Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy has made 12 attempts to push our defenders from their positions near Vodiane Druha, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Pishchane, Dachne and Ulakly since the beginning of the day. The International Atomic Energy Agency was unable to replace the observers at the occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP. According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, this was due to russia’s failure to provide the International Atomic Energy Agency with security guarantees. Moscow has at least two reasons to put pressure on the IAEA’s independence. The first is to force international recognition of the illegal occupation of the Ukrainian nuclear power plant. The second is to manipulate the operational situation in the area around the plant.
