On 5 November, there were 180 combat clashes. Ukrainian defenders are resolutely repelling the enemy’s attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting fire damage on it.
russian troops carried out 48 air strikes, dropping 123 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they involved 4,808 kamikaze drones and carried out 4,114 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, Ukrainian soldiers repelled the assault of the invaders. In addition, the enemy carried out two air strikes, dropping five guided bombs, and also carried out 154 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.
Towards Southern Sloboda, the enemy stormed the positions of Ukrainian units five times in the vicinity of Vovchansk, Prylipka, Odradne, Izbitske and Lyman. One clash is still ongoing.
Towards Kupiansk, the aggressor carried out offensive actions in the vicinity of the settlements of Stepove, Novoselivka, Pishchane and towards Hlushkivka. Ukrainian defenders stopped five enemy attacks.
Towards Lyman, russian invaders attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 19 times near the settlements of Novovodiane, Novoiehorivka, Zarichne, Derylove and Kolodiazi. Fighting continues in three locations.
Towards Slavyansk, eight assault actions of the enemy troops were repelled – the invaders tried to advance near Dronivka, Serebrianka and towards Siversk.
Towards Kramatorsk, two enemy attacks were repelled near the settlements of Novomarkove and Vasiukivka, in the direction.
Towards Kostiantynivka, russians launched 25 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Shcherbynivka, Kleban-Byk, Pleshchiivka, Yablunivka and Rusyn Yar.
Towards Pokrovsk, the occupiers tried to advance on the positions of Ukrainian units 48 times. The enemy attacked in the vicinity of the settlements of Maiak, Volodymyrivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Molodetske, Kotliarivka, Yalta and Dachne. In some locations, fighting is still ongoing.
According to preliminary data, 106 occupiers were neutralized in this direction, 58 of them were killed. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed a car, 31 UAVs, a UAV control point, six antenna repeaters, and also hit three units of automotive equipment, an artillery system, and 21 shelters for enemy personnel.
Towards Oleksandrivka, the enemy tried to break through the defenses of Ukrainian defenders 14 times in the vicinity of the settlements of Oleksandrivka, Sosnivka, Yehorivka, Pryvilne, Rybne, and Krasnohirske. Fighting continues in seven locations.
Towards Huliaipole, there were seven combat clashes in the vicinity of the settlements of Solodke, Dobropillia, and Huliaipole.
Towards Orikhiv, there were four combat clashes near the settlement of Stepnohirsk and towards Primorske.
Towards Kherson, Ukrainian units stopped six enemy attacks.

Towards Kupiansk, russian occupiers attacked the positions of the Defense Forces five times in the vicinity of the settlements of Stepova, Novoselivka, Pishchane and towards Hlushkivka, one battle is ongoing.
There were 167 battles in the oblast.
Towards Southern Sloboda, Ukrainian troops stopped four enemy attacks in the vicinity of Izbitske, Prylipka and Synelnykove.

Shelling
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that a Molniya UAV struck Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. Several private houses were damaged, the the updated data.
Kharkiv region police reported that 52- and 67-year-old men in Izium were killed after being hit by a russian drone: they were standing next to a truck that the russians shot. According to law enforcement, the attack occurred during the reloading of firewood from a ZIL truck to a tractor – the drone hit the truck’s cabin.

Andrii Kanashevych, Head of the RMA, reports that on the night and morning of December 5, russian troops attacked Kupiansk region. A truck was damaged by a drone strike of an unknown type, this happened at 09:20 on Chuhuiv-Mylove road, near the turn to the village of Hetmanivka in Shevchenkove community.
At night, russians hit Osynove in Kupiansk community with a GAB, damaging an infrastructure facility. No people were injured.
Over the past day, the city of Kharkiv and 7 settlements in the oblast were subjected to enemy strikes. There were no casualties as a result of the shelling.
The enemy attacked 4 UAVs in Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons:

▪️1 FPV drone;

Civil infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed:

▪️in Bohodukhiv region, a private house, outbuildings, and power grids were damaged (Lemishchyne village);
▪️in Kupiansk region, a private house, outbuildings were damaged (Blahodativka village);
▪️in Chuhuiv region, a civilian enterprise was damaged (Chuhuiv city).
City mayor, Halyna Minaieva, says that in Chuhuiv community, russians attacked an industrial enterprise that was not working and one of Chuhuiv microdistricts with drones. According to her, no people were injured. As a result of the strike on the enterprise, the administrative building was damaged, and a fire broke out. Three drones were fired at the neighborhood. The strike occurred in a building that had previously been destroyed by shelling.
Other
The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 67 people during the day. 23 people remained. A total of 14,112 people have been registered at the Point since it began operating.
During a working meeting with representatives of Spain, UNHCR, and Austria, representatives of the RMA discussed preparations for the heating season: protection of critical infrastructure, support for frontline communities and IDPs. They considered increasing the number of generators, cogeneration plants, modular boiler houses, and mobile Invincibility Points, as well as mechanisms for assisting residents in purchasing firewood within a radius of up to 30 km from the contact line.
Kharkiv, despite constant shelling, is preparing for the winter holidays and decorating five metro stations, including the Historical Museum, where a St. Nicholas house will operate. The city is updating old decorations and installing them in the subway and several locations, as these are the safest spaces for families.

Donetsk oblast

Towards Lyman, russian troops attacked nine times near the settlements of Hrekivka, Drobysheve, Zarichne, and Oleksandrivka.
Towards Slaviansk, the Defense Forces repelled 13 attacks near Yampol, Dronivka, Serebrianka, Fedorivka, and Siversk.
Towards Kramatorsk, there was one battle took near the settlement of Chasiv Yar.
Towards Kostiantynivka, the russian army carried out 16 attacks in the vicinity of Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Kostiantynivka, Mykolaipillia, Torske, Berestok and Sofiivka.
Towards Pokrovsk, Ukrainian defenders stopped 52 assaults in the vicinity of Shakhove, Novyi Shakhov, Krasnyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Vilne, Novoekonomichne, Dorozhne, Shevchenko, Rodynske, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, Svitle, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne.
Towards Oleksandrivka, the occupiers carried out 19 attacks in the vicinity of Zelenyi Hai, Yalta, Oleksandrivka, Sosnivka, Stepove, Verbove, Pryvilne, Vyshneve, Pavlovka, Krasnohirsk and Rybne.
Four fighters of the 425th Regiment “Skelya” – “Ranot”, “Knyaz”, “Svit” and “Zhelezyaka” – held their position in Pokrovsk for 67 days without losses, repelling constant assaults. During this time, they took prisoners, entered enemy logistics routes, and repeatedly called in artillery fire on themselves when the occupiers came close. Some days included up to eight combat engagements. Support was provided by Ukrainian artillery and drones, which destroyed enemy buildup in a neighboring building.
The defense forces hold the north of Pokrovsk along the railway line and have positions in the central part of the city. The southern quarters remain a zone of active Russian assaults, where Ukrainian BPS units operate. The city is not surrounded, logistics are ongoing, and the military is trying to expand the supply corridor north of the Pokrovsk-Mirnograd agglomeration. Paratroopers, assault units, the National Guard, unmanned forces, and electronic warfare equipment are involved in the defense. According to intelligence, the russian federation is bringing up reserves for the assaults, in particular units of the 76th Pskov Regional Defense Brigade. The Defense Forces units are ready for maneuver defense if necessary. In November 2025, 1,221 russian servicemen were eliminated in the Pokrovskaya agglomeration, more than 500 of them within the city limits.
Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office reports that towards Siversk, russian occupiers probably shot a Ukrainian serviceman when he surrendered.
Shelling
One person was killed as a result of a russian attack with an FPV drone in Kostiantynivka. According to the RMA, the occupiers purposefully attacked a civilian, there was no damage to infrastructure or houses.
At about 8 a.m., the russian army attacked a gas station in Kramatorsk with a drone. The wounded civilian, a gas station employee, was reported to the city council. Also after midnight, russian troops struck an out-of-school education institution with a Molniya-2 drone.

On December 4, there were 2,440 enemy strikes on the front line and residential areas.
11 settlements were under fire: the cities of Bilytske, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Lyman, Sloviansk, the village of Oleksandrivka, the villages of Novobakhmetyivka, Osykove, Ocheretyne, Rai-Oleksandrivka.
65 civilian objects were destroyed, including 36 residential buildings.
In Kostiantynivka, russians wounded two civilians with an FPV drone strike.
Two more people were injured in Lyman.
russian troops struck Slaviansk with three GAB-250 bombs and a Molniya-2 UAV – a civilian was injured, 1 multi-storey and 29 private houses, 5 non-residential premises, 5 civilian cars were damaged.
On the outskirts of Rai-Oleksandrivka, the enemy hit a civilian car with an FPV drone – two people were injured.
Kramatorsk was attacked by four drones of various types – an apartment building, a shop, an educational institution, an administrative building, a civilian car, and critical infrastructure were damaged.
Druzhkivka suffered 11 enemy strikes, 4 of which were bombs. 5 private houses, a civilian car, and critical infrastructure were damaged.
In Novobakhmetieve, Oleksandrivka community, a farm was damaged as a result of a Geran-2 UAV hit.
Other
The driver of the evacuation crew with the call sign Fantaser, a serviceman of Donetsk police rifle battalion, made more than 100 flights to the front line, delivering fighters, provisions and ammunition, as well as evacuating the wounded. While performing tasks, he was repeatedly hit by drones: in Kostiantynivka, the UAV broke through the windshield and side windows, in other cases the drones damaged the wheels and brake system. Despite this, the crew continued to move in order to get to help.
26-year-old volunteer Bohdan Zuiakov has been evacuating people from the front-line Kostiantynivka for almost 4 years, sometimes making up to 6 trips a day under the blows of drones, artillery and GABs. He works without an armored vehicle, takes out the wounded and killed, making decisions in a split second. He says that 90% of the threats in the city are drones, and Kostiantynivka is practically destroyed, but people still remain there.

Luhansk oblast
russian troops made 22 attempts to advance towards Lyman and Sloviansk, attacking near nine settlements. In Luhansk oblast, fighting continued in the vicinity of Hrekivka. There were 15 cases of use of UAVs and FPV drones and 12 artillery shelling.
The occupation authorities sent a “preventive patrol” of doctors from the russian federation to Siverskodonetsk and Khrustalnyi for short-term medical examinations of the population. Meanwhile, in Luhansk, due to a seasonal flu outbreak, long queues formed at clinics: there are not enough doctors, there is no electronic record. Systemic solutions to improve primary health care in the occupied territory have not been adopted for over 11 years.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
The Kyiv City State Administration announced that the Svidok Platform is opening another round of collecting testimonies from residents to document the consequences of the massive russian attacks on Kyiv on 25 and 29 November. As a result of the massive combined russian attack on the capital on those days, dead and wounded are in the city, residential buildings and transport infrastructure damaged. The facts of the war crime, along with attached photos and videos, will be forwarded to the International Criminal Court and the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the regional prosecutor’s office, the russian soldier was sentenced in absentia to 11 years in prison. During the occupation of the village of Andriivka in the Bucha district, russian soldiers conducted illegal searches and threatened civilians with weapons. On 26 February and 10 March 2022, the convicted russian paratrooper broke into the homes of local residents in the village, pointed his weapon at Ukrainians, forced them to remain silent and ‘not resist’. He also threatened to kill them, posing a real danger to their lives.
In Kyiv oblast, an oak alley was opened on the territory of the National Military Memorial Cemetery. The first 56 trees were planted there in memory of the servicemen who died during the russian-Ukrainian war. The oaks were planted by relatives of the fallen soldiers from various brigades.
The city council reported that the Bucha community is preparing for the full launch of innovative solar power plants donated by the French government. The solar panels will be operational in a few weeks.
The State Emergency Service reported that on the occasion of Volunteer Day, the Kyiv Region State Emergency Service solemnly honoured the volunteers of the Rapid Response Team of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society for their dedicated service.
Zhytomyr oblast
On 5 December, the families of three deceased servicemen were presented with state awards (posthumously) in Malyn. Sergeant Serhiy Yaroshevych, Junior Sergeant Vasyl Petrenko, and Private Vitaliy Doroshenko were posthumously awarded the Order ‘For Courage’ III degree.
On 4 December, the Lyubar community solemnly welcomed Viktor Oliynyk, a defender of Ukraine who returned from russian captivity, where he had spent two years and seven months. His wife and young son were waiting for him at home.
Over two years, representatives of the volunteer team of the Salvation Church wove more than 1,000 nets in the Olevsk community. Community residents also repair cars, collect aid, and deliver humanitarian cargo to the front lines.
Sumy oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that on 5 December, the enemy carried out intensive drone attacks on civilian infrastructure in Sumy oblast. Strikes targeted Sumy region — Vorozhba, Sumy communities and Stezkivka starosta district. There were impacts on residential areas, and civilian infrastructure was damaged. In Sumy, one of the drones pierced the roof of an apartment building and entered a residential unit. Residents of the damaged homes will receive all necessary assistance promptly.
The City Council informed that at around 2pm on 5 December, russian forces attacked a residential building in Sumy by a Molniia UAV. The roof and two apartments were damaged.
According to the Regional Military Administration, in Velyka Pysarivka community on 4 December, a 40-year-old woman was injured in a russian drone attack.
Between the morning of 4 December and the morning of 5 December, russian forces carried out nearly 90 attacks on 39 settlements in 14 territorial communities of the oblast. The highest number of strikes was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used guided aerial bombs, UAVs, VOG explosives dropped from UAVs, and FPV drone strikes. Over the day, the air-raid alert in the oblast lasted 12 hours 54 minutes.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged or destroyed:
- in Vorozhba community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
- in Bilopillia community, private residential houses and an outbuilding were damaged;
- in Znob-Novhorodske community, a private residential house was damaged;
- in Novoslobidka community, a non-residential building was damaged;
- in Hlukhiv community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
- in Seredyna-Buda community, a residential house was damaged;
- in Shalyhyne community, a residential house was damaged.
Over the past day, four people were evacuated from border communities by local authorities together with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police and NGOs.
Artem Nekrasov, Acting Minister of Energy, reported that equipment has been delivered to Shostka to support the restoration of the oblast’s largest CHP plant.
Chernihiv oblast
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported that fighters of “Stalevyi Kordon” brigade shot down two russian Shahed kamikaze drones over Chernihiv oblast during 4 December.
The State Emergency Service informed that in the evening of 4 December, a russian UAV strike was recorded in Berezna town in Chernihiv region. A fire broke out in an outbuilding. Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze.
According to Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment, throughout 4 December, russian forces attacked four border communities of Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia and Snovsk. A total of 11 explosions were recorded — FPV drone strikes and explosive devices dropped from UAVs. Four settlements came under fire.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that since the beginning of 2025, 36 people have been killed and 185 civilians injured in russian attacks on Chernihiv oblast. In total, 22,000 enemy munitions have struck the oblast during this period.
According to medical facilities, one of the men injured on 4 December in the russian drone attack on an enterprise in Horodnia is in the intensive care unit in serious condition. The second man has minor injuries and is in the surgical ward.
The Regional Military Administration announced that Chernihiv oblast has 267 operational Points of Invincibility, with capacity to deploy up to 330 in case of crisis. During the two blackouts experienced in October, these points served as hubs of resilience.
Three vehicles provided by France have been delivered to communities in Chernihiv oblast. Vans were received by Semenivka, Novhorod-Siverskyi and Ichnia communities. The assistance was made possible through the Government of French Republic, Expertise France and the RELEVE project team. The vehicles will support evacuation efforts in border communities and assist with water utility operations in Ichnia.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Synelnykove region: Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipro Regional Council reported that a 12-year-old boy was killed in a UAV strike on Vasylkivka community. A 37-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man were injured. A private house was destroyed and a fire broke out. Another private home was damaged.
Nikopol region: The enemy continued drone attacks and shelled Nikopol, Marhanets and Pokrovske communities by artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems. A 70-year-old man was injured. Five apartment buildings, two private houses and a car were damaged.
Throughout the day, the enemy attacked Nikopol, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka, Marhanets and Pokrovske communities. Fires broke out; five private houses, four apartment buildings, garages, a kindergarten, a petrol station, a sports facility, outbuildings and power lines were damaged.
Vinnytsia oblast
Eighty-two-year-old Valentyna Filipishyna from Sokolivka village in Vinnytsia oblast has been making warm mats for Ukrainian soldiers for three years. She has produced around 320 items and sends them to the front with volunteers.
Kirovohrad oblast
Znamianka town, Kropyvnytskyi region, paid tritune to Ruslan Antonich, who was killed in September in Kharkiv oblast. He was 31 years old. He is survived by his mother, wife and two-month-old son.
Cherkasy oblast
Eleven-year-old Oleksii Kashnikov from Smila has raised UAH 800,000 through his street performances over nearly four years of full-scale invasion.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
Today, 5 December, the russian army attacked a private house in Zaporizhzhia region with an FPV drone. A 71-year-old woman was injured as a result of the strike.
According to Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, yesterday, 4 December, the occupiers carried out 776 attacks on 23 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces conducted nine airstrikes on Veselianka, Hryhorivka, Stepnohirske, Huliaipole, Ternuvate, and Staroukrainka. 464 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Chervonodniprovka, Rozumivka, Marivka, Stepnohirske, Prymorske, Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Preobrazhenka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Zatyshshia, Varvarivka, and Pryluky. Four MLRS attacks targeted Stepove, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, and Charivne. There were 299 artillery strikes on Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirske, Prymorske, Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Zatyshshia, Varvarivka, and Pryluky. Authorities received 34 reports of damage to homes and infrastructure. One person was injured as a result of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia region.
According to the General Staff, as of 22:00 on 5 December, there were seven combat engagements towards Hulyaipole near the settlements of Solodke, Dobropillia, and Hulyaipole. There were four combat engagements towards Orikhiv — the enemy attempted to advance near the settlement of Stepnohirske and toward Prymorske.
Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, citing representatives of the occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), reported that the occupiers likely completed one of the stages of integrating the plant into the russian energy system. The organizational structure of the facility will now resemble that of russian nuclear power plants. The russian side plans to continue integrating the ZNPP into russia’s legal, economic, and technological frameworks.
Mykolaiv oblast
attacked Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities 11 times with FPV drones. No casualties were reported.
The press service of the State Emergency Service of Mykolaiv oblast reported that rescuers discovered and removed fragments of an Iskander-M missile that russian forces used to attack Mykolaiv oblast on 3 December. The missile fell in an open area. Rescuers began work using robotic equipment, which made it possible to conduct the inspection without risk to personnel.
Odesa oblast
A memorial plaque was installed in Odesa in honor of Viktor Mirchu, a fallen serviceman of the 137th Battalion of the 35th Separate Marine Brigade. The commemorative sign was unveiled on the grounds of the school where he studied. Combat medic Viktor Mirchu was killed on 18 March 2022, as a result of an airstrike on Mykolaiv. He was posthumously awarded the Order “For Courage” III class for his heroism in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Kherson oblast
On 5 December, at approximately 12:20, russian occupiers attacked Kherson. A 77-year-old man sustained a blast injury.
Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, around 15:00, in Kizomys, a 57-year-old man received fatal injuries as a result of an explosive dropped from a drone.
A woman injured by russian shelling of Dniprovskyi district of Kherson on the evening of 28 November was taken to the hospital. The 64-year-old resident of Kherson was diagnosed with a blast injury and a concussion.
According to Kherson Regional Military Administration, yesterday, 5 December, the russian forces attacked Antonivka, Inzhenerne, Komyshany, Molodizhne, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Tekstylne, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Dniprovke, Kizomys, Rozlyv, Tomyna Balka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Mykilske, Novotiahynka, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Zmiivka, Novoberyslav, Tomaryne, Urozhaine, Charivne, Mylove, Dudchany, Kachkarivka, Nova Kamianka, Novoraisk, Monastyrske, Kostyrka, Zolota Balka, Novovorontsovka, Virivka, Lvove, Odradokamianka, Olhivka, Novooleksandrivka, Havrylivka, Mykhailivka, Vesele, Kozatske, and the city of Kherson. As a result of the attacks, 2 apartment buildings, 11 private houses, a cellular tower, a bakery, a gas pipeline, and a private car were damaged. 11 people were injured due to russian aggression.
The General Staff reported that as of 22:00 on 5 December, Ukrainian units stopped six enemy attackstowards Kherson.
Volunteers managed to evacuate a group of children and teenagers aged two to seventeen from the temporarily occupied left bank of Kherson oblast. According to the head of the regional administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, a 17-year-old boy underwent military training in the occupied territory: he trained in trenches, disassembled weapons, and threw grenades. Eleven- and nine-year-old boys were forced at school to attend propaganda lessons several times a week. The mother of a 13-year-old girl was pressured to send her child to a russian school.

In the village of Liubiaz, Liubeshiv community, during the opening of the Alley of Memory of the mother of the fallen soldier of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade, Bohdan Abramovich was awarded the III degree For Courage Order (posthumously). The hero was killed on 20 January 2025 while performing a combat mission in the territory of Donetsk oblast.
Zakarpattia oblast

In the Carpathian region, 21 more veterans will receive state monetary compensation for the purchase of housing this year. The government has allocated UAH 46.3m in state subsidy for this.
Lviv oblast
Rudki community sent another helping hand to Ukrainian defenders in various units on the front line. The gathering was joined by teachers, students and parents of Orkhovychi gymnasium, residents of the villages of Orkhovychi, Konyushki-Tulyholivski, Konyushki-Korolivski, Romanivka, Vyshnia, Yaremkiv, Culinary Front and Full Defender volunteer movements, city council employees, local parishes and shops. Women from the People’s House of Rudki, who weave camouflage nets and kikimors, also took part.
Rivne oblast
The Presidential Award Golden Heart on the occasion of Volunteer Day was received by Andrii Fesun from Rivne oblast. Since 2014, Andrii has been constantly supporting the Security and Defense Forces, providing humanitarian assistance to residents of liberated territories and IDPs. He gave shelter to 14 people in his home. For the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he purchased an armored car, a cargo van, 31 SUVs, 4 drones and a Starlink station.
Ternopil oblast
A Center has been opened in Ternopil to provide comprehensive support to veterans, families of Heroes, and missing persons. This comprehensive assistance is provided by 10 support specialists, 2 lawyers and a psychologist who is also a veteran.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
A shooting competition was organized in Khmelnytskyi. High school students were invited to the competition. They shot from a minimum distance with an air rifle.
Chernivtsi oblast
Chernivtsi City Council reported that UAH 23m has been allocated to support security and defense forces.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
On 2 December 2025, during his visit to Ireland, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, presented the III degree Order of Courage to relatives of Robert Deegan, soldier who died for freedom in battle with the russian occupiers. 29-year-old Robert Deegan was killed in battle against russians during the assault and clearing of Volchansk Aggregate Plant on 17 September 2024. In Dublin, the President of Ukraine also awarded III degree Orders of Courage (posthumously) to Graham Dale and Oleksandr Ryzhuk, soldiers from Ireland who fought in the ranks of the Security and Defense Forces of the country.
