It has been the 625th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

On November 10, there were 59 combat clashes. The enemy launched a total of 1 missile and 46 air strikes, 36 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, russian terrorist attacks have resulted in civilian casualties and injuries. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

The operational situation in east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Towards Siverk and Sloboda, the russian army maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. More than 10 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Stepok, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Mykolaivka, Seredyna-Buda (Sumy oblast), Udy, Vovchans’k, Bochkove, and Budarky (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted assault operations in the vicinities of Synkivka, northeast of Petropavlivka, Ivanivka (Kharkiv oblast) and Stelmakhivka (Luhansk oblast). The Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 attacks in the area. The occupiers launched an airstrike near Petropavlivka (Kharkiv oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 10 settlements, including Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, and Ivanivka (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Lyman, the enemy conducted failed assaults with air support near Novoiehorivka and Serebrianka forestry (Luhansk oblast). The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities of Chervonyi Stav (Kharkiv oblast), Siversk, Verkhnekamianske, Spirne (Donetsk oblast) The occupiers fired artillery and mortars at around 10 settlements, including Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Serebrianka, Verkhnekamianske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Bakhmut, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 10 enemy attacks in the vicinities of Andriivka, Ivanivske and Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast). Around 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Markove, Klishchiivka, Kurdyumivka, and Ivanivske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Avdiivka, the enemy conducted assault operations with air support east of Novokalynove, Stepove, Avdiivka, Sjeverne, south of Tonenke (Donetsk oblast), where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 21 attacks. The occupiers launched airstrikes near the settlements of Keramik, Berdychi, and Avdiivka. The enemy fired artillery and mortars at around 20 settlements, including Keramik, Stepove, Lastochkyne, Avdiivka, and Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Marinka, the enemy made unsuccessful assaults with air support in the vicinities of Marinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repelled 13x attacks. Around 10 settlements of Donetsk oblast, including Krasnohorivka, Mar’inka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka, were under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Shakhtarske, the invaders conducted assaults with air support in the vicinity of Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast), to no success. Also, the adversary launched air strikes near Urozhaine and Storozheve (Donetsk oblast). Around 10 settlements, including Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, and Urozhaine (Donetsk oblast) came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, the invaders made failed assaults in the vicinity of Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The occupiers launched an airstrike near Novodanylivka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). More than 20 settlements, including Malynivka, Poltavka, Huliaipole, Robotyne, Mali Shcherbaky, Piatykhatky (Zaporizhzhia oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Kherson, the invaders launched an airstrike near the settlement of Ivanivka (Kherson oblast). The settlements of Antonivka, Komyshany, Sofiivka (Kherson oblast) suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation towards Melitopol and offensive (assault) operations towards Bakhmut, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, exhausting the enemy all along the front line.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched 11 air strikes on buildups of troops, weapons and military equipment of the occupiers. On top of that, Ukrainian air defense destroyed 5 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs and 1 Kh-59 cruise missile.

The Ukrainian missile troops hit 8 artillery systems, 1 command post, 3 concentrations of troops, weapons and military equipment, 1 air defense system and 4 electronic warfare stations of the russian invaders.


The website of the National Council reports that broadcasting of 16 Russian-linked media services in Ukraine is banned. The list of media services banned in Ukraine includes 24TV, Amediateka, Baskino, Filmix, HD REZKA, KINOGO, Kinokrad, Kinotochka, KinoZapas, Kion, Viju, GuideOnline, Lime HD TV, Smotreshka, Trikolor Kino i TV onlain, and Digital TV 20.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation says that 23 K families received funds for housing repairs under the eRestoration program. Since May, 56 K applications have been submitted, and 23 K families have received payments totaling more than UAH 1.8 billion.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said that russian troops rotated towards Kupiansk and brought in additional combat equipment. And russia is using heavy equipment and does not stop the assaults.

Yesterday more than 13 settlements were under enemy artillery and mortar attack, including Izbytske, Starytsia, Ternova of Chuhuiv region, Kupiansk, Borova of Izium region.  The enemy launched air strikes on Kurylivka, Kupiansk region.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations near Synkivka, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 enemy attacks.

As a result of enemy shelling in Iziumske village, Izium region, a private household was damaged. An outbuilding was on fire.

Three private buildings and a garage were damaged in Kupiansk at 11:45 pm as a result of enemy shelling with Uragan MRLs, where later emergency rescue operations were performed.

Pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 11.4 hectares of the territory and defused 86 explosive ordnance.

As of 10 November 2023, 236 children have been evacuated from the dangerous communities of Kupiansk region. Another 55 are to be evacuated.

Kharkiv State Emergency Service informed that a mechanised demining vehicle exploded on an anti-tank mine near Morozivka, Izium region, while clearing the area near power lines. There were no casualties.

Donetsk oblast

The press centre of Tavriisk Defence Forces stated that two people were killed as a result of a shelling of an apartment building in Avdiivka, their bodies are under the rubble.

Donetsk Regional Military Administration reported that towards Volnovakha, two buildings were damaged in Maksymivka of Vuhledar community.

Towards Donetsk, a person was injured in Oleksandropil of Marinka community. Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka were shelled. 1 person was injured in Avdiivka as the town suffered artillery shelling and missile attacks. In Kurakhove community, more than 10 buildings were damaged in Kurakhivka and Dachne, Yantarne and Illinka shelled.

Towards Horlivka, 7 buildings in Toretsk community were damaged: 5 in Zalizne and 2 in Pivdenne. Two apartment blocks, a private building and an industrial building were damaged in Chasiv Yar community.

Towards Lysychansk, a building was damaged in Serebrianka of Siversk community.

Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets informed that the Ukrainian side negotiated the return of Mariupol teenager Bohdan Yermokhin.

Russian invaders are targeting civilian shelters in Avdiivka when they spot them with UAVs by smoke from stoves. Vitalii Barabash, Head of Avdiivka City Military Administration, said that due to russian shelling and evacuation of factory workers, locals have started to sign up for evacuation more actively. Oleksandr Shtupun, Spokesman of the Joint Press Centre of Tavriisk Defence Forces, said that russian troops are targeting Avdiivka Coke Plant, launching airstrikes and firing from multiple rocket launchers.

Oleksii Prykhodko, Director of the Forestry Enterprise, confirmed that about 16K pine trees were recently planted on six hectares of Lyman forestry, grown in Lviv oblast from seeds collected in Lyman forests. This is how the forest destroyed by the hostilities in 2022 is being restored.

Luhansk oblast

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, as long as the weather permits, the enemy tries to use as much equipment as possible but loses enough of it without achieving success. Yesterday russians stormed near Stelmakhivka and Novoiehorivka but the Armed Forces repelled all their attempts.

The enemy launched air strikes on Bilohorivka.

Makiivka, Nevske and Bilohorivka were shelled with artillery and mortar.

Over the past month, the security situation in the liberated settlements has worsened as the enemy continues to shell and assault along the entire frontline. There are still 65 residents who remain there. 10 people have been evacuated in recent days.

On average, russians launch 500 shells of various calibres per day at villages, defensive fortifications and logistics.

Prisoners from the occupied Luhansk oblast are being transferred to russia, specifically those who refused to receive a russian passport. It is known that some people are being transferred to Rostov region.

Another team of repairmen left Sievierodonetsk to show off the restoration of an apartment block in the new districts of the city. The workers arrived, dismantled the roof elements and never returned to the site. During the rainy season, apartments are flooded on a daily basis.

Raids by russian security forces on civilians in the occupied settlements are intensifying. Travelling between cities without local registration is restricted.

Conflicts between russian troops on the territory of the so-called “lpr” are regular.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

According to Kyiv RMA, the enemy attacked Kyiv oblast with drones at night. No hits to critical or residential infrastructure were recorded, and no people were injured. In total, on the night of November 10, Ukrainian air defence destroyed five of the six drones and one X-59 missile in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Poltava and Kyiv oblasts. 

Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports that law enforcers have identified 11 russian servicemen involved in the shelling of civilian cars and the killing of six civilians in Bucha region during the occupation of Kyiv oblast last year. These are soldiers of the 37th separate motorised rifle brigade of the russian federation. They will be prosecuted for war crimes. 

It is planned to create a comprehensive social service to build resilience in the communities of the oblast – Social Administrative Service Centres. A project to expand the provision of mental health and psychosocial support services to residents of Kyiv oblast was discussed at Kyiv Regional State Administration. 

In Irpin, a residential building in one of the most affected neighbourhoods of the community will be restored at the expense of philanthropists. The city authorities signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Recovery Fund and the Leroy Merlin Solidarity International Charitable Foundation. The Fund has already financed repair works to restore 18 town facilities, 13 of which are residential buildings.

According to Hostomel settlement military administration, in the village of Moshchun, the Kharkiv Human Rights Group in partnership with DIGNITY will provide comprehensive assistance to victims of russian war crimes. Residents will be able to receive cash payments, as well as legal and psychological counselling. 

In Kyiv, the Ukrainian Women’s Guard once again held a training session for women to counteract burnout in the war, provide psychological support, recovery and motivation. It took place on November 9 in the safe cultural and information space of the Lesya Ukrainka Public Library.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Brovary rescuers have received a fire ladder truck. This compact special vehicle, which can enter hard-to-reach places, was donated to Brovary by the city of Erlangen. 

One of the squares in Pechersk district of the capital is to be named after Dmytro ‘Da Vinci’ Kotsiubailo. This decision was made by the deputies at a meeting of Kyiv City Council. The decision was made in response to a significant public demand and an electronic petition supported by Kyiv residents to immortalise the Ukrainian hero’s name on the city map. 

Kyiv City State Administration has agreed on a list of 56 objects associated with the ussr and russia that will be removed from the capital’s public space. Six more objects are next in line for removal. In particular, these are monuments to Pushkin, Shchors, the crew of the Tarashchanets armoured train, etc.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, on November 9, another train arrived in Berdychiv with 20 evacuated residents of Donetsk Oblast, including three children and five people with reduced mobility. At the railway station, the IDPs received a one-off accommodation allowance. They also received hot meals and hygiene products.

Denys Lipinskyi, coordinator of the volunteer movement at Polissia National University, said that students in Zhytomyr are uniting to make scented trench candles for the military. They are being helped to make the candles by a local Sunday school, which has already provided over a hundred kilograms of paraffin.

Sumy oblast

According to Sumy RMA, russians fired 7 times at the border areas of Sumy oblast. There were 41 explosions. Bilopillia, Yunakivka, Krasnopillia and  Nova Sloboda communities came under fire. The enemy attacked with mortars and cannon artillery. 

In Krasnopillia community in Sumy Oblast, five out of 20 educational institutions were damaged by shelling by the russian military. Uhroidy Lyceum was hit, where Dobrobat volunteers have already finished repairing the roof. This year, the school is a distance learning facility, with a total of 200 children studying there.

According to Sumy RMA, the Transparency and Accountability working group examined 30 out of 60 recovery projects in Sumy oblast. The research included both site visits and checks of design and estimate documentation, meetings and conferences with community leaders.

Children from the border area of Sumy oblast are on vacation in Zakarpattia Oblast. The camp programme includes educational and recreational activities, art therapy and work with a psychologist, interesting forms of work aimed at catching up on educational losses, entertainment and recreation. The children’s educational camp was organised with the assistance of the NGO GLOBAL as part of the GoGlobal educational project GoGlobal Сatch-up camp for children of border communities.

Chernihiv oblast

According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, russians shelled the border of Chernihiv Oblast 10 times. There were 116 explosions. Three territorial communities were shelled: Semenivka – 64 attacks from 120 mm mortars, AGS, rocket and cannon artillery; Snovsk – 15 attacks from AGS; Horodnia – 37 attacks from AGS and mortars.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the RMA, reported that BEforUkraine and the Mercy and Health Charitable Foundation have donated a specialised modern car to the Chernihiv oblast, which will soon be put to work in one of the regional institutions.  The partners also delivered medicines and workwear.

Recently, the oblast received 140 high-quality multifunctional mattresses for hospital beds from the Project C.U.R.E. American charity foundation and the NGO Medical Support for Hospitals of Ukraine. The aid will be distributed among the oblast’s hospitals.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Rgional Council announced that at night the occupiers again launched a missile that was shot down over Dnipro region. Also the enemy hit Nikopol region twice. They shelled Chervonohryhorivka and Myrove communities with artillery. 3 houses, an outbuilding and greenhouses were damaged. The occupiers also attacked Myrove community in the morning. During the day the occupiers shelled Nikopol region4 times with artillery, attacked from with UAVs and used four kamikaze drones. They targeted Nikopol, Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities.

Infrastructural facilities, a religious institution, 11 private residential buildings, 7 farm buildings, one of which was destroyed, 2 cars, 1 gas pipeline and 2 power lines were damaged.

Serhiy Lysak, Head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA reported that in the afternoon the enemy hit Nikopol with two kamikaze drones. A 67-year-old woman was killed. A 68-year-old man received shrapnel wounds. He was hospitalized.

Volunteers from Dnipro cook 500 hot meals every day for residents of the de-occupied villages of Studenok and Yaremivka. For more than a year volunteer-cooks travel to remote villages and set up field kitchens where there is no gas and water supply, shops and regular transport connections.

Vinnytsia oblast

It is planned to allocate 12 million UAH from Vinnytsia budget community to support one of the brigades of the National Guard of Ukraine. The money will be used to purchase of special equipment that will help defenders perform combat tasks at the frontline 

Vinnytsia City Council reports that in Vinnytsia as part of the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters project five bathing and laundry complexes were prepared for the front. These complexes are equipped with everything necessary for soldiers in the field to have the opportunity to take a warm shower, shave, wash, dry their things and regain strength.

Kirovohrad oblast

In Kropyvnytskyi, IDPs from Bakhmut community can use the free service of seamstresses. She got a job in the Unity humanitarian hub, which was opened by Pokrovsk city military administration for residents who moved to Kirovohrad oblast. 

Poltava oblast

Air Forces reported that at night, the anti-aircraft defense was on alert in Poltava oblast.

400 children in Poltava and Mashiv communities were taught to fly drones. This was done as part of the School of Drones project which was financed by benefactors.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy RMA, reported that at night in Cherkasy oblast air defense was on alert. Wreckages of the Shahed fell in the private sector in Zolotonshchyna. As a result several buildings were damaged.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yesterday, the russian military struck 111 times at 24 populated areas in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy targeted Novodarivka, Verkhnia Tersa, and Chervone with MLRS, attacked Novodanylivka, Chervone, Malynivka, Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove, and Lobkove with drones, and also hit Novodarivka with an aerial bomb. The territory of Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Pryiutne, Poltavka, Luhivske, Piatyhatky, Kamianske, Lukyanivske, and other frontline towns and villages experienced 101 artillery shelling incidents. The population was not harmed, but residential buildings suffered damage, with 8 reports of destruction.

On November 9, a fire broke out in Orikhiv due to russian shelling. According to rescuers, a summer kitchen was on fire, affecting a total area of 30 square meters. Emergency services extinguished the fire, and there were no casualties or injuries.

Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the areas of Verbovе and Robotyne towards Zaporizhzhia. Simultaneously, Ukrainian defense forces continue their offensive operation on towards Melitopol, causing losses to the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, and exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

In October the surrounding natural environment of Zaporizhzhia oblast suffered damages amounting to over 40 million hryvnias  due to russian aggression. The assessment of the damages to land resources was conducted by the State Environmental Inspection of the Southern District. Damages caused to the atmospheric air in October 2023 were not calculated.

Mykolaiv oblast

On November 9, russian forces carried out artillery strikes on the waters of Ochakiv community and the settlement in Kutsurub community. There were no casualties or injuries. Additionally, during the night of November 10, the air defense forces successfully shot down an offensive drone of the “Shahed 131/136” type. This information was reported by the head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.

Austrian philanthropist Michael Fatzekas donated 25 generators to Mykolaiv on November 10. Another 25 generators were received in April 2023 and were placed under the supervision of the education department. The 5.5-kilowatt generators with electric start have already been distributed among cultural, sports, and educational institutions. The education department will receive nine generators, the sports department nine, and seven will go to cultural institutions. Deputy Mayor Anatolii Petrov provided this information.

On November 10, a memorial hall dedicated to the fallen servicemen from the town was opened in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv oblast. The list includes soldiers who died during the Anti-Terrorist Operation/Operation of Joint Forces and the full-scale war. This was announced by Maksym Korovai, the head of the Pervomaisk town military administration.

Odesa oblast

The community of the city of Artsyz has provided the Armed Forces of Ukraine with an anti-aircraft searchlight designed to detect and destroy enemy drones. Ukrainian soldiers have received a new tool to enhance their effectiveness in nighttime combat operations. This was announced by the mayor of Artsyz, Serhii Parpulanskyi.

Students dressed in rescuers’ uniforms practised the algorithm of actions during a real air raid in Odesa. Over a hundred educational institutions in Odesa operate in-person, so training for the “Air Raid” signal is conducted regularly. Currently, specialized professionals have joined the training, teaching children skills in providing emergency medical assistance, actions in case of finding an explosive device, and other situations that may arise in wartime conditions. This information was provided by Odesa City Council.

Oleh Kiper, Head of Odesa RMA, held a meeting with Mayor of Tallinn, Mikhail Kilvart, to discuss further cooperation between the regions amid russian aggression. Oleh Kiper expressed gratitude to the mayor of Tallinn for the consistent support that Estonia has been providing to Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war. The country not only ensures military assistance but also fulfils humanitarian and social obligations by accepting Ukrainian refugees.

Kherson oblast

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi gathered the Supreme Commander-in-Chief headquarters on November 10. During the meeting, decisions regarding the defense of Kherson were discussed. Plans include strengthening air defense, counter-battery means, electronic warfare, and reconnaissance.

Today, November 10, the russian army shelled Tiahynka and Novoraiske in Kherson oblast. A woman was injured in Tiahinka. 5 people were wounded, and 1 person killed in Novoraiske.

Around 10:30, the russian army artillery attacked Kindiika. As a result of the attack a 69-year-old man was killed on the spot. Another local resident, 63 years old, suffered explosive trauma and a back injury. He was hospitalized in moderate condition. russians also dropped an explosive device from a drone on the Invincibility Center in Zolota Balka of Novooleksandrivka community. There were no civilian casualties.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 97 shelling attacks, firing 475 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad MLRSs, tanks, UAVs, AGS, VKK, ZU-23-2, and aviation, including 1 missile. The enemy launched 19 shells on the city of Kherson. Due to the russian aggression, 2 people were killed, and 5 others wounded. The police opened 10 criminal cases regarding war crimes committed by the russian military in Kherson oblast.

The enemy targeted Zolota Balka with artillery fire, damaging stores, a post office, and a church. russians also attacked the village with a drone, dropping ammunition at a residential area, damaging 2 cars.

The russian army shelled Dniprovske with artillery fire, resulting in the death of a 53-year-old woman near a shop from an enemy projectile. Artillery shelling occurred in Iantarne, injuring a 52-year-old man in the courtyard of a house. Overnight an enemy attack damaged buildings in Komyshany and Stanislav, affecting educational institutions and local residents’ homes.

The russian army shelled Kherson and its suburbs with various weapons. The enemy launched a barrage on the Korabel neighbourhood from multiple launch rocket systems. A 72-year-old man died in his apartment from an enemy shell, and a 64-year-old man and a 74-year-old man were injured on the street and in the entrance. Two volunteers, aged 21 and 39, delivering drinking water to people, suffered blast injuries and numerous fragment wounds. In total, 10 multi-storey buildings, a school, a kindergarten, a church, 8 garages, and a car were damaged in the neighbourhood.

Armed forces of Ukraine in the south continue to carry out fire tasks.Yesterday, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 55 occupiers, 1 cannon, 1 electronic warfare station Svet-KU, 2 units of automotive equipment, and 2 boats. Another supply point was destroyed.

On November 9, Ukrainian forces likely established continuous control over positions from the Antonivskyi railway bridge north of Poima to the Antonivskyi highway bridge north of Oleshky, cutting off the Oleshky-Nova Kakhovka road in at least two areas. According to analysts at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the russian military command may find it difficult to redeploy effective reinforcements to respond to Ukrainian operations in Kherson oblast because it is simultaneously conducting defensive operations in Zaporizhia oblast and supporting other offensive actions in eastern Ukraine.

The Kherson Regional Utility Emergency Rescue Service received a new vehicle under the UN development program. This vehicle is necessary for conducting technical inspections of buildings and structures. Members of the regional mobile group will be able to quickly inspect objects and assess damage caused by shelling and flooding.

Stanislav community received four plastic water tanks with a capacity of 5K liters each with the support of the public organization Morning of Revival. Two of them will be placed in Stanislav, one each in Shyrokа Balka and Oleksandrivka.

To commemorate the anniversary of Kherson liberation from russian forces, the National Bank introduces a new commemorative coin Antonivskyi Bridge. The reverse side of the coin features a stylized image of Antonivskyi Bridge and the Dnipro River from a height, as well as transportation solutions at both ends of the bridge. These coins will be used as regular circulation coins with a face value of UAH 10. The NBU will gradually put nearly 10 million such commemorative coins into circulation.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

Lutsk City Council purchased another batch of equipment for the military. 7 DJI Mavic 3E quadcopters will be sent to the front lines for the soldiers of the A 4007 military unit. 4 DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo quadcopters and 1 DJI Mavic 3E, 3 Bluetti charging stations and 6 heaters will be sent to servicemen of military unit A 7086. Military unit A 4100 will receive 10 ballistic plates for a 6th protection class body armour and the same number of anti-thermal poncho-tents.

Zakarpattia oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Natalia Matskova, coordinator of the Caritas Charitable Fund of the Czech Republic in Zakarpattia. The fund provides over 900 IDPs with renovated housing or sewage treatment plants.

This week, the Owl’s Nest humanitarian aid center issued IDPs registered in Uzhhorod: 30 packages with necessary things for children under 1 year old; 50 food sets; clothes, shoes, bed linen and tableware (3K units) thanks to PDUM Partnerschaft Deutschland-Ukraine/Moldova e. V., Luftfahrt ohne Grenzen / Wings of Help eV and other benefactors.

Uzhgorod City Council reported that an apartment was presented to the family of the deceased Uzhhorod defender Serhii Chernikov. The commander of the machine gun fire support department of the mountain assault company of military unit A1778 of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade of Zakarpattia Brigade was killed on August 31, 2022.

In Uzhhorod, a memorial plaque was opened to the fallen defender Viktor Sinek. The 32-year-old border guard was killed in battle near the village of Hryhorivka, Donetsk oblast, on May 12, 2023.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The RMA held a meeting with representatives of the Alberta-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (Canada). They discussed the oblast in wartime conditions, assistance to IDPs, the poor, protection of children, implementation of grant projects together with international charitable organizations, etc.

Svitlana Onyshchuk, Head of the RMA, met with families of Heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine and presented them state awards of fallen soldiers.

Lviv oblast

Mykolaiv City Hospital received an ambulance and other necessary medical supplies from the French city of Nancy, thanks to the cooperation of the city authorities, the medical community of the oblast, the Métropole du Grand Nancy community and the Children of War CF.

Lviv received PLN 160K from Warsaw to restore damaged buildings on the Striiska street. In Lviv on the night of July 6, a russian rocket hit a complex of multi-apartment residential buildings on the Striiska street. Then 10 people were killed and 48 were injured. Residential buildings, educational institutions, university dormitories, office premises, cars, etc. were destroyed.

The 7th border Carpathian detachment of the State Border Service of Ukraine received 50 EcoFlow Delta Max 2000 portable power stations. The aid was purchased with the funds of the Lviv community.

In the village of Sorokyi-Lvivskiy, over UAH 9K were collected during a charity concert in aid of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Another UAH 20K were donated by the parish community of the Church of Peter and Paul. These funds will be used to purchase winter footwear for defenders.

Students, parents and teachers of Torhanovytskyi school joined the Victory Gardens action of the Starosambir City Council. They planted fruit trees in the school yard and collected UAH 22K to support the Armed Forces during the fair.

Rivne oblast

The “Recovery, Barrier-free, Entrepreneurship” summit was held in Rivne oblast thanks to representatives of UCU Business school. They discussed regional strategies, the role of business in the investment attractiveness of the oblast, and inclusion as an integral part of the present.

During the 615 days of the war, there were 496 air raids in Rivne oblast. In October there were 3 alarms (14 alarms were in September); the longest alarm was recorded on October 28 (lasted 2 hours 02 min); the shortest alarm – October 24 (duration – 39 min); the maximum number of days without alarms is 23 days. The silence mode lasted from October 1 (00:00) to October 24 (02:00).

Ternopil oblast

Volodymyr Trush, Head of Ternopil RMA, signed the Memorandum with YouControl LLC. The purpose of this is to establish work on monitoring and control over the proper use of budget funds.

The RMA held an extended meeting of the Public Council. They discussed support for projects related to production of special military equipment and the repair of ambulances for the Armed Forces. In addition, they agreed to organize meetings regarding the clarification of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the issue of the passage and accounting of humanitarian aid under martial law.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Oleksandr Simchyshyn, Mayor of Khmelnytskyi, announced that 4 families of rescuers of the State Emergency Service received new apartments, and the entire rescue service of the community and oblast received 10 new cars and special equipment.

Chernivtsi oblast

2 shopping centers were mined in Chernivtsi. All specialized services work on the spot and carry out measures in accordance with the algorithm of actions in case of such reports.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Iceland, Estonia, Germany and Lithuania sent new packages of military aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The military department of Estonia reported that the country, together with Iceland, delivered a military field hospital to Ukraine. It is noted that vehicles for the hospital were donated by the German government. Lithuania, in turn, sent a batch of anti-drone equipment and generators to the Armed Forces. The aid has already been delivered to Ukraine.

The European Union sent the Armed Forces of Ukraine sapper dogs and drones for demining. Sapper dogs were trained by cynologists from EU countries in Finland, Belgium and Luxembourg for several months. Belgian and Dutch shepherd dogs will be provided with special shoes, glasses, vests and food. They will additionally have special devices attached to their vests to detect radioactive elements. In total, the European Commission will provide Ukraine with 50 specially trained sniffer dogs. Additionally, as part of this project, the Armed Forces also received several special drones that will help detect mines and other explosive devices.

Ahead of schedule, the UK-led Operation INTERFLEX has reached the milestone of 30K recruits trained in the UK since June 2022 – bringing the total number of Ukrainian soldiers trained to over 52K since the russian invasion of Ukraine in 2014.

The Ukrainian-Czech company presented the Leleka LR drone, designed for reconnaissance and adjusting artillery fire. It will be produced at a Czech plant, but UAV operators will be tested, serviced and trained in Ukraine.

Mykola Hnatovskyi, Ukrainian international lawyer, judge of the European Court of Human Rights, reported that for the first time, a representative of russia was not elected to the UN International Court of Justice.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, held a video conversation with Santiago Pena Palacios, President of the Republic of Paraguay. They discussed further steps to expand cooperation between Ukraine and Paraguay, deepen our state’s relations with other Latin American countries, and the situation in the Middle East.

Ihor Zhovkva, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, met with Pierre-Alexandre Anglade, Head of the Committee on European Affairs of the National Assembly of France. They discussed further joint steps to counter russian propaganda in the world.

The European Union called the russian missile strike in the direction of one of the ports of Odesa in the Black Sea another escalation. “By targeting Ukrainian ports and export capacities, russia is deliberately intensifying the global food security crisis,” said Peter Stano, EU foreign and security policy spokesman.

A Polish-Ukrainian forum was held in Ternopil in the context of prospects for reconstruction of Ukraine. It was held with the participation of government and business representatives, organized by the Warsaw Institute within the framework of the Polish Service for Reconstruction of Ukraine project.

For the first time, Ukraine presented tech solutions at the Smart Country Convention 2023 international exhibition in Berlin. The event took place on November 7-9 and brought together over 12K visitors, over 250 participants and 400 speakers from around the world. The exhibition became a platform for discussing the development of smart cities and innovative oblasts, as well as the implementation of digital solutions in the public sector.
