It has been the 998 th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

On 17 November, there were over 70 combat engagements. The occupiers continue to use aviation, in particular, drones, and carry out attacks in almost all directions of the east and south of Ukraine, especially towards Pokrovsk and Kurakhove. Ukrainian soldiers are holding the line and taking all necessary measures to prevent a breakthrough in the defense. 

The occupier did not stop using artillery and aviation on the territory of Sumy oblast. Basivka came under enemy fire. Enemy aircraft also struck Zhuravka, dropping two guided bombs. 

According to the available information, russians carried out nine air strikes on the territory of Kursk oblast of the russian federation, using 13 guided missile systems.

 Towards  Kharkiv, there were four combat engagements. Ukrainian troops repelled enemy attacks in the vicinity of Vovchansk and Starytsia. The enemy also launched airstrikes in the vicinity of Tsyrkuny, Kozacha Lopan and Vovchansk, dropping seven aerial combat vehicles.

Towards Kupiansk, nine assaults by the invaders were repelled near Kucherivka, Zahryzove, Kruhlyakivka and Kolisnykivka. Three more firefights are still ongoing. 

Towards Lyman, the enemy is attacking near Tverdokhlibove, Hrekivka, Terny and Cherneshchyna. In total, there were four combat engagements in this sector. 

Towards Siversk, the occupiers are actively using aviation, Siversk was attacked by six anti-aircraft gunships. In addition, one occupiers’ attack was repelled near Verkhnekamianske. 

Towards Kramatorsk, the enemy used attack aircraft, firing eight unguided missiles at the area of Novomarkove. 

Towards Toretsk, with the support of aviation, the enemy attacked Ukrainian troops’ positions twice near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. One firefight is currently underway.

Towards Pokrovsk, in the vicinity of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Krutyi Yar, Yurivka, Hryhorivka and Petrivka, 18 enemy attacks were repelled, six of which are still ongoing.

Towards Kurakhove, four combat engagements were repelled, and 19 more are ongoing in the vicinity of Nova Illinka, Berestky, Voznesenka, Sontsivka, Zoria, Maksymilianivka, Dalne, Kurakhove and Antonivka. 

Towards Vremivka, two enemy attacks near Trudove were repelled, and the enemy dropped six guided aerial bombs near Velyka Novosilka. 

Towards Orikhiv, the invaders are using aviation in the vicinity of Novodanylivka and Novoandriivka. 

Towards Kherson, Ukrainian troops repelled one enemy attack.

The Ukrainian Air Force reports that on the night of November 17, russia launched a combined attack on Ukraine’s energy sector facilities with 210 missiles and UAVs. Air defense destroyed 144 targets, another 41 enemy UAVs were lost in different regions of Ukraine, and 2 more flew towards russia and the temporarily occupied territory. 

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy informs that F-16 pilots shot down about 10 russian air targets on the night of November 17.  He also added that during the week, russia used almost 140 missiles of various types, more than 900 guided aerial bombs and more than 600 attack drones on the territory of Ukraine.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Viktor Kovalenko, head of the village administration, says that four UAVs hit Zolochiv community around 09:10. russians struck three times near the village of Baranivka, and another time on the outskirts of the village of Stohniia. There was no information on casualties or damage.

The press service of the regional prosecutor’s office reported that a 61-year-old woman was killed and an 84-year-old man was wounded when russian troops shelled Hlushkivka in Kupiansk region at around 05:00 on November 17. Private households were damaged.

At night, at 03:10, russian troops launched an airstrike with 2 UAVs in the open area near the villages of Odnorobivka and Koval.

At 03:00 Kharkiv region, Cherkaska Lozova village was shelled. As a result of the shelling by an anti-aircraft vehicle, the glazing and roof of a private house were damaged.

At 02:00 Kharkiv region, Rohan village was shelled. 5 houses and 1 car were damaged as a result of a Shahed UAV hit.

The day before, at 22:35, russian troops conducted a CAB air strike on an open area near the village of Udy, Zolochiv community.

At 15:35, russian aviation conducted 4 strikes on Zolochiv community with CABs. The bombs fell on the outskirts of the villages of Kostiantynivka, Stohniia, Odnorobivka and Tymofiivka.

At 12:00 Osynove village of Kupiansk region was shelled. The shelling damaged 1 private house. Two women aged 62 and 66 and a 75-year-old man were injured.

Towards Kharkiv, russian terrorists unsuccessfully stormed the positions of Ukrainian troops five times near Vovchansk and Strilecha.

The enemy attacked towards Kupiansk ten times. Near the settlements of Pishchane, Kolisnykivka, Kruhliakivka and Zahryzove, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled nine attacks.

 Over the last day, 28 people were evacuated from Kupiansk and Borova directions.

Donetsk oblast

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that russians are trying to advance towards Pokrovsk through the village of Promin. It was near this settlement that the largest concentration of russian attacks was recorded over the past day. In total, there were 32 combat engagements towards Pokrovsk over the last day.   

 Towards Kurakhove, Ukrainian troops repelled 25 Russian assaults, including near Kurakhove, Dalne, Katerynivka and Antonivka.  

 The Defense Forces stopped another 14 russian attacks towards Vremivka. The occupiers stormed near Romanivka, Sukhi Yaly, Novodarivka, Trudove, Yantarne and Rivne.  

The Unmanned Systems Forces said that Ukrainian troops destroyed a russian Tor-M2 anti-aircraft missile system in Donetsk oblast. The cost of such equipment is about 25 million US dollars. The russian air defense system was destroyed by the soldiers of the 412th separate battalion of unmanned systems “Nemesis”. This system is used by russians for air defense.

Vadym Liakh, Head of the RMA, says that on the morning of November 17, the russian army shelled Sloviansk and damaged the premises of a Christian church. No one was killed or injured as a result of the attack.

In the evening of November 16, the russian army attacked the town of Druzhkivka in Donetsk oblast. According to the RMA, the occupiers probably dropped an air bomb and damaged 18 private houses and critical infrastructure.“No one was injured or killed in the attack.

The operational situation in the region as of the morning of November 17:

No information on casualties was reported over the day.

Pokrovsk region. In Hannivka of Kurakhivka community, private houses were damaged. In Pokrovsk, a shop was damaged, a house in Uspenivka and a house in Shevchenko were also damaged.

Kramatorsk region. In Lyman, 3 multi-storey buildings and an administrative building were damaged. 18 houses were damaged in Druzhkivka. In Kostiantynivka 8 private houses, a multi-storey building, 3 enterprises were damaged; in Ivanopillia 10 private houses and an administrative building were damaged.

Bakhmut region. In the Chasiv Yar community, 12 private houses, a multi-storey building and a religious building were damaged.

In just one day, russians fired 17 times at the settlements of Donetsk oblast. 159 people were evacuated from the front line, including 10 children.

Andrii Nebytov, Deputy Head of the National Police, informs that during the evacuation of civilians from the town of Kurakhove, russian troops attacked a car with a drone. The car completely burned down.

The exhibition “Azov – Angels of Mariupol” about Azov people who laid down their lives during the defense of the city in Donetsk oblast continues in Lviv. A 3D model of Donetsk Regional Drama Theater, which was destroyed by the russian army in 2022, was recreated by a Japanese scientist. The team of the drama theatre relocated from Mariupol is going on its first major tour of Ukraine.

Luhansk oblast

The enemy is not reducing pressure towards Lyman, where it is attacking in several directions. In particular, near Hrekivka, Makiivka and Tverdokhlibove. All enemy attacks were repelled by our defenders. The occupants attacked from the air near Kreminna. They fired from cannon artillery at Makiivka. The invaders sent unmanned aerial vehicles to Makiivka, Balka Zhuravka and Novoliubivka.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Military Administration, says that russians cut off centralized water supply in Perevalsk, Brianka, Kadiivka and Alchevsk. They promised to complete all the work in a week. It turned out that they would have time to replace the damaged section of the water supply system only by the end of the year. Out of 14 kilometers of pipe that no one had cared about for 10 years, the repairmen replaced only 2.7 kilometers. The same is true in Siverskodonetsk, where in the fall they started excavating the heating main in the old districts. The streets still remain torn up, and hundreds of high-rise buildings in the city will not have heat for the third winter in a row.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The Regional Military Administration reported that the enemy massively attacked Kyiv oblast with missiles and attack drones. A 45-year-old woman was injured as a result of the hostile attack. The fall of debris was recorded in 4 districts: an infrastructure facility, 21 private houses, 5 outbuildings, a shop, 2 garages, an administrative building and 5 cars were damaged.

Emergency power cuts were introduced in Kyiv oblast. About 125,000 customers were without electricity. 466 stabilisation points were deployed.

KCMA informed that as a result of an enemy strike on Kyiv, the roof of a 5-storey residential building caught fire in the Pechersk district and the roof was partially destroyed. An apartment on the 5th floor was damaged. One victim was found and handed over to an ambulance. In Holosiyivka district, debris fell in an open area in a residential area. In Desna district, debris fell in an open area and on the roof of an unfinished building.

Kyiv’s emergency services, together with the pyrotechnic unit of the Mobile Rescue Centre of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, removed a part of a rocket that hit a five-storey residential building as a result of the morning attack by russia.

The head of Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhii Popko, stated that the air alert was announced twice in the capital and lasted almost 5 hours in total. The Defence Forces detected and destroyed several X-101/55 cruise missiles, several Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, several Iskander-M (KN-23) ballistic missiles, probably also a Zircon hypersonic missile, and up to a dozen attack UAVs in Kyiv airspace.

The RMA reported that Kyiv oblast will receive an additional UAH 390 million from the state budget for housing for 169 veterans. This year, oblast has already received UAH 700 million to purchase housing for 300 veterans and family members of the fallen. The creation of veterans’ spaces is an extension of the assistance to heroes – oblast already has such hubs in Brovary, Boryspil and Irpin.

On 16 November, a training course on military tactical training for civilians was held in Kyiv oblast. The training was open to anyone who wanted to donate electronic warfare equipment for Ukrainian defenders. Instructors were soldiers from the Third Assault Brigade. The training conditions were close to battlefield conditions. The newcomers were taught shooting, how to assault in trenches, how to move in the woods, and the participants also learned about military equipment.

From 4 to 13 November, Zhmerynka Lyceum hosted a series of training sessions on risks associated with explosive ordnance (mine safety). The training was conducted for students and teachers by the NGO Ukrainian Women’s Watch. After the training, all participants received certificates of completion.

This week, rescuers from Kyiv oblast were trained at the Interregional Rapid Response Centre of the State Emergency Service in Obukhiv district. The Bila Tserkva emergency rescue unit has had a rescue team for more than a year, with rescuers who eliminate the effects of shelling and help clear debris from infrastructure facilities. The rescuers have already performed combat missions in Kharkiv oblast, in Glevakha and at the Trypillia thermal power plant.

The Regional Military Administration reported that Kyiv oblast remains the leader in terms of investments in energy efficiency projects, which have been launched and will be completed in 2025. By the end of 2024, a total of 20 ESCO contracts will be concluded for the implementation of energy efficiency projects at state and municipal facilities. The total value of the projects is over UAH 318 million.

Zhytomyr oblast

The regional State Emergency Service reported that a residential building and an outbuilding were damaged as a result of a russian attack in Zhytomyr region. Rescuers extinguished the fire. No one was injured. 

A supervisory meeting for psychologists was held in the Zhytomyr oblast in Safe Space 4.5.0. During the event, participants were able to improve their professional skills and receive emotional support. Communication between the participants was based on the use of psychological games and storytelling elements.

The students of the theatre studio of Alina Zubova from Zhytomyr created autumnal compositions from natural materials and raised almost UAH 30 thousand for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The children actors also created creative works and joined the fundraising for the 100th separate mechanised brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Five more religious communities in Zhytomyr oblast moved to the OCU, three of them with their rectors.

Sumy oblast

Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that on 17 November, around 1pm, the russian army shelled Znob-Novhorod community in Sumy oblast. The russian forces conducted an artillery attack from the russian territory. During the shelling, a 73-year-old man fishing on a lake was killed. Additionally, a medical facility, a local lyceum, and seven private houses were damaged.

During night and morning, russians carried out 7 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 7 explosions. The attacks targeted Khotin, Hlukhiv, and Seredyna-Buda communities.

During the day, russians carried out 50 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 91 explosions. The attacks targeted Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, and Velyka Pysarivka communities.

Bilopillia community: the enemy hit by mortars (21 explosions), artillery (2 explosions), FPV-drone (1 explosion), dropped VOG from UAV (2 explosions).

Khotin community: russians hit by artillery (8 explosions), mortars (4 explosions), FPV-drone (1 explosion), by GAB (2 explosions), dropped VOG from UAV (3 explosions).

Velyka Pysarivka community: FPV-drone strikes (3 explosions), by GAB (1 explosion), artillery fire (4 explosions), VOG drop from UAV (5 explosions). As a result of the shelling, a private residential building and a summer kitchen were damaged.

Krasnopillia community: artillery shelling (7 explosions), mortar shelling (2 explosions), launch of NAR from a helicopter (10 explosions) was recorded.

Yunakivka community: the enemy attacked the GAB (5 explosions), by artillery (6 explosions), mortars (4 explosions).

Chernihiv oblast

During the day, the russian army attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast, using FPV-drones, drops from UAVs and by mortars.

Novhorod-Siverskyi community:

one explosion (hit, probably by FPV-drone) on the outskirts of Hremiach village.

Semenivka community:

three explosions (hits, probably by FPV-drone) in Leonivka village;

two explosions (explosive devices dropped from an unmanned aerial vehicle) in Halahanivka village.

Snovsk community:

three explosions (hits, probably by a 120mm mortar) towards Khrinivka village;

five explosions (hits, probably by FPV-drone) towards Kliusy village.

No casualties or injuries among the local population were reported as a result of the shelling.

State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported that border guards destroyed a russian tricolour flag that russian saboteurs had installed on a destroyed bridge over the Sudost River in Chernihiv oblast. Upon detecting the russian symbols, border guards quickly deployed drones, which accurately struck and eliminated the flags.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

On 16 November, in the evening, at night and in the morning on 17 November, the enemy attacked Nikopol region. They shelled the region centre and the Marhanets community. They attacked with artillery, kamikaze drones and dropped ammunition from a drone. 

In Hostile shelling in Nokopol two people were killed — a 58-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman. Five other residents were injured — three women aged 67, 72 and 57, and two men aged 40 and 32.  In total, there were more than two dozen attacks in the region during the day. The region centre, Myrove, Pokrov, Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities were shelled. They used artillery, kamikaze drones and dropped ammunition from a drone. Eight private houses, five outbuildings, a transport company, a shop, a medical facility, two cars, an excavator and power lines were damaged. According to the updated information, a multi-storey building was damaged as a result of the morning attacks on Nikopol. The enemy also shelled an agricultural enterprise in the Sinelnykivka district. A 45-year-old man was injured. In Dnipro, a 42-year-old man was injured in a morning attack. He received shrapnel wounds. Multi-storey buildings, an educational institution, a car and a car park were damaged. The morning was also noisy in Kryvyi Rih, Samarivskyi district and Kamianskyi district. Several fires broke out. An outbuilding was damaged.

Vinnytsia oblast

​​In Vinnytsia oblast, the russian attack damaged critical and civilian infrastructure, including educational institutions, a residential building, and cars.

During a rocket attack in the oblast, National Guard members of a mobile fire group shot down a cruise missile using a Browning heavy machine gun.

Kirovohrad oblast

Andriy Malitsky, Head of Svitlovodsk community, said that the russian army attacked the Svitlovodsk community in Kirovohrad oblast with missiles. 

Poltava oblast

According to Philip Pronin, Head of Poltava Regional Military Administration, russians attacked the territory of Poltava oblast. The missile fragments damaged the windows of six high-rise buildings in Kremenchuk region, and five cars caught fire. It is known that there are victims. A man who was injured in the shelling was taken to hospital in serious condition.

Cherkasy oblast

In Cherkasy oblast, Ukrainian defenders shot down 7 Shaheds. The fall of an enemy UAV damaged windows in a house and a power line.   In addition, two cruise missiles were shot down within the territory. The debris set the forest floor on fire. 

A rally in support of prisoners of war and missing soldiers “Don’t be silent – captivity kills” was held in Cherkasy. Around 150 people gathered to remind of the prisoners of war and missing soldiers. They brought posters and flags.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

In the morning, the enemy shelled Zaporizhzhia. Three missiles struck near infrastructure facilitiesю Two people were injured and dozens of residential buildings were damaged.

Yesterday, the occupiers carried out 392 attacks on 11 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces conducted 3 airstrikes on Temyrivka. 226 drones of various types attacked Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, and Novodarivka. Additionally, 3 MLRS strikes targeted Novodarivka and Mala Tokmachka. There were 160 artillery shelling incidents across the territories of Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, and Novodarivka. There were 19 reported cases of destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure. One person was injured due to russian attacks in Vasylivka region.

According to the South Operational Command, russian forces continue their attempts to break through the Ukrainian defensive line. Throughout the day, they launched 12 assault attempts, focusing predominantly towards Zaporizhzhia. The enemy is conducting ongoing aerial and engineering reconnaissance in preparation for new assault attempts towards Orikhiv and Hulyaipole.

Mykolaiv oblast

In the early morning of 17 November, starting from 04:30, russian forces launched multiple waves of kamikaze drone attacks, using Shahed 131/136 drones, targeting Mykolaiv. The night attack resulted in the deaths of two women, with seven people injured, including two children. The attack completely destroyed two houses and partially damaged five others. Additionally, four private homes, one multi-story building, a shopping center, shops, non-residential premises, and vehicles were damaged.

On 16 November, at 19:25, the enemy carried out a missile strike, presumably with an Iskander-M, on an infrastructure facility in the city of Mykolaiv. No casualties were reported.

The same day, russian forces launched three FPV drone attacks on Kutsurub community. The Ochakiv community was also targeted by FPV drones and mortar strikes. No injuries were reported in these incidents.

On 17 November, a weekly reminder event was held in Mykolaiv to support prisoners of war and missing military personnel. Relatives, friends, and concerned residents stood with flags and photos of the soldiers along the central boulevard for an hour. Around 180 people participated in the event.

Odesa oblast

As a result of a russian attack on Odesa oblast, two people were killed, and a 17-year-old boy was injured. The energy infrastructure in Odesa oblast suffered damage, causing disruptions in the supply of heating, water, and electricity throughout the region. Emergency power outages are being implemented as directed by Ukrenergo. Hospitals and other critical infrastructure facilities are operating with the help of generators. According to Odesa Regional Military Administration, 674 “Centers of Invincibility” are active in the region to provide support. The attack also ignited fires in three private residential houses. Also four houses were damaged.

Kherson oblast

Around 2 p.m., a russian strike on tCentral district of Kherson killed a 52-year-old man. Another person suffered blast and traumatic brain injuries as well as a concussion.

Throughout the day, the enemy attacked Dniprovskyi district of Kherson using drones. Rwo people were killed, and threee were injured.

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on 17 November, russian forces shelled Kherson with artillery, injuring a 67-year-old woman.

Around 4 p.m., russian troops struck Antonivka, injuring three individuals, who were all hospitalized with blast and shrapnel wounds.

Yesterday Chornobaivka, Komyshany, Stanislav, Sadove, Antonivka, Inhulets, Stepanivka, Beryslav, Kachkarivka, Tiahynka, Osokorivka, Olhivka, and the city of Kherson were under russian shellings and airstrikes. russian forces targeted a critical infrastructure facility and an educational institution, damaged an apartment building and nine private homes. Additionally, garages and private vehicles were affected. Seven people were injured due to the russian attacks.

Two residents of Kherson oblast sought medical help this morning. Last night in Komyshany, a 60-year-old man was injured after a russian drone dropped explosives, sustaining blast injuries and a concussion. In Kherson, russian troops attacked a civilian car with a drone, injuring a 62-year-old man.

Ukrainian forces in the south eliminated 210 russian soldiers over the past day. The russian army lost 22 vehicles, a mortar, six cannons, two boats, four motorcycles, a “Supercam” drone, two surveillance systems (including a “Murom-M”), and three generators. Additionally, Ukrainian troops destroyed 14 bunkers, three observation posts, four firing positions, two UAV launch sites, two ammunition depots, and a food storage facility belonging to russian forces.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

Volyn oblast was hit during an air alert. The energy infrastructure was damaged. There are no victims or injured. Currently, all relevant services are working, and the liquidation of the consequences is ongoing.

In connection with the enemy attack in the oblast, we are additionally opening Invincibility Centres – places where heat, water, electricity, mobile communication, etc. are available during a long power outage. In total, 99 Invincibility Centres are permanently operating in the oblast. Today, another part was additionally deployed. Elimination of consequences continues. The situation is stable and under control. Electricity supply has already started to be restored in some communities of the oblast.

Zakarpattia oblast

During this morning’s massive attack in the forest massifs of Mukachevo and Rakhiv regions outside population centres, fragments of enemy missiles and UAVs were recorded. There were no injuries or damage. Specialists of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Zakarpattia oblast are working on the spot.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In Prykarpattia, the enemy struck a critical infrastructure facility. A fire broke out at the scene. There are no casualties. All relevant services are on site. The situation is under control.

The Air Defense was working in the oblast. A residential building in one of the communities of Prykarpattia was damaged by debris.

Lviv oblast

In the morning, the enemy attacked Lviv oblast with cruise missiles. One person died due to the fall of fragments of an enemy rocket in Chervonohrad (Sheptytskyi) region. This is a 66-year-old woman. She was in a car at the time of the attack. Two more men were injured. One was hospitalised.

The occupiers again hit critical infrastructure. The key heat supply pipe is damaged. 6,000 people were temporarily left without heat supply. As a result of the attack, 12 garages caught fire. 12 firefighters and 3 units of special equipment were involved in fighting the fire.

Rivne oblast

Rivne oblast was hit by an enemy missile, targeting an object of critical infrastructure. Currently, emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of the impact. Neighbouring residential buildings were also damaged, their windows were broken.

The RMA reported that energy workers are gradually restoring the supply of electricity to homes of residents of Rivne oblast after a massive rocket attack. Currently, approximately half of consumers already have electricity. It was restored in the north of the oblast, as well as in a part of the regional centre. All health care facilities in the oblast are working despite the power outage.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopil City Council reported that 10 defenders will receive funds for treatment and rehabilitation.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

In Khmelnytskyi, during an air alarm signal, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 8 cruise missiles. In connection with missile strikes in many oblasts of Ukraine, tension is partially absent in Khmelnytskyi oblast. In addition, several premises of the garage cooperative were damaged. There were no injuries or killed.

Chernivtsi oblast

The RMA reported that Chernivtsi oblast will receive UAH 30.2m from the state budget to provide housing for 14 war veterans from among IDPs, persons with disabilities of groups 1 and 2 as a result of the war and families of fallen heroes.

Helsinki will send almost €80,000 in aid to Ukraine. The Ukrainian film “You are Space” won awards at film festivals in Germany and Greece. In the German city of Cottbus, at the FilmFestival Cottbus (FFC), one of the leading international festivals of Eastern European cinema, the film won Spezialpreis für die beste Regie, a cash prize of €7,500 and an audience prize. Volodymyr Kravchuk’s acting was recognized at the international film festival in Thessaloniki, Greece. He won the award in the category Best Actor for the performance of the main role.
