The enemy focuses its efforts on constraining the actions of Ukraine’s Defense Forces, fortifying the defensive lines and positions, and continuing offensive actions towards Bakhmut. Enemy personnel and military equipment are moved to complete the units that suffered losses.
The occupiers launched 2 missile strikes on civilian facilities in the settlement of Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhia oblast. 20 airstrikes were carried out on the positions of our troops and the settlement of Bilohiria, Zaporizhia oblast. The city of Kherson was fired from multiple launch rocket systems.

Towards Bakhmut, the enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions. The settlements of Verkhnekamianske, Spirnee, Vyimka, Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Opytne, Klishchiivka, Pivnichne, Zalizne and Niu York were shelled.
Towards Avdiivka, the occupiers are trying to improve their tactical position. Tanks and artillery of various types hit the settlements of Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Marinka and Novomykhailivka of Donetsk oblast.
Towards Novopavlivka, the enemy is conducting defensive actions. Artillery fire targeted the areas of Vuhledar, Bohoiavlenka, Prechystivka and Velyka Novosilka of Donetsk oblast.
Towards Zaporizhzhia, the enemy is also defending itself. There was shelling in the areas of Zahirne, Orikhiv, Novoandriivka, Mali Shcherbaky and Plavni, Zaporizhia oblast. The city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk oblast, came under direct fire.

To replenish current losses of the russian occupation forces, in the first quarter of 2023, early graduation of cadets from higher military educational institutions of the russian federation is planned.

In the city of Khrustalnyi in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk oblast, the russian occupation authorities announced completion of mobilization. The defeat of enemy units in Zaporizhia oblast during November 28-29 was confirmed. Thus, in the area of the settlements of Inzhenerne, Polohy and Tokmak, the enemy’s losses amounted to about 100 people wounded, 5 units of military equipment were destroyed.
During the current day, the Aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 15 strikes on enemy buildups of personnel, weapons and military equipment, as well as 2 strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems.
During the day, Ukrainian rocket scientists and artillerymen hit 2 areas of concentration of enemy personnel and weapons and military equipment and an important object of the occupiers.
According to Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are destroying 80 % of air targets launched by russian occupiers. During the 9 months of full-scale war, more than 240 K such targets were identified and destroyed. “These are hundreds of thousands of lives saved, the infrastructure that has been preserved and this is an indicator of our soldiers’ high skills. Eternal memory to those who brought us closer to victory, but, unfortunately, will not share it with us,” emphasized the general .
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Oleh Nikolenko reports that the Ukrainian Embassy in Spain received a letter bomb. The envelope exploded in the hands of the commandant, who was immediately hospitalized. After this incident, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba instructed to immediately strengthen security of all Ukrainian embassies abroad, and also called on his Spanish counterpart to take urgent measures to investigate the attack on the Ukrainian diplomatic mission.
Head of the Mykolaiv RMA Vitalii Kim informs that russian occupiers forcibly removed 37 people from the settlements of the Kinburn Spit of Mykolaiv oblast. Currently, an operation is being carried out there in the mode of information silence. He also added that russians fired on the utility crew, who went to repair the infrastructure damaged by russian shelling to return drinking water to the residents of Mykolaiv.

Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the invaders are shelling with various types of artillery. The areas of Ambarne, Dvorichna, Hlyboke, Krasne, Ohirtseve, Petro-Pavlivka, Starytsia, Strilecha and Vysoka Yaruha were targeted. Kyslivka, Orlianske, Pershotravneve and Tabaivka were also hit. 18 settlements were shelled.
City Hall Spokesman, Yurii Sydorenko, said that hot food distribution points will be organized in Kharkiv from December 1. These points are planned to be operating in all districts of the city from 11 am to 2 pm.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that the Kupiansk region was again under fire: the invaders shelled it with artillery and launched missile strikes. In the Kurylivka community, as a result of the shelling, outbuildings were on fire, the roofs of two buildings destroyed and there was a hit on the territory of an educational institution.
In Kozacha Lopan, russian shelling destroyed 4 apartments of a high-rise building. There were no casualties.

Foreign partners will help rebuild the Kharkiv Court of Appeal, damaged by russian shelling. Ukrainian architects are working on a renewal project. Donetsk oblast

There are no casualties in Donetsk, yet there is destruction. The Kurakhivska community suffered 5 hits – several private houses in Kurakhove and Kurakhivka were damaged. In Avdiivka, the night was relatively quiet, and in the morning there were 3 hits in residential areas. The consequences are being clarified.
Towards Lysychansk, 1 person was killed in Lyman, 3 more injured. Mass shelling of Torske and Zarechne did not cease; no casualties were reported.
Head of Donetsk RMA, Pavlo Kyrylenko, reported that yesterday russians injured one civilian in Torske.
The Regional National Police of Donetsk said that the number of car and foot patrols are increased. More than 700 police officers provide intensified order at checkpoints, post offices and Invincibility Centres.
Luhansk oblast
Defence Forces units repelled enemy attacks near Stelmakhivka. The russians launched air strikes near Makiivka. They defend themselves towards Kupiansk and Lyman. The Luhansk RMA reported that they attacked Chervonopopivka, Makiivka, Miasozharivka, Novoselivske, Ploshchanka and Stelmakhivka with tanks and artillery of various types.
Referring to Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, stable connection in occupied villages in Svatove region has been restored.
In the destroyed Sievierodonetsk, the invaders did not restore heating, water supply and other utilities. Residential quarters remain full of mines and damaged buildings continue to be destroyed. According to Head of the Sievierodonetsk Military Administration, Oleksander Striuk, the invaders mined the territory around Sievierodonetsk and did not conduct any de-mining in the city.

According to DTEK, power producers provide 73% of electricity consumption in Ukraine, the capacity deficit is 27%. However, the generation capacity is gradually increasing, which will slightly reduce the deficit in the power system.
YASNO reported that within a day electricity was cut off for 958 500 consumers in Kyiv, limiting consumption by 560 MW. They explained that at the moment of connection, almost twice as much electricity is consumed as usual, so fuses, transformers, network equipment cannot withstand the load and therefore, emergencies occur again.
According to Andrii Nebytov, Head of the Kyiv oblast police, almost 500 settlements of Kyiv oblast remain without power for a long period of time. That is why the issue of deploying Points of Invincibility is discussed at the Joint Operational Headquarters and controlled by the head of the regional military administration.
52 stationary and 14 mobile Points of Invincibility established by the SES have been opened in Kyiv oblast. Local residents come to these points to warm up and charge gadgets. Teachers come to conduct online lessons with children.
The Kyiv patrol police reported that since the beginning of power outages, the number of casualties on the roads due to road accidents has increased 6 times. The number of accidents with victims has increased by about 5%, and that of road accidents involving pedestrians has doubled.

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, six russian servicemen threatened and robbed local residents during the occupation of Bohdanivka village in Kyiv oblast in March 2022. Zhytomyr oblast
The RMA has reported that more than 70 thousand internally displaced persons live in Zhytomyr oblast. Almost 20 thousand of them are children.
The Support Office for servicemen and their families opened in Zhytomyr. The office will provide not only psychological and legal assistance, but also information on any life issues that may arise in the family.
The use of pyrotechnics is banned in the regional center for the period of martial law in Ukraine. Zhytomyr Mayor Serhii Sukhomlyn noted that on the eve of the winter holidays it is worth reminding the residents of the community that today is not the time for fireworks and salutes, and there is no need to add stress caused by explosions of pyrotechnics and firecrackers.
Youth and children of Zhytomyr actively participate in helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Recently 13-year-old Mykhailo presented his new racing motorcycle to the military. Zhytomyr schoolboy Stanislav baked bread at home and raised UAH 10 K, which he donated to the Serhii Prytula Charitable Foundation.

Sumy oblast
Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, the previous day, the enemy fired 150 mortar rounds, shells and other explosives at the territory of Sumy oblast. Novo Sloboda, Krasnopillia, Vorozhba, and Druzhba communities were under enemy fire. Residential buildings, cars, grain warehouses and agricultural machinery, critical infrastructure, electricity and gas networks, and an administrative building were damaged. Due to the shelling, settlements of the Druzhba community were left without electricity.
Late at night, the Myropillia community was also under mortar shelling: 16 hits were recorded. Due to the damage to a private household, a fire broke out.
The next day, the occupants shelled the communities of Sumy oblast with self-propelled artillery systems: 10 explosions were recorded in Krasnopillia, and 10 – in the Bilopillia community. A 15-year-old teenager who was on the street in Bilopillia was killed as a result of shelling. A shell damaged a hospital in the city during the reception of patients: one of the walls was completely destroyed, dental and surgical rooms were damaged, almost all the windows were smashed. The shells also hit the prosecutor’s office.
According to the ‘North’ Operational Command, also on that day, the enemy shelled the village of Havrylova Sloboda of the Seredyno-Buda community and the village of Bachivsk of the Esman community with barrel artillery (probably, mortars). 9 private houses and a kindergarten in the Esman community were significantly damaged.
Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported that a combine harvester exploded on an enemy mine in the Myropillia community, Sumy oblast. The vehicle that belonged to a local agricultural enterprise was working in a corn field and was damaged as a result of the explosion. The driver survived.
The Sumy Regional State Administration reported that 66.4% of all the residents of the oblast were without electricity today. Of these, 4,615 consumers were left without electricity due to hostilities. Besides hourly power outages, there are also emergency shutdown schedules in Sumy and the oblast.
A field kitchen was manufactured and tested in the volunteer center in Shostka, Sumy oblast. This is one of the steps to prepare citizens for possible energy blackouts due to terrorist actions of the russian federation. This kitchen will be able to provide hot food for up to 200 people at the same time.
Chernihiv oblast
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported that yesterday, the russian invaders continued to attack the borderline of Chernihiv oblast with mortars and barrel artillery: Semenivka and Novhorod-Siversk communities came under enemy fire. 7 mortar rounds exploded near the village of Zaliznyi Mist and 14 explosions occurred in the village of Hremyach.
According to the ‘North’ Operational Command, the occupiers shelled the Novhorod-Siverska community again: 9 shells were fired on the territory of Hremyach. The artillery fire was applied from the territory of Russia.
The Chernihiv Regional Military Administration reported that night firing training with automatic firearms at the range is scheduled for November 30 in Chernihiv. From 16.30 to 20.00, citizens could hear the sounds of gunshots on the outskirts of the city.
The Chernihiv city organization of the European Solidarity party reported that the Chernihiv City Council adopted an appeal to ban the Church of the Moscow Patriarchate in Ukraine. The corresponding appeal was made by Head of the organization Iryna Solomakha.
The Talalaivka community received a generator for the local hospital. The Chernihiv Military Administration received generators from international partners: one of them was sent to Talalaivka: it is performing its functions in Talalayivka Central Hospital.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast
According to Head of the Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk, the enemy again attacked the Nikopol region several times in the morning. Around 5 am, the russian invaders hit the Marhanets community and Nikopol, firing almost three dozen shells from Hrad MRLS and heavy artillery.
Vinnytsia oblast
According to the head of the RMA, the situation in Ladyzhyn has not yet been stabilized. 18 K residents of the city remain without heating. After the missile strikes on November 23, the Ladyzhyn TPP stopped operations. It was the only enterprise that provided heating in Ladyzhyn. Technical issues regarding the new boiler house are currently being resolved.
The Vinnytsia City Council reported that the aid for our defenders was delivered from Vinnytsia. These are cars, quadcopters, generators, as well as almost one and a half hundred stoves, entrenching tools and trench candles, collected within the Heat from the House to the Trench project of the Interregional Humanitarian Coordination Headquarters.

Poltava oblast
The RMA reported that aid for internally displaced persons oblast from the European Federation of Food Banks (FIBA) and the international union AKT – Alliance has arrived in Poltava. Humanitarian aid is primarily aimed at helping vulnerable categories among IDPs – large families, the elderly, the disabed, pregnant women, single mothers, families with children under 3 years old.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
According to the National Police, over the past day, the occupiers fired at civilian infrastructure in 19 settlements. According to the military administration, 11 reports were received about the destruction of citizens’ houses and infrastructure facilities as a result of shelling by russian military personnel. In addition, the occupying forces launched a rocket attack on an industrial enterprise in Komyshuvakha.
The General Staff confirmed the defeat of enemy units in Zaporizhzhia oblast on November 28-29. The enemy lost about 100 people wounded, 5 units of military equipment were destroyed near Inzhenerne, Polohy and Tokmak.
During the past day, 26 people were evacuated from the temporarily occupied territory.
Oleksandr Starukh, Head of the Zaporizhzhia RMA said that about 15% of the civilian population remained in Orikhiv, Zaporizhzhia oblast, due to constant shelling by the russians. 70 artillery and missile strikes were carried out on the settlement, half of them targeted civilian infrastructure. Rosenergoatom, appointed by the occupiers as the management company for the seized Zaporizhzhia NPP, announced the appointment of a new ‘director’ of the station, Yurii Chernychuk. He had supposedly held the position of Chief Engineer at Enerhoatom. The russian Interfax reported about this referring to the statement of the CEO Advisor of Rosenergoatom Renat Karchaa. He claims that Chernychuk was a key person in the management of the plant for several months, he did not lose contact with the employees of the NPP. The representative of the russian company also claims that senior positions in the management of the ZNPP are allegedly held by representatives of the former staff who signed the contract.
Mykolaiv oblast
The RMA reported that in the morning, the russian military struck Mykolaiv oblast. The water area of the Ochakiv community came under enemy fire. Information about the consequences is being clarified.
According to Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Hanna Zamazeyeva, as of November 30, 255 people injured as a result of russian shelling are treated in Mykolaiv hospitals.
According to Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim, one of the units of the Pivdennoukrainska nuclear power plant has resumed its operation. The NPP power unit was put into operation and connected to the power grid, the capacity will be gained within 29 hours.
Inspection and demining of the territories from explosive objects left by the russian military continues in the Snihurivka community. The press service of the State Emergency Service reported that more than 300 hectares have already been surveyed. Specialists have removed 1,365 ammunition from the territory of the Snihurivka community, six of them were aerial bombs.

Odesa oblast
According to Serhii Bratchuk, Spokesman of the Odesa RMA, there are enemy missile carriers with eight Kalibrs on board in the Black Sea. Several cruise missile carriers are located in the bays of temporarily occupied Sevastopol and can carry out combat launches without entering the sea. Therefore, the probability of missile attacks on the territory of Odesa oblast remains high.
12 million tones of agricultural products have left Odesa ports through the grain corridor since the deal was launched 4 months ago. This was reported by the Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Danylo Hetmantsev. Such work was possible thanks to the signing of the Istanbul Agreements between Ukraine, Turkey and the UN. Russia has been slowing down the inspection of ships heading to the ports of Greater Odesa for loading for almost 3 months. Back in September, the vessels received approval for passage to Ukraine in 3-5 days, and it takes from 2 to 5 weeks. Every day, idle grain transportation costs the ship owner at least 30 thousand dollars, and this significantly affects the final price of grain, which is especially painful, first of all, for countries where there is a threat of famine.
The Turkish shipbuilding company Karpowership, the manufacturer, operator and owner of a fleet of energy vessels, announced that it is negotiating to send floating ‘power plants’ to Ukraine. Zeynep Kharezi, the company board member for commercial operations, noted that Odesa oblast and the Ukrenerho energy company are discussing the placement of three vessels near Odesa with a total capacity of 300 megawatts. They need to define parameters related to safety, both from the perspective of operations and maintenance teams and assets after reaching agreements on technical and commercial aspects.
Kherson oblast
The russian troops shelled Beryslav and Kherson regions, the city of Kherson and its suburbs using Hrad MLRS and heavy artillery. The regional clinical hospital, high-rise buildings and private houses came under enemy fire in Kherson. As a result of the morning shelling, one woman was killed, and another man injured in Kherson.
The police opened 38 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the russian military in Kherson oblast. The russian occupiers shelled Kherson oblast 18 times. The shells targeted the territory of factories, a medical institution, banking institutions in the city center, gas pipes, private and apartment buildings. Four residents of Kherson oblast were injured.
A new mass grave of people killed by the russian military was discovered on the outskirts of Kherson, in the village of Pravdyne. Law enforcement officers exhumed the bodies of seven civilians who were killed by russian military. According to the investigation, in April 2022, the russian military shot dead seven civilians in a house during the occupation of Pravdyne. After that, the occupiers blew up the house with the shot people.
The police have opened a criminal investigation into the shooting of a clergyman and his son by russian soldiers in a forest near the town of Nova Kakhovka. They were previously abducted by the occupiers.
The russian military kidnapped two brothers from a temporarily occupied settlement in the Hola Prystan community and took them to an unknown destination. The men’s whereabouts are unknown.
Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk reports that more than 2,500 people from Kherson oblast have been evacuated to safe regions. First of all, women with children, the elderly, the sick and the disabled were evacuated. She also reported that people receive their first assistance in cash right at the station. It is UAH 2K for an adult and UAH 3 K for a child or a person with a disability.

Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov says that as of November 30, about 180 kilometers of main roads in Kherson oblast have been cleared of mines. 17 bridge crossings on the main roads were destroyed. Two temporary crossings have been built and are open for traffic.

Volyn oblast
Oblenerho reported that as of this morning, 51% of all consumers in Volyn oblast are connected to the power grid.
A humanitarian cargo was sent to the front line from Volyn, namely, two drones, generators, gas stoves, a chainsaw, hygiene products and dry rations.
The Lutsk City Council allocated UAH 12,5 million to purchase generators that will ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical infrastructure facilities.
Deputies of the Lutsk City Council appealed to the Verkhovna Rada, the National Security Council, the Prosecutor General and Head of the Volyn oblast to recognize the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the moscow patriarchate as an accomplice of terrorism and genocide.
Young forest rangers of Ratniv conducted the campaign Warm up a Soldier. During this action, trench candles were made for the military.
The Volodymyr City Council reported that in Volodymyr, the wife of the fallen Hero Viacheslav Cherkov, was presented with two awards. The fallen Hero was awarded with the Order For Courage of the 3rd degree (posthumously) and the honour for 20 years of conscientious service honor.
Zakarpattia oblast
The RMA and the Hungarian Ecumenical Aid Service in Ukraine sent humanitarian aid to the reclaimed Kherson oblast. The cargo of 30 tonnes contains ready-to-eat food, drinking water and hygiene products.
The RMA reported that 33 modular houses will be built in Zakarpattia for the needs of IDPs.
A charity football match Football for Victory was held in Uzhhorod. The collected UAH 1 million will go to support the Ukrainian military.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Ukrenerho provided a new limit for Ivano-Frankivsk oblast – 289 MW. It covers about 60% of the required load area.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine visited Ivano-Frankivsk. During the meeting with Valdemaras Sarapinas, Mayor of the city, Ruslan Marcinkiv, discussed the situation with energy and boiler houses in the city.
There was a staff meeting on the preparation of housing and communal facilities and the fuel and energy complex for the autumn-winter period during martial law. They discussed accumulation of natural gas and coal and the possibility of importing coal and electricity.
Humanitarian aid was sent from Ivano-Frankivsk oblast to the Borozen community (Kherson oblast), which is now under the care of Prykarpattia. The humanitarian cargo contains food.
The online seminar called Improving Coordination Mechanisms to Consider the Needs of Persons with Disabilities in Humanitarian Response was held with the support of the United Nations Partnership for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The world-famous group from Kalush, which won this year’s Eurovision song contest, donated funds to restore of the Hrygorii Skovoroda museum in the village of Skovorodinivtsi, Kharkiv oblast. The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine reported that the Kalush Orchestra donated UAH 300K.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy posthumously awarded 69 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with For Courage orders. Among them are 28 soldiers from Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.
Lviv oblast
Deputies of the Lviv Regional Council passed a decision on the “necessity of banning the activities of religious organizations (associations) of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (moscow patriarchate)” on the territory of Lviv oblast.
In the city council, a meeting with Michael Druckman, Director of the International Republican Institute in Ukraine, was held. They discussed the situation in the city and opportunities for further cooperation.
Soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine were given 2K bulletproof vests made in Lviv oblast. These are bulletproof vests from LOK – Lviv Defense Cluster.
Volunteers of the CF Intellect of the Nation organized aid from the US for the Stryi Central District Hospital. 95 hospital beds arrived in Stryi from Cleveland, US.
At the Birkiv school, a charity fair and an auction in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was held. Almost UAH 70K collected will be sent to the 103rd Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Rivne oblast
The police received reports about mining 4 shopping centers in Rivne. In each of the cases, patrol officers, representatives of the administration and security, inspected the premises and surrounding areas. No suspicious objects that would pose a threat to the population were found.
Head of the Rivne RMA, Vitalii Koval, met with Belarusians who are fighting on the side of Ukraine. The soldiers of the Kastus Kalinovsky regiment discussed with the military the situation that is currently happening in belarus.
The Rivne RMA, the Dubensk District State Administration, the CF Network 100 percent of Life Rivne and the Demidivsk Settlement Council signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. It is planned to equip a facility for IDPs to live on the basis of the communal enterprise of Children’s Sanatorium Chrinniki of the Demydiv community.
In the city of Radyvylov in Rivne oblast, 12 modular houses for displaced people are being assembled to settle a family of four in each of them.
Over 30 families caring for orphans were given household appliances. This is aid for those who had to move to Rivne oblast due to military operations. The equipment was purchased as part of the UNICEF project Monitoring and Ensuring Needs of Children during Martial Law, which is implemented by the Every Child Partnership with the support of UNICEF Ukraine.
In Rivne oblast, 150 baby strollers will be donated to IDP families. Such Christmas gifts for children came from Heart for Children of Ukraine and benefactors of Great Britain.
At Ostroh Lyceum, a safety classroom was opened. Here, children will be able to gain knowledge and practical skills in fire and mine safety, health and safety, pre-medical care and psychological relief. Special attention is paid to safe handling of ammunition. This is the 12th classroom launched in Rivne oblast.
Ternopil oblast
An interactive map of heating points was created in Ternopil. Work on deploying heating points continues in the city, so the map is updated daily.
Military serviceman from Ternopil oblast, Nazar Mialikhuliev, was posthumously awarded with the Order For Courage III degree. He was a junior sergeant in the Armed Forces of Ukraine who fell on June 23 while performing a combat mission in Luhansk oblast.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The RMA reported that there is a daily free evacuation train from Kherson to Khmelnytskyi, which has specialized cars to evacuate people with reduced mobility.
Khmelnytskyi purchased 5 cars (pickups, jeeps, buses) for the military. Next week, cars will be delivered to the front line.
Chernivtsi oblast
The Chernivtsi City Council will partially reimburse the cost of generators purchased for apartment buildings. Up to 80% of the cost will be refunded. It is possible to receive compensation for one generator per 36 apartments to arrange general Points of Invincibility in high-rise buildings
The Defense Council of Chernivtsi oblast reported that the territorial defense units of Bukovyna, which are in the war zone, are fully supplied with winter uniforms.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
Minister of Defense, Oleksii Reznikov, said that the LRU rocket launcher system, sent by France, arrived in Ukraine. The LRU is an upgraded version of the MLRS M270.
