Anton Korotovskykh, Director of the Regional Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, said that 15 to 20% of private sector housing has been completely destroyed by the war and cannot be rebuilt.
Four modular shelters worth almost UAH 8.5 million were purchased by Bezliudivka community near Kharkiv. The first concrete protection structure was installed near the lyceum, which had no basement.
