Operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 6pm:

In Volyn and Polissia directions, the enemy continues to construct and fortify the position in the borderline areas with belarus. The threat of missile and air strikes from the territory of the republic of belarus still remains.

Towards Siversk, the enemy shelled the positions of our troops with mortars in the borderline areas of Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts. To detect the location of our units and correct the fire, the russian invaders conducted aerial reconnaissance using UAV and electronic warfare complexes to disrupt control and communication systems of the Defense Forces.

Towards Kharkiv, the main efforts of the enemy are still focused on maintaining seized positions and preventing our troops from approaching the State Border of Ukraine north of Kharkiv.

Towards Sloviansk, the aggressor is trying to continue the attack on Izium – Sloviansk. The enemy unsuccessfully led assault actions towards Dovhenke – Krasnopillua. Also, the enemy tried to improve the tactical position next to Dolyna. Ukrainian soldiers gave a decisive rebuff and forced the invaders to withdraw.

Towards Lyman, the enemy did not take any active operations, but shelled Ukrainian units with barrel artillery.

Towards Severodonetsk, the invaders continued shelling the positions of the Defense Forces with barrel artillery and multiple launch rocket systems. The enemy’s goal is to establish full control over the city of Severodonetsk. The fighting continues to rage. In Toshkivka, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled another enemy assault.

Towards Bakhmut, the enemy shelled our troops with barrel and rocket artillery. Ukrainian soldiers inflicted losses on the enemy during the offensive near Vasylivka – Yakovlivka and Vasylivka – Berestove. The invaders withdrew.

Towards Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavlovske and Zaporizhzhia, no active actions occurred. To suppress actions and prevent transfer of Ukrainian troops to other directions, the enemy shelled our positions with mortars, barrel and rocket artillery.

In the South Buh and Tavriia directions, the enemy continues to defend and enhance fortifications in the areas of Bezvodne and Ishchenko.

In the area of Melitopol, the russian invaders deployed a complex of electronic warfare to counter the technical intelligence means of the Defense Forces. 

Towards Bakhmut, the enemy also increased the number of the battalion tactical group from the operational reserve. 

 

Heads of the russian security agencies continue looking for additional human resources to the war against Ukraine by increasing payouts and introducing short-term contracts with the possibility of their extension.

The enemy uses enterprises in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson oblast to restore and repair damaged weapons and military equipment.

In the city of Belgorod and the oblast, medical specialists from other russian regions are additionally involved in working with wounded servicemen. It shows russian invaders suffer heavy losses. 

Head of the Pentagon Lloyd Austin said that the West should not reduce defense support for Ukraine. “The stakes are too high. Ukraine is experiencing a decisive moment on the battlefield. We cannot underestimate the challenge facing Ukraine,” said the U.S. Defense Secretary during a meeting of Ukraine’s defense contact group in Brussels. 

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in Ukraine, reported that 160 K km2 requires examination for the presence of explosive objects. 

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy was invited to the NATO summit in the format in which he will be able to participate in view of the circumstances. The Alliance summit is to take place in Madrid at the end of June.

The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine noted that since the beginning of the full-scale war, russian invaders have completely destroyed or damaged more than 380 cultural heritage monuments in Ukraine. 

Eastern regions

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the morning of June 15, russian invaders launched air strikes near Mospanove and Husarivka, Kharkiv oblast. Fighting near Rubizhne continues. According to the data as of 6:00 am, russian troops supported by helicopters are trying to hold back the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine towards the border. The enemy shelled civilian infrastructure near Bayrak, Peremoha, Ruska Lozova, Stara Hnylytsia, Verkhniy Saltiv and Zamulivka settlements. Airstrikes were launched near Mospanove. Fighting continues near Rubizhne settlement. The russians are trying to continue their offensive toward Sloviansk and shelled Grushuvakha, Nova Pavlivka and Shevelivka and Virnopillia with artillery. Moreover, the invaders carried out air strikes near Husarivka.

According to Siniehubov, in Kharkiv oblast as of 15 June, the situation is as follows: over the past 24 hours there was no shelling of Kharkiv city, but russian invaders continued to shell populated areas of Kharkiv oblast. Tonight invaders shelled Zolochiv community, Bohodukhiv region. The administrative building of one of the enterprises was damaged. Fire broke out. In Izium region, an enterprise was also damaged due to the shelling and there was a fire. Houses, outbuildings and garages were damaged as a result of shelling in the villages of Chuhuiv region.

The main efforts of the enemy continue to focus on maintaining occupied frontiers and preventing our troops from reaching the state border of Ukraine north of Kharkiv. The main efforts of the aggressor are concentrated on Izium-Sloviansk and Dovghenke-Krasnopillia offensives. The assault in the latter direction was unsuccessful. The enemy attempted to improve the tactical situation near the Dolyna village. Ukrainian soldiers fought back resolutely and forced the invaders to retreat.

Active fighting continues to rage on the contact line, notably in Rubizhne settlement. There is fighting near Izium. Our defenders are repelling enemy attacks and causing significant losses.

Besides, toward Bakhmut, the enemy increased its grouping with a battalion tactical group from the operational reserve, redeployed to Pervomaysk from Kupiansk.

7 civilians were injured in the region during the day: Chuhuiv region – 4 people, Izium region – 1 person, Kharkiv region – 2 people.

The head of the temporarily occupied Vovchansk, Anatoliy Stepanets, is suspected of high treason.

Donetsk oblast

Ukrainian soldiers caused losses to the enemy during their offensive toward Vasylivka-Yakovlivka and Vasylivka-Berestove. The invaders retreated. Separate units of the 8th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District were deployed in Komyshuvakha and Popasna after restoring combat capability.

According to Mariupol mayor’s councillor Petro Andriushchenko, russian invaders in Mariupol passed off stolen rubbish trucks as a gift from russia. Also in the city, a slab collapse in a high-rise building killed 3 residents who lived in a nearly destroyed porch.

According to the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, captive Azovstal defenders might be on the territory of Donetsk oblast.

Luhansk oblast

According to the evening report of the General Staff, the russian troops continue shelling the Armed Forces of Ukraine with artillery and multiple rocket launchers. Russian army units are storming Severodonetsk to establish full control over it, and fighting continues. The Ukrainian troops repelled another russian assault in Toshkivka.

The invaders are shelling non-stop the civilian infrastructure of Borivske, Lysychansk, Toshkivka, Metolkine, Severodonetsk and Ustynivka. Enemy aircraft carried out air strikes near Bilohorivka, Metolkine, Ustynivka.

In Severodonetsk, rashists continue to fire on the industrial zone, yesterday they damaged the Azot’s gatehouse. Old parts of the city are constantly on fire.

In two days there were 8 injured, most of them from Lysychansk. This city is experiencing massive destruction from large-calibre enemy artillery daily.

In the past 24 hours, Skloplastyk and Donsoda PJSCs and around 10 residential buildings were shelled. There was massive destruction of the residential sector in Hirske – 14 houses were damaged.

Northern regions

Police officers and psychologists, working as part of mobile special groups, identify instances of sexual harrassment committed by russian invaders in the de-occupied territories of Chernihiv, Kyiv, Sumy oblasts. War crimes have no statute of limitations, so they will be documented and investigated.

“Only in Kyiv oblast a special police mobile group has already checked more than 40 settlements, where, unfortunately, multiple cases of sexual crimes against civilians were revealed,” said Deputy Minister of Interior Kateryna Pavlichenko.

Kyiv oblast

The Prime Ministers of Albania, Edi Rama, and Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, visited Irpin and Borodyanka. Oleksiy Kuleba, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, announced this and thanked them for their support to Ukraine’s sovereignty and integrity.

The head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, met with the British Ambassador to Ukraine, Melinda Simmons. During the meeting, they discussed possible areas of cooperation on reconstruction of housing and all destroyed infrastructure facilities in Kyiv oblast.

On June 14, at St. Michael’s Square in Kyiv, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrsky gave state awards to employees and officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine defending the sovereignty and independence of Ukraine and dealing with the consequences of military aggression by the russian federation. The minister also acknowledged contributions made by rescue teams of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to fight for the victory.

The chief of the police of Kyiv oblast Andrey Nebitov reported that another civilian was found murdered by the occupants in Kolonshchina near the village of Vysehrad. The man had been shot by russian federation soldiers near their positions. This is yet another brutal crime committed by the aggressors, for which they must be held liable. 

The Kyiv City Administrations shared in its telegram channel that Kyiv defenders continue to be proactive about possible threats so that the capital would remain ready to respond to russian aggression.

EOD units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine report carrying out large-scale mine clearance work in Kyiv oblast. Currently, the units are actively working on lakes and rivers. Sapper divers have to work in extremely difficult conditions, but they still do their job despite almost zero visibility, unpleasant odor, and a shell-covered bottom.

Horyak’s diving team specializes in unexploded ordnance found in lakes. They have recently completed their work in a small lake in Hostomel, where they searched the bottom and found  six shells of the current war.

Kyiv Regional Military Administration provided an update on inspection and clearance of explosive objects in populated areas as of June 14. Demining in Kyiv oblast continues.

Peter Olenych, head of the Digital Transformation of Kyiv announced that a new e-democracy tool – voting – is being launched through the Digital Kyiv app. The first issue concerns renaming and de-russification of Kyiv streets. In total, there are about 300 names on the list. All citizens of Ukraine can take part using Bank ID for verification. All results will go to the Kyiv City Council for further consideration and expertise. 

Ukrzaliznytsia is resuming the logistics of Kyiv oblast. To improve commuter service, daily suburban trains between the capital and the satellite town of Vasylkiv will be resumed from June 17, 2022.

Public activists suggest removing anti-tank obstacles and concrete blocks from sidewalks and roads in Kyiv because they “complicate the free movement of citizens”. They emphasize that only those obstacles that are not currently used to stop the enemy.

Zhytomyr oblast

A new network of institutions is being formed in Zhytomyr oblast to address the needs of the community and children during martial law. The head of Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Bunechko, paid a working visit to the Lyubar community and inspected the educational and training facility in Hrynivtsi. The community is planning to transform this educational institution. The goal is to keep it possible for pre-schoolers and first graders to study close to their homes. Also, the authorities are planning to facilitate transportation of students to the educational facility.

The musical couple from Zhytomyr, composer Yevhen Stetsyuk and pianist Nadia Tishkova, presented a new musical piece for piano called “SIRENAde.” The composition is inspired by their experiences of the war in Ukraine. Its title combines two words – siren and serenade.

Chernihiv oblast

The public relations representative of the oblast Prosecutor’s Officereported that since the beginning of russian invasion, 478 civilians were killed during active combat operations in Chernihiv Oblast including 334 men, 122 women, and 22 minors, 692 injured.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, most deaths were caused by airstrikes and constant shelling. Law enforcement agencies have initiated 1 263 criminal proceedings for these and other crimes committed by the russians. There were 866 proceedings under the article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war) and 349 proceedings under article 110 (violation of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine). Besides, 22 russian servicemen have already been notified as suspects. The indictment filed against a member of the armed forces has been sent to court.

Repair works have begun in the village of Yahidne where only two of the four streets have survived hostilities. They are dismantling houses destroyed due to fighting and repairing damaged roofs. More than 30 volunteers from different parts of the country came to restore the village.

The Chernihiv Geriatric Center recently received an ambulance, as well as medicines and consumables. The vehicle was purchased by the Rotary Club from Italy in cooperation with the Svitla Meta charitable foundation, with the assistance of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration. The boarding house has about 400 residents, 60% of whom have disabilities. The car will help them to be mobile and travel long distances comfortably.

Sumy oblast

Operational information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the russian invasion as of 6:00 a.m. on June 15:

The enemy shelled civilian infrastructure in the areas near Bachivsk, Baranivka, Sopych and Ulanove in Sumy oblast. He also conducted aerial reconnaissance using UAVs near Seredyno-Buda in Sumy oblast.

The head of Sumy Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, has also reported a restless morning. The enemy opened mortar fire at the territory of the Shalyhine community at 7:30 a.m., 8 explosions were recorded. At 8:30 a.m. the russians tried to destroy a vehicle with two grenade launcher shots near one of the settlements. There were no casualties or damage.

The police found 15 kilograms of gunpowder for a 122 mm artillery system and 2 kilograms of plastid in possession of a citizen from a village in Okhtyrka region. In addition, stolen property was found at his home.

On June 14, Dobrobat volunteers once again joined debris removal works in the long-suffering, but undefeated town of Trostyanets. It is an incredible unity of people who regularly help rescuers to clear the rubble of buildings destroyed by the russian horde.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

The night was restless in Dnipropetrovsk oblast. As a result of shelling of the Apostolov community from the Uragan MRL system by russian occupiers, four people were killed and one civilian injured. About 10 residential buildings and a hospital were damaged. The shelling areas are littered with cluster munitions. Pyrotechnics are working there.

2 enemy strikes on Pishchanska community were recorded. 4 residential buildings and private garages were damaged. One outbuilding was destroyed. Fortunately, there are no victims.

The enemy shelled with the Uragan MRL system  Zelenodolsk and Apostolovo communities. Several multistory buildings were damaged in Zelenodolsk community. Forest line caught on fire in Apostolovo community. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administration Valentyna Reznichenko informed that there are no victims.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast welcomes displaced people. Currently, 263.7 thousand internally displaced people live in the region. In Dnipro, more than 110K internally displaced persons are registered, 48.2K – in Kryvyi Rih. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council Mykola Lukashuk noted that people are provided with all necessary assistance.

Deputy Head of the Department of Environmental Policy of the City Council Irina Kozlova stated that in Dnipro, internally displaced people planted ten empress trees in Novokodatsky Park to express gratitude for the city for sheltering. The seedlings were provided by the plant nursery owner. He distributes 40% of the plants from each planting.

Kirovohrad oblast

The head of the regional administration Andriy Raykovych said the number of internally displaced persons in the Kirovohrad region is increasing. Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion, more than 150K internally displaced people and almost 42K children have passed through the region. Cities, communities, districts, relevant regional services are busy finding and arranging additional accommodation for internally displaced people.

Volodymyr Krutous from Kropyvnytskyi city created a set of miniatures of russian military with items stolen in Ukraine. He named the collection “Mordorski marodery”. The author wants to show more russian crimes to the world.

Poltava oblast

The head of the Poltava Military Administration Dmitry Lunin met with the Honorary Consul of the Azerbaijan Republic Afghan Salmanov in Kharkiv. They discussed how humanitarian aid from Azerbaijan to Poltava oblast can be increased. 

In Poltava, artists of the Gogol Music and Drama Theater hosted free exhibitions for internally displaced children and residents of the city. They plan to hold 8 performances for children.

Vinnytsia oblast

“Rukh Neskorenykh in Haisyn” volunteer center weave camouflage nets for defenders and collect provisions. Volunteers have been providing humanitarian aid to Ukrainian defenders since 2014. So they know exactly what the military needs and how to deliver it. Volunteer efforts are focused on the Armed Forces of Ukraine now, but they also provide cloth and baby food to internally displaced people.

Cherkasy oblast

In Chyhyryn, guided tours, master classes and competitions were arranged for disabled children and refugees. Almost fifty children took part in the event. The entertainments were arranged on the territory of the art festival “Kruty Zamis” in the village Melnyky. Children were shaping and baking bread, having fun with animals and listening to the fairytales from Sashko Lirnyk.

Southern regions

Zaporizhzhia oblast

The operational situation in the Zaporizhzhia direction has not changed significantly. The enemy did not conduct active hostilities.

An enemy training ground was discovered on the outskirts of the settlement of Novozlatopil, Polohy region. An arrival of a significant number of russian servicemen in the settlement of Dniprorudne, Vasylivka region, and an arrival of a railway train with fuel tanks from the territory of the occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea were detected.

Over the past day, the outskirts of the town of Huliaipole in the Polohy region and the village of Kamianske in the Vasylivka region were shelled and destroyed. The National Police of Ukraine received 9 reports of destruction of citizens’ houses and infrastructure as a result of shelling by russian servicemen.

In addition, there were 34 shellings of positions of Ukrainian troops along the contact line from the entire range of weapons in the area of settlements: Bilohiria, Chernove, Huliaipole, Huliaipilske, Kamianske, Novopil, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Novodanylivka, Novosilka, Olhivske, Orikhiv, Pershotravneve, Poltavka, Temyrivka, Uspenivka. 

The enemy fired at the settlements of Chervone, Huliaipole, Malynivka and Olhivske with a BM-21 Grad MLRS. The settlements of Temyrivka, Vremivka were tank fired. Pershotravneve was fired on by the enemy Smerch MLRS.

Ukrainian defenders continue to conduct a defense operation, responding to the enemy fire, destroying its manpower and equipment. Over the past day, soldiers of the Defense Forces in the Zaporizhzhia direction eliminated 2 soldiers, wounded 6, destroyed 1 tank, 1 APC, 1 AFV, 1 IFV (BMP-3), 3 units of automotive equipment. In addition, the enemy’s ammunition depot and 2 enemy dugouts were destroyed.

The Zaporizhia Regional Military Administration said that the Red Cross has donated building materials to Zaporizhzhia to fix the damage after enemy attacks. The organization delivered diesel generators of various capacities, film, OSB plates, beams, board, tarpaulin and other materials required for repair. They can be used to quickly repair buildings damaged by enemy shelling.

According to Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov, the occupiers continue looting cherries from the local farmers. Sunflower seeds are also stolen on an industrial scale.

Mykolaiv oblast

In Mykolayiv oblast, russian troops fired on the settlements of the Bereznehuvatska,  Galitsynivska, Shevchenkivska communities. In the middle of the night, russian strategic aircraft launched a missile strike with four cruise missiles at the Pribuzhaniv community in Voznesensky district. The information on casualties and destruction is being clarified.

In the afternoon on June 15 the russian troops fired at one of the areas of Mykolaiv. They hit a four-storey house. One injured was reported.

Yesterday the russian troops struck three settlements in the region. The villages of Halytsynove, Lymany and Shevchenkove were affected. As of the morning of June 15, police found three damaged homes.

In total, over the past day 19 people were wounded in Mykolaiv oblast, also there are dead.

Ukrainian units continue to perform fire missions and launch air strikes on the enemy, pushing them out of Mykolayiv oblast. At dawn, a pair of helicopters accurately attacked the enemy’s built up area. Losses are being clarified.

24 pallets of hygienic means from the Canadian charitable organization Atlantic Ukrainian Association were delivered to Mykolaiv.

More than 260 tons of humanitarian aid were donated to communities of Bashtansky district and the Armed Forces. Humanitarian aid includes food: milk powder, beef, chicken, chicken eggs, oatmeal, confectionery, peas and more.

Odesa region

The naval group of the russian fleet in the northwestern part of the Black Sea has once again been restructured. Two missile ships and one submarine, equipped with 20 cruise missiles, continue to pose a threat of missile attack from the sea. One large landing ship might launch the landing operation.

In Odesa oblast, a border guard was convicted for helping conscripts cross the state border. The serviceman was sentenced to 1.6 years in a disciplinary battalion. His property was confiscated. He was deprived of the right to hold major posts (of high importance) for one year.

On June 15, the press service of the ferry complex “Orlivka” reported that the number of trips on the Orlivka-Isakca ferry line connecting Odesa and Romania increased.

Odesa Academic Theater of Musical Comedy reopens on June 18. Protective shelters in case of air alarm are provided for all visitors.

Kherson oblast

Ukrainian aircraft struck 3 times at build-up of russian manpower and military equipment in Kherson oblast. Missile strikes were also launched on fuel depots and the area of ​​equipment buildup. Two enemy command and observation posts were hit. In total, the Ukrainian military destroyed 70 russian servicemen, a helicopter, Peony self-propelled gun, Grad MLRS, three howitzers, 19 armored vehicles, 33 cars, four engineering units and two ammunition depots of the russian army.

The councillor to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Serhiy Khlan shared on his Facebook page that yesterday the Armed Forces destroyed an ammunition depot and a repair center for russian military equipment in Nova Kakhovka

In the morning, the russian military fired on the market area in Chornobayivka. According to locals, there are dead and wounded. The local news telegram channel reports about 6 dead.

The situation on the territory of the temporarily occupied Kherson oblast remains complicated. There is currently no mobile connection and partly no Internet in the occupied territories.

A batch of essential medicines was delivered to the Nyzhny Sirohoz District Hospital. Among transferred drugs are cardiovascular drugs, antipyretics, nasal sprays, etc. It took about 4 days to deliver them across the front line where there are constant battles.

The Tavriya City Council resigned due to inability to perform its functions in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

Western regions

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, up to seven battalions of the Armed Forces of the republic of belarus in the Volyn and Polissya areas are focusing on reconnaissance and fortifying the positions.The threat of missile and air strikes from the territory of this country remains.

According to border guards, on June 14 almost 38K people left Ukraine across the western border and 31K returned.

Volyn

According to the police, in Lutsk, a Volyn resident who traded in humanitarian aid was exposed when receiving money from the buyer (over 500K). These were vehicles imported to Ukraine as humanitarian aid for one of the military units of the Armed Forces. He was informed about the suspicion of selling items of humanitarian aid on a particularly large scale during martial law (Part 3 of Article 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The confiscated cars will be sent to the military.

Zakarpattia oblast

Over the past 24hrs, more than 5K people have crossed the state border on the Ukrainian-Slovak section, 623 vehicles have left, and 697 vehicles have arrived in Ukraine.

On June 15, the first service center of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society was opened in Uzhhorod, where medical, pharmaceutical, social and psychological assistance will be provided. In addition, 11 mobile teams are already working in Zakarpattia to provide assistance to the most remote corners of the oblast.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In the city of Shvano-Frankivsk, a 12-year-old Angelina Marchenko and a 10-year-old Tanya Pylypiv hosted a fair, where they sold passers-by homemade cakes, candles and lemonade. The girls decided to buy a printer for the military for the raised money (UAH 5300). 

Lviv oblast

For the last day 189 IDPs arrived in Lviv by two evacuation trains.

During this time 17072 people have left at all checkpoints.

According to police, the Ukrainian Security Service caught a 42-year-old head of one of Ukraine’s advertising holdings, who, along with his aides, stole humanitarian aid. Criminal proceedings have been instituted against them, and about 3K seized body armor will be handed over to the Armed Forces.

Rivne oblast

On June 14, in Rivne, the exhibition of photos of the soldier of the Azov regiment Dmitry Kozatsky with the call sign “Orest” was opened. The photos show wounded Ukrainian soldiers in the dungeons of a metallurgical plant when it was stormed by enemy troops of the russian federation. Dmytro Kozatsky managed to post the photos for free access before he was taken prisoner.

Ternopil oblast

Military equipment will disappear from the parks of Ternopil. According to the mayor Serhiy Nadal, the Soviet armored personnel carriers-60P and BRDM will be reconstructed and brought to a state of combat readiness. Another exhibition gun is planned to be used as a model for sighting during training.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

On June 15, the Khmelnytskyi Regional Philharmonic Society held a free concert “UKRAINE UNITES EUROPE” in support of the Armed Forces and war victims.

Chernivtsi oblast

The Permanent Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers to the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk announced that the government has approved resignation of Serhiy Osachuk as head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration. A few days ago, it was reported that police conducted searches in the building of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration.

International support

Canada became the first country to transfer about $ 800 million in special assistance from the IMF to Ukraine.

The Ministry of Infrastructure stated that Ukraine has made a special agreement on de-regulation of road transportation with the EU Commission delegation. Import duties with the European Union and Canada were lifted earlier. The United States introduced a duty-free regime for Ukrainian steel. Ukraine currently expects trade liberalization from Australia and Britain.

German citizens have donated 812 million euros, not including private incentives, to Ukraine since  the russian invasion began. As reported at the German Central Institute, this is the largest amount of German charitable contributions since World War II.

The US Deputy Secretary of Defense Colin Cole said that the Ukrainian military is actually completing training on HIMARS multiple rocket launchers. These systems will soon be used on the battlefield. He reported that the United States will ship more long-range MLRS to Ukraine than previously announced.

The Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis reported that Greece can transfer to Ukraine up to 30 units of soviet-style infantry fighting vehicles after an exchange with Germany.

The mayor of the city Alexander Markushin reported that the Irpin City Council has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the University of Venice IUAV and the Confederation of Italian Industry in Ukraine to attract foreign experts to rebuild the city of Irpin, which suffered as a result of russian aggression.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stolberg announced that the supply of heavy weapons and long-range artillery will be discussed at NATO Headquarters in Brussels during the Rammstein Meeting of the Ukrainian Defense Contact Group. In addition, Stolberg said that NATO is preparing a plan to transfer the Ukrainian army from post-soviet weapons to the alliance’s weapons.
