On 4 November, there were 169 combat engagements.
According to available information, the enemy launched three missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using five missiles, as well as 90 airstrikes, including the dropping of 142 guided aviation bombs. Additionally, they carried out more than 4,400 shelling attacks, of which 98 were from multiple launch rocket systems, and employed 1,564 kamikaze drones.
The enemy conducted airstrikes, particularly in the vicinity of Kharkiv, Rublene, Pytomnyk, Okip, Kozacha Lopan, Muravske, Kovali, Kostiantynivka, Makarykha, Zrubanka, Kivsharivka, Bohuslavka, Mala Danylivka, Senkove, Nadiya, Tverdokhlibove, Terny, Yamplivka, Siversk, Minkivka, Baranivka, Vozdvizhenska, Illinka, Velyka Novosilka, Makarivka, Bilohiria, Yurkiivka, Novodanylivka, and Mala Tokmachka.
Missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces delivered three strikes on enemy troop concentrations and military equipment, additionally hitting three artillery systems and an operational-tactical missile complex.
Towards Kharkiv, the enemy conducted offensive and assault actions four times near Vovchansk.
The number of combat engagements towards Kupiansk reached 16. Defense forces repelled attacks by the occupiers in the vicinity of Holubivka, Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kolisnykivka, Berestove, Zahryzove, Kruhlyakivka, Vyshneve, and Pershotravneve.
Towards Lyman, Ukrainian forces stopped nine enemy attacks. The invaders concentrated their main efforts in the vicinity of Hrekivka, Terny, and Dibrova.
The aggressor’s aviation bombed Toretsk, Druzhba, Petrivka, and Diliivka towards Toretsk, and the enemy attempted to advance four times in the vicinity of Toretsk.
Ukrainian defenders repelled 27 attacks towards Pokrovsk. The enemy attempted to advance near Myroliubivka, Lysyivka, Promin, Sukhyi Yar, Novohrodivka, and Vyshneve.
Defense forces continue to hold back the enemy towards Kurakhove. In the vicinity of Illinka, Ostrivske, Dalne, Antonivka, and Katerynivka, the occupiers attempted to break through Ukrainian defensive lines 27 times.
Ukrainian defenders stopped twelve enemy attacks in the vicinity of Trudove, located in towards Vremivka.
Towards Orikhiv, enemy units attempted to advance once towards Novodanylivka.
Towards Dnipro, the invaders attacked our positions three times without success.
The operational situation towards Volyn and Polissia remains unchanged. No signs of the formation of offensive groups by the enemy have been detected.
Along the border with Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts, the enemy maintains a military presence, conducts reconnaissance activities, and artillery shelling.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue operations in Kursk oblast, where the enemy carried out twenty-eight airstrikes, using 40 guided aviation bombs; Ukrainian defenders repelled thirteen enemy attacks.
On 4 November the losses of the russian invaders amounted to 1,300 personnel. In addition, Ukrainian warriors eliminated 11 tanks, 15 armoured combat vehicles, 35 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 93 operational-tactical level UAVs, 77 vehicles, and three units of special equipment of the occupiers.
The Ministry of Defence has put the SAR 762 MT universal machine gun into service. The machine gun has a number of technological advantages over russia’s similarly designed Pecheneg company machine gun. In particular, it is equipped with a quick-change barrel that allows for almost continuous fire. The weapon has an adjustable gas valve, which allows you to change the intensity of the fire. The machine gun also has a high service life of the body and barrel. The machine gun is designed for effective use at low and high temperatures.
The Ministry of Defence will promote equal access to work in the field of mine action. In particular, it will increase the involvement of women, veterans, people with disabilities and those affected by explosive ordnance. This was discussed during the seminar ‘Equal Opportunities: Engaging People with Disabilities in Mine Action’. The UN is implementing a programme to employ people with disabilities, including war veterans, in Ukraine. As part of this project, the first four Ukrainians affected by explosive ordnance were employed by The HALO Trust, an international organisation.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
The press service of the city council reported that on 3 November, at least 14 buildings were damaged in the evening strikes on Shevchenkivskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts of Kharkiv. 556 windows in apartments were smashed and more than 200 are in public places.
The day before, between 8:58pm and 10:30pm, Kharkiv was shelled. The shelling damaged the windows of an infrastructure facility, 4 trade pavilions, 2 supermarkets, a house, a laboratory, a coffee shop, 21 trade kiosks, a shopping centre, a café, 2 residential buildings and 10 cars. 11 civilians and 4 employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were injured.
At 11:16pm, Kharkiv oblast, Malodanylivka community, Mala Danylivka village came under russian attack. The shelling damaged 12 private houses and a railway crossing.
At 9:30pm, Kupiansk region, Kupiansk community, Kivsharivka 1 village, came under russian attack. A 5-storey residential building was hit. The bodies of two women and one man were found under the rubble.
At 9:17pm, russians fired at Ruskolozivka community, Pytomnyk village. The shelling damaged 2 houses.
At 5:30pm, russians attacked Bohodukhiv region, Zolochiv community, Zrubanka village. One private house was damaged.
At 3:10pm, russians attacked Bohodukhiv region, Zolochiv community, Kovali village. The shelling damaged 3 private houses.
At 3:10, russians shelled Bohodukhiv region, Zolochiv community, Muravske village and the outskirts of Odnorobivka village. A 2-storey apartment building was damaged.
In Kharkiv oblast, the enemy conducted 4 offensive and assault actions in Vovchansk.
Towards Kupiansk, the number of combat engagements reached 16. Ukrainian defence forces repelled the occupiers’ attacks in the vicnity of Holubivka, Senkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kolisnykivka, Berestove, Zahryzove, Kruglyakivka, Vyshneve and Pershotravneve.
89 people were evacuated from Kupiansk and Borova directions.
Volodymyr Tymoshko, Head of the regional police, said that 16 police officers who were injured as a result of russian missile attacks on Osnovyanskyi district of Kharkiv on the evening of 1 November remain in hospital. According to him, 3 law enforcement officers remain in serious condition, including Ihor Ivanchyn, Head of the personnel department, who has severe injuries to his legs, torso and face, as well as fractures. Ivanchyn lost 3.5 litres of blood out of 5 as a result of the shelling.
Andrii Kanashevych, Head of Kupiansk RMA, said that as of 11:45am, the search operations in Kivsharivka have not been completed. According to him, 3 people are likely trapped under the rubble – a couple and an elderly woman. Kanashevych said that the security situation is complicating the work to clear the rubble. According to the RMA, as of 4 November, about 500 people remain in Kivsharivka. There is no electricity, gas or water in the village and there are logistical problems with the supply of humanitarian aid to the people. Andrii Kanashevych says that the locals are being persuaded to evacuate.
According to the RMA, 11- and 12-year-old boys were injured as a result of an explosive detonation in Husarivka, Izium region. The children suffered explosive injuries with multiple shrapnel injuries to their legs and were hospitalised.
Donetsk oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the russian army is pressing near Trudove village towards Vremivka to advance towards Kurakhove. There were 12 attacks near Trudove.
The occupation forces conducted the most attacks in Kurakhove and Pokrovsk regions – 27 attacks.
Near Kurakhove, Ukrainian troops repelled attacks near Illinka, Ostrovske and Antonivka.
Ukrainian defence forces stopped the attacks in the vicinity of Novohrodivka, Vyshneve and Myroliubivka in Pokrovsk region.
As reported by Pokrovsk CMA, the russian military hit a civilian car with an FPV drone near Shevchenko village yesterday. The car burned down, the owner of the car was not injured.
Oleksandr Nevidomyi, Head of the communications department of the 46th airmobile brigade, reported that the russian military began evacuating damaged equipment from the battlefield in Kurakhove. The occupiers did not do this before.
The city council’s website reports that in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, propaganda lessons are being held for children on the occasion of the Day of National Unity. In particular, russian militants will speak about the “friendship of enslaved peoples” in schools, libraries and cultural centres as “veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.
The 425th separate assault battalion’s page informed that near Novohrodivka in Pokrovsk sector, soldiers of the battalion killed 4 russian soldiers. 2 of the occupiers were killed by artillery when they got carried away in a landing near Novohrodivka mine and 2 more were neutralised by an FPV drone in Novohrodivka itself.
Operational situation in the oblast as of the morning of 4 November:
Pokrovsk region. A resident was wounded in Kurakhove, private houses, multi-storey buildings and an industrial area were damaged; 4 houses damaged in Uspenivka; a person wounded in Myrnohrad; a car damaged in Shevchenko of Pokrovsk community.
Kramatorsk region. In Mykolaiivka of Kostiantynivka community, 4 houses were damaged. The outskirts of Lyman community were shelled.
Bakhmut region. 3 houses were damaged in Siversk. In Chasiv Yar community, 4 private houses, 2 multi-storey buildings and a non-residential building were damaged.
In total, russians fired 5 times at the settlements of Donetsk oblast. 169 people, including 28 children, were evacuated from the frontline.
Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Military Administration, said that russians wounded 2 residents of Donetsk oblast: in Myrnohrad and Kurakhove.
Luhansk oblast
Towards Lyman, all enemy attacks were repelled by Ukrainian defenders. The enemy put pressure near Hrekivka and Dibrova. The occupiers conducted several airstrikes on Serebrianka forest, Nadiia and Tverdokhlibove. They used multiple launch rocket systems to hit Makiivka. They used cannon artillery 9 times to hit Makiivka and Balka Zhuravtsi. russians sent 7 UAVs to the area of these settlements.
Residents of the so-called ‘luhansk people’s republic’ cannot obtain a mandatory health insurance policy even if they want to. Without this document, patients will not be admitted to clinics or hospitals starting in 2026. The occupation authorities of Luhansk oblast have done everything possible to disrupt the mass issuance of policies. Thus, there are currently only 4 stationary issuing points in the oblast – in Luhansk, Dovzhansk, Kadiivka and Alchevsk. A mobile team visits other towns and villages once every one or two months. It works for about 5 hours. Reception is very slow and on a first-come, first-served basis.
In Rubizhne, a new garbage container was installed, donated as environmental aid from russia. However, a russian anti-tank mine was soon found in it. It happened in a fairly populated neighbourhood. Police were looking for witnesses and perpetrators among local residents and traders.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that Kyiv oblast repelled another attack by enemy UAVs. There were no hits to critical and residential infrastructure. There were no civilian casualties. As a result of the fall of the downed enemy targets, a grass flooring caught fire in one of the districts.
Kyiv City Military Administration reported that at night, drone debris fell in Desnianskyi district, causing a fire in the Muromets Park. A fire also broke out on the waterfront in Obolonskyi district. Air defence forces have neutralised all drones that threatened the capital.
The RMA informed that liquidation of the aftermath of the enemy attack on the night of 3 November continues in Kyiv oblast. According to updated data, damage was recorded in 5 districts as a result of falling debris. ‘The following were damaged: facades and windows in 7 multi-storey residential buildings, 6 private houses, 21 cars (one of which was destroyed), 2 outbuildings. Grass and forest litter fires were extinguished in 6 locations.
Kyiv oblast received almost 65,000 textbooks for grades 5-6 from the EU, worth more than UAH 4 million. The EU initiative School Textbooks for Ukraine is funded under the European Erasmus+ programme. This year, other international partners, such as Japan and the United States, also donated textbooks to schools in the region.
Kyiv Regional Military Administration and Seoul Metropolitan Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the development of transport infrastructure. The cooperation involves the exchange of experience, information and innovations to support the sustainable growth of both regions. Plans are also underway to join forces in education and healthcare.
On 3 November, an amateur charity tournament in support of mobile air defence firing groups started at the sports complex of the Mykola Drahomanov State University. The event was organised by the Gurkit Charitable Foundation together with Kyiv City Table Tennis Federation. All the funds will be used for the needs of air defence: vehicles, additional power, optics for detecting drones, and searchlights.
Over the weekend, Borodyanka Hab was the venue for the ‘Paw to Palm’ canine therapy sessions for women and their children. The event was organised by the NGO Ukrainian Women’s Guard. Professional dog handlers ensured effective, safe and interesting communication with the four-legged friends. The lesson contributed to psychological relief, created an atmosphere of trust and joy, and allowed children and adults to feel supported and cared for.
Zhytomyr oblast
Zhytomyr RMA reported that communities of Zviahel district are strengthening partnerships with Poland, Sweden, Germany, Lithuania and Estonia. Thanks to cooperation with foreign partners, assistance worth more than UAH 10 million was attracted, making a significant contribution to the development of local infrastructure and improving the quality of life of the rayon residents. In particular, the communities received vehicles, computer equipment, generators, modular boiler houses, solar power plants, firefighting equipment, excavators, buses, food packages and fuel.
In October, more than 400 residents of Zhytomyr oblast joined the blood donation drive organised by Zhytomyr Oblast Blood Centre. In total, the medical teams visited 10 different communities during the month. About half of all blood donated is used for the needs of the military, while the rest is used to save patients in hospitals in oblast.
At the Veteran’s Centre in Zhytomyr, craftswoman Olena Vasyanovych conducts clay therapy sessions for the military and their families. The aim is to distract the participants from everyday stress and provide psycho-emotional relief. During the sessions, visitors communicate with like-minded people and restore their emotional resources.
Sumy oblast
During night and morning, russians carried out 5 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 11 explosions. The attacks targeted Khotin, Yunakivka, and Bilopillia communities.
On 3 November, russians carried out 43 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 102 explosions. The attacks targeted Sumy, Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Chupakhivka, Putyvl, Esman, Shalyhyne, Seredyna-Buda, Druzhbivka, and Svesa communities.
Khotin community: the russian federation launched an airstrike by GAB (1 explosion), mortar shelling (12 explosions), FPV-drones (5 explosions) was launched from the territory of the russian federation. Also, two explosive devices (2 explosions) were dropped from UAVs
Yunakivka community: an airstrike by GAB (3 explosions), shelling from a tank (1 explosion), artillery shelling (10 explosions) were recorded.
Krasnopillia community: the enemy fired by artillery (17 explosions).
Bilopillia community: an enemy dropped an explosive device from UAV (1 explosion). There was also mortar shelling (6 explosions).
Chupahivka community: there was an attack by Geran-2 type UAV (1 explosion), as a result of which dry vegetation caught fire.
Velyka Pysarivka community: the russians hit by artillery (3 explosions), a mortar (20 explosions).
Esman community: attack by FPV-drones (3 explosions), launch of GAB (2 explosions).
Seredyna-Buda community: an attack by FPV-drones was carried out from the territory of the russian federation (2 explosions).
Svesa community: there was an attack by FPV-drones (3 explosions).
Druzhbivka community: an attack by FPV-drones was recorded (2 explosions).
Sumy community: an enemy hit by Lancet-type UAV, as a result of which a car was damaged.
Shalyhyne community: the russians dropped 4 mines on the territory of the community. There was also an attack by FPV-drones (2 explosions).
Putyvl community: an explosive device was dropped from an enemy UAV (1 explosion).
Sumy Regional Police reported the White Angels evacuated a mother and her young daughter from Bilopillia in Sumy oblast.
Chernihiv oblast
Throughout the day, the russian army attacked two border communities in Chernihiv oblast. The enemy used mortars, barrel artillery and FPV-drones. In total, 31 explosions were reported.
Semenivka community:
- towards Mchy village: three hits, likely by barrel artillery and three hits, likely by FPV-drones;
- towards Karpovychi village: one hit, likely by FPV-drone;
- towards Lohy village: two hits, likely by 120mm mortar;
- towards Leonivka village: nine hits, likely by 120mm mortar;
- towards Halahanivka village: three hits, likely by 82mm mortar;
- towards Khotiivka village: four hits, likely by barrel artillery;
- towards Semenivka: one hit, likely by an FPV-drone.
Snovsk community:
- towards Khrinivka village: six hits, likely by 120 mortar.
No casualties or injuries among the local population were reported as a result of the shelling.
According to Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, over the past week, russian forces conducted 39 attacks on 19 settlements in Chernihiv oblast, with a total of 195 explosions. The russian forces deployed Shahed kamikaze drones, FPV-drones, artillery, and mortars, and dropped explosives from UAVs. A two-story residential building was damaged in the attacks.
On 1 November, Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, and Roger Gough, Head of Kent County Council, signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Chernihiv Regional Military Administration and Kent County Council. According to Chaus, this document outlines future agreements for essential support and coordinated responses. The parties plan to develop and ensure cooperation across several sectors, including manufacturing and agriculture, and to foster collaboration between academic institutions to implement joint projects.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Late in the evening, there was a loud explosion in Dnipro region due to an enemy strike, which caused a fire and damaged infrastructure. The enemy also attacked Nikopol twice, directing a kamikaze drone at the regional centre and shelling Marhanets community by artillery. There were no casualties reported.
Vinnytsia oblast
Mayor Serhii Morhunov reported that Vinnytsia oblast has provided FPV drones and special vehicles to the military. Also, an initiative led by Volodymyr Hroisman, Head of the International Humanitarian Headquarters, has begun cooperation with Humanity for Freedom to offer quality rehabilitation for soldiers.
Kirovohrad oblast
Andrii Raikovych, Head of the RMA, informed that during the night, air defence forces shot down an enemy Shahed drone over Kirovohrad oblast, with no recorded consequences.
Several defenders from Kirovohrad oblast were killed in the war with russia:
- Ruslan Mytsenko, from Svitlovodsk community, was killed on 26 October, 2023, in Zaporizhzhia oblast near Mala Tokmachka village. He had been considered missing since then.
- Volodymyr Yetenko, from Popelnaste community, killed on 29 October while performing a combat mission near Yelyzavetivka in Pokrovsk region of Donetsk oblast.
- Hennadii Mursa from Novoukrainka community was killed on 3 April near Novobakhmutivka in Pokrovsk region of Donetsk oblast.
Poltava oblast
In Myrhorod, fallen soldier Mykola Zavada was posthumously awarded. He was killed while on combat duty during a russian missile strike in November 2023.
In Poltava, people paid tribute to soldier Serhii Raienko, who was killed while performing a combat mission in the northeast.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of the RMA, reported that 7 enemy Shahed drones were destroyed over Cherkasy oblast. There were no casualties or damage reported.
Volunteer Vladyslav Zabudko, said that volunteers from Cherkasy oblast are repurposing used batteries from electric transport into power banks for the Ukrainian military. These chargers can be used to power phones, radios or Starlink devices and the volunteers are also making charging stations for drones.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
On 4 November, russian forces conducted 304 attacks across 14 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. They carried out five airstrikes on Yurkivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Preobrazhenka. 133 drones of various types targeted settlements, including Prymorske, Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Olhivske, Novodanylivka, and Bilohiria. Sixteen MLRS strikes hit Huliaipole, Robotyne, Novodanylivka, Shcherbaky, and Novoandriivka, while 150 artillery strikes impacted Bilohiria, Lobkove, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, and Olhivske. Reports indicate that 23 residential buildings and infrastructure sites were damaged, with two individuals injured in an attack on Polohy region.
It is reported that russian forces attempted five assaults towards Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Stepove, and Orikhiv. In addition, five guided bombs were dropped near Tavriiske and Mala Tokmachka.
A 63-year-old resident of Huliaipilske, whose home was destroyed in a russian artillery strike, was evacuated. Regional police did the evacuation.
Mykolaiv oblast
In the early hours of 4 November, air defense forces successfully downed three Shahed 131/136 drones in Mykolaiv oblast.
On 3 November, russian forces carried out four FPV drone attacks on Kutsurub community throughout the day, with no reported casualties.
Odesa oblast
During the night of 4 November, air defense forces shot down 9 attack drones in Odesa oblast. Damage was reported in Bolhrad community, where 12 private homes suffered broken windows and partial roof damage. Buildings within a recreational camp in Vasylivka community were also affected.
As of 6am on 4 November, one russian vessel equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles (up to four in total) was present in the Black Sea, and another, capable of carrying up to eight missiles, was in the Mediterranean Sea.
Over the past 24 hours, three vessels transited the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea, while five others moved into the Azov Sea in the interest of the russian federation.
Kherson oblast
At midday, russian forces shelled Beryslav, injuring a 63-year-old man who sustained explosive trauma and shrapnel injuries to his leg. Around 11am, Bilozerka was hit, damaging the roof, windows, and doors of a residential building.
On 4 November, settlements including Antonivka, Dudchany, Bilozerka, Chornobaivka, Tomaryne, Shliakhove, Komyshany, Dniprovske, Beryslav, Zarichne, Lvove, and the city of Kherson endured russian artillery and airstrikes. These attacks damaged schools, medical facilities, a bus stop, three apartment buildings, and 19 private homes. Gas pipelines and private vehicles were also affected, and four people were injured.
During the night, Ukrainian air defenses downed a Shahed-131/136 drone in the region.
It is reported that russian forces attempted three unsuccessful assaults on Prydniprovslyi front, suffering personnel and equipment losses before retreating. Total enemy losses over the past 24 hours included 40 personnel, 25 pieces of military and automotive equipment, 16 Shahed-136 drones, five observation posts, seven bunkers, ten shelters, two ammunition storage sites, and a checkpoint.
28 healthcare facilities in Kherson oblast now have dedicated health coordinators to support veterans. These specialists assist veterans with medical care, documentation, and individual consultations.
More than 500 residents in Beryslav received medical assistance last week from a volunteer mobile team. Over the past week, a mobile team of doctors visited the towns of Vysokopillia, Nezlamne, Novovoznesenske, Novomykylaivka, Novopetrivka, Arkhanhelske, and Zarichne. Patients received consultations and care from a family doctor, neurologist, ophthalmologist, endocrinologist, and cardiologist.
In a continued effort to provide food support, healthcare workers and patients in the region received 860 loaves of bread, which is part of an ongoing provision program.

Volyn oblast
Lutsk community sent 2 DJI Mavic 3 quadcopters, a DJI Mavic 3T quadcopter, 5 multi-rotor type unmanned aerial vehicles (FPVs), a Contra-drone EW system (Anti-fpv 5 Ultra ), ECOFLOW DELTA 2 charging station and Starlink satellite modem to the 4th brigade of the Operational Assignment named after the Hero of Ukraine Sergeant Serhii Mikhalchuk of the National Guard of Ukraine.
Zakarpattia oblast
The oblast sent a bath and laundry complex to one of the units of the National Guard thanks to a conscious local business, namely the Nasha Palianitsia CF, the ZakarpatevroTrans and A DEVELOPMENT companies.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
6 Prykarpattia schools will receive funds for winter preparation thanks to UNICEF funding. Each of these schools will receive UAH 290,500 for preparing for the winter period. Funds will begin to be credited to shortlisted schools at the end of November 2024.
Ivano-Frankivsk community sent 50 FPV drones to fighters of 5 separate assault brigades. The defenders hold the defence in Chasiv Yar, Toretsk and Pokrovsk.
Lviv oblast
Kayaking was organised for families of military personnel. Participants of the trip had the opportunity to try rowing on kayaks within the Travel Therapy project. The event took place in Navaria, where there is a kayaking station on the local lake.
Rivne oblast
Horodotsk community sent 2 SUVs to the military to the front line. Nissan Pathfinder and BMW X3 cars are all-wheel drive, have high cross-country ability and are prepared for the needs of the Armed Forces. They were purchased with funds that were deducted from one day’s wages every month by the employees of the village council and district elders of the community.
Ternopil oblast
In Ternopil, repair work is underway at the health and rehabilitation centre, which will function to rehabilitate wounded defenders and community residents. The facility, with an area of over 1100 sqm, will have a swimming pool, physical therapy rooms, an occupational therapy office, offices for psychologists and psychotherapists, art therapy offices, as well as day care wards.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi community sent 300 FPV drones worth UAH 3.3m to the Defense Forces thanks to the budget funds.
Chernivtsi oblast
The Yurii Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University held a meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Indonesia to Ukraine Arif Muhammed Basalama. They discussed possibilities of expanding economic and humanitarian cooperation, cooperation in the fields of culture, education and medicine.

Canada sent the 1st NASAMS air defence system ordered by Canada for Ukraine. It is planned that Ukraine will receive it by the end of this year.
Bjorn Arild Gram, Minister of Defense of Norway, announced that the country will send a new €500m military aid package, including F-16s and NASAMS systems. Norway also declared its readiness to invest in the Ukrainian defence industry.
