t has been the 826th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression.

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:

The enemy continues to attack along almost the entire frontline, concentrating its efforts in Kharkiv and Pokrovsk directions. By now, the total number of enemy offensive and assault operations has increased to 82. The invaders are shelling settlements in Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts from the territory of the russian federation and 7 different villages in the border areas of these Ukrainian oblasts have come under russian artillery attack today alone.

Kharkiv axis: Ukrainian soldiers repelled 3 enemy attacks, the same number of attacks are still ongoing. To their crimes, the invaders added two more airstrikes from the territory of the russian federation and they launched unguided aerial missiles from the direction of Bogun-Gorodok (rf) near Udy village and dropped unmanned aerial vehicles in Kharkiv oblast from the direction of Shebekino (rf).

Kupiansk axis: the invaders keep trying to put pressure on the defences of Ukrainian defenders. They are unsuccessfully trying to improve their positions near Druzheliubivka and Nevske. In total, the enemy has conducted 13 assault operations there since the beginning of the day. 4 firefights are still ongoing.

Lyman axis: the enemy made 7 attacks. The enemy continues to put pressure near Terny and Torske, where fighting continues.

Siversk axis: the russian aggressor received a decent response near Vyimka and stormed the positions of Ukrainian defenders twice more near Bilohorivka. The situation is under control.

Pokrovsk axis remains the hottest. The number of enemy attacks here has increased to 23. The invaders are trying to break through our defences with the support of Ka-52 attack helicopters and aerial bomb drops. 4 more airstrikes were added to the previous 7. Also russian terrorists are striking most actively near Yevhenivka. Our soldiers are strengthening defensive lines and inflicting losses on the enemy. Thus, today the invaders lost 236 soldiers. A tank, six armoured combat vehicles, an electronic warfare station and two vehicles were destroyed.

Vremivka axis: the enemy is pressing near Staromaiorsk and 7 enemy attacks have been repelled so far.

Orikhove and Prydniprovskyi axis: there was one combat engagement and the enemy was not successful.

In other areas, the situation did not change significantly.

Units of the Defence Forces are courageously restraining the invaders’ attempts to advance into the depths of Ukraine’s territory, inflicting fire damage on the enemy and depleting its offensive potential along the entire front line.

“Defence Procurement Agency” of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine will purchase 4,200 DJI Mavic 3E UAVs with additional equipment. Ukraine has lost 85% of its thermal generation capacity. The timeframe for its restoration is uncertain, despite the statements of some experts. Electricity consumption in 2022-2023 decreased by 25-30% compared to the period before russia’s full-scale invasion. At the same time, industry reduced consumption by 45% and households by 16%, while total generating capacity decreased from 37.6GW to 18.3GW.

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, russians stormed Bilohorivka 8 times yesterday, trying to break into the combat order of Ukrainian units. The situation there is tense.

Towards Kupiansk, the Armed Forces repelled enemy attacks near Novoiehorivka, Nevske, Miasozharivka and Tverdokhlibove.

The enemy attempts to advance in Serebrianka forest were unsuccessful. The Ukrainian military is taking measures to strengthen the front line of defence.

The invaders shelled the de-occupied Nevske and Novoliubivka with multiple rocket launchers. Nevske, Stelmakhivka, Kuzemivka and Makiivka suffered from enemy artillery and mortars.

In Lysychansk, after an unsuccessful autumn attempt to launch the heating system, the invaders are not even trying to repair the infrastructure facilities damaged by them during the shelling of the city two years ago. Specifically, centralised water supply is available only in certain areas of the city, mostly in the southern part of the city, where the network has survived.

In Kreminna, as in other settlements, the locals complain about the arbitrariness of the russian military, who choose housing for their temporary residence of their own free will, regardless of whether the owner is in town or has evacuated.

Many russians do not return from the battlefield, and those who are lucky enough to leave, take everything they can from their homes. The local occupation administration is unable to take any action.

50 rescuers from Luhansk oblast are helping to eliminate the consequences of a russian missile hitting a hypermarket in Kharkiv. Emergency search operations have been going on for several days after another russian terrorist attack. The work of the special services is complicated by air raid warnings that almost never stop in the city. The operation has to be suspended, as it is not the first time the invaders have used double-strike tactics and adjusted their attacks. The State Emergency Service of Luhansk oblast involved 51 personnel and 7 pieces of equipment. The liquidation of the consequences is still ongoing.
