It has been the 1223 th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The invaders continue to storm the positions of Ukrainian defenders.

On 30 June, there were 72 combat clashes on the frontline.

Border settlements, in particular, Velyka Pysarivka, Seredyna Buda, and Prokhody in Sumy oblast, suffered from shelling from the territory of the russian federation.

Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, Ukrainian defenders repelled three russian attacks. TThe enemy launched two airstrikes, dropped a total of five guided aerial bombs, and carried out 168 artillery attacks, including eight from multiple launch rocket systems.

Towards Southern Sloboda, Ukrainian soldiers stopped three enemy attacks in the vicinity of Vovchansk, Hlyboke, and Petro-Ivanivka.

Towards Kupiansk, the aggressor carried out one assault near Pishchane.

Towards Lyman, the invading army attacked eight times near the settlements of Novovodiane, Ridkodub, Torske and in the vicinity of Seredne and Olhivka. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.

Towards Siversk, the Defense Forces repelled two attacks. The invading units tried to advance in the vicinity of Hryhorivka.

Towards Kramatorsk, the invaders made three attempts to advance in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar, Predtechyne and Bila Hora.

Towards Toretsk, in the vicinity of Toretsk, Diliivka and Yablunivka, Ukrainian soldiers stopped two enemy offensive actions.

Towards Pokrovsk, the invaders made 25 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders from the occupied positions in the vicinity of the settlements of Rusyn Yar, Razine, Novotoretske, Myrne, Volodymyrivka, Myroliubivka, Myrnohrad, Lysivka, Udachne, Muravka, Novopavlivka, Horikhove, and Oleksiivka. The defense forces are holding back the enemy’s onslaught and already stopped fifteen attacks.

Towards Novopavlivka, the enemy attacked eleven times in the vicinities of the settlements of Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Perestroika, Piddubne, Fedorivka, Shevchenko, and Novopil. Two combat clashes are still ongoing.

Towards Huliaipole, the enemy once tried to advance near the settlement of Malynivka.

Towards Orikhiv, the aggressor attacked when it tried to advance Kamianske.

Towards Kherson, the enemy conducted one unsuccessful attack.

The situation on other fronts has not changed significantly.

There are at least 5,974 cases of cluster munitions by russian invaders in Ukraine. According to the report, these cases were recorded, in particular, in attacks on Chernihiv, Kramatorsk, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Odessa and other cities, which caused numerous casualties among the civilian population, including children, and large-scale destruction of infrastructure.

Oksana Zholnovych, Head of the Ministry of Social Policy, informs that an online platform will be launched in Ukraine that will combine the search for work and housing for IDPs. Initiatives are being supported that help IDPs establish life in a new place. Such support tools as housing rental subsidies for IDPs, psychosocial support in Resilience Centers, supported living services for elderly IDPs or people with disabilities, the ‘municipal nanny’ service, and others are being actively developed. 

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline

The RMA reports that, there were 137 combat clashes.

Towards Southern Sloboda, the aggressor attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders seven times in the vicinity of the settlements of Vovchansk and Vovchanski Khutory.

Towards Kupiansk, there were five attacks. Ukrainian defenders stopped the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk and Pishchane.

Shelling

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of the RMA, reports that at about 10:00, russian troops attacked Ivashka of Zolochiv community. As a result of four strikes by FPV drones, a private house, outbuildings and power grids were damaged. No injuries.

City Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that a strike by a russian Chernika-type UAV was recorded for the first time in Kharkiv. As a result of the strike of this drone, several cars in a garage cooperative were damaged. Terekhov says that the Chernika is similar in warhead power to the Molniya, but has a different design

The press service of the State Emergency Service of Kharkiv oblast reported that Kurortne, Derhachi and Pisochyn were attacked by the russian federation. As a result of UAV hits, four fires occurred. In Pisochyn, eight people sought medical help after explosions. 

Vyacheslav Zadorenko, Head of Dergachi RMA,  reported that in Derhachi, warehouses of a civilian enterprise were attacked, where food, water, beer and dog and cat food were stored. According to him, russians launched seven strikes, and fires broke out in the warehouses.

Over the past day, 6 settlements in the oblast were hit by enemy strikes. As a result of shelling, 8 people were injured, including a child; 2 people killed.

In the village of In Pisochyn, men aged 71, 66 and 35, a 69-year-old and 65-year-old woman and a 6-year-old boy were injured; in the city of Kupiansk, a 50-year-old man was killed and a 37-year-old man was injured; in the village of Vilhuvatka, a 60-year-old man was killed and a 59-year-old man was injured.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons in the Kharkiv region:

▪️64 unguided aircraft missiles;

▪️8 KABs;

▪️13 Shahed UAVs;

▪️11 Geran-2 UAVs;

▪️1 Molniya UAV.

Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed:

▪️In Kharkiv region, a service station, a private house, 6 cars (Pisochyn village), 2 warehouse buildings, and the glazing of a multi-storey building (Derhachi city) were damaged;

▪️In Kupiansk region, an apartment, a kindergarten, a garage (Kupyansk city), 8 houses, and a car (Vilhuvatka village) were damaged;

▪️In Chuhuiv region, a sanatorium building was damaged (Kurortne village).

Other

At Vovchansk aggregate plant, the occupiers executed Ukrainian prisoners of war. Law enforcement officers reported the suspicion of 36-year-old russian serviceman Sergey Tuzhilov with the call sign “Altai”. According to the prosecutor’s office, he is involved in three executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war at Vovchansk aggregate plant.

Donetsk oblast

Frontline

The General Staff said that russian troops have reduced the number of attacks towards Pokrovsk to 37, the day before there were 56 assaults. Ukrainian defenders stopped assaults in the vicinity of the settlements of Rusyn Yar, Razine, Myrne, Myroliubivka, Malynivka, Myrnohrad, Horikhove, Udachne, Promyn, Lysivka, Novoserhiivka, Oleksiivka andnear Volodymyrivka, Novopavlivka.

Towards Lyman, there were 20 attacks by the invaders, towards Novopavlivka – 14 attacks.

The deputy battalion commander of the 68th OEBr with the call sign “Italian” says that towards Pokrovsk, russian troops are actively mining the logistical routes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, transferring forces, conducting reconnaissance and making attempts to bypass Pokrovsk, in particular from the side of Myrnohrad and Rodynske.

Shelling

At night, russia struck Novotroitske, Shakhivka community, with five Geran-2 UAVs – one injured, residential and non-residential premises damaged.

The occupiers directed six Geran-2 drones at Sloviansk. At least three apartment buildings and 10 private houses damaged, there is destruction in the industrial zone. Previously – no casualties.

Vesela Hora and Samarske, Novodonetsk community, were also under fire, private homes were damaged.

Vadym Filashkin, Head of the RMA, reports that one person was killed, six more were injured in Donetsk oblast from russian shelling over the past day. A person was killed in Kostiantynivka due to Russian shelling. The following were injured:

▫️one person in Pokrovsk,

▫️three residents in Lyman,

▫️one person in Novotroitske,

▫️one person in Ivanovka.

On June 29, the police recorded 3,149 enemy attacks on the front line and residential areas.

The hits occurred in 6 settlements: the cities of Bilytske, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Pokrovsk, the villages of Andriivka-Klevtsove, Ivanovka.

25 civilian objects were destroyed, including 15 residential buildings.

russian troops dropped two GAB-250 bombs on Kostiantynivka, killing a civilian, damaging 2 apartment buildings and 9 private houses, 6 shopping malls, and a fragment of a railway track.

In Lyman, three people were injured, including one child, as a result of shelling with the Uragan MLRS, an apartment building and a pharmacy were damaged. In addition, an FPV drone damaged a private home.

One injured in Pokrovsk and one in Ivanovka, Shakhivka community, where an enemy drone attacked a private house. In Bilytske, an FPV drone damaged an apartment building.

In Andriivka-Klevtsove, Komarska community, the enemy hit with a KAB-250 bomb and an FPV drone, damaging an infrastructure facility.

Other

Pokrovsk Vicariate reported that in Donetsk oblast, the church of St. Dimitry of the UOC (MP) in the village of Zolotyi Kolodiaz was damaged due to russian shelling.

Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement spread symbols of resistance on the streets, in transport, at bus stops, near schools, houses and other locations in Donetsk.

Towards Siversk, Ukrainian soldiers captured two citizens from Cameroon, Central Africa. The prisoners claim that they were forced to sign a contract with the Russian army by force, the 20th separate regiment of unmanned systems reported. According to the captured Cameroonians, mercenaries from China and Zimbabwe fought with them in the Siversky direction.

Luhansk oblast

On the front line in this sector of the front, the enemy used all available weapons: it struck 29 times with cannon and rocket artillery, directed 79 drones and five fpv drones towards the Ukrainian Defenders. According to the RMA, the enemy tried to advance near Nadiya, Hrekivka and in Serebrianka Forest.

Starting July 1, the so-called “lpr” will increase tariffs for almost all utility services. The invaders do not control pricing – so that service providers in each occupied city can make a profit. For example, a year ago, the price of natural gas for the population was increased by 40%. Starting tomorrow, it will be increased by another 20%. The fee for garbage collection has been increased by 50%.

The occupiers continue to prepare Luhansk children for war. Thus, from September 1, 95 Cossack classes will open in the schools of the “lpr”, which is 36% of the total number. This is the largest percentage among all profiles. For example, only 20 classes with an engineering bias are planned, with a medical bias – only 11, and agro-technological – about 20.

Oleksiy Kharchenko, Head of Luhansk RMA, reports that the so-called “Movement of the First”, a youth organization that the occupiers use to organize “mass gatherings” at propaganda events, has 90,000 participants in Luhansk oblast.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The new German Foreign Minister, Johann Wadefuhl, has arrived in Kyiv. This is his first visit to Ukraine in this position. Upon arrival in the capital, Wadefuhl emphasised the need for continued support for Ukraine.

The first inclusive town for veterans is being actively developed in Kyiv oblast as part of a project implemented by the Kolos Kovalivka Football Club Charitable Foundation and the Svitanok agricultural company. The complex consists of 59 spacious houses with terraces. Currently, about 50 families of military personnel and veterans live there. Six more houses are currently under construction.

Ukraine has a project for Armed Forces veterans called ‘Fly.’ Training lasts from four to six weeks. You can join the project in Lviv, Kyiv, and oblasts. As part of the initiative, participants are taught how to assemble and operate drones. The main goal is to help them adapt to civilian life after returning from the combat zone and find employment.

On Sunday, a weekly event was held in Kyiv to raise awareness about soldiers who are being held captive by russia or are considered missing in action.

The Wild Animals Rescue Centre reported that it plans to send a tiger and three lions from the Wild Animal Rescue Centre in Kyiv to Europe for rehabilitation. Alex, a white tiger, arrived at the Centre from Kharkiv oblast in 2023 in critical condition. The Centre noted that Alex has recovered, but since tigers are solitary animals, it is not easy to find a new home for him. These animals have survived war and the horrors of captivity, and they deserve a peaceful, dignified life, far from shelling and stress,as the statement said.

Zhytomyr oblast

The 114th Tactical Aviation Brigade reported that a memorial sign in honour of the legendary pilot, Hero of Ukraine Major Stepan Tarabalk, was unveiled in the Volytsia community in Zhytomyr oblast. It was installed at the site of the pilot’s death, near the village of Ivnytsia. Stepan was killed on 13 March 2022 in the skies over Zhytomyr Oblast during a combat mission. His fighter jet was hit by a russian missile. According to local residents, if it weren’t for Stepan’s heroic deed, Volytsia would no longer exist as a settlement.

The fifth stage of the All-Ukrainian tournament for war veterans, ‘Strong Ukraine,’ took place in the city of Korosten. The competition was attended by 220 participants – veterans, military personnel and representatives of law enforcement agencies. All sports disciplines were adapted to different levels of physical fitness: bench press, rowing on a simulator, kettlebell snatch and airbike riding.

Sumy oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on 29 June, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 16 assaults towards Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk front. During the same day, russian forces launched: 11 airstrikes, dropping 29 guided aerial bombs, 352 shelling attacks, including 8 from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS)

The General Staff reported that in Sumy oblast, Ukrainian Armed Forces have liberated Andriivka and advanced in the area of Oleksiivka, pushing russian troops further away from Sumy city. The situation has been stabilized, and the enemy’s advance has been halted along the line: Yunakivka – Yablunivka – Nova Mykolaivka – Oleksiivka – Kindrativka – the russian border – and a bridgehead in Hlushkiv region of Kursk oblast, russia.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in June 2025, russian forces suffered approximately 9,310 personnel losses on Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk fronts. This includes: over 4,470 irrecoverable losses, around 4,800 wounded, 42 captured soldiers. In addition, Ukrainian forces destroyed 423 units of russian military equipment, including: 6 tanks, 20 armored fighting vehicles, 89 artillery systems and MLRS, 3 air defense systems.

The Regional Military Administration informed that in the first half of the day on 30 June, russian forces shelled Seredyna-Buda community. Preliminary reports indicate that two people were injured. A 70-year-old woman with shrapnel wounds was taken to the hospital, while the second injured person declined hospitalization. The attacks also damaged several private homes, an educational institution building, and a vehicle.

Between the morning of 29 June and the morning of 30 June, three civilians were injured due to russian shelling. In Lebedyn community, two people sustained injuries from a drone attack, while in Seredyna-Buda community, one person was wounded by an FPV-drone strike.

The Regional Military Administration reported that over the past day, russian forces conducted nearly 80 attacks on 29 settlements across 15 communities in Sumy oblast. Sumy, Shostka, and Konotop regions experienced the highest number of strikes. The enemy used a range of weapons, including: Up to 10 guided aerial bomb strikes, nearly 20 grenade drops from UAVs, 10 attacks by multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), additional strikes with FPV-drones and other UAVs.

According to regional reports, due to russian attacks in the oblast, several civilian infrastructure sites have been damaged or destroyed:

  • In Konotop community, residential houses, an apartment building, and a civilian infrastructure facility were damaged.
  • In Lebedyn community, an administrative building was destroyed, and damage was reported to 5 other administrative buildings, 2 educational institutions, 7 apartment buildings, 12 private homes, an outbuilding, 2 vehicles, and another civilian infrastructure facility.

The regional military administration informed that over the past week, nearly 500 people, including 21 children, have left border communities in Sumy oblast. Since the start of the evacuation campaign, around 60,000 residents—over 60% of those eligible—have relocated to safer areas. Most evacuees are staying with relatives or renting housing.

Chernihiv oblast

Chernihiv Border Detachment reported that on 29 June, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast — Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, and Snovsk. The assaults included: 6 explosions by barrel artillery, 12 strikes by unguided aerial rockets (NARs), 16 explosions by FPV drones, 11 explosive drops from UAVs. A total of 11 settlements came under enemy fire.

Operational Command “North” informed that on 29 June, in Semenivka community, a private house in Halahanivka village  was damaged as a result of explosive devices dropped by russian forces.

According to Viacheslav Chaus, Regional Head, over the past week, russian forces launched 157 attacks across Chernihiv oblast, resulting in 306 explosions in 27 settlements. The strikes included: 2 hits by unguided aerial rockets, 70 drone attacks, including Shahed-type and FPV-drones.

Consequences of the attacks included:

  • In Koriukivka region, four homes were destroyed by fire after drone-dropped explosives
  • In Novhorod-Siverskyi region, homes were destroyed, a warehouse and forestry building caught fire, and a civilian vehicle was damaged
  • In Chernihiv region, windows and gates were damaged by a drone strike

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

During the night, air defense forces destroyed 4 enemy UAVs in the oblast.

As a result of an attack on Malomykhailivka community in Synelnykove region, a fire broke out, damaging an agricultural enterprise and tractors. From the evening until the morning, the attacks on Nikopol region continued. The enemy used drones and artillery to target the regional centre, Myrove, Pokrov and Marhanets communities. A private house and a gas pipeline were damaged.

During the day, russian forces carried out approximately 20 attacks on Nikopol region, by drones and artillery. They struck the regional centre, Myrove, Pokrov and Marhanets communities, damaging a high-rise building, 4 private houses, 2 outbuildings, garages, infrastructure and power lines.

In Kryvyi Rih, 3 people were injured when a drone hit the city. An administrative building was destroyed and a school, private houses and vehicles were damaged. In Krynychanske community of Kamianske region, private houses, cars and a power line were damaged. The enemy launched GABs at Novopavlivka community in Synelnykove region.

Vinnytsia oblast 

Mayor Serhii Morhunov reported that the Interregional Humanitarian Coordination Headquarters has prepared 3,000 FPV drones for the military.

Kirovohrad oblast

In Svitlovodsk, Oleksandriia region, a memorial ceremony was held for defender Mykola Lohvynenko. The soldier had been considered missing in action for over 3 years. He disappeared on 18 June 2022 during combat near Toshkivka, Luhansk oblast. He was 36 years old.

Poltava oblast

A memorial service was held at the Assumption Cathedral in Poltava for Senior Soldier Serhii Shovkun of the Armed Forces ofUkraine. He was killed on 23 June 2025 while carrying out a mission in Donetsk oblast.

Cherkasy oblast

Smila Mayor Serhii Ananko informed that a rocket and drone attack on Smila during the night of 29 June injured 13 people, 11 of whom were hospitalised, including 3 children. Over 2,000 windows and numerous rooftops were damaged in the strike. A material and technical reserve was created to support affected residents. The main building of Smila Technological Vocational College, along with its training labs and equipment, was destroyed.

On 24 June, defender Serhii Diachenko from Shpola region was killed near Pishchane village, Kupiansk region, Kharkiv oblast.

In Zvenyhorodka region, a memorial ceremony was held for Ihor Klopotenko, who was killed on 19 June near Ryzhivka, Sumy oblast, while performing a combat mission.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

On 29 June, the occupiers carried out 375 attacks on 10 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian troops conducted 5 airstrikes on Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Orikhiv, and Huliaipole. 221 UAVs of various modifications (mostly FPV) attacked Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. 13 MLRS attacks hit Kamianske and Novodanylivka. 136 artillery strikes targeted Bilenke, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. 18 reports were received about damage to homes and vehicles. A 70-year-old woman was killed as a result of an enemy attack on Vasylivka region.

According to the General Staff, as of 16:00, the enemy attempted once to advance near the settlement of Malynivka towards Huliaipole. The aggressor also launched one attack towards Orikhiv, trying to advance in the area of Kamianske. On 29 June, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled six russian attacks towards Orikhiv and Huliaipole.

Mykolaiv oblast

In the morning of 30 June, russian forces struck Kutsurub community. One person was killed and another was injured. Houses and a store were damaged.

During the night of 30 June, air defense forces destroyed one Shahed 131/136 type UAV over Mykolaiv oblast.

Yesterday, 29 June, around 9:00 am, the enemy carried out an artillery strike on Kutsurub community. As a result of the attack a private house was damaged in the village of Dmytrivka. No casualties were reported.

Odesa oblast

On June 30, the press service of the Infoxvodokanal utility company reported that part of its infrastructure in Odesa was destroyed as a result of a russian attack. The strike hit the auto repair workshops and the site where the utility’s special equipment was stored. Several dozen vehicles were damaged, including service vehicles of repair crews, an excavator, water tankers, and sludge pumps. The repair shop buildings, the auto electrician and engine specialist workshops, along with their equipment, were completely destroyed.

As of 6:00 am on 30 June, two enemy ships were stationed in the Mediterranean Sea. Over the past day, three vessels serving russian interests passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea, and eleven ships entered the Sea of Azov.

A charity festival-fair was organized in Odesa for Constitution Day of Ukraine, raising 15 million UAH for the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign and the 122nd Territorial Defense Brigade. At the fair, 7 regions of Odesa oblast presented authentic goods and branded products, collecting 1 million UAH. Another 14 million UAH was raised during a charity auction.

Kherson oblast

In the morning, the russian army shelled Komyshany. A 47-year-old man sustained fatal injuries as a result of the attack.

At around 15:00, russian forces attacked Kherson with a drone. Two men suffered blast injuries.

At around 11:00, russians used a drone to strike Tsentralnyi district of Kherson. One vehicle caught fire from the strike and another was damaged. A 51-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds to his back and burns to his legs.

It was reported that another resident of Kherson oblast died from yesterday’s russian attack. In the evening, the enemy shelled Korabelnyi district of Kherson, fatally injuring a 67-year-old woman.

Two residents of Bilozerka sought medical help after being injured in last week’s russian attacks. A 68-year-old man sustained a blast injury and concussion when a shell landed near his home on 22 June. A 66-year-old woman sustained a blast injury, concussion, and brain trauma in the shelleing the previous day.

Yesterday, the enemy shelled Antonivka, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Burhunka, Vesele, Virivka, Darivka, Zolota Balka, Kizomys, Kozatske, Komyshany, Lvove, Mykilske, Mykolaivka, Mylove, Novovorontsovka, Oleksandrivka, Osokorivka, Odradokamianka, Pryozerne, Rozlyv, Sadove, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Tokarivka, Tomaryne, Tomyna Balka, Chervonyi Maiak, and the city of Kherson. A high-rise building, 17 private houses, gas pipelines, cell towers, utility buildings, a warehouse, and a garage were damaged. As a result of the attacks, 2 people were killed and 8 injured.

Police in Kherson oblast evacuated eight civilians from front-line Beryslav. Most evacuees were elderly residents.

The enemy made five attempts to advance towards Kherson, but failed. The enemy lost 33 troops, 1 gun, 7 units of automotive and armored equipment, 1 Supercam reconnaissance UAV, 1 motorcycle, 1 ATV, 1 Starlink antenna, 1 EW system, 2 communication antennas, and 4 UAV control antennas. 5 shelters and dugouts were destroyed.

It is reported that russians are actively recruiting children into propaganda organizations in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson oblast. According to the Center for National Resistance, more than 7,100 activists were already registered in one such organization. Over 10 pro-russian youth organizations are active in the occupied parts of the region.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

A meeting of the Council on Internally Displaced Persons, which operates under the executive committee of Vyshnivka Village Council, was held. Results of the study on the effectiveness of the IDP Council were presented separately. Participants received an evaluation table that will be a useful tool for analyzing the level of organizational capacity and effectiveness of the IDP Council. This will allow identifying strengths, finding areas for development, and formulating next steps based on the real state of affairs.

Zakarpattia oblast

The III degree For Courage Orders (posthumously) were awarded to relatives of fallen Defenders from Uzhhorod and Uzhhorod region. Yurii Tovtyn, Anatolii Sinkevich, Mykhailo Kovach, Serhii Mytropolsky, Viktor Yatsol, Vasyl Kanash and Erik Shtyl were awarded.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

As part of the Caring for the Hero’s Family regional project, the family of the missing defender is spending a week in picturesque Yaremche. Ms. Oksana and her 2 sons are recovering at the Vedmezha Hora family hotel.

Lviv oblast

The RMA reported that Jan Christian Vestre, Minister of Health of Norway, and Viktor Lyashko, Minister of Health of Ukraine, are on a working visit to Lviv oblast.

The Tourist Information Center in Drohobych organized another charity event in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – an evening climb to the tower of Drohobych Town Hall and a tour of the large choral synagogue. The organizers managed to collect UAH 20,000. Of these, UAH 10,000 were transferred to the collection for the purchase of a car for the 15th Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade Black Forest. Another UAH 10,000 were donated to volunteer Volodymyr Baraniak for urgent needs at the front.

Ninth-graders of Drohobych Lyceum №16 named after Yurii Drohobych refused to give their teachers holiday balloons and flowers during their graduation celebration. With these funds (UAH 8,000), they purchased and donated a drone to the Black Swift company, which defends the country in Sumy oblast.

Rivne oblast

The rehabilitation department will be completely renovated in the Central City Hospital of the regional center. The expert working group on the implementation of joint projects with the European Investment Bank under the Ministry of Development agreed to allocate UAH 30.9m for this. Another UAH 13m will be co-financed by the community.

Ternopil oblast

In Ternopil, 62 families whose homes were damaged by a russian missile attack will receive from UAH 5,000 to 20,000 from the city budget. The amount depends on the level of damage. The Department of Social Policy is already preparing documents for transferring funds to the accounts that were specified when applying to the city council.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

A batch of multi-channel electronic warfare equipment worth UAH 1.1m was sent to the military from Khmelnytskyi community.

Chernivtsi oblast

The 108th Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Brigade Edelveis opened its 1st recruiting center in Ukraine. At the same time, it is the first recruiting center of the 10th Brigade in Chernivtsi. Candidates are receiving full support from center representatives at all stages: from application, training to the start of service in the unit and further comprehensive interaction during service.

Norway will deploy F-35s to Poland to protect military aid to Ukraine. The F-35s will be deployed to Rzeszow Airport this autumn.

Kai Kallas, Head of European diplomacy, announced that the EU officially extended sectoral sanctions against the russian federation for another six months.
