Ukrainian defenders repelled one russian attack. russian forces conducted one airstrike, dropped one guided aerial bomb and carried out 141 attacks, including one by a multiple-launch rocket system.

Sumy Security Police Department unformed that at around 2pm on 10 December, the russian army attacked a Security Police vehicle in Bilopillia by a drone. The vehicle was driving along the street responding to a 102 call when the officers heard the sound of a drone and jumped out. No casualties were reported.

Between the morning of 9 December and the morning of 10 December, russian forces carried out nearly 30 attacks on 20 settlements in 12 territorial communities of the oblast. The highest number of strikes was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used artillery, mortars, FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs across Sumy oblast. Over the day, the air-raid alert lasted 7 hours 45 minutes.

As a result of russian attacks on the oblast over the past day, two people were killed and one injured. Damage and destruction were recorded:

  • In Myropillia community, a 73-year-old man was killed when an FPV drone struck a civilian car. A private vehicle was damaged;
  • In Krasnopillia community, a 61-year-old man died from injuries sustained when an FPV drone struck a civilian car. A 54-year-old woman was wounded and hospitalised. A private vehicle was damaged;
  • In Sumy community, premises of a civilian infrastructure facility were destroyed and damaged;
  • In Shalyhyne community, a private residential house was destroyed;
  • In Seredyna-Buda community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged.

A new project, “Children of War. Sumy oblast”, is being launched on the information platforms of Sumy Regional Military Administration. It will feature stories of strong, talented and sincere children who, despite the war, continue to live, dream, create and overcome.

 

Chernihiv oblast

The State Border Guard Service reported that border rapid-response units of Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment disrupted a nighttime movement of russian infantry towards Pokrovske axis. According to the report, russian forces attempted to covertly redeploy their units under cover of darkness. The attempt failed — UAV operators struck the groups of enemy personnel with precise FPV-drone attacks. A fortified russian observation post and several firing positions were also destroyed.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, said that in a village of Koriukivka community, russians struck energy equipment by an FPV drone during the night of 10 December.

Late in the evening on 9 December, the enemy used a Heran UAV to strike a civilian building in a village of Mena community. A building and a private car were damaged. A fire broke out at the site and was extinguished.

Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment informed that throughout 9 December, russian forces attacked four border communities of Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia and Snovsk. The enemy conducted mortar shelling (17 explosions) and tube artillery strikes (31 explosions), carried out attacks by Molniia-type UAVs (1 explosion) and FPV drones (17 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs. Ten settlements came under fire.

In Pryluky, technological equipment at an enterprise caught fire after a strike by russian UAVs, causing emissions of pollutants into the air and soil contamination. According to environmental assessments, the damage to the environment exceeds UAH 3.4m. The report was issued by the State Environmental Inspectorate of Chernihiv oblast.

Koriukivka District Military Administration announced that Serhii Horkavyi, a veteran of the russian–Ukrainian war, physical education teacher at Siadryne Lyceum and coach at Koriukivka Youth Sports School, won two medals as part of Ukraine’s national team at the European Kettlebell Sport Championship. The championship took place from 4 to 7 December in Moldova. The Ukrainian team placed first overall.

 

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Kryvyi Rih district. The enemy struck the Zelenodolsk community with an FPV drone, killing a man. A gas pipeline was damaged.

Nikopol district. The occupiers continued to attack the district center, as well as the Marhanets, Pokrovske, and Chervonohryhorivka communities with drones and artillery. Two men, aged 39 and 23, were injured and received necessary assistance. Fires broke out, including in a private house. Infrastructure was damaged, including a power line, an agricultural enterprise, and two vehicles.

Samarivskyi district. A fire broke out in the district center as a result of a UAV attack; an enterprise was damaged.

Air defenders destroyed an enemy UAV.

Nikopol district. The enemy attacked the district center, as well as the Myrove, Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, and Pokrovske communities with drones and artillery. In Nikopol, two people were wounded — a 68-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man. They received necessary medical care. A shop, a private house, two gas stations, and a small retail kiosk were damaged.

 

Vinnytsia oblast

It became known about the deaths of six defenders from the Vinnytsia region. In particular: Vitalii Chulovskyi, Oleksandr Zhyvylko, Bohdan Baraniuk, Ruslan Yevtushenko, Anatolii Zherebets, and Oleksandr Tomchenko.

Another reinforcement from Vinnytsia for two military units:

  • The 71st Jaeger Brigade received 31 kamikaze drones and 3 Matrice systems.
  • The 36th Marine Brigade received 200 FPV drones and 2 Matrice systems.

Kirovohrad oblast

In the Dobrovelychkivka community of Novoukrainka district, residents bid farewell to Oleksandr Trofymliuk from the village of Lypniazhka, who was killed in the war. He had been considered missing for over a year. He died on 9 October 2024 near the village of Heorhiivka in Donetsk Oblast, while repelling a Russian assault.

Poltava oblast

Servicemen from Poltava Oblast have been killed. Roman Kurishko was from the Lubny community, Dmytro Kukushkin — from the Pyriatyn community, and Andrii Marchuk — from the Kremenchuk community.

Roman Kurishko was killed on 21 October 2024 during a battle in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk Oblast.

Dmytro Kukushkin was killed on 29 November near the village of Novoosynove in Kharkiv Oblast as a result of an FPV drone strike.

Andrii Marchuk was killed on 24 November 2025 in a battle near the settlement of Andriivka in Sumy Oblast.

A memorial service was held in Poltava for Senior Soldier Olena Kalyniuk and Soldier Tymofii Slyshan.

Olena Kalyniuk carried out combat missions in the Sumy and Kurakhove directions, as well as in Avdiivka. She held the rank of Senior Soldier. She died on 5 December 2025.

Tymofii Slyshan was killed on 5 July 2024 in Donetsk Oblast.

In Horishni Plavni, missile debris fell and damaged grave slabs at the local cemetery. A burial service had just been completed at the time. An unexploded warhead landed near people’s cars. There were no casualties or injuries.

Cherkasy oblast

In Bahacheve, the fallen defender Yevhen Prudius was laid to rest. He was killed on 13 June 2025 in Donetsk Oblast.

In the Kamianske community, residents bid farewell to the fallen Serhii Chuchupaka. He was killed while performing a combat mission near Vodiane in Donetsk Oblast on 1 September 2024.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

According to Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, yesterday, 9 December, the occupiers carried out 872 strikes on 25 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces carried out 10 airstrikes on Rizdvianka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Preobrazhenka, Verkhnia Tersa, Radisne, and Boikove. 570 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Kushuhum, Novomykolaivka, Chervonodniprovka, Bilenke, Stepnohirske, Prymorske, Stepove, Hulyaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Zatyshshia, Varvarivka, and Solodke. Four MLRS strikes were launched on Rozumivka, Stepnohirske, Bilohirya, and Varvarivka. 288 artillery strikes were carried out on Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirske, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Varvarivka, and Solodke. Twenty-seven reports were received about damage to homes, cars, and infrastructure. Three people were injured as a result of enemy strikes on Zaporizhzhia region.

State Emergency Service reported that on 9 December, four fires occurred in Zaporizhzhia and Polohy regions due to russian shelling. A private enterprise workshop, residential buildings, an outbuilding, a minibus, and dry grass caught fire.

According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 10 December, there were 14 combat engagements in the area of Solodke and toward Zelene and Huliaipole. Two combat engagements are ongoing. The enemy made seven unsuccessful attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses in the areas of Shcherbaky, Stepove, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Stepnohirske, and Prymorske towards Orikhiv. Yesterday, 9 December, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 14 russian attacks towards Huliaipole.

The Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine reported that, together with fighters from the Chief Intelligence Directorate, they destroyed two russian Niobiy-SV radar stations and a launcher of the S-300V surface-to-air missile system towards Zaporizhzhia. In addition, the fighters eliminated russian army personnel and their facilities with drones.

Mykolaiv oblast

Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, 9 December, the enemy attacked Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities 20 times with FPV drones, and also carried out an artillery strike on Kutsurub community. Electrical grid equipment was damaged in the village of Parutyne. There are no casualties.

On Wednesday, 10 December, the 500th truck with humanitarian aid from partners in Denmark arrived in Mykolaiv oblast. The humanitarian assitance includes medical equipment, sports inventory, essential items, and supplies for educational and social institutions.

Odesa oblast

Odesa Regional Military Administration reported that during the night of 10 December, the russian forces once again carried out a massive attack on the region with strike drones. As a result of a strike on critical infrastructure in the city of Ananiv, there was local destruction followed by a fire in a warehouse in a small area. The fire was promptly extinguished. There were no casualties. Critical infrastructure is operating normally.

Kherson oblast

The head of Kherson Regional Military Administration reported the death of another resident of Kherson oblast due to russian shelling. Earlier in December, a man came under enemy fire. Relevant services are currently establishing his identity.

Today, at around 15:20, a resident of Antonivka came under attack from a russian drone. The 40-year-old man sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his shoulder.

At approximately 15:00, russians shelled the central part of Kherson. As a result of the enemy attack, a 77-year-old woman sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to her leg.

At around 14:50, russian forces shelled one of the hospitals in Kherson. A 37-year-old man received a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his torso and legs.

A man who was injured at around 11:20 due to russian shelling of Dniprovskyi district of Kherson sought medical help. The 71-year-old Kherson resident was diagnosed with a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his forearm.

In the morning, russians shelled a residential neighborhood in Korabelnyi district of Kherson. A supermarket, apartment buildings, and a car were damaged. A 52-year-old woman sustained a concussion, blast and closed head injuries, and shrapnel wounds to her face and back.

Two residents of Antonivka who came under russian shelling the previous day went to the hospital. The injured were diagnosed with blast injuries, concussions, and traumatic brain injuries.

A woman from Antonivka who was attacked by a russian drone the previous evening was taken to the hospital. The 65-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to her legs.

The police of Kherson oblast reported that yesterday, 9 December, russian forces attacked Kherson, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Dniprovske, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Kyselivka, Nadiivka, Pryozerne, Shyroka Balka, Rozlyv, Novodmytrivka, Zelenivka, Novodmytrivka, Sadove, Veletenske, Beryslav, Novoraisk, Urozhaine, Shevchenkivka, Zolota Balka, Mylove, Ukrainka, Vysoke, Novovorontsovka, Kozatske, Vesele. Two apartment buildings and 13 private houses were damaged, along with critical infrastructure facilities, two cars, and a cafeteria building. 12 people were injured as a result of russian aggression.

According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 10 December, Ukrainian defenders repelled one enemy attack towards Kherson.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

In 2026, the budget of Lutsk city community plans to allocate UAH 200m for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced during a meeting of the executive committee of the city council

Zakarpattia oblast

The humanitarian mission of Proliska was recognized at a high level. The organization, which relocated from Kharkiv to the oblast, became the laureate of the annual Nansen Prize, which is awarded by the UNHCR.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

With the support of international partners, another modular rehabilitation center will be built in Lysetsk community. A corresponding Memorandum has been signed with John Shmorgun, founder of the MoveUkraine Foundation,.

Lviv oblast

Zhydachiv City Public Library hosted a cultural and local history event called Library Parties in Galician Style. During the event, a charity fair was organized to raise funds for materials for camouflage nets, which are made in the library.

Rivne oblast

The 1st evacuation train in December was received. 12 people arrived from Donetsk oblast. 11 of them will be placed in communities in Rivne region and another one in Dubna region.

Ternopil oblast

43 military personnel from Ternopil will receive a one-time cash grant to purchase the necessary equipment. Since the beginning of the year, 3,143 community defenders have already benefited from this assistance.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Representatives of the RMA visited defenders from Khmelnytskyi oblast in Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts. They handed over the necessary means for carrying out their service and destroying the enemy. They also presented the RMA awards.

Chernivtsi oblast

Chernivtsi City Council reported that a final decision has been made to take out a loan from the European Investment Bank in the amount of EUR 13m, which will allow for a significant upgrade of Chernivtsi’s electric transport.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Espen Barth Eide, Norwegian Foreign Minister stated that the country will allocate another half a billion dollars to the PURL program, aimed at financing American weapons for Ukraine.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, met with with Giorgia Meloni, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Italy. They discussed support for Ukraine.
