It has been the 629 th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression.

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

There were 57 combat engagements. The enemy launched a total of 4 missiles and 42 air strikes, 26 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in civilian casualties and injuries. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged. 

The operational situation in east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes and no signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the enemy  maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia. They increase the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. Around 15 settlements came under the enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Klyusy, Senkivka, Hremiach, Chernihiv oblast, Volfyne, Veselivka, Turua, Sumy oblast, Veterynarne, Starytsya, Budarky, Kharkiv oblast. 

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted assault operations in the vicinity of Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kharkiv oblast. The Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 attacks in the area. They launched air strikes in the vicinity of Vilshana and Cherneschyna, Kharkiv oblast. The invaders fired from artillery and mortar at the settlements of Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Lyman, the enemy launched failed assaults near Nadiia and Serebrianske forestry, Luhansk oblast. The invaders launched air strikes near Pischane, Luhansk oblast, and Serebrianka, Siversk, Spirne, Donetsk oblast, The occupiers fired from artillery and mortar at around 10 settlements, including Nevske, Bilohorivka, Luhansk oblast, Yampolivka, Torske, Spirne, Rozdolivka, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Bakhmut, the invaders conducted assault operations in the vicinity of Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klischiivka, Andriivka, Donetsk oblast, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 10 attacks. The occupiers launched an airstrike near Klischiivka. The settlements of Khromove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Klischiivka, Andriivka, Donetsk oblast came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Avdiivka, the enemy conducted failed assault operations in the vicinity of Avdiivka, Sieverne, Tonenke, Vodiane and east of Pervomaiske, Donetsk oblast, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 15 attacks. The occupiers launched air strikes near Novokalynove, Lastochkyne and Avdiyvka. The enemy fired from artillery and mortar at over 10 settlements, including Keramik, Novokalynove, Stepove, Avdiivka, Sieverne, Pervomaiske, Donetsk oblast. 

Towards Mariinka, the enemy made unsuccessful assaults with air support in the vicinity of Marinka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk oblast, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 18 attacks. The settlements of Krasnohorivka, Mariinka, Heorhiivka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka, Antonivka, Donetsk oblast were under artillery and mortar fire of the occupiers.

Towards Shakhtarsk, the invaders conducted assault operations near Staromaiorske, Donetsk oblast, to no success. The enemy launched an airstrike near Urozhaine, Donetsk oblast. Around 10 settlements, including Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Blahodatne, Urozhaine, Donetsk oblast, came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Zaporizhzhia,  the occupiers launched an air strike near Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia oblast. Over 25 settlements, including Robotyne, Orikhiv, Novoandriyivka, Pyatykhatky, Lobkove, Plavni, Zaporizhzhia oblast, came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Kherson, the invaders launched airstrikes near the settlements of Novoberyslav and Beryslav, Kherson oblast.  The settlement of Osokorivka, Shliakhove, Beryslav, Olhivka, Kherson oblast and the city of Kherson suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation towards Melitopol and offensive (assault) operations towards Bakhmut, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, exhausting the enemy all along the front line.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched 10 air strikes on buildups of troops, weapons and military equipment of the occupiers. 

The Ukrainian air defense also destroyed 2 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs and 1 Kh-59 air-launched cruise missile.

The Ukrainian missile troops hit 6 buildups  of troops, weapons and military equipment, 1 command post, 17 artillery systems, 3 air defense systems, and 1 fuel depot of the russian invaders.

According to WSJ, about 50,000 Ukrainians have lost their limbs since the start of the full-scale war. Western media indicate that this number is approaching the number of casualties during the First World War and is growing rapidly. Military and civilians who have lost a limb or limbs as a result of hostilities can receive free treatment thanks to the work of the Dobrobut Foundation. Dobrobut Foundation founded the program “Ready for prosthetics!”. The goal is to prepare military and civilians for further prosthetics. The team of surgeons of the “Dobrobut” medical network performs reconstructive and plastic surgery on amputated stumps according to world standards, which allows for quick prosthetics and a return to active life. The program provides a comprehensive approach from psychological support to medication and rehabilitation.

In the temporarily occupied territories of eastern Ukraine, the russians destroyed almost all Ukrainian literature. In Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, there are almost none of it left in local libraries. Representatives of the occupation administrations destroy the literature. The occupiers send reports on destruction and replacement of literature directly to the Ministry of the russian federation. Russians declare Ukrainian books as “extremist literature”. They include any Ukrainian books published in 1994-2021. At the same time, in 2023, the russians brought about 2.5 million russian books to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. 

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

The National Resistance Centre reported that almost all Ukrainian literature has been destroyed in the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. But russians brought in 2.5 million russian books.

Kharkiv oblast

In the morning, russian troops shelled Kozacha Lopan with artillery. According to Kharkiv State Emergency Service, three men were injured as a result of the shelling of Kozacha Lopan. Rescuers evacuated a woman with limited mobility from a destroyed house and took her to hospital.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said that a guided bomb was also launched at Cherneshchyna village, Izium region. A private building was damaged.

A 35-year-old man was killed as a result of a car exploding on a munition in Hryhorivka village of Barvinkove community. A 30-year-old man, who was also in the car, is currently in hospital in critical condition as he sustained an explosive injury.

During the day, russian invaders shelled the frontline and border settlements of the region with artillery, mortars and other weapons.

Specifically, Kozacha Lopan of Kharkiv region, Starytsia and Vovchansk of Chuhuiv region, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove and other settlements of Kupiansk region were under attack.

As a result of the shelling of Kupiansk, the buildings of the dairy plant were damaged.

The enemy attacked Izium region with 6 Shahed-type kamikaze drones around 10 pm. The hit damaged a civilian enterprise and started a fire. There were no casualties. 4 drones were shot down by air defence forces.

Fierce fighting continues towards Kupiansk. Yesterday our defenders repelled 7 russian attacks near Synkivka, Petropavlivka and Ivanivka. The enemy has made no progress.

Yesterday, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 10.6 hectares of territory and defused 84 explosive ordnance.

262 children have been evacuated from dangerous communities of Kupiansk region. Another 30 are to be evacuated. The evacuation continues.

The officer of the 67th Separate Mechanised Brigade of the Dana Ukrainian Volunteer Corps, informed that towards Lyman, the invaders also conducted an offensive along the entire contact line. The military are short of drones and are asking volunteers and the state to focus on weapons.

Donetsk oblast

According to Donetsk Regional Military Administration, towards Donetsk, 2 people were injured in Avdiivka and another 1 in Krasnohorivka of Marinka community. Kurakhove community was shelled 4 times and as a result, 4 private buildings were damaged in Hostre, the private sector and industrial area in Kurakhove were hit. Uspenivka, Veselyi Hai and Hanivka were under attack. A building was damaged in Selydove.

Towards Horlivka, Pivdenne and Pivnichne of Toretsk community were shelled, damaging 1 administrative building, 2 houses and 3 infrastructure facilities. 2 buildings, 2 outbuildings and 2 industrial buildings were damaged in Chasiv Yar community. Rozdolivka, Vasiukivka and Minkivka of Soledar community were targeted.

Towards Lysychansk, a building, an administrative building and an infrastructure facility were damaged in Siversk. Lyman community was shelled 7 times.

Yurii Fedorenko, commander of the Achilles Brigade, stated that the situation around Bakhmut has become more complicated as russians storming the entire area and having a significant advantage with drones.

Luhansk oblast

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the number of russian attacks is not decreasing, about 500 or more shells were launched at Ukrainian settlements and positions per day. Yesterday Nevske and Bilohorivka were under enemy attack. Serebrianka forestry faced enemy air pressure. The enemy tried to conduct assault operations towards Nadiia and Novoiehorivka, where several russian attacks were repelled.

In Rubizhne, the entire entrance to an apartment building collapsed. Even in the least affected areas of the city, the invaders did nothing to prevent such situations. The invaders will not report any casualties.

Recently, there was a report that touring builders abandoned an apartment building with a dismantled roof in the new districts of Sievierodonetsk. People become aware of such situations when they manage to get to a place where they have mobile phone coverage.

Roman Vlasenko, Head of Sievierodonetsk Regional State Administration, reported that there are less affected areas of the city where the invaders are filming videos and organising demonstrative restoration, which this is up to 10% of the territory, but all other areas of Sievierodonetsk were heavily damaged by russians during the storming of the settlement. There are no repairs and almost no locals left. Only 20% of the houses are more or less usable. As the weather gets colder, Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk are experiencing power shortages.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Reconstruction works under the United24 program are actively being carried out at 17 out of 18 objects in the Kyiv oblast. As the head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, reported, the RMA once again held an extended meeting on ensuring transparency, accountability, management and quality of the housing reconstruction process. The event was attended, in particular, by contractors rebuilding facilities under the United24 program.

The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine reported that the construction of a socio-psychological rehabilitation center is at the final stage in Borodyanka. The new facility is being built on the site of the one destroyed by russian shelling. The center will provide a range of psychosocial rehabilitation services not only to veterans and their families, but also to civilians affected by russian aggression.

During her visit to Ukraine, the Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic Yana Chernokhova honored the memory of the Czechoslovak soldiers who died in the battles for the liberation of Kyiv during the Second World War. As reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic, Chernokhova together with the delegation visited the Ukrainian capital on the occasion of the Day of War Veterans.

Bucha was visited by journalists from 11 African countries – representatives of Angola, Botswana, Guinea, Egypt, Zambia, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, Senegal and Tunisia. As reported in the Bucha City Council, 16 representatives of the mass media arrived in the city to film evidence of russian aggression during a full-scale invasion of the territory of the region.

You can take free training for national resistance in the Kyiv oblast, which all willing citizens aged 18 to 60 can sign up for. Experienced instructors of the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine will conduct theoretical and practical classes on the following subjects: psychological training, national-patriotic training, tactical, fire and military training, tactical medicine, the basics of leadership, security measures and International Humanitarian Law.

The communities of Kyiv oblast received 18 school buses from international partners. Help was provided by the Polish International Solidarity Fund as part of the “School Buses for Ukraine” solidarity campaign, thanks to financing from the European Commission in cooperation with the Bank of the National Economy. The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, and the President of the International Solidarity Fund, Rafal Dzientsolovsky, took part in the transfer of buses to communities.

Zhytomyr oblast

Six hospitals of the Zhytomyr oblast received humanitarian medical aid from the GEM, “Nadia” and Denys Paramonov charitable foundations. The foundations donated consumables for the laboratory, orthopedic mattresses and bandages to medical facilities. According to the medical director of the first city hospital, Denys Matyash, many injured people are admitted to the medical institution, so consumables are used very intensively and it is very difficult to accumulate large stocks.

War veteran Yuriy Lysak opened a craft workshop in Zhytomyr for working with wood on a grant. In it, military personnel can make something with their own hands, communicate with their comrades and relax mentally, which helps them adapt to a peaceful life. The doors of the workshop are always open – there are no groups or time limits.

Volunteers of the Berdychiv region were solemnly awarded the Cross of Civic Merit. The head of the Berdychiv regional military administration, Lyudmila Dymidyuk, also thanked the heads of territorial communities for the fact that they are solving many military issues, contributing to the strengthening of Ukrainian defense.

 

Sumy oblast

Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that the russians launched a mortar shelling of the Krasnopillia community – 5 explosions rang out.

During the past day, the enemy carried out 16 shellings of the border territories of Sumy oblast, in total, 101 hits from artillery, mortars, self-propelled guns, as well as 2 explosions from dropping VOG from a drone were recorded. Krasnopillia, Myropillia, Bilopillia, Yunakivka, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Shalyhine and Seredina-Buda communities came under shelling.

The head of the regional department of urban planning and architecture, Volodymyr Bykov reported that 1,623 residents of Sumy oblast applied for compensation for property damaged due to the war as part of the “eRecovery” program. 1,037 people have already received money.

Sumy branch of the regional employment center reported that about 300 residents of the city, who lost their jobs and found themselves on the labor market, joined the ranks of the “Recovery Army”. They mainly work to meet the needs of the Armed Forces – they weave camouflage kikimora suits, sew ammunition for the military, organize shelters and prepare food. 

Chernihiv oblast

SBGS reported that during the past day, the russians shelled the border of Chernihiv oblast four times from their territory, a total of 25 strikes were recorded. The russians made 15 mortar and barrel artillery strikes on the territory of the Semenivka community and 10 strikes from the AGS on the territory of Horodnyanka one.

Four teams of the unit of the pyrotechnic works of underwater and humanitarian demining of the Emergency and Rescue Squad of the Special Purpose State Emergency Service of Ukraine of Chernihiv oblast are performing the task of demining the de-occupied territories of the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. As reported in the State Emergency Service, during October-November, pyrotechnicians processed 146 urgent applications, surveyed more than 30 hectares of territory, where they discovered and destroyed 563 units of ammunition of various calibers.

Chernihiv RMA reported that on November 13, residents of the community and representatives of the authorities honored the memory of people martyred by russia at the monument to the victims of the Baturyn tragedy. On November 13, 1708, the capital of the Hetmanship, which had the status of a city, was literally wiped off the face of the earth by the troops of the russian empire along with more than 11,000 inhabitants.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

In the evening the Air Force shot down an UAV (presumably Shahed) over Pavlohrad district. The occupiers hit Nikopol region twice with artillery. Marganets community and Nikopol were shelled. 

In the city 3 residential buildings, an outbuilding, 2 cars, a greenhouse and fences were damaged. In the afternoon the occupiers attacked Nikopol with three kamikaze drones. A 26-year-old man was killed in an enemy attack. A 72-year-old man was injured. The wound is shrapnel, he is in a moderate condition.

Totally, during the day the enemy used 5 kamikaze drones in Nikopol and shelled the district 6 times. A high-rise building, 4 residential buildings, a car and a power line were damaged.

Vinnytsia oblast

Vinnytsia Wolves are raising funds to provide the needs of the 78th regiment of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces and the 120th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine soldiers. Vinnytsia Wolves reported that their players serve in these brigades. In particular, for the 78th regiment of the fire support company, it is necessary to purchase a Bandera Power portable charging station – 40,000 UAH, a smartphone for 10,000 UAH and additionally a GoPro camera. The 120th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces needs motors, propellers, a camera and a power stack. Also each soldier needs bulletproof vest and helmet.

Kirovohrad oblast

Nataliya Humenyuk, Head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine reported that at night an UAV was shot down over Kirovohrad oblast.

Andriy Rajkovich, Head of RMA announced that in the morning anti-aircraft defense destroyed an Kh-59 missile over Kropyvnytskyi. Windows and balconies, garages and two cars were damaged in several houses.

Poltava oblast

This year 198 war veterans and their families members took advantage of free social rehabilitation services in sanatoriums of Poltava oblast. Such an initiative will be implemented in the oblast as a part of the Comprehensive rehabilitation program, integration and social protection of Ukraine’s Defenders, families members of the fallen soldiers. 1.9 million UAH have already been drawn from the oblast budget for rehabilitation. Servicemen who became disabled after February 24, 2022 can use the rehabilitation service. It is about a free 10-day stay in one of Poltava region health facilities. Multidisciplinary teams work with families: psychologists, psychiatrists, physical therapists and occupational therapists. Health services, individual sessions, art therapy and hippotherapy classes contribute to physical and psychological recovery.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of RMA reported that Ivanivka, Novopetrivka and Mykolaivka villages of Kherson oblast became subordinate for Cherkasy oblast. Cherkasy oblast is helping to rebuild villages owing to Side by Side project. More than a hundred houses have been rebuilt and another 13 houses are being repaired. Builders are working on the restoration of the school in Ivanivka.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

During the past day, russian military forces shelled 23 populated areas in the Zaporizhzhia oblast, recording 135 explosions. According to the head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, Yuriy Malashko, the occupiers conducted 14 UAVs‎ attacks on Hulyaipole, Novodarivka, Charivne, Chervone, Malynivka, Robotyne, and Levadne, 4 MLRS attacks in Robotyne, Novodanylivka, and Orihove, as well as airstrikes on Orihove and Novodarivka.

115 enemy artillery attacks targeted the territories of Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Shcherbakiv, Pyatyhatky, Kamyanske, Lobkove, Plavni, and other frontline settlements. There were 11 reports of residential buildings and infrastructure damage. No civilians were injured.

In Orihove, due to russian attacks on November 13, a fire occurred in a residential building, as reported by the SES of Zaporizhzhia oblast. The fire affected a total area of 150 square meters. Emergency services managed to extinguish the fire, and there were no casualties or injuries.

The International Atomic Energy Agency urges the russian occupation administration at Zaporizhzhia ‎NPP to allow the ISAMZ mission experts to observe the planned anti-emergency ‎trainings scheduled for November. The statement, published on the Agency’s website by Director ‎General Rafael Grossi, highlights that the last major trainings at the Zaporizhzhia NPP took place in ‎November 2021, and since then, there has been an unprecedented change in the Zaporizhzhia NPP’s ‎personnel, which might hinder its ability to effectively respond to emergency situations.‎

In populated areas of Zaporizhskyi and Polohivskyi districts, sappers confiscated a combat missile ‎part from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system and two units of cassette elements from the Uragan ‎multiple launch rocket system. These were destroyed in compliance with safety rules, as reported by ‎the Zaporizhzhia SES‎.‎

In Zaporizhzhia, a multifunctional shelter has been set up to accommodate up to 600 people during ‎air alarms and to safely conduct cultural and artistic events, provide activities for children and rehearsals. ‎According to the Department of Culture and Tourism of Zaporizhzhia City Council, the renovated ‎shelter in the “Titan” Palace of Culture also serves as a Point of Invincibility, equipped with a ‎generator, necessary water and food reserves.‎

Mykolaiv oblast

On November 13 in Mykolaiv oblast, the air defense forces destroyed a russian reconnaissance ‎drone during the daytime. Also, on the same day, the russian army launched a missile attack on the ‎Rybakivka village, damaging approximately ten residential buildings, as well as outbuildings and ‎garages. There were no casualties reported. This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv regional ‎military administration Vitaliy Kim.‎

On November 14, Mykolaiv volunteers handed over a mobile bathhouse to the military for their ‎needs. This bathhouse allows them to take a bath and do laundry. It was set up using a damaged ‎truck and took nearly half a year to complete. Volunteer car mechanic Volodymyr Kozhanov shared ‎this information.‎

On November 13, a photo exhibition installation dedicated to the de-occupation of Snihurivka and ‎Kherson was opened at the Mykolaiv Officers’ House. The exhibition showcased over 200 photos ‎taken by Mykolaiv photographers Serhiy Kononenko and Dmytro Skorokhodov, which show what ‎people experienced and saw in those days. Volodymyr Alekseev, the organizer of the exhibition, ‎shared this information.‎

Odesa oblast

With the support of the Odesa Regional State Administration, pyrotechnicians of the Odesa oblast ‎received 2 high-mobility vehicles, DAEWOO NOVUS. These vehicles, handed over to the ‎pyrotechnicians, are equipped with the appropriate level of armored protection and feature modern ‎equipment for detecting and transporting explosive objects. This was reported by the Main ‎Department of the SES of Ukraine in the Odessa oblast.‎

The fleet of the Odessa SES was expanded with the addition of 8 fire trucks: 7 high-mobility fire ‎tankers and 1 aerial platform equipped with a 22-meter lift. This necessary equipment was received ‎by rescuers in Odessa from their longstanding partners, the charitable foundation The Howard G. ‎Buffett Foundation (HGBF). We remind that over the past few days, Odesa and the region have ‎received about two dozen fire trucks from the American Foundation. Such equipment is also ‎provided by charitable donors from the Netherlands. This was reported by the Main Directorate of ‎the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa oblast.‎

Kherson oblast

The russian army shelled Osokorivka in Novovorontsovska community, as reported by the Kherson ‎RSA. A 66-year-old local resident was injured. At the time of the attack, the victim was at home. He ‎was diagnosed with facial and leg injuries. His 66-year-old wife was also hospitalized with explosive ‎trauma and concussion.‎

The enemy conducted 124 shelling attacks, releasing 618 projectiles from ‎mortars, artillery, “Grads,” tanks, drones, and aviation.‎

The enemy fired 69 shells at the city of Kherson.‎

The russian military targeted residential quarters of populated areas in the oblast, a medical facility, ‎an educational institution, an administrative building, a commercial port, and a public dining facility ‎in Kherson. They also targeted the territory and buildings of factories in Beryslav.‎

Due to russian aggression, 3 people died, and another 15 were injured, including 1 child.‎

During the day in Kherson oblast, the Defence Forces destroyed eight guns, three “Merlin” ‎reconnaissance UAVs, two “Orlan-10” reconnaissance UAVs‎, four FPV drones and three units of ‎russian army vehicles. Twenty-three russian occupants were eliminated.‎

Power engineers carried out emergency repair work on the lines supplying ‎Maryine, Novopetrivka, Krasnivka, Velyka Oleksandrivka, Nova Kuban, Myroliubivka, Liubymivka, ‎Kherson, Zelenivka and Chornobaivka.‎

In Kherson, 60 employees of the Kherson Regional Municipal Emergency and Rescue Service and SES ‎worked to restore buildings damaged by russian attacks. The primary repair work was carried out at ‎‎16 addresses in residential buildings, where 137 windows were covered with OSB sheets.‎

In total, sappers surveyed 134,562.8 hectares of territory in the de-occupied Kherson oblast, ‎including 112,644.5 hectares of agricultural areas. More than 123,000 explosive objects were found ‎and defused in these areas.‎

A total of 29 residents, including 1 child, were evacuated from the de-occupied territories of Kherson oblast, 6 people left by train and 23 by car.‎

Yesterday, residents of the liberated territories received 2018 food packages, 8661 loaves of bread, ‎‎250 hot meals, 5760 cans of canned food, 11689 liters of drinking water and 400 packages of ‎sweets for children from international NGOs, charities and volunteers. People also received 7 shelter ‎sheets, 3 mattresses, 30 hygiene kits, 7 construction kits and 3 window films.‎

Thanks to the Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) Foundation, 500 windows damaged by enemy ‎attacks were replaced in Khreshchenivka of Novovorontsovska community.‎

In Ivanivka, Novopetrivka, and Mykolaivka, experts from Cherkasy region are working on the ‎reconstruction of residential buildings as part of the “Shoulder to Shoulder” presidential initiative. ‎Restoration works are ongoing at 13 sites.‎

Volyn oblast

The RMA signed a memorandum of cooperation with the regional academic puppet theater. Therefore, practical classes Healing Puppet Therapy: Stimulating Young Minds and Strengthening Young Hearts in Time of War are already being held at the regional center for students.

Zakarpattia oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Rose Bartlett and George Johnson, representatives of the All Hands and Hearts volunteer organization from Great Britain. The British are considering the possibility of building a modular multi-sector house for people with disabilities in Zakarpattia.

A delegation of Uzhhorod City Council visited the Romanian sister city of Satu Mare. During the working meeting, they discussed the completion of current joint cross-border projects and the possibility of participation in the next ones.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In Ivano-Frankivsk, 2 memorial boards to the fallen Heroes were opened. Memorial signs to Andrii Baryliuk and Vadym Kutovyi were installed and consecrated on the facade of Lyceum #25, where defenders studied. Relatives and friends of defenders joined the event.

Lviv oblast

In the office of the Coordination Center for the support of the civilian population at Sambir region, the mobile team of the Right to Defense CF registered 40 people from among IDPs to receive financial assistance from the UNHCR. Support will be provided for three months, the amount is UAH 3,6K per month.

A maxillofacial and reconstructive surgeon from France will consult and operate in the regional Okhmatdyt. He will work in the hospital on November 28 and 29, helping Ukrainian children with deformities of the facial skeleton.

Ukrainian soldiers received the Mavic 3T drone from Starosambir City Council. In the near future, they also plan to send an anti-drone gun.

The RMA reported that during a charity concert in the village of Horpin, Lviv district, UAH 36K was collected for the Armed Forces.

Regional consultations on the agreement on cooperation between Ukraine and the UN were held in the oblast. Within the framework of the consultations, group discussions took place, based on the results of which the group members discussed the next steps and final remarks for further development.

In the village of Vilkhivtsi, in Strii region, a monument was consecrated on the grave of the defender of Ukraine, Volodymyr Mytsan. The hero went to the front as a volunteer/ He was killed on June 24, 2022 near the village of Dolyna, Donetsk oblast.

Rivne oblast

Fire teams are training at one of the training grounds in Rivne oblast. Anti-aircraft warriors are honing their shooting skills. Also, this training is aimed at teamwork. After all, the military must not only accurately hit targets, but also move quickly and work harmoniously among themselves.

In Rivne oblast, a project is being implemented to adapt the military to society. Within the scope of the project, in particular, the organizers visited all 16 probation centers of the oblast, where meetings were held with veterans in conflict with the law. Training was also held for employees of probation centers and social services.

Ternopil oblast

Vasyl Kapustynskyi, military serviceman from Ternopil oblast,  was posthumously awarded with the 3th degree For Courage Order. The 25-year-old hero served in the 95th separate airborne assault brigade. He was killed on February 2, 2023 in Luhansk oblast.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

The RMA reported that at night, during the air alert, air defense forces worked in the oblast. There were no reports of casualties or infrastructure damage to the relevant services.

The RMA reported that another 35 SUVs were sent to the air defense forces of Khmelnytskyi.

Chernivtsi oblast

A youth contest of the patriotic song Song Armor was held in Chernivtsi. Its purpose is to raise funds for a drone for Vitalii Filipov, a resident of Chernivtsi, who is currently serving in the 2nd department of the border service of the border commandant’s rapid response 7 border detachment.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

The European Commission additionally allocated €110 mln for humanitarian aid programs to Ukraine. The package will be divided into two parts: €100 mln will go to help Ukrainians who suffered as a result of the full-scale invasion of russia, and €10 mln will go to support programs for refugees from Ukraine who are currently in Moldova.

Germany sent Ukraine a new package of military aid, included 10 Leopard 1A5 tanks, 14 Bandvagn 206 vehicles, 5 Warthog Ambulance tracked vehicles, 1 Winsent 1 mine clearance tank, 10 VECTOR UAVs, 14 GO12 ground surveillance radars, 3 border guard vehicles, 4 8×8 HX81 tractors and 4 semi-trailers , 16 Zetros trucks, 13 MAN TGS trucks, and 1,4 mln cartridges for firearms.

Ukraine ordered 25 Leopard 1A5 battle tanks from the Rheinmetall German concern. The contract also includes the production of five armored recovery vehicles (Bergepanzer 2) and 2 tanks for driver training. Delivery should take place in 2024.

Martin Jaeger, Ambassador of Germany, announced that the country sent 2 more IRIS-T air defense systems to Ukraine by the end of this year. These are full-fledged complexes – with radars, command posts, etc. 3 IRIS-T systems from Germany are already in Ukraine.

Britain sent winter equipment, including over 82K helmets, 25K sets of winter clothing, 10K sets of body armor, and 70K dry rations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The French Mesenat Servier fund allocates €8,2 mln to restore the medical industry of Ukraine. The first €612K will go through the UNITED24 platform for the restoration of the Chernihiv District Hospital – it was repeatedly shelled by the russians. In total, 1 661 hospitals were damaged or destroyed in Ukraine.

Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, held a phone conversation with US General Brown. They discussed plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the winter period and the urgent needs of the Ukrainian army.

The US Treasury has launched the largest investigation into russian oil exports to circumvent sanctions. The Ministry of Finance suspects about 30 companies and is investigating the involvement of about 100 tankers.
