Referring to Honcharenko, Head of the Military Administration, at 1:25am on 13 October, the russian army launched four strikes on the city of Kramatorsk using Geran-2 UAVs. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties, but administrative buildings and shops were damaged.
The nighttime drone strike on Kramatorsk caused fires in two administrative buildings. Emergency responders spent more than six hours extinguishing the flames to prevent the fire from spreading to neighboring buildings and to minimize the consequences of the attack.

On 12 October, the police recorded 2,033 enemy strikes along the front line and in residential areas.
11 settlements were under attack: Druzhkivka, Kostyantynivka, Lyman, Mykolaivka, Sviatohirsk, Siversk, Sloviansk, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Tetianivka, Shchurove, and Yuriivka. 18 civilian objects were destroyed, including ten residential buildings.

Luhansk oblast
Russian troops sent 44 strike UAVs and FPV drones towards the positions of Ukrainian defenders in Luhansk oblast. In seven cases, the occupiers also used barrel artillery. The enemy carried out nine assaults towards Lyman and three more towards Sloviansk.
In Luhansk, traffic on the roads is controlled by so-called “parental patrols” created by the occupation administration on the basis of 18 educational institutions. Their goal is to shift responsibility for traffic safety from the local “state traffic police” to civilians. In total, there are 447 such patrols in the region, comprising more than 2,000 people. In addition to them, the streets of the occupied cities are patrolled by so-called “people’s militias”.
The russian “reconstruction” work in Luhansk oblast has effectively failed.
The reasons for this are the unofficial employment of workers and contractors’ evasion of payments. The customers and contractors are formally operating “legally”, but the contractors do not appear in any documents. This leads to delays in wages and constant changes in crews. The problem was brought to attention in Lysychansk in the fourth year of the occupation.
