It has been the 395th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

During the day, the enemy inflicted 1 missile and 23 air strikes, as well as over 20 MLRS attacks at the positions of our troops and civilian infrastructure of settlements.

There remains a high threat of missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine.

The enemy focuses its main efforts on conducting offensive operations towards Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka. 

Thanks to professional and coordinated actions, our defenders repulsed more than 50 enemy attacks in these areas.

Towards Volyn, Polissia, Siversk and Sloboda, the operational situation reveals no significant changes, there are no signs of any offensive groups formed. On the territory of the republic of belarus, combat training of units of the armed forces of the russian federation continues. The enemy continues to maintain a military presence in the border areas of Kursk and Belgorod oblasts. During the day, the enemy shelled the settlements of Horodyshche (Chernihiv oblast); Kharkivka, Studenok, Iskriskivshchyna, Vorozhba, Bilopillia, Myropillia (Sumy oblast), as well as Krasna Zoria, Veterynarne, Krasne, Vovchansk, Vilcha, Volokhivka, Dugout, Ambarne, Kolodiazne(Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Lyman, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the area of Synkivka, Kreminna, Bilohorivka and Vyimka. There was artillery shelling in the areas of Dvorichna (Kharkiv oblasy); Kupiansk, Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), as well as Vyimka and Vesele (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Bakhmut, the enemy continues assault operations of the city of Bakhmut, which is held by our defenders, as well as in the area of the Predtechyne of Donetsk oblast. Vasiukivka, Zaliznianske, Novomarkove, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Kostiantynivka, Diliivka and Druzhba were shelled. 

Towards Avdiivka and Marinka, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations towards the settlements of Keramik, Tonenke, Pervomaiske, Marinka (Donetsk oblast). There were numerous enemy artillery attacks near the contact line, namely Avdiivka, Lastochkyne, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka, Neskuchne (Donetsk oblast). 

Towards Zaporizhia and Kherson, the enemy continues to defend. Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Luhivske, Mala Tokmachka, Kamianske (Zaporizhia oblast); Beryslav, Burhunka, Antonivka, Belozirka, Kherson oblast and the city of Kherson were shelled. 

russian occupiers continue to rob residents of the seized areas in Kherson oblast. In the settlement of Krasne, Kakhovka region, russian mercenaries are taking private cars with trailers and trucks to load the looted property of local residents.

Aviation of the Defense Forces inflicted 11 strikes on buildups of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers, and units of rocket forces and artillery struck 2 control points, 3 buildups of enemy manpower, weapons and military equipment.


President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy informs that Ukraine cannot launch a counterattack due to a lack of weapons and ammunition. The situation in eastern Ukraine is difficult due to the lack of ammunition. russian troops use three times more ammunition than the Ukrainian military.

Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Mykhailo Fedorov says that a Government Resolution was adopted that will accelerate mass production of drones in Ukraine. Such a resolution is ‘historic’, as it will contribute to creation and transfer of Ukrainian drones to the front, as well as boost military technologies.

Denys Shmyhal, Prime Minister of Ukraine, informs that employment reforms continue to take shape. A procedure is being approved for training and retraining the unemployed. Now they will receive profiling and vocational guidance services. A career advisor will help you choose the specialty to which a person is inclined. The unemployed will decide for themselves where to study.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

The enemy continued to attack civilians and civilian infrastructure in the border settlements of Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Izyum and Chuhuiv regions of the oblast. As a result of massive shelling of the Chuhuiv region, at least 2 residential buildings were damaged in Vovchansk, 4 residential buildings in the village of Vilcha, and shells hit in the open area in the village of Buhaivka. In addition, an infrastructure facility was destroyed in the Chuhuiv region.

In the village of Kruhliakivka, Kupiansk region, as a result of shelling, a residential building was damaged and a fire broke out. In the village of Pershotravneve, Izyum region, shelling destroyed a garage and a private car.

At about 8:00 am, in the village of Shchurivka, Izyum region, Valery Drobushko, Director of the Kharkiv transport enterprise, was blown up on an unknown explosive device near the river. He is hospitalized in a state of moderate severity.

In the morning, the russian invaders from a tank hit the village of Timofiivka of the Zolochiv community of Kharkiv oblast. As a result of the shelling, houses were damaged, and there was no electricity.

Demining work is underway. Over the past day, SES pyrotechnicians neutralized 153 units of ordnance

The press service of Kharkiv region police said that in the village of Kamianka, Izyum region, police exhumed the bodies of two people who were killed in March 2022 during a russian aerial bombardment.

The Department of Housing and Communal Services said that 5,200 houses in Kharkiv have been damaged as a result of russia’s year-long aggression. 450 have significant damage, 49 houses are planned to be demolished.

Dmytro Chubenko, Spokesman for the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office, informs that 118 children remain on the territory of russia, who were illegally removed by the invaders from the temporarily occupied territories of the Kharkiv oblast. In total, the russian invaders forcibly removed 561 children from Kharkiv oblast.

Donetsk oblast

On March 24, russians killed 2 residents of Donetsk oblast: in Bakhmut and Orlivka. Another 3 people in the area were injured. It is currently impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Towards Lysychansk, private houses on two streets in Siversk were damaged, and shelling of the Torske and Zarichne, Lyman community continues.

Oleksandr Goncharenko, Head of the MBA, informs that on the night of March 25, the russian army fired missiles at Kramatorsk, hitting the city center and the industrial zone. There are no killd or wounded. Eight high-rise buildings, an office, a hotel, a school, two shopping centers, a café and two shops were damaged. According to the police, the russian military hit the city with two S-300 missiles.

Vitaliy Barabash, Head of the RMA, says that in the morning, the russian army shelled Avdiivka six times with barreled artillery and Grads. No casualties are reported. Anastasia Medvedieva, Spokeswoman for the Prosecutor’s Office of Donetsk Oblast, reports that the occupiers also launched an airstrike on Avdiivka. As a result, a man was injured, he is in hospital. 

Andriy Yermak, Head of the President’s Office, says that the Russian occupiers shelled the cities of Chasiv Yar and Toretsk in Donetsk oblast. Two civilians were killed.

The Mariupol City Council reported that russians continue to export Ukrainian grain from the occupied territories. An atypical grain truck was recorded in the Mariupol region, which was moving towards the occupied Novoazovsk,.

Luhansk oblast

In the morning, missile and artillery units of the Defense Forces struck at russian invaders near the occupied city of Svatove, Luhansk oblast. 

Towards Kupiansk and Lyman, the russians fired 454 times with various types of artillery. There were 11 artillery strikes and 9 airstrikes. Also, according to Serhiy Cherevatyi, Spokesman of the Eastern Group of Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an enemy Grad multiple launch rocket system, five cars and an Orlan-10 reconnaissance drone were shot down in this sector of the front.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on establishing three city military administrations in Hirske, Sieverodonetsk and Popasna, Luhansk oblast. This is stated in the decree of the head of state, published on March 24. Military administrations are formed on the basis of military-civil administrations that have been in force since February 19, 2021.

Police in Luhansk oblast have launched a chatbot to document russian crimes. The chatbot was created in Telegram to simplify the procedure for submitting information to the police about the crimes of representatives of the occupation forces, representatives of illegal armed formations and collaborators in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk oblast.

In the deep rear of the russian occupiers, in particular, in the captured Luhansk, Ukrainian national symbols appeared. Activists of the Yellow Ribbon Movement worked to confirm that even during the 9 years of occupation, the Ukrainian spirit has not disappeared in the city and people are waiting for the return to Ukraine.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The UNDP delegation together with Asako Okai, Assistant Secretary General of the UN,  Matsuda Kuninori, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine, and Yako Silje, Permanent Representative of UNDP in Ukraine visited Irpin. The delegation visited the facilities where works are being carried out as part of the UNDP project “Emergency Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Debris Clearing”, financed by the Japanese government. With the assistance of the UNDP and the Government of Japan, in Kyiv oblast, the dismantling of 152 objects out of 278, which were put into operation as part of the project, has been completed.

Oleksandr Markushyn, Mayor of Irpen, announced that with the support of Japan, Irpin plans to process construction waste that remains after the demolition of the housing destroyed by russia. Now, after the dismantling of buildings, construction remains are taken to temporary landfills. Soon, special equipment for sorting and processing materials will be installed there.

The Bucha city council reported that explosive ammunition was discovered in the city during the dismantling of a house destroyed during hostilities. In particular, it is the S-100 artillery projectile, which was spotted and isolated by debris removal experts before the arrival of pyrotechnicians.

The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy reported that the memory of the children who were killed in the war will be commemorated in Kyiv. The honoring ceremony will take place as part of the EdCamp Kyiv Master’s educational (non)conference on March 26 at the War Museum. The main speaker of EdCamp-2023 was Lado Apkhazava, a rural teacher from Georgia and a finalist of the ten best teachers in the world of the Global Teacher Award–2019 international competition, who, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation on the territory of Ukraine, has started a charitable campaign in support of Ukrainian refugees, schoolchildren and teachers.

A modular town for the temporary residence of those who were left without their own houses due to the war was opened in Dmytrivka. The town is designed for simultaneous accommodation of 252 people and is equipped with everything necessary. Currently, 41 families live in the town, and another 21 rooms are fully ready for new residents to move in.

The Health Department of the KCSA reported that 38 communal medical institutions in Kyiv signed an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine this year and are ready to provide rehabilitation services to adults and children. You can get rehabilitation services free of charge by electronic referral of a doctor.

The Kyiv Metropoliten reported that 46 underground stations of the capital metro were equipped with additional folding chairs, blankets and mattresses, which residents and guests of Kyiv can use during air alarms. The need for each subway station was formed taking into account the passenger flow and the number of civilians who use the station as a shelter.

Ukrposhta announced the release of a new set of postage stamps “We won’t forget! We won’t forgive! Butcha. Irpin. Hostomel”. This is a set of stamps, postcards and envelopes dedicated to three hero cities in Kyiv oblast. The stamps will be issued until March 31, when Ukrainians will celebrate the day of the release of Bucha, Irpin and Hostomel.

Zhytomyr oblast

The Zhytomyr city council reported that the city received 25 powerful generators and 200 folding beds from the German Federal Technical Assistance Agency Technisches Hilfswerk (THW), thanks to funding from the German Federal Government. The generators will significantly increase the energy potential of the city.

A personal exhibition of ten-year-old Marta Hrytsanyuk – “Invincible Ukrainian Women” – was opened in Zhytomyr. Marta’s paintings depict a Ukrainian girl with yellow-blue hair who is fond of cats. The characters take an active part in the war stories – about Invincibility Centres, volunteer headquarters, rescuing animals during the war, friendly aid from Poland, the destroyed cruiser “Moskva” and others. During the year of full-scale war, the girl created 19 paintings, which were exhibited in four cities of Poland and several cities of Ukraine.

Sumy oblast

Two people were killed and nine others were injured in the city of Bilopillia due to massive shelling in Sumy oblast on the night of March 24. Among the killed is 37-year-old senior police lieutenant Vadym Lystopad, four police officers were wounded. In residential buildings, the blast wave shattered windows, doors and damaged roofs, the police building and the local school were destroyed. The State Emergency Service reported that emergency and rescue operations have been completed at the site of the russian shelling.

Sumyoblenergo reported that emergency crews are restoring electricity supply. The largest damage occurred after the russian shelling in the communities of Velika Pysarivka and Bilopillia, where about 300 consumers remained without electricity. Some consumers are already re-connected to the grid.

In addition to Bilopillia, the villages of Vorozhba, Vyry and Richki came under russian shelling: one person was injured, a school destroyed, a gymnasium building and a kindergarten, an administrative building, production facilities and agricultural farm machinery, residential private houses damaged.

Sumy RMA reported that Esman and Myropillia communities also came under russian shelling. The culture center, residential buildings, administrative premises and power lines were damaged due to mortar and artillery strikes.

The ‘North’ Operational Command reported that the russian military continues to strike the border villages of the Sumy oblast. There wer 14 mortar strikes in the area of Novovasylivka, Bachivsk, and Ukrainske.

The Sumy Regional Center of Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine received 6 new Class C resuscitation vehicles based on the CITROEN JUMPER with all the necessary equipment. The help came as part of fundraising on the UNITED-24 platform. Reanimobiles will be distributed to Putivl, Hlukhiv, Lebedyn and Krasnopillia substations, Konotop and Central emergency aid stations.

Chernihiv oblast

The SBGS reported that the Novhorod-Siverskyi community came under enemy shelling. As a result of mortar shelling, one civilian was killed and a private house destroyed by fire. In addition, the enemy dropped explosive charges from drones on the territory of the community, there were 2 explosions recorded.

Vyacheslav Chaus, Head of the Chernihiv RMA, announced that Anka Feldhusen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine,  and Karolina Lindholm Billing, representative of the UNHCR in Ukraine, visited Chernihiv oblast. The issue of housing was discussed, which is the most acute problem for people affected by the war.

Mustafa Naiem, Head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration, reported that two bridges near Chernihiv on roads M–01 and P–69 were rebuilt and opened, which will allow passenger and freight traffic between Chernihiv and Kyiv to be established. The bridge on the route Kyiv – Vyshhorod – Desna – Chernihiv over the Zhovid River is one of the three bridges that France donated specifically for the region as humanitarian aid. It will be recalled that 27 bridges only on the state roads of Chernihiv oblast were destroyed by the russian invaders since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Ten art therapy rooms will appear in Chernihiv oblast for psychological assistance to victims of russian aggression. The project “Psychological support of children and adults in conditions of war” envisages the opening of art therapy rooms in Koryukivka, Sosnytsia and Ivanivka communities, as well as the training of 45 psychologists and teachers who will work in them. Psychological and humanitarian assistance will be provided to internally displaced persons and people in a state of stress due to hostilities or the loss of loved ones.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council reported that 

russian occupiers attacked Nikopol region from a UAV. Marhanets community came under enemy fire. In Sinelnykivka region, the russian military struck Velyka Mykhailika community with heavy artillery. 

In Dnipro, farmer Viktor Shuleshko restored his business destroyed by russian troops. He had a vertical farm next to the Dnipro airport, which was shelled by russian troops a year ago. Now Viktor has set up a farm in the basement. The farmer says that this way he can grow plants in optimal conditions and protect them from missiles.

Vinnytsia oblast

​​The team of the  “We Are Vinnytsia” NGO handed over 2 DJI Mavic 3 quadcopters to the military of the Mohyliv-Podilskyi border guard detachment.

Kirovohrad oblast

In Kirovograd oblast, an office of the  “IDPs of Ukraine” NGO was officially opened in the regional center to support internally displaced persons in the city and oblast. The center will be engaged in information and coordination work with internally displaced persons – assistance in adapting to new circumstances, job search, registration of payments, legal and psychological support.

Poltava oblast

According to Dmitry Lunin, Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, communication devices, medicines and medical supplies were sent to the soldiers from Poltava oblast. Socially responsible businesses purchased 100 walkie-talkies. Medicines were purchased by doctors. 

Dmitry Lunin, Head of the Poltava RMA announced that 48 tons of flour, 19 tons of pasta, 9.6 thousand liters of oil and 4.8 tons of oatmeal. The region received another aid for 20 medical institutions in Poltava oblast.The products were donated by Light of Hope in cooperation with the UN World Food Program and with the support of 100% Life.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, reported that the public organization “Common Purpose” and the Bird of Light Ukraine Foundation have delivered another shipment of humanitarian aid to Cherkasy oblast for internally displaced persons. This is more than 16 tons of food, including instant food. 

An instructor of the Uman city and district organization of the Red Cross Society conducted first aid training for employees of the Uman Regional Department of the State Emergency Service.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

According to the Zaporizhzhia regional police, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure near the settlements of Huliaipole, Charivne, Kamianske, Chervone, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Olhivske, Preobrazhenka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Novodanylivka, Bilohirya, Mali Shcherbaki, and Stepove. There were 20 reports of the destruction of civilian houses (apartments) and infrastructure as a result of shelling by russian military. As a result of the shelling, a 66-year-old resident of Kamianske village, Vasylivka region, sustained shrapnel wounds.

Rafael Mariano Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), will visit the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant next week. Grossi wants to personally assess the seriousness of the nuclear safety situation at the ZNPP and emphasize the urgent need to protect the plant amid the military conflict in Ukraine.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that in the temporarily occupied Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, russians are organizing “excursions” for high school students to the Rostov NPP in Volgodonsk, russia. 

According to the National Resistance Center, the enemy has announced the creation of a “Volunteer Youth Squad” in the temporarily occupied territories, which is actually a militaristic youth group as part of the brainwashing policy. Membership in such organizations is voluntary and compulsory and is intended not only to involve children in propaganda cells, but also to share responsibility for service among them. 

Colonel Oleksii Dmytrashkivskyi, Spokesman for the joint press center of the Tavriia Defense reported that russian forces are setting up military hospitals at all medical and sanatorium facilities in the temporarily occupied Berdiansk. Some soldiers are being treated, others undergoing rehabilitation. 

The Zaporizhzhia RMA reported that Melitopol, Polohy, Tokmak and Berdiansk communities received power supplies to organize the work and ensure the smooth operation of local governments. These 16 charging stations were provided to Zaporizhzhia Oblast by the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine (UNDP) as part of a project funded by the Embassy of Japan.

Yana Yasunas, an artist from Zaporizhzhia, has recently started creating and selling brooches made from enemy shell fragments. The woman says that she wanted to make things that would remind of the war, but not cause eerie feelings. She donates part of the proceeds to the military personnel she knows personally.

Mykolaiv oblast

Boris Dudenko, Head of Mykolaivvodokanal said that restoration of the main water pipeline in Kherson oblast, which supplies water to Mykolaiv, is currently impossible. The enemy damaged the pumping station, cable networks and iron fittings. Repairs to the main water supply system pose a risk to the lives of the utility’s employees. Therefore, it is too early to talk about restoring water supply.

According to Vitalii Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv RMA, volunteers providing free legal aid, particularly in the de-occupied and frontline areas, were trained in the M.A.R.C.H. protocol for providing first aid. 

Mykolaiv oblast has received 500 modular houses for internally displaced persons who have lost their homes or have been evacuated from the war zone. Most of them will be installed on people’s own land plots for the period of restoration of damaged or destroyed property. The mobile homes are multifunctional: their design allows them to be converted into larger modules and used as communal kitchens, children’s areas, medical offices or humanitarian centers. The houses are additionally equipped with beds with mattresses, linen and electric heaters.

Odesa oblast

The agreement between the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authorities and the European Maritime Safety Agency will allow the latter to obtain specialized equipment for pollution elimination in seaport areas. The agreement is the result of long negotiations that lasted throughout 2022. 

A photo exhibition will be open at Odesa Railway Station from March 25 to April 1. Throughout the week, portraits of the National Guard of Ukraine, who give their lives to protect the freedom of Ukrainians, will be on display at the railway station.

Kherson oblast

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that enemy troops shelled a humanitarian aid distribution point in Kherson. Four people were wounded. They were hospitalized. 

According to the Kherson RMA, the russian invaders attacked civilian settlements in Kherson 67 times. Beryslav, Burhunka, Antonivka, Bilozirka, and the city of Kherson were under the shelling. Enemy fired 301 shells from mortars, MLRS, artillery, tanks, drones, aircraft, and LNG, and launched a missile strike on the region.

The russian military shelled residential areas of Kherson 7 times. A medical facility, warehouses, private and apartment buildings were damaged. As a result of the russian shelling, 2 people were killed and 6 residents of Kherson oblast injured of varying severity.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, russian occupiers continue to rob the population in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson oblast. In the village of Krasne, Kakhovka district, russian troops are taking away private cars with trailers and trucks. They are loading looted property of local residents into them. 

The occupiers appointed their “director” of the Askania-Nova reserve in Kherson oblast and re-registered it in russia. According to its employees, the Ukrainian administration is no longer able to take care of the reserve.

Once again Kherson received humanitarian aid. Three trucks brought food packages and generators of various capacities to ensure the uninterrupted operation of socially important facilities in the region. The aid was delivered by the humanitarian headquarters at the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration together with partners from Freunde Helfen Konvoi and Round Table Moldova

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

A school from Lutsk received 245 chairs and 52 school desks from the City Hall of Prague (the Czech Republic). They were delivered by representatives of the “Modern Ukraine” foundation.

Volyn sent humanitarian aid to Kherson oblast thanks to the “Modern Ukraine” CF, international partners from Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, local entrepreneurs and the Volyn RMA. Residents of Kherson oblast will receive 22 generators, medicines, hygiene products, blankets and clothes. In addition, three thousand units of canned food will be delivered to civilians and the military.

Zakarpattia oblast

Students of the Mukachevo Choir School visited a number of Swiss cities with concerts at the invitation of the Basel Boys’ Choir. In each of the cities, charity concerts were held in support of humanitarian projects in Ukraine.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The 79th brigade received a car and a thermal imager. The aid was purchased by primary care medics, employees of culture and the financial department of the Ivano-Frankivsk council for their one-day earnings.

Lviv oblast

Timothy Snyder, American historian, Yale University professor, visited the Town Hall in Lviv and met with Andrii Sadovyi, Mayor of the city.

The RMA reported that the Lions Clubs International-Ukraine organization provided free generators for educational institutions in Lviv oblast (53 for Strii region and 50 for Zolochiv region).

In Lviv region, humanitarian aid was received from partners from Krakow and Munich counties. Household appliances, generators and heaters were sent to the school and kindergarten of the Horodotsk community. Schools, hospitals and IDPs in the Novoyarychiv community were provided with household appliances and generators.

19 public organizations will receive financial support within the regional program “Youth of Lviv Region”. The aid will be used for implementation of projects in the areas of national-patriotic education, activation of youth involvement in decision-making processes, development of a network of youth centers and spaces.

The RMA reported that residents of the village of Oriv, Drohobych region, collected funds and purchased a car for the needs of the military.

Last week, seven children came to Lviv from Donetsk oblast, in particular from the front-line and temporarily occupied cities of Ukraine: Kupiansk, Lyman, Mykolaivka, and Tokmak. On the last day of their visit, the children visited the Lviv City Hall, where they met with Andrii Sadoviyi, Mayor of Lviv, and received gifts from him. The mayor assured them that they are always waiting for them in Lviv and are ready to provide shelter and help.

Rivne oblast

15 special schools of Rivne oblast will receive humanitarian aid, namely, minibuses with children’s clothes, food, hygiene products, office supplies, generators, etc., from the Polish ROTARY CLUB.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopil oblast received 136 laptops for school teachers thanks to the humanitarian organization “World Vision International”, the Global Business Coalition for Education (GBC-Education), HP and Microsoft.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

A large-scale sewing project “Supporting the Economic Development of Women and IDP in Ukraine” is starting in Khmelnytskyi. Locals and IDPs are invited to learn sewing for free. The SEW Ukraine project is organized by the All-Ukrainian “Horyeniye” CF in cooperation with the Canadian Cooperative Development Foundation (CDF Canada) with the financial support of the Ministry of International Affairs of Canada.

An exhibition of a political poster by Volodymyr Karvasarny, the master of graphics and painting, designer, was opened in the Khmelnytskyi Regional Art Museum. The exhibition “STANDING!” includes 31 hand-made posters dedicated entirely to russian aggression against Ukraine.

In Bukovina, 12 institutions of social protection of the population received generators thanks to the Chernivtsi RMA from the Representation IOM Ukraine.
