Russian invaders continue their assaults on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A total of 92 combat engagements have been recorded since the beginning of the day.
As a result of shelling from the territory of the Russian Federation, border settlements were affected: Tymofiivka (Kharkiv region); Turya, Pokrovka, Korenyok, Nova Huta, Vovkivka, and Petrushivka (Sumy region).
In the North-Slobozhanske and Kursk directions, the Defense Forces repelled 14 attacks since the start of the day, with four more combat engagements still ongoing. The enemy also launched six airstrikes using seven guided bombs and carried out 180 shelling attacks, including five with multiple rocket launchers.
In the South-Slobozhanske direction, the enemy launched three attacks on Ukrainian positions near Vovchansk, Petro-Ivanivka, and Kamianske — all were successfully repelled.
In the Kupiansk direction, the occupiers attempted to break through Ukrainian lines four times near Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, Zelenyi Hai, and toward Velyka Shapkivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, the invaders carried out 16 attacks near Hrekivka, Novyi Myr, Yampilivka, Torske, and in the directions of Dronivka, Shandryholove, Cherneshchyna, and Serednie. Four combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Siverskyi, Kramatorsk, and Toretsk directions, no active offensive actions by the enemy were recorded today.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the occupiers launched 25 attacks on Ukrainian defensive positions near the settlements of Rusyn Yar, Myrne, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Dachne, as well as toward Volodymyrivka and Pokrovsk. The Defense Forces repelled 20 assaults, with five combat engagements still underway. Enemy losses are being clarified.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the aggressor attacked eight times near Piddubne, Maliivka, and Voskresenka — toward Temyrivka and Oleksandrohgrad. One engagement is ongoing.
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy shelled the area of Zaliznychne with unguided rockets. No active offensive operations were recorded.
In the Orikhiv direction, one combat engagement was recorded — the occupiers advanced near Stepnohirsk.
In the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy attacked Defense Forces positions five times in the direction of Dniprovskyi, Sadove, and Prydniprovskyi, and also carried out airstrikes on the cities of Kherson and Mykolaivka.
No significant changes were observed in other areas of the front.
On July 23, 2025, Ukraine conducted the 9th prisoner exchange. President Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced that severely ill and seriously wounded soldiers had returned home.
A new draft law by Zelenskyi will restore the independence of Ukraine’s anti-corruption agencies, NABU. According to NABU, this legislation will reinstate all powers and guarantees of independence for both NABU and the SAPO.

Kharkiv oblast
Frontline Situation
As of 16:00, in the South-Slobozhanske direction, Russian forces launched three assaults on the positions of Ukrainian units near the settlements of Vovchansk, Petro-Ivanivka, and Kamianske — all of which have been repelled. This was reported by the General Staff.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance four times near Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, Zelenyi Hai, and toward Velyka Shapkivka. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, the invading army conducted 16 attacks, including near Novyi Myr.
In total, 172 combat engagements were recorded over the past 24 hours.
In the South-Slobozhanske direction, the enemy made 10 unsuccessful attempts to advance near the settlements of Vovchansk, Kamianka, Dvorichna, and toward Petro-Ivanivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, nine enemy assaults were recorded yesterday. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled attacks near Stepova Novoselivka, Boryvska Andriivka, Holubivka, Zahryzove, and Novoplatonivka.
Shelling
In Kharkiv, emergency services continue to respond to the aftermath of two guided air bombs (KABs) that struck the Shevchenkivskyi district. According to updated information, at least 42 people were injured, including six children.
Currently, six victims remain hospitalized, including a 17-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl, both in moderate condition. One woman is in critical condition.
The destruction is significant. Units of the State Emergency Service, National Police, and emergency medical teams are working at the scene. Preliminary reports indicate that windows in five residential buildings were damaged, along with a municipal facility, 25 cars (seven of which burned), and one civilian enterprise — which was nearly destroyed by the strike. Thanks to timely response following the air raid alert, people were able to evacuate in time.

In Kharkiv’s Industrial District, a Russian airstrike caused damage to a private yard, a garage, multiple garages, and power lines, with windows shattered, according to Mayor Terekhov. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
The Russian military carried out the airstrike at approximately 11:30 p.m. on July 23, reportedly using a FAB-250 bomb with a Universal Planning and Correction Module (UMPK). According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the affected family were internally displaced persons from Bohuslavka, Izium district.

Over the past day, nine settlements in the Kharkiv region came under enemy attack. As a result of the shelling, three people were killed and five were injured.
In the village of Pidlyman, Boryva community, a 36-year-old man, a 55-year-old man, and a 55-year-old woman were killed.
In the village of Petropavlivske, Velykyi Burluk community, a 61-year-old man was injured.
In the city of Kupiansk, the injured include a 79-year-old man, a 70-year-old man, a 75-year-old woman, and a 49-year-old woman.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons against the Kharkiv region:
▪️ 5 guided aerial bombs (KABs);
▪️ 10 “Geran-2” type UAVs;
▪️ 4 FPV drones.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed in several areas:
▪️ In Kharkiv district: a private house was damaged in the settlement of Slatyne, and a garage in the village of Kozacha Lopan;
▪️ In Kupiansk district: two private houses were damaged in the village of Kurganne, and an apartment building in the city of Kupiansk;
▪️ In Izium district: outbuildings of an inactive farm were damaged in the village of Lypchanivka, as well as a private house in the village of Pidlyman;
▪️ In Chuhuiv district: window glazing was damaged in three two-story buildings and two outbuildings in the village of Martove.
Settlements in the north of the region — particularly in the Kupiansk, Vovchansk, and Boryva directions — remain under constant enemy fire. The occupiers continue to destroy residential buildings and critical infrastructure.
In Kupiansk, water and gas supply networks were destroyed by recent strikes. Restoration is currently impossible due to ongoing shelling. Despite the threat, around 1,300 residents remain in the city. Between 10 and 50 people are evacuated daily. All evacuees receive humanitarian and legal assistance, temporary housing in Kharkiv, or help relocating to other regions. A total of 344 settlements in the region are currently under evacuation status.
During the latest prisoner exchange, seven defenders from the Kharkiv region returned to Ukraine. Among the freed were three residents of Kharkiv city, two servicemen from the Bohodukhiv district, and one each from the Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts.

Donetsk oblast
Frontline Situation
Russian forces reduced the number of assaults to four in the Toretsk direction over the past day, compared to 13 the day before. The attacks targeted areas around Toretsk, according to the General Staff.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 61 assaults over the past day, down from 74 the previous day.
In the Lyman direction, Russian forces launched 28 attacks, compared to 21 the day before.
Shelling
Three people were injured as a result of a Russian shelling in the settlement of Vodyanske, Donetsk region, according to the State Emergency Service (SES). Five houses were damaged.
Firefighters managed to contain a blaze covering an area of 96 square meters, but due to repeated shelling, the firefighting operation had to be temporarily halted.

Russian forces shelled the private sector of Kramatorsk on July 23 at 18:30 using a “Molniya-2” UAV. There were no casualties or injuries reported. However, 25 houses were damaged, according to the Military-Civil Administration (MCA).
Around 11:00, the Russian army dropped three FAB-250 bombs on Kostyantynivka. Police immediately arrived at the sites of the attacks to provide first aid to the victims and transport them to hospitals. As a result of the attack, two women aged 48 and 59 were killed, and 14 civilians were injured — including 5 women and 9 men. Damage was recorded to five multi-story residential buildings, an administrative building, two shops, a café, and several vehicles.

Nine wounded from the shelling of Kostyantynivka were admitted to the multidisciplinary intensive care hospital. According to medical director Olena Filipova, the patients suffered shrapnel wounds to the torso and limbs, concussion syndromes, and cuts.
After midnight, occupiers shelled Sloviansk, Kostyantynivka, and Novoselivka. Residential buildings, educational institutions, a cultural center, and vehicles were damaged.
At night, Russian forces shelled the Sloviansk community, reported MCA head Vadym Lyakh. The village of Myrne was hit by a “Geran-2” UAV strike. The cultural center building was completely destroyed by fire. There were no casualties or injuries.
Six people were wounded yesterday in Donetsk region due to Russian shelling in Myrnohrad, Siversk, Kostyantynivka, Staroraiske, and Zarichne, according to Donetsk OVA head Vadym Filashkin. No deaths were reported.

During the day, police recorded 3,325 enemy shelling incidents.
Twelve settlements were under fire: cities Dobropillia, Kostyantynivka, Kramatorsk, Lyman, Myrnohrad, Siversk, Sloviansk; urban-type settlements Drobycheve, Zarichne; and villages Vodyanske, Staroraiske, Tetianivka.
In Kostyantynivka, Russians struck with artillery and drones — injuring one civilian and damaging a multi-apartment building, three private houses, a garage, and a bus.
In Myrnohrad, an enemy FPV drone wounded two civilians.
Russian artillery targeted Siversk — injuring one civilian and destroying six private houses.
A drone attack in Staroraiske injured one person and damaged vehicles.
In Zarichne, one civilian was wounded and three homes were destroyed.
Other
Evacuations are ongoing for all families with children from ten more settlements in Donetsk region. Children will be forcibly evacuated from the city of Dobropillia, villages Hannivka, Novyi Donbas, Rubizhne of Dobropillia community, and villages Dobropillia, Nadiia, Novokryvorizhzhia, Novomariivka, Novofedorivka, Raksha of Kryvorizka community. Approximately 928 children remain in these areas, according to Donetsk OVA head Vadym Filashkin.
Luhansk oblast
On July 23, two servicemen from the Luhansk Border Detachment were released from Russian captivity during a prisoner exchange. They had been captured in April 2022, according to the Luhansk Border Detachment.
Yesterday, Russian forces carried out 28 assaults on the Lyman direction, including near the villages of Hrekivka and Shypylivka, the Regional Military Administration (RMA) reported. While shelling Ukrainian positions, the invaders used artillery systems and drones. In total, they attempted to direct 73 UAVs and FPV drones against Ukrainian defenders. They also fired 38 rounds from tube artillery.
After dismantling local water utilities in the so-called “LPR,” the occupiers turned to companies responsible for providing heating to the population. Recently, the Luhansk Heating Organization was recognized by the Russians as the sole resource-supplying enterprise in the heating sector on the occupied territory of Luhansk region. Its operations will cover 10 cities with centralized heating systems. In frontline settlements captured in 2022, the company will operate in Hirsk, Zolote, Lysychansk, and Sievierodonetsk. However, most residents of these towns have endured three winters without heating.
Large-scale fires have broken out in the occupied territories of Luhansk region. The fires have destroyed residential buildings, and the occupation authorities are unable to manage the aftermath.
In occupied Luhansk, near School No. 39, sewage is being discharged directly into the Luhanka River, reports the Center for National Resistance.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Regional State Administration reported that on the night of 24 July, a differentiated air raid warning system was launched in Kyiv oblast. Now, air raid warnings will only be issued in those areas that are under real threat. If enemy targets are detected, the signal will be sent to the part of the oblast that is in immediate danger, rather than to the entire oblast.
On Independence Square in Kyiv, peoplepaid their last respects to Maksym Kazban, commander of the Lyut assault brigade, who died on 22 July in a car accident in Donetsk Oblast. He led a unit of law enforcement officers from Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts who fought on key fronts. Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, Head of the National Police of Ukraine Ivan Vyhovsky, deputy heads of departments, combat commanders, comrades, relatives, friends and colleagues came to say goodbye to the hero.
Kyiv Military Hub reported that special equine therapy classes are being organised in Kyiv for combatants and veterans. The therapy involves horse riding and interacting with horses. The classes will be held in small groups on a regular basis. The head of Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, reported that a delegation of heads of foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine visited Kyiv oblast. In particular, the delegation attended the Gotuyemo factory-kitchen in Bucha. This is the first project in Ukraine implemented as part of school meal reform, which was made possible thanks to the support of American philanthropist Howard Buffett and The Howard G. Buffett Foundation.
Zhytomyr oblast
During the ninth prisoner exchange, eight Ukrainian soldiers from Zhytomyr Oblast returned home. According to the Regional Military Administration, they are natives of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr, Volytsia, Singuriv, Berezivka, and Divochka.
The head of Zhytomyr oblast Military Administration, Vitaliy Bunechko, reported that engineering defences are constantly being strengthened in the border area. The border line and the territory of Zhytomyr oblast adjacent to it are under constant control by border guards and special services. Currently the threat from Belarus is absent.
Sumy oblast
The General Staff reported that over the past day, Ukrainian troops repelled 12 russian attacks on Northern–Slobozhanskyi and Kursk front. enemy forces also carried out 9 airstrikes using 21 guided aerial bombs and launched 368 shelling attacks, six of which involved multiple rocket launch systems.
Oleh Hryhorov, Head of the RMA, said that after 6pm on 24 July, russian forces attacked Znob-Novhorodske community. As a result of the strikes, one person was killed and another injured. The prosecutor’s office clarified that a russian drone targeted a vehicle parked on the roadside. A 43-year-old woman who was nearby was killed in the strike. A 60-year-old woman was injured at home during artillery shelling.
The Regional Military Administration informed that during the night of 23 July, russian forces struck critical infrastructure facilities in Sumy oblast. As a result of the attack, hundreds of thousands of consumers were left without electricity. Energy workers operated in emergency mode. Constant air raid alerts and the threat of further strikes complicated recovery efforts. Despite all risks, most subscribers who had lost power have already been reconnected.
Between the morning of 23 July and the morning of 24 July, russian forces carried out over 60 attacks on 30 settlements across 13 territorial communities in Sumy oblast. The highest number of strikes was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy actively used guided aerial bombs (20 explosions), dropped VOG grenades from UAVs (10 explosions), and launched attacks by multiple rocket launch systems (5 explosions). Additional strikes were carried out using FPV-drones, other UAVs, and missiles.
According to the Regional Military Administration, over the past day, russian strikes in Sumy oblast caused a fire at a store in Druzhbivka community, damaged a private residential house in Seredyna-Buda community, and a non-residential building in Bilopilia community.
The Regional Military Administration reported that on 23 July in Sumy region, a 14-year-old boy found an unidentified object on the street and picked it up. It exploded in his hands. The child could not be saved.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine informed that on 23 July in Shostka region, senior sapper-operator Oleh Petrenko was killed during humanitarian demining of liberated territories. A russian FPV-drone detonated during the pyrotechnic team’s operation. Two other sappers were seriously injured and taken to hospital.
Over the past day, 24 people were evacuated from border communities by local authorities in cooperation with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and public organizations.
A nationwide run will be held in Sumy oblast to honor the fallen Heroes of the russo-Ukrainian war, titled ‘I honor warriors, I run for the Heroes of Ukraine.’ According to Yevhen Pokhodnia, Head of the Youth and Sports Department of Sumy Regional Military Administration, this run is an annual patriotic tradition commemorating soldiers who died during the war. It is timed to coincide with the Day of Remembrance of Ukraine’s defenders and carries national significance.
Chernihiv oblast
Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment reported that on 23 July, russian forces attacked the border community of Snovsk in Chernihiv oblast. The russians used explosive drops from UAVs. One explosion was recorded in Huta-Studenetska village and another in Khrinivka village.
Koriukivka Regional Military Administration informed that on 23 July, National Guard serviceman Petro Donets from Semenivka village in Menska community returned home from russian captivity. He defended Ukraine during the Anti-Terrorist Operation and from the first days of the full-scale war. He was captured in February 2022 and spent over three years in captivity.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the RMA, reported that from evening until morning, the enemy continued attacking Nikopol region by drones and artillery. Strikes targeted the regional centre, Pokrov, Myrove and Marhanets communities. A fire broke out, damaging a private house, businesses and infrastructure. Also, the occupiers launched a drone strike on Mezhova community in Synelnykove region, damaging an agricultural enterprise.
During the day, the enemy attacked 2 regions in the oblast: Nikopol and Synelnykove. The occupiers struck Nikopol nearly 15 times by drones and artillery. Targets included the regional centre, Myrove and Marhanets communities. In Marhanets, a 34-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy were injured. The boy was hospitalised in critical condition. Several fires were reported. In Nikopol, 2 educational institutions, a medical facility, a high-rise building, a shopping centre and a café were damaged. 5 private houses and an outbuilding were affected. The enemy launched drone strikes on Velykomykhailivka and Mezhova communities in Synelnykove region. 2 civilians – a 53-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man – were injured. A car, an outbuilding and an enterprise were damaged.
Kirovohrad oblast
In Kropyvnytskyi, residents paid tribute to Vitalii Kyryliuk and Roman Kutsenko, who were killed in the russian-Ukrainian war.
Senior Sergeant Roman Kutsenko, born in 1985, died on 19 July 2025, in a military hospital from injuries sustained the day before during a combat mission.
Sailor Vitalii Kyryliuk, born in 1995, was killed on 16 July 2025, during the execution of a combat operation.
Poltava oblast
According to Poltava Regional Military Administration, among those who returned from russian captivity during the 9th prisoner exchange round are, preliminarily, 6 residents of Poltava oblast.
As a result of air defence activity in Myrhorod region, the crash of an enemy drone was recorded.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of the RMA, stated that russia launched a missile strike on Cherkasy city. 7 people were injured, including a 9-year-old child. Multiple impact sites from falling debris were identified in the city. However, significant damage was caused to residential infrastructure: at least 15 apartment buildings sustained broken windows and damaged roofs. Educational and healthcare institutions, a forestry facility, a city cemetery, garages and vehicles were affected.

Referring to Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, 14 more families from Cherkasy oblast have been reunited with their loved ones who were previously held in russian captivity.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported that a 48-year-old woman was injured as a result of a russian artillery strike on Novoandriivka in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Houses were damaged. The woman was hospitalised and is receiving medical care.
On 23 July, a 43-year-old woman was injured due to a russian attack on Vasylkivka region.
Serhii Kushnir, Vice-Rector of Zaporizhzhia National University, said that russian drone attacks overnight on 24 July damaged the recreational facilities of the university.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the RMA, stated that the russian military attacked Zaporizhzhia and the oblast by 9 Shahed drones overnight. Utility buildings and a university facility were damaged and fires broke out but were extinguished by emergency services. There were no casualties reported. The attack damaged gardening cooperatives, administrative buildings and other civilian infrastructure.
Referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, defence forces in Orikhiv direction repelled 3 russian attacks near Mala Tokmachka. In Huliaipole region, russian forces attempted an unsuccessful assault near Bilohiria.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the RMA, stated that on 23 July, russian forces carried out 387 strikes on 14 cities and villages in the oblast, including 271 drone attacks (mainly FPV drones) on Zaporizhzhia, Kushuhum, Nizhna Khortytsia, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka and Mala Tokmachka.
Mykolaiv oblast
The RMA reported that overnight on 24 July, 8 Shahed drones were shot down over the oblast.
The russian forces attacked Mykolaiv by Shahed drones during the night. Falling debris caused fires at 2 commercial warehouses. There were no casualties reported.
1 drone strike damaged a facility of the Norwegian humanitarian organisation NPA in Mykolaiv.
On 23 July, russian forces shelled and launched FPV drone attacks on Kutsurub community. In Dmytrivka village, 2 private houses, utility buildings and an administrative structure were damaged. There were no casualties reported.
Odesa oblast
According to Odesa Regional Military Administration, russia launched over 30 attack drones in a nighttime assault on Odesa. 4 people were injured and 1 killed. The body of a man was recovered from the rubble of a high-rise building. A Russian drone struck directly in the street on Prymorskyi Boulevard. Historic landmarks sustained broken windows and facades were damaged; streetlights and benches were destroyed. 2 commercial pavilions at Pryvoz Market burned down. A residential building suffered destruction from the 5th to 8th floors. An administrative building and a gas station were damaged. 2 schools and the Palace of Children’s Creativity were affected by the attack.
Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration, reported that on 23 July, russian forces targeted civilian infrastructure in Odesa region, damaging grain storage facilities, loading equipment and administrative offices. Some equipment was destroyed. Railway infrastructure was severely affected: rolling stock was destroyed and tracks and control systems were damaged.
According to the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, the last defender of Zmiinyi (Snake) Island, Vitalii Hyrenko, has been freed from russian captivity.

Kherson oblast
The RMA reported that today, russian forces shelled Kachkarivka village in Kherson oblast. At least 7 residential houses, utility buildings, garages and a tractor were damaged or destroyed. There were no casualties reported.
The CMA reported that russian forces dropped 4 KABs on the central part of Kherson, damaging an educational facility and 2 medical institutions. 1 person was reported injured; further information is being clarified.
Based on the information provided by the RMA, a 75-year-old woman was injured in a russian airstrike on Kherson. She was hospitalised.
Referring to the CMA, around 6am, russian forces launched a drone strike on Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. 2 men sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds and were hospitalised.
The RMA informed that russian troops used artillery, mortars multiple-launch rocket systems and drones to attack Beryslav region.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the RMA, stated that on 23 July, as a result of shelling in Kherson oblast, 1 person was killed and 6 injured, including 2 children. 2 high-rise buildings, 13 private houses, a garage and a truck were damaged. The russian forces attacked 39 settlements in the oblast.

Volyn oblast
The RMA reported that among the defenders who were released from captivity, there are three residents of Volyn oblast.
Zakarpattia oblast
At a session of Uzhhorod City Council, the burial of fallen defenders of Ukraine on the left side of the alley on the Hill of Glory was supported. Deputies voted to make changes to the detailed plan of the territory.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Petro Nedohodiuk, Machine Gunner in the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade Edelveis, returned home after two years of captivity. Together with his comrades, Petro Nedokhodiuk defended Bakhmut. On 8 July of the same year, the serviceman was captured by the russian federation in the village of Berestovo, Donetsk oblast.
Lviv oblast
Czech medics will arrive in Lviv oblast with a medical mission. In August, together with Lviv specialists, they will perform dozens of complex reconstructive surgeries on people who suffered from the full-scale war.
The RMA reported that among defenders who were released from captivity, there are a total of 13 residents of Lviv oblast.
Rivne oblast
Among the Ukrainian soldiers released from captivity yesterday, there are 8 soldiers from Rivne oblast. Three are from Rivne region, 2 each from Vara and Sarny and o1ne from Dubno. The youngest is 29 years old, the oldest is 55.
Ternopil oblast
The RMA reported that during the prisoner exchange as part of the agreements in Istanbul, 2 defenders from Ternopil oblast returned home.
A meeting of the Association of Cities was held in Ternopil. Community leaders discussed the most important issues: support for defenders, security of settlements, assistance to veterans, preparation for the heating season, and budget planning.
Khmelnytskyi oblast

Chernivtsi City Council and the CF Prosthesis Hub charitable organization have concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation to improve the quality of services in the field of prosthetics, orthotics and related rehabilitation. Key goals are developing a strategy for providing assistive technologies at the city and community levels and piloting this strategy in healthcare institutions in Chernivtsi.
