Volodymyr Zelenskyy gave an interview to Finnish, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian journalists. They discussed russian aggression, expectations of a counteroffensive, the importance of modern Hornet and F-16 aircraft during hostilities, the July NATO summit, as well as the de-occupation of Crimea and the price Ukraine will have to pay for it.

Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic, during the meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, emphasized that he will insist on the start of negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the EU this year.

Pope Francis during a trip to Hungary met with Ukrainian refugees.

France strongly condemns russian missile attacks on the territory of Ukraine, in particular, in the Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv oblast. The French Foreign Ministry stated that russia deliberately targeted residential buildings in the city of Uman, which “resulted in high casualties among the civilian population, including children.”

Stephen King, legendary writer, spoke about the hostile attack in his Twitter. “russia is killing more and more Ukrainian civilians, including children, with drone strikes. This is not war. This is terrorism,” Stephen wrote.
