On April 7, there were 67 tactical clashes.
The enemy launched a total of 6 missile and 72 air strikes, 39 MLRS attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the russian terrorist attacks have killed and wounded civilians.
Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group were found.
Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the russian army maintains its military presence in the russian areas bordering Ukraine. The enemy conducts subversion, continues shelling of Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the concentration of mining operations along the state border of Ukraine. The enemy launched airstrikes in the vicinities of Zolochiv, Mali Prokhody, Vovchansk (Kharkiv oblast) and the city of Kharkiv. Around 15 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.
Towards Kupiansk, there were no enemy offensive operations reported. However, the russian army launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Berestove (Kharkiv oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 15 settlements, including Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, and Kotliarivka (Kharkiv oblast).
Towards Lyman, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 2 assaults in the vicinity of Terny (Donetsk oblast), where the enemy made attempts to breach Ukrainian defense. The enemy fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Terny, Yampolivka, and Torske (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Bakhmut, the Ukrainian defenders repelled more than 26 attacks in the vicinities of Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Vyimka, Fedorivka, Rozdolivka, Vesele Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Andriivka, and Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast), where the adversary attempted to improve its tactical position. The enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Chasiv Yar, Dyliivka, Niu-York (Donetsk oblast). More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Bohdanivka, Kalynivka, and Chasiv Yar (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Avdiivka, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 5 attacks in the vicinities of Pervomaiske, Nevelske, and Netailove (Donetsk oblast), where the enemy, using air attacks, made attempts to dislodge Ukrainian troops from their positions. The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Novobakhmutivka, Novoselivka Persha, Ocheretyne, Yasnobrodivka (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 10 settlements, including Novokalynove, Novobakhmutivka, Semenivka, and Nevelske (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Novopavlivka, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to block the enemy near Krasnohorivka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast), where the invaders made 17 attempts to breach Ukrainian defense. The occupiers launched air strikes in the vicinities of Novomykhailivka, Urozhaine, Vodyane (Donetsk oblast). The enemy fired artillery and mortars at more than 10x settlements, including Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostiantynivka, and Vuhledar (Donetsk oblast).
Towards Orikhiv, the enemy, with air support, launched 2 attacks on positions of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinity of Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast) and Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia oblast). Airstrikes were reported in the vicinities of Orikhiv, Mala Tokmachka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). Around 20 settlements, including Poltavka, Malynivka, Chervone, Bilohiria, Novodanylivka, and Shcherbaky (Zaporizhzhia oblast), were under artillery and mortar fire.
Towards Kherson, the enemy does not abandon its intention to dislodge Ukrainian troops from their bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River. In particular during the day of April 7, the invaders launched 8 unsuccessful attacks on positions of the Ukrainian troops. The occupiers fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Zmiivka, Krynky, Tiahynka (Kherson oblast) as well as the city of Kherson.
On April 7, the Ukrainian Air Force launched airstrikes on 1 enemy command post, 3 anti-aircraft missile systems, 1 communication tower, 13 buildups of troops.
The Ukrainian Rocket Forces hit 1 enemy anti-aircraft missile system, 1x UAVs control post, 1 artillery system, 3 buildups of weapons and military equipment.
Referring to the Prosecutor General’s Office, in Krynky, Kherson oblast, russia once again shot Ukrainian prisoners of war. Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.
Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, says that 200 cultural sites in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk oblast were significantly damaged. Also, the telecommunications network in these territories was completely destroyed and all local television and radio companies ceased their activities.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that russians have been attacking Kharkiv all day. So far, the enemy has shelled several districts of the city, injuring three women and a civilian man.
A 45-year-old man received shrapnel wounds but refused to be hospitalised. Two women aged 37 and 72 were diagnosed with acute stress reaction. They were treated on the spot.
The enemy struck the central park and industrial area, where a house was damaged and a garage caught on fire.

At 12:40am, a UAV was launched at Kharkiv. The strike damaged 10 private houses, a kindergarten, three five-storey buildings and three cars. A 62-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds. A 64-year-old woman and an 87-year-old man received medical aid on the spot.
On 6 April at 3:49pm, there was a shelling of Shevchenkivskyi district. A 49-year-old man was killed and 4 people injured: a 47-year-old man and two women aged 66 and 22 with explosive injuries, and a 10-year-old girl was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction. The shelling damaged cars and a school.
Oleh Syniehubov added that the enemy continues to massively shell the towns and villages of Kharkiv oblast, terrorising civilians and damaging energy infrastructure. The most heavily shelled were the settlements towards Kupiansk, specifically Vovchansk and Borova.
At midday, russians shelled the outskirts of Zolochiv by multiple rocket launchers. Tanks and technical facilities of a local enterprise were damaged, windows in private houses broken. There were no casualties.
There is a change in the tactics of enemy shelling as systematically day and night there were repeated attacks on the same location.
Scheduled power cuts are in force. There is a lack of capacity. However, there is no threat of large-scale power cuts in the city.
The possibility of forced evacuation from the northern part of Kharkiv oblast is being considered, especially in settlements that are constantly under enemy attack.
The press service of the Ministry of Energy said in Kharkiv oblast, 410,000 customers are without power due to network restrictions. According to them, a night russian attack damaged equipment at a high-voltage substation in the oblast and caused a fire. Also, a high-voltage overhead line was switched off in an emergency, and has been put back on.
About 20 settlements in Kharkiv oblast were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks: Kozacha Lopan, Vetarynarne, Strilecha and others. Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Borova suffered airstrikes.
At 1:40am, the invaders attacked Lozova and Kharkiv regions by Shaheds. There were no casualties. Some of the drones were eliminated by air defence forces.
At 10:40pm, a 4-storey residential building was under attack in Kupiansk. Two floors of the building were destroyed and a 85-year-old woman killed.

At 8pm, Lyptsi village, Kharkiv region, suffered artillery attack. The premises of a shop were damaged. There was no information on casualties.
At 3:45pm, Kutuzivka village suffered a rocket attack on the educational institution. There were no casualties.
At 3:20pm, 1 private house was damaged as a result of the shelling in Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv region. There were no casualties.
At 11:40am, the shelling partially destroyed the two-storey building of Ukrposhta in Borova village, Izium region. There were no casualties.
On 6 April at 10am, there was a rocket attack from a Grom E1 Borova village, Izium region. 10 residential buildings were damaged and three women injured.
The enemy did not conduct any offensive actions towards Kupiansk yesterday .
Combined bomb disposal teams cleared 168.35 hectares of territory and destroyed 972 explosive ordnance.
Donetsk oblast
The General Staff reported that the russian army has reduced the number of assaults in the eastern sections of the front. The Defense Forces repelled 48 enemy attacks on 6 April. The day before, it was 62. In particular, russian troops attacked less towards Avdiivka. At the same time, on towards Novopavlivka, near Maryinka, attacks and assaults continue with the same intensity as the day before. The russian army is trying to break through the defences in the area of Novomykhailivka and Heorhiivka. The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 21 attacks.

At the beginning of the summer, the russian federation will advance in Donbas, first of all, Ukraine expects intensified hostilities near Donetsk. Budanov, Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, said this in an interview with the German TV channel ARD. At the same time, Budanov predicts that there will be no significant changes at the front before the expected russian offensive begins.
The losses of the russian army in the eastern directions of the front on 6 April included 606 occupiers, 477 UAVs and 17 tanks, 41 armoured combat vehicles, 33 guns and mortars, 4 electronic warfare equipment and 50 shelters.
According to the 12th Azov Special Forces Brigade, during the fighting in towards Kreminna, Azov fighters captured a russian tank and, together with paratroopers of the 95th Brigade, destroyed more than ten units of russian equipment.
According to Anastasia Medviedieva, Spokeswoman for the Donetsk Prosecutor’s Office, during the day, the russian military struck Chasiv Yar and Yelyzavetivka. One person was killed and another injured.
In Pokrovsky region, in Keramika, Ocheretyne community, an administrative building was damaged. In Krasnohorivka, 1 person was killed and 1 wounded. In Kurakhivka, 4 people were killed and 1 wounded. Kurakhove and Dachne were shelled.
In Kramatorsk region, Terny, Torske and Yampolivka of Lyman community were shelled. In Kostiantynivka, 3 private houses were damaged.
Police reports that the russian army attacked Kostiantynivka twice: the evening before and tonight. In addition, ten cities, villages and towns of Donetsk oblast were under fire over the past day.
On 6 April, the russian federation attacked a health and educational institution in Sloviansk with two modified aerial bombs. For the first time, the occupiers used this when they hit Myrnohrad in early March.
Towards Bakhmut, a house was damaged in Toretsk, and 3 houses and 2 non-residential buildings in Siversk. In Soledar community, Rozdolivka and Fedorivka were shelled.
In total, russians shelled settlements in Donetsk oblast 13 times during the day. 383 people, including 10 children, were evacuated from the front line.
Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reports that over the past day, the russians killed 5 residents of Donetsk oblast: 4 in Kurakhivka and 1 in Krasnohorivka. Another 3 people in the region were injured.
Luhansk oblast
Yesterday the enemy attacked Nevske, Novoliubivka, Nadiia and Andriivka by artillery. They also launched mortar shells at Makiivka. Near Stelmakhivka and Nadiia, the enemy attacked by drones. During the day, the invaders attacked Bilohorivka, where they had air support. The area of Terny, south of Nevske, is also under ground pressure.
Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reported that after almost two years of occupation, a demonstrative restoration has begun in Rubizhne. The builders are working exclusively on the surviving apartment buildings that need minor repairs. They are not interested in housing destroyed by russians themselves. Recently, the occupation administration of the city began to demand money from the population for the replacement of windows and doors, which they promised to do free of charge. Otherwise, they threaten not to give the residents the keys to their homes.
According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, in Sievierodonetsk, men’s documents are checked on the streets. The elderly and those, who have a deferral, are held for a short time. Others are sent to the military commissariat. Targeted raids also continue.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of Kyiv RMA, reported that in Kyiv oblast, UAH 1.3 billion has been allocated to repair homes damaged by the war. Commissions have made more than 10,400 positive decisions. Work continues on issuing certificates to purchase housing. A total of 1.5 thousand certificates have been issued in the amount of over UAH 4.2 billion. Out of 570 applications for compensation for the reconstruction of destroyed private houses on their own land, 340 have already received positive decisions.
Kyiv RMA reported that Kyiv oblast is handing over another batch of 600 FPV drones to the 72nd Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. Of these, 100 have night vision. The drones were purchased at the expense of the regional budget.
According to Anatolii Fedoruk, Mayor of Bucha, Bucha community is completing the construction of a new office building to house the Administrative Service Centre, an outpatient clinic and a post office. The opening of the facility is scheduled for May 2024.
According to the regional State Emergency Service, an interactive safety classroom has been opened in Zhurivka region. The classroom is equipped with all the necessary models to help children learn fire safety, road safety, mine safety and first aid.
On 20 April, a charity race Spartan KYIV-2024 in support of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine will be held on Trukhaniv Island in Kyiv. The event will be held to raise funds for prosthetics and rehabilitation of a soldier, as well as the purchase of FPV drones for the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
On 10 April, doctors from the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine will hold an on-site clinic for local residents in Hostomel. A cardiologist, an endocrinologist, a neurologist and a gastroenterologist will provide consultations.
Zhytomyr oblast
The Army of Recovery project is being implemented in 28 territorial communities of Zhytomyr oblast, engaging the unemployed in community service. Since the beginning of 2024, people have received 660 referrals. They are weaving camouflage nets, arranging housing for IDPs, collecting firewood for the military, or performing other activities.
Yurii Hudymenko, a retired junior sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, blogger and writer, presented his book Stories and Wars in Zhytomyr. Everyone could get the book for a voluntary donation. The funds raised will go to the Ukrainian Dream Foundation, a charity organisation that takes care of the families of fallen and captured defenders.
Sumy oblast
Sumy RMA reported that the russian military fired 21 times at the border areas of Sumy oblast. There were 79 attacks with mortars, artillery, MLRSs, the dropping of explosive ordnance from UAVs and a missile attack. Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Boromlia, Shalyhyne, Seredyna-Buda, and Svesa communities were shelled. Night in Sumy oblast passed without any attacks.
According to the National Police of Sumy oblast, a power line, a civilian infrastructure facility, a garage and cars were damaged as a result of the russian attack on Bilopillia on 6 April.
The shelling of Krasnopillia community at night and in the morning of 6 April damaged civilian infrastructure and cut power lines. There were 19 hostile attacks with artillery and mortars on the territory of the community.
Chernihiv oblast
According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, russian troops fired 4 times at the border of Chernihiv oblast. There were 16 attacks with mortars and cannon artillery. Novhorod-Siverskyi and Snovsk communities were under enemy fire.
According to the Office of the President, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with a bipartisan and bicameral congressional delegation from the United States Congress during a working visit to Chernihiv oblast.
According to the Department of Urban Development and Architecture of Chernihiv RMA, over the year of the eRestoration state programme, residents of Chernihiv oblast have submitted 3,952 applications for compensation for housing damaged by military actions. Compensation has already been accrued for 2,000 applications, for which people have already received funds and started repairs.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that 11 Shaheds were destroyed over Dnipropetrovsk oblast. They were shot down in Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro regions. Several buildings and cars were damaged by falling debris in Kamianske region. In the evening, there were explosions in one of Petrykivka community settlements. There, the fragments of a russian missile damaged 2 garden houses, a couple of cars and a power line. At night the occupiers also fired artillery at Marhanets community of Nikopol region.
During the day, the occupiers attacked Nikopol region 8 times launching 5 drones and about a dozen artillery shells and targeting Nikopol itself, Marhanets, Pershotravneve and Myrove communities. An infrastructure facility and an excavator were hit. Due to a drone strike in Pershotravneve community, the roof of a residential building caught fire that was extinguished and an outbuilding was damaged.
After the shelling power engineers of Dnipropetrovsk oblast returned electricity to the homes of more than 2,000 families.
Kirovohrad oblast
A Resilience Center will be opened in Kropyvnytskyi. Psychologists, social workers and helpers will work there. The Center will also provide all kinds of assistance and counseling to anyone who needs support.
Poltava oblast
According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at night a russian UAV was shot down in Poltava oblast.
Cherkasy oblast
In Cherkasy, people gathered at Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Square for the Don’t Be Silent, Captivity Kills rally. Relatives of the killed and captured soldiers came out with posters.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, reported that on 6 April, occupiers launched 483 strikes on 8 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. At least 5 missiles hit Zaporizhzhia, 2 aviation strikes targeted Robotyne, and 162 UAV attacks were carried out on Zaporizhzhia, Huliaipole, Levadne, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka and Novoandriivka. Also, 17 strikes by MLRS targeted Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, and Novoandriivka, while 297 artillery strikes hit Huliaipole, Yehorivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Levadne and Malynivka. There were 32 reports of residential buildings and infrastructure objects being destroyed. A 54-year-old man was injured in a UAV attack on one of the enterprises in Zaporizhzhia.

On 7 April, russians shelled Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia oblast by Grad, killing 3 civilians. 2 men and 1 woman died under the rubble of their own home, hit by a russian shell. Another man was injured and hospitalised. Later, the occupiers shelled the city by Grads again, injuring a couple: a 65-year-old man and a 64-year-old woman.
According to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), a drone exploded on the territory of Zaporizhzhia NPP. IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi confirmed this information but provided no further details about the incident.
Mykolaiv oblast
According to Oleksandr Senkevich, Mayor of Mykolaiv, Mykolaivvodokanal has received 10 emergency vehicles from the World Bank. The modern emergency equipment is fully equipped with new gear and will assist the municipal enterprise in improving the quality of services provided to the city residents.
In Mykolaiv oblast, social workers from 19 communities have received electric scooters. Mykolaiv oblast is among the 11 oblasts of Ukraine selected by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine to distribute electric scooters. The vehicles to support social workers in territorial communities were procured under the Promotion of Human Security in Ukraine through Responding to the Multidimensional Crisis Caused by the War project, which is funded by the Government of Japan and implemented by UNDP Ukraine.
Odesa oblast
According to the Southern Defence Forces, on the evening of 6 April, the russian military launched a ballistic missile strike targeting the Odesa port infrastructure. One person was injured. As a result, a fire broke out, which was promptly extinguished by firefighters. Both administrative and technical buildings were damaged.
Also, on 6 April, over the Black Sea waters, Ukrainian soldiers of Odesa Air Defence Missile Brigade destroyed 2 russian reconnaissance drones – Supercam and Orlan-10.
Kherson oblast
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, reported that the enemy shelled Antonivka, Blahodatne, Inzhenerne, Bilozirka, Kizomys, Stanislav, Tokarivka, Inhulets, Sadove, Mykhailivka, Beryslav, Shliakhove, Olhivka, Novoberyslav and Kherson. The russian military targeted residential areas in settlements of the region, damaging a high-rise building and 15 private houses. There were hits on an educational institution, a shop, a warehouse, a hangar, utility buildings and private vehicles. 2 people were killed and 3 others injured.
According to Kherson RMA, on 7 April, the russian military attacked Bilozirka. A 23-year-old woman, who was on the street, was injured and hospitalised in serious condition with explosive, cranial-brain injuries and concussion.
A shelter has been set up at the Kherson Regional Children’s Hospital. The shelter has over 10 rooms, and all patients staying at the medical facility are brought down to the basement premises in the evening to spend the night there.
In the temporarily occupied Skadovsk on the left bank of Kherson oblast, activists from the Yellow Ribbon movement continue to resist russian forces. They distribute posters saying “Skadovsk is Ukraine” and tie yellow ribbons.
Kherson RMA announced that another humanitarian cargo had been delivered to Kherson oblast. Medical supplies from WHO and hygiene products from Care and UNICEF were provided. Volunteers also delivered building materials, sleeping bags, blankets, bed linen, and other essential items provided by IOM and UNHCR.

Volyn oblast
Lutsk City Council sent 2 DJI MAVIC 3 quadcopters, 40 pieces of FPV 8-inch UAVs with a day camera and 10 pieces of FPV 8 UAVs with a television camera to the military unit A 3449, who carry out combat missions to protect the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine from the russian invasion.
Zakarpattia oblast
Uzhhorod’s Lyceum №8 purchased 2 FPV drones for the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade of Zakarpattia. Larisa Myhalina, Director of the lyceum, said that at the end of March, the In Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine charity concert by graduate Beata Banho was held in the assembly hall of the lyceum. Students, parents and teachers of the lyceum actively participated in fundraising.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
13 native fallen defenders went on vacation to sunny Zakarpattia as part of the Care for the Hero’s Family project. For five days, they will recuperate in Berehovo and undergo a course of psychological rehabilitation. Also, 4 more families with children of fallen soldiers (13 people, including 8 children) went on vacation to the Carpathians.
Lviv oblast
Students and teachers of Chervonohrad’s Gymnasium № 8 organised a fundraiser for quadcopters. Together they raised UAH 20,000. All funds were donated to the Krystynopil voluntary formation of the community for FPV drones to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
An exhibition of modern Ukrainian art FENÊTRE (WINDOW) was opened in the centre of Paris organised by the Kozytskyi CF within the We and the World artistic project. 56 works by 24 authors were presented. It is about painting, graphics and plastic. All funds that can be collected will go to the art therapy centre in Lviv Officers’ House.
A Safety Classroom was opened in Sambir region for the students of Biskovytsia school thanks to the local budget of Biskovytsk community and UNICEF. The new office has started working. The premises were set up in the shelter of a school, where children will be taught first aid and rules of fire and mine safety.
A memorial plaque to Dmytro Sydoruk, graduate of the archery department of the Lviv Professional College of Sports, Master of Sports of Ukraine of international class in archery, world champion among juniors, was opened at Lviv Professional College of Sports. The junior sergeant of the 24th Separate Mechanised Brigade was killed heroically while performing a combat mission on 5 April, 2022 in Popasna, Luhansk oblast.
Rivne oblast
IDPs are being accomodated in Rivne oblast. The oblast is waiting for the 3rd evacuation train from Donetsk oblast. Dubensk region will receive IDPs again. This was discussed during a meeting chaired by Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister. In March-April, the oblast received 96 IDPs, they settled in the communities of Rivne and Dubensk regions. People are provided with social and medical support. 71% of them have already signed declarations with family medics.
Ternopil oblast
Ternopil City Council sent 2 Spaceray anti-aircraft searchlights and a DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise reconnaissance drone to the defenders thanks to the budget funds.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that the community sent 10 Mavic 3T Termal quadcopters and a MATRICE 30T worth almost UAH 2.2m thanks to the budget funds. Since the beginning of 2024, the community has already seent almost 160 expensive quadcopters and over 1 400 FPV drones to the military.
Chernivtsi oblast
2 elevators were installed in Chernivtsi military hospital worth UAH 8.5m, which were allocated by the city council in 2022 and 2023. Elevators were critically needed for wounded servicemen to get to the operating room, X-ray room, surgical, therapeutic and laboratory departments, and simply to go outside. For 2024, another UAH 3.5m were allocated. With this money, it is planned to repurpose the therapeutic department into a surgical one, since there is now a real need to treat patients who need surgical intervention.

Lithuania sent M577 armoured personnel carriers to Ukraine. Lithuania has also developed a long-term support plan for Ukraine: in 2024-2026, it is planned to transfer a military support package worth €200m to Ukraine for new acquisitions.
Kaisa Ollongren, Minister of Defense of the Netherlands, reported that the country will deliver 24 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, deliveries should begin already in the summer.
The political declaration of the Restoring Justice for Ukraine conference held in The Hague was signed by 44 states; in that volume, they express support for the creation of a special tribunal for the crime of aggression and for initiatives to use the frozen assets of the russian federation for the benefit of Ukraine.

They discussed the support of Ukraine in the world and what can be done so that the focus of attention remains on helping to protect against russian terror.
Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Head of the Office of the President, met with the delegation of the Representation of the EU in Ukraine. They discussed priorities of regional policy and decentralisation reforms in Ukraine. In particular, those initiatives related to the implementation of the Recovery, Reconstruction and Modernization Plan of the country within the Ukraine Facility.
Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary General, announced that NATO allies will review their own stockpiles in order to provide Ukraine with air defence systems, in particular Patriot, as soon as possible.
Margus Tsakhna, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, called on NATO countries to send Patriot air defence systems to Ukraine. According to him, allies have many air defence systems, such as the Patriot, that are not in use.
An exhibition of modern Ukrainian art FENÊTRE (WINDOW) was opened in the centre of Paris organised by the Kozytskyi CF within the We and the World artistic project. 56 works by 24 authors were presented. It is about painting, graphics and plastic. All funds that can be collected will go to the art therapy centre in Lviv Officers’ House.
