It has been the 764th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

On 28 March, there were 48 combat clashes.

The enemy launched a total of 4 missile and 77 air strikes, 53 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, russian terrorist attacks killed and wounded civilians. Residential buildings and private houses as well as other infrastructure were destroyed or damaged.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes. No signs of enemy offensive groups formed were found.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the russian army maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. The adversary launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Bobylivka (Sumy oblast). The enemy fired artillery and mortars at around 20 settlements, including Leonivka, Senkivka (Chernihiv oblast), Klyusy, Serhiivka, Simeikyne (Sumy oblast), Veterynarne, Vesoka Yaruha, and Krasne (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy did not conduct any offensive (assault) operations. The adversary launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Borova (Kharkiv oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 15 settlements, namely Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, and Kotliarivka (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Lyman, Ukrainian troops repelled 4 enemy attacks in the vicinities of Terny (Donetsk oblast) and Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast). With the air support, the invaders attempted to break through the defence of Ukrainian troops in that area. Also, the adversary launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Yampolivka (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at more than 10x settlements, including Nevske (Luhansk oblast), Terny, Yampolivka, and Torske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Bakhmut, Ukrainian troops repelled 11attacks in the vicinities of Chasiv Yar, Novyi, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka (Donetsk oblast). With the air support, the invaders attempted to improve its tactical position in that area. Also, the adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Mykolaivka, Zalizne, Andriivka, and Dyliivka (Donetsk oblast). More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Bohdanivka, Kalynivka, and Chasiv Yar (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Avdiivka, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 1 attack in the vicinity of Semenivka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy attempted to dislodge Ukrainian troops from their positions. Also, the adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Ocheretyne, Umanske, and Berdychi (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 10x settlements, including Novokalynove, Novobakhmutivka, Semenivka, and Nevelske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Novopavlivka, Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the vicinities of Heorhiivka, and Novomykhailivka. The invaders made 13 attempts to break through the defence of Ukrainian troops in that area. Also, the adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of settlements of Krasnohorivka, Kostyantynivka, and Antonivka (Donetsk oblast). More than 10 settlements, including Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostiantynivka, and Vuhledar (Donetsk oblast), were under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Orikhiv, with the air support, the enemy launched 8 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinities of Robotyne, northwest of Verbove, and north of Pryyutne (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast) and Malynivka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). Around 10 settlements, including Malynivka, Chervone, Bilohiria, Novodanylivka, and Shcherbaky (Zaporizhzhia oblast), came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Kherson, the enemy launched 1 attack on the positions of Ukrainian troops on the left bank of the Dnipro River. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at more than 10x settlements, including Krynky, Tyahynka, Ivanivka, Novoberyslav (Kherson oblast), and the city of Kherson.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched airstrikes on 14 buildups of troops, weapons, and military equipment of the adversary. Also, the Ukrainian Air Defense forces destroyed 1 guided missile.

The Ukrainian missile troops hit 4 command posts, 4 air defence systems, 2 artillery systems, and 1 ammunition depot of russian invaders.

Ruslan Strilets, Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources, says that approximately UAH 140m are estimated at environmental damage from russia’s attack on the Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Plant. The damage is still being assessed, and this figure will increase even more in the future. 

The Department of Strategic Communications of the General Staff reports that as a result of russian aggression, 14,085 civilians have been killed since 2014. This figure was recorded by the UN Monitoring Mission.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that together with the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko, the damaged power generating infrastructure was inspected the day before. The damage is significant, not only at generation facilities but also at electricity transmission facilities. Blackout schedules are still in force. 

 The construction of a stronghold, communication routes, dugouts, fortifications and various concrete structures for firing, etc. are ongoing at the northeastern border. Everything is done in accordance with the projects of the Ministry of Defence and taking into account the proposals of the military. The locations were also determined by them. 

 The Prosecutor General’s Office said the number of children affected by the war in Kharkiv oblast has increased to 343. The statistics include the injuries of four children during an airstrike on Kharkiv and the death of a 12-year-old boy in Borove as a result of a russian drone strike. 

 Oleksandr Moroz, Head of Vysoke Village Council, reported that around 3:50pm, russia hit Vysoke village, Kharkiv region, and a woman was injured.

 The press service of Kharkiv regional police informed that russians also shelled Vovchansk, a shell fell into the yard of a private house where a 60-year-old man was staying. He received shrapnel gunshot wounds. A 48-year-old man was taken to hospital with concussion. As a result of the shelling of Vovchansk, a fire broke out and a 59-year-old man burned to death in his own home. 

 The press service of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that a 57-year-old local was killed as a result of russian shelling of Monachynivka village, Kupiansk region. The woman died of her injuries on the way to hospital. Her husband was also injured. He is receiving the necessary medical care. The 56- and 58-year-old women were injured during the shelling of Monachynivka of Kindrashivka community. According to preliminary data, the village was shelled by artillery. Kupiansk and Kurylivka were also under russian shelling, damaging residential buildings and outbuildings. Two men were injured as a result of an airstrike on Kupiansk around 2:20pm. Private houses and cars were damaged. 

 At 12:15am, russians launched a Shahed UAV at Kyivskyi district. Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged, including a restaurant, a shop and office premises. Windows were broken in nearby residential buildings. There were no casualties. 

 The press service of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office stated that in Kharkiv, the wreckage of three drones launched at the city at night, was recovered.

Kharkiv police Chief Volodymyr Tymoshko said that yesterday russians used four Grom-E1 missiles to strike Borova, killing a 12-year-old boy. According to him, on 28 March, at around 3am, the russian military again dropped guided aerial bombs on Borova, damaging civilian critical infrastructure and the facades of five private houses. The press service of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that a 74-year-old woman was injured in the evening strikes on Borova.

 The Kharkiv region’s State Emergency Service in Kharkiv oblast informed that a 48-year-old man exploded on an unknown object in a field on the outskirts of Petrivka village of Tsyrkuny community on the afternoon of 27 March. According to the report, the man lost his right foot as a result of the explosion. 

 Yesterday at 3:54pm, there was an enemy air attack on Shevchenkivskyi district Windows in an educational institution were broken. One person was injured, two 5-storey residential buildings, one 4-storey residential building and 3 cars damaged as a result of the shelling of a residential area. 19 people, including 4 children, were injured. A 59-year-old man was killed. 

 Kostiantyn Loboiko, Head of the medical institution, said that seven injured remain in hospital in Kharkiv after the airstrikes on Shevchenkivskyi district on 27 March. According to him, all the patients have shrapnel wounds, mostly with glass. 

 About 20 settlements in Kharkiv oblast were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks yesterday: Veterynarne, Borysivka, Ambarne, Strilecha and others. Novoiehorivka, Ivanivka, Vetarynarne, Kharkiv, Synkivka, Kruhliakivka and Borova were hit by airstrikes.

At 3:10am, the enemy attacked Borova village, Izium region, by KAB missiles. Communications and 5 private houses were damaged. There were no casualties. 

 At 9:10pm, there was an enemy shelling of Borova village, Izium region. A two-storey building of a kindergarten, 3 apartment buildings and a boiler house were damaged. A 12-year-old teenager died from the wounds. 

 At 2:35pm, as a result of the shelling of Kupiansk by KAB bombs, a dormitory and 4 apartment buildings were damaged. There were no casualties. 

 At 1:47pm, in Petrivka village, Kharkiv region, a 47-year-old man was blown up on an unknown explosive object; he was taken to the hospital. 

 At 1pm, a private house was damaged as a result of the VOG attack on Dvorichna. A 67-year-old man was injured. 

 Yesterday the enemy did not conduct any offensive towards Kupiansk. 

 Combined teams of bomb experts cleared 26.68 hectares of mines and destroyed 278 explosive ordnance. 

 As of today, 159 children have been evacuated from two communities: 39 from Vilkhuvatka and 120 from Velykyi Burluk.

Donetsk oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops repelled 54 russian attacks on the frontlines of Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts on 27 March.  

 Maksym Zhorin, Deputy Commander of the 3rd Separate Mechanised Brigade, reported that in the vicinity of Avdiivka, the russian army is trying to move forward towards Semenivka. Also russian troops have the opportunity to replace soldiers and replenish their brigades. 

 The russian army attacked towards Avdiivka, Novopavlivka and Orikhiv with the support of aviation. 

 Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office, informed that in the afternoon, russian troops shelled Novooleksandrivka village, Pokrovsk region. A 49-year-old man, who was in his garden, was injured.

 Roman Padun, Head of Kurakhove CMA, confirmed that the russian military massively shelled Kurakhove by artillery. As a result of the shelling, houses in the private sector were burning. It was the second shelling since the beginning of the day.

 Volodymyr Proskunin, Head of the CMA, and Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office, said that the enemy shelled Mykolaivka by four D-30SN UIPMs, killing a woman. More than 20 private and apartment buildings were damaged.

 The downtown Drobysheve of Lyman community also was under attack and 1 person was injured, the exact consequences of the shelling are being established. 

 Referring to Donetsk Regional Military Administration, a new mobile branch of Oschadbank was opened today. It was created on the basis of an armoured vehicle, and therefore will be able to provide services in de-occupied communities and those close to the front line. The branch is equipped with communication facilities, so it will be able to operate in the most remote settlements.

The operational situation in the oblast as of the morning of 28 March is as follows: 

 Towards Pokrovsk, a house was damaged in Yelyzavetivka  of Marinka community. In Ukrainsk of Selydove community, 2 people were injured and 29 apartment buildings damaged. In Kurakhove community, 23 private houses and an administrative building were damaged in Hirnyk, and 2 houses damaged in Hostre.  

 Towards Kramatorsk, Lyman community suffered numerous shelling: a house was destroyed in Yampil; 9 houses destroyed and 5 damaged in Terny; 2 houses destroyed and 6 damaged in Zarichne; 3 two-storey buildings, 3 private houses and 2 administrative buildings damaged in Lyman. In Raihorodok of Mykolaivka community, 1 person was killed and 12 private houses damaged. In Kostiantynivka, 7 private houses and a power line were damaged. 

 Towards Bakhmut, a house in Toretsk and another one in Druzhba were damaged. In Chasiv Yar community, 6 private houses and a non-residential building were damaged. A house was damaged in Serebrianka of Siversk community. 

 438 people, including 35 children, were evacuated from the frontline.

Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reported that yesterday russians killed one civilian in Raihorodok. Two more people were injured in the oblast over the day. 

Luhansk oblast

Yesterday the enemy attacked Makiivka where people still live. Along the contact line, russians shelled intensively by artillery systems, grenade launchers and small arms. 

Ukrainian positions in Bilohorivka were attacked again, but the enemy once again failed to break through the defences. The invaders did not conduct any offensive actions towards Kupiansk.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reported that the investors from russia, to whom the occupation authorities of the so-called “lpr” transfer coal mining enterprises in the absence of bidding, are preparing them for liquidation. They claim to guarantee miners’ jobs, but at the same time transfer them to the main department of mine restructuring. The payroll for these employees has not yet been approved.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Security measures will be stepped up in Kyiv due to russia’s intention to increase the number of missile attacks and the threat of sabotage groups entering the city. The responsible structures were ordered to ensure constant access to shelters and Invincibility Centres. The capital is also considering the need to hold mass events, increase the attention of law enforcement and military structures to crowded places, and monitor social media for the spread of disinformation and provocations aimed at destabilising the situation in the capital.

In Kyiv and Odesa, an FSB agent group that was preparing missile attacks on Kyiv TV tower, the capital’s thermal power station and units of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was exposed. One of the russian agents got a job as a freight forwarder at an Odesa-based company that supplies food to the Defence Forces, while the other collected information on the technical condition of Kyiv TV tower after it was shelled in March 2022 and photographed the appearance of one of the thermal power plants that provides electricity and heat to a large part of the capital’s region. The suspects face life imprisonment.

The Ukrainian Women’s Guard has started another long-term self-defence course for two groups of women and girls. During the three-hour training on 24 March, the women were taught how to choose the right stance when defending themselves against an attack, how to turn anything they had at hand into a weapon, and how to use the anatomical features of an attacker to their advantage. The participants performed exercises to learn how to defend themselves against blows and grips, as well as to overcome psychological barriers and fear of resistance.

According to Kyiv RMA, Makariv is continuing to repair a five-storey residential building on Dovzhenko Street that was damaged in the spring of 2022 during hostilities. As a result of shelling, the roof and facade, internal partitions of public areas and individual apartments, utility networks, and window and door blocks were damaged. 

On Easter, the curfew in Kyiv oblast will remain unchanged and last from 00:00 to 5:00. Only the clergy will be able to stay in churches at night, with limited access for the public, as the Easter holidays will continue under martial law.

Administrative service centres in Kyiv oblast received 222 tablets to ensure physical, informational and digital barrier-free access to services for people with disabilities. The assistance was provided by French partners from the Ile-de-France Region under a signed Memorandum of Cooperation.

Zhytomyr oblast

Zhytomyr RMA reported that medical facilities in Zhytomyr oblast will receive generators for uninterrupted operation in case of blackouts. The equipment was purchased as part of the joint project of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ukraine – Emergency COVID-19 Response and Vaccination Project.

Vitalii Bunechko, Head of Zhytomyr RMA, the first Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Estonia in Ukraine was opened in Zhytomyr. The opening ceremony was attended by Lauri Hussar, Head of the Estonian Parliament, Anneli Kolk, Ambassador of Estonia to Ukraine, and other members of the Estonian delegation.

On 23 March, representatives of the Korporatsioon Sakala NGO from the Estonian city of Tartu brought 7 cars, 2 ATVs and 3 trailers to Ovruch community. They will be handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The vehicles were brought from Estonia as humanitarian aid, the money for them was raised in Estonia, and residents of the Ovruch community also joined the collection. 

Sumy oblast

At night and in the morning of 28 March, the russian military fired 5 times at the border areas of Sumy oblast. There were 19 explosions on the territory of Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka and Esman communities. The enemy carried out an air attack with two guided aerial bombs launched from a tactical aircraft on the territory of Yunakivka community, while other communities were shelled with artillery, AGS and small arms.

Sumy RMA reported that russians fired 48 times at Sumy oblast. There were 179 explosions. Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Shalyhyne, Esman, and Seredyna-Buda communities were shelled. 

As part of his working visit to Sumy oblast, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, inspected the construction of fortifications, the organisation of defence on three border lines, visited the location of the 117th separate territorial defence brigade and a military hospital, where he presented state awards to wounded Ukrainian defenders.

Evacuation routes continue to operate for people leaving the border communities of Sumy oblast. Three evacuation routes operate daily in the region – the Sumy-Kyiv train No. 779 and two bus routes to Kharkiv and Dnipro. Upon arrival, citizens receive a one-time financial assistance.

Chernihiv oblast

According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, russian troops attacked 3 border communities in Chernihiv oblast with 81 strikes. Novhorod-Siverskyi community was hit by 13 cannon artillery strikes, Semenivka community – 57 strikes from cannon and rocket artillery, mortars and FPV drones, and Snovsk community – 11 strikes from cannon artillery.

As the city council reported, the Danish Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine will finance the construction of a residential complex in Chernihiv. Seven residential buildings with 410 apartments and a kindergarten with 200 places are planned to be built in the Masany neighbourhood. The buildings are to be environmentally friendly and energy efficient, and between €20m and €25m will be allocated for their construction. The Chernihiv City Council has already allocated a suitable land plot for construction.

According to Liudmyla Tkachenko, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi community, about half of the residents have left the 20-kilometre border zone, and there is no cultivation of fields or logging. As of 1 January 2022, 2,741 people lived there, and as of 1 January 2024, 1,490 remained.

Chernihiv RMA reported that social workers from 13 communities in Chernihiv oblast received 18 electric scooters with the help of the United Nations Development Programme and the Government of Japan, which financed their purchase and delivery. The vehicles will allow social workers to reach the most remote corners of the community on time and provide the necessary services.  

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that 2 people were wounded in Nikopol as a result of night shelling. Those are a 65-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman. Both are hospitalized in moderate condition. The enemy attacked Nikopol region with artillery and a kamikaze drone. In the region’s centre, a hotel, 4 private houses, and 2 outbuildings were damaged, another one destroyed, a car and a power line hit.

The occupiers attacked Nikopol region about a dozen times during the day, launching 5 kamikaze drones and firing from artillery. They attacked Nikopol itself, Marhanets, Myrove and Pokrovsk communities. A lyceum, infrastructure facilities, a utility company, 4 private houses, a playground, 4 outbuildings, another one destroyed, a garage, a power line and a gas pipeline damaged.

A warhead of an X-59 missile was found in a field in Kryvyi Rih. It was destroyed by a controlled explosion on a special training ground. 

Vinnytsia oblast

According to Vinnytsia City Council the city’s hospital received a special simulator from the partner city of Munster for the rehabilitation of Vinnytsia residents. This is a complex with a suspended system used to treat both civilians and military patients with neurological, cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal pathologies.

Kirovohrad oblast

2,000 food packages and 5 tons of flour have been delivered to IDPs by the Endannia humanitarian hub of Pokrovsk City Administration located in Kropyvnytskyi. It provides assistance to Donetsk oblast’s residents who moved to Kirovohrad oblast due to the war. The hub has registered 2700 IDPs from 14 communities of Donetsk oblast. 

Poltava oblast

Poltava hospital, where wounded defenders are being treated, received humanitarian aid from Reshetylivka. Thanks to support from all over the country, hundreds of containers for taking tests (sterile), drip systems and blood collection tubes were delivered to Poltava.

Cherkasy oblast

Uman City Council announced that 11-year-old Ilia Revutskyi from Uman region has been volunteering for 2 years. Since the first days of the full-scale invasion he and his parents have been bringing cars from abroad and preparing them for the military. His duties include cleaning the interior, washing and helping with painting. For his help to the army, Ilia received an award from the 65th Airmobile Brigade soldiers – the Volunteer of Ukraine at the Call of the Soul medal.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

In Zaporizhzhia, rescuers eliminated the consequences of a drone attack, previously identified as a Shahed type.

As a result of the UAV attack, houses in three districts of Zaporizhzhia were damaged, namely: Zavodskiy, Kommunarskiy and Shevchenkivskiy. Thus, three houses were destroyed to the ground, and more than 80 damaged.

Anatolii Kurtev, Secretary of Zaporizhzhia City Council said that two people were injured as a result of a russian drone attack on Zaporizhzhia at night on 28 March. Private houses in three districts of the city were destroyed. 

Mykolaiv oblast

The number of people injured in the shelling of Mykolaiv on 27 March increased to 12.

Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, reported that on 27 March, at 11:00am, a russian Lancet drone strike in the village of Lupareve, Halytsynivka community, damaged a private building. There were no casualties. At 12:45 and 12:54, the russian army fired artillery shells at the water area of Ochakiv community. There were no casualties. 

Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, 573 children have been killed and more than 1269 have been injured of varying severity. This is the data provided by juvenile prosecutors as of 28 March, the press service of the OGPU reported.

Odesa oblast

On the morning of 28 March, a tactical aircraft fired a guided missile from the Black Sea to Odesa oblast. Air armed forces destroyed the missile over the sea.

Ileh Kiper, Head of  Odesa Military Administration, said that at the beginning of the night, from Tu-22M3 aircraft that had reached the launching positions over the Black Sea, the russians sent X-22 missiles towards the south of the region, and then from a Su-30 aircraft they fired an anti-radar missile in the same direction. The missiles lost their combat capability in the sea. 

Around three in the morning, the enemy attacked Odesa oblast with attack drones, directing them at an energy facility. All the targets were destroyed . 

Kherson oblast

One person was killed and two injured as a result of an attack of the russian military on a taxi in Kherson.

During the day, the russian army shelled the central district of Kherson. The trolleybus network was damaged. Electric transport in the city was stopped. Two people were injured.

In Kherson, the russian military shelled a higher education institution. After another attack, windows, classrooms, and the facade of the building were completely destroyed.

In the morning, the russian army attacked Mykhailivka in Kherson oblast. Two people sustained blast injuries and shrapnel injuries.

Kherson Regional State Administration reported that russian troops attacked Beryslav in Kherson oblast with drones. Two people were injured. They were taken to hospital in moderate condition. 

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that over the past day, the russian military shelled 17 settlements in Kherson oblast. Two multi-storey buildings and 10 private houses, port infrastructure, a critical infrastructure facility, a shopping centre, outbuildings and a car were damaged. Two people were killed and four injured. 

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

Lutsk City Council will transfer ownership of the PEUGEOT BOXER truck to the military unit. The adoption of the decision will ensure an increase in the level of combat capability of the military unit and the fulfilment of tasks related to repelling the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.

Zakarpattia oblast

RegioJet and the Ukrzaliznytsia JSC are starting daily direct train and bus services on the Chop – Prague – Chop route. The train leaves Prague at 21:38. Arrival at Chop at 10:35 Kyiv time.

Uzhhorod City Council held a meeting with representatives of the Department of Health and Civil Protection of the Population, the Commission for the Reorganisation of Medical Institutions, and heads of the city’s medical and preventive institutions. They discussed the creation of a medical cluster institution.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Lviv oblast

Residents of the villages of Stariava and Zaverkhyi also weave camouflage nets within a charity campaign currently underway in Mostyshcha region. In just one week, local volunteers made 5 such nets.

Lviv City Council handed out business support certificates to 53 veterans, their wives and mothers. According to the results of the competition for voucher support from the city, they will receive up to UAH 300,000 to establish or develop their own business. Entrepreneurs have half a year to implement their business project. This is the third time that the city has held a voucher competition for the support of veterans, veterans, their wives and husbands.

Rivne oblast

Rivne received a new, multi-functional MAN car, a dump truck crane, which will serve the municipal needs of the city from German partners from Berlin. A few months earlier, Rivne received a minibus, a forklift, a truck and tools.

Rivne RMA sent confiscated logs of different types of trees, chainsaws, several laptops and a homemade motor pump to the needs of the military. All this property was seized and confiscated by court decisions.

Ternopil oblast

Reconstruction of a polyclinic is underway in Koropetsk community to accommodate 7 families of 22 IDPs. A dormitory is also being arranged, which is on the balance sheet of Koropetsk Lyceum. After the upgrade, IDPs will also be able to live there.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Ukrenerho reported that in Khmelnytskyi oblast, blackout schedules may be introduced.

Chernivtsi oblast

At the session of Chernivtsi City Council, funds were allocated to support the Armed Forces and a decision was made to send quadcopters to the military.

Ruslan Zaparaniuk, Head of the RMA, spoke with Oleksii Pavliuk, Commander of the 94th Battalion of the 107th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces. They discussed priority needs, cooperation of military units with local authorities and volunteers.

A coalition of armoured vehicles in support of Ukraine was launched in Warsaw. Within the coalition of armoured vehicles, 4 syndicates were created. Each syndicate is assigned certain tasks: the supply of weapons and ammunition for Western armoured vehicles; their maintenance and repair; training of crews and technical personnel; working out the effective tactics of using armoured vehicles on the battlefield. In the long term, the member countries of the tank coalition and the coalition of armoured vehicles will help in the creation of the future armoured fleet of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and establish an innovative industrial partnership with Ukraine.

Radoslav Sikorskyi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, stated that the country plans to double its contribution to the Czech initiative to purchase shells for Ukraine.

Christian Freuding, Head of the situational centre of Ukraine under the Ministry of Defense of Germany, announced that in the coming days, the country will send 10,000 artillery ammunition from the Bundeswehr’s arsenal to Ukraine.

The EU ambassadors agreed on the renewal and extension of the trade agreement with Ukraine. According to the new agreement, quotas and duties will be introduced based on import volumes not only in 2022 and 2023, but also in the second half of 2021.
