Yesterday, towards Kupiansk, the enemy carried out seven assaults. The Defense Forces repelled attacks near Holubivka, Kupiansk, Pishchane, Zahryzove, Zelenyi Hai, and toward Bohuslavka.

Shelling

At approximately 4:35pm, drone debris fell on private property in the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv. Fortunately, there was no detonation.

Seven settlements were struck by enemy fire over the past day.

Two civilians were injured as a result of the shelling.

An 84-year-old woman was injured in Kupiansk, and a 67-year-old woman was wounded in the village of Ivano-Shyichyne, part of the Bohodukhiv community.

A 29-year-old man was injured due to detonation of an unknown explosive device in the village of Verbivka, Balakliia community.

The enemy actively used various types of weaponry in Kharkiv oblast:

▪️ 24 Shahed-type drones (“Geran-2”);
▪️ 2 FPV drones;
▪️ 1 UAV (type yet to be identified).

In the Kupiansk district, the following damages were reported:

  • An apartment building (Kupiansk);

Donetsk oblast

Shelling

At approximately 4:40am today, the russian army carried out an airstrike with a KAB-250 bomb on Kramatorsk. According to the police, the bomb hit a multi-story residential building. A 10-year-old boy was killed, and eight other residents were injured. Three apartment buildings and an educational institution were damaged.

At the same time, two KAB-250 air bombs were dropped on Sloviansk. Four people were injured: two women aged 54 and 63, and two men aged 39 and 53. The attack damaged 12 apartment buildings, 2 educational institutions, and 13 civilian vehicles.

On July 21 alone, the police recorded 3,315 shelling incidents. Russian forces concentrated their attacks on 9 settlements.

In Kostiantynivka, the enemy used two KAB-250 bombs, drones, and artillery. One person was killed and 11 houses were damaged.

In Zarichne, the occupiers killed a civilian and destroyed their home.

In Kramatorsk, russians used 3 UAVs—one person was injured, and a private house, garage, and car were damaged.

Two civilians were injured in Dobropillia as a result of shelling with a Smerch multiple launch rocket system.

In Lyman, russian forces deployed drones—one person was injured, and two homes, a gas station, and a car were damaged.

In Rodynske, a civilian was injured and an apartment building was destroyed due to enemy attacks. One person was also wounded in the village of Shandryholove.

Luhansk oblast

Most of the assaults were carried out by russian forces towards Lyman — 23 in total. Three more took place towards Siversk. According to the Regional Military Administration, they opened fire by barrel artillery 18 times against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Seventy enemy UAVs and FPV-drones attempted to complete combat missions.

In the so-called “lpr”, it has been acknowledged that they still lack top-level authorization to issue new-format russian international passports to residents of Luhansk. These passports have a validity of 10 years. Therefore, in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast, only old-format russian passports valid for five years can be obtained. The service is available only in four locations within Luhansk city. Other towns do not offer it.

In Lysychansk, the housing and utilities sector is virtually non-existent. It was created on paper by the occupiers, but there is a vast gap between the allocation of budget funds and the actual provision of services. The occupiers respond to residents’ requests with significant delays or ignore them altogether, leaving locals to deal with utility problems on their own. In one apartment building with a damaged roof, no roofers ever arrived. As a result, nearly all apartments from top to bottom were flooded. The building is now practically uninhabitable.
