Towards Pokrovsk, since the start of the day, the occupiers have attempted 16 times to dislodge our troops from their positions in the areas of Shakove, Zolotyi Kolodiaz, Vilne, Bilytske, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Serhiivka, Kotlyne, Udachne and Novopavlivka; one engagement is still ongoing.

The enemy attempted to advance only once in Oleksandrohrad towards Oleksandrivka.

Defence forces successfully repelled seven enemy attacks towards Huliaipole in Rybne, Vozdvyzhivka, Rizdvianka, Dobropillia, Zaliznychne and Huliaipole; two engagements are ongoing.

The enemy stormed our defenders’ positions twice towards Orikhiv in Stepove and Stepnohirsk.

Towards Kherson, the enemy did not carry out any offensive operations today.

No significant changes in the situation are currently taking place in other directions; no attempts at enemy advances have been recorded there.

Ukrainian troops are wearing down the enemy along the entire line of contact and in the rear.

Three children have been successfully returned from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson oblast. The children are aged between 4 and 16. They are undergoing reintegration at the Hope and Recovery centres, where they receive psychological support, assistance with document restoration, shelter and the necessary care.

Two apartment buildings, a store, garages, and two vehicles were damaged.

According to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Kharkiv city and 30 settlements across the region came under enemy attack during the past day. Three people were killed and 25 others were injured, including three children. In addition to Kharkiv and Chuhuiv, casualties were reported in Velykyi Burluk, Bohodukhiv, Vyshneve, Cherkaski Tyshky, and Khotimlia.

Russian forces used five Kh-59 missiles, seven guided aerial bombs (KABs), 11 Geran-2 drones, one Lancet loitering munition, six Molniya-type drones, 15 FPV drones, and 19 unmanned aerial vehicles of unidentified types against the Kharkiv region.

Damage was reported in the city of Kharkiv and in the Bohodukhiv, Kupiansk, Izium, Kharkiv, Lozova, and Chuhuiv districts. Damaged infrastructure includes apartment buildings, private homes, a municipal enterprise building, an administrative building, a church, a café, a store, garages, warehouse facilities, a farming enterprise, a cultural center, power lines, vehicles, and other civilian infrastructure facilities.

The transit evacuation center in Lozova received 198 people over the past 24 hours. Since the center began operations, a total of 38,776 people have been registered there.

Donetsk oblast

At approximately 5:25 a.m. today, Russian forces dropped three FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with UMPK guidance kits on the city of Sloviansk. The attack targeted a residential area on the outskirts of the city. One house was completely destroyed, while more than 20 others were damaged. No casualties have been reported so far, and authorities are continuing to assess the full consequences of the strike.

On June 8, the police recorded 1,309 Russian attacks along the front line and against civilian areas in the Donetsk region. Eleven settlements came under fire: Bilozerske, Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Novodonetske, Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, Shabelkivka, Iverske, Levadne, Ocheretyne, and Petrivka Persha.

A total of 53 civilian objects were damaged, including 33 residential buildings. As a result of the attacks, two people were killed and 11 others were injured, including one child.

Russian forces attacked Druzhkivka with three FPV drones and artillery. One civilian was killed, and an apartment building was damaged.

In Bilozerske, one person was killed as a result of an FPV drone strike.

Russian troops targeted Sloviansk with three KAB-250 guided aerial bombs and a Molniya-2 UAV. Nine civilians were injured, including a 17-year-old girl. Damage was reported to 12 apartment buildings, four private houses, an administrative building, a sports school, and seven civilian vehicles.

In Shabelkivka, a drone struck a private home, injuring two people.

Drone attacks also caused damage in several other settlements. In Kramatorsk, a garage was damaged. In Novodonetske, an educational institution was hit. In Iverske, a café and an infrastructure facility were damaged. In Levadne, a non-residential building was affected, while in Petrivka Persha, 14 private homes sustained damage.

From the outskirts of Sloviansk, officers of the “White Angels” evacuation unit, together with volunteers, evacuated a mother and her two children. The family has now been forced to flee shelling for the fourth time. They had previously evacuated from the Chernihiv region, then from Nizhyn, and later from Sumy, where their home was destroyed. Police transported the family to pre-arranged temporary accommodation.

Luhansk oblast

Over the past day, Russian forces shelled the territory of the Luhansk region using various types of weapons, according to the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Oleksii Kharchenko. Russian troops launched three mortar attacks, two strikes with tube artillery, and two attacks using automatic grenade launchers. They also directed 20 drones toward Ukrainian defensive positions. In the Lyman direction, Russian forces made 18 attempts to advance near seven settlements.

A growing personnel crisis continues to affect the territory of the so-called “LPR.” The number of qualified specialists is steadily declining, as experienced workers seek better-paying jobs outside the occupied region, while many young people are also trying to leave. During the first five months of the year, only 300 people under the age of 35 were employed there—an average of just two people per day. Most of these positions are manual labor or temporary jobs, which fail to address even a fraction of the workforce shortages, particularly in the healthcare sector.

In Rubizhne, Russian occupation authorities are reportedly attempting to create an artificial shortage of food products. All suppliers suddenly stopped delivering bread to the city, despite no similar situation being observed in other frontline settlements. Furthermore, during four years of occupation, the occupying authorities have failed to restore the operation of local bakeries. Instead, they continue promoting bread products supplied from a bakery in Luhansk.
