Here is operational information of the General Staff of Ukraine as of 6 pm: 

The enemy is focusing its efforts on gaining complete control over Donetsk oblast and holding the occupied territories, as well as thwarting the attempts to launch the defensive by the Ukrainian troops in all directions. The enemy has been firing along the entire contact line and conducting aerial reconnaissance. The civilian infrastructure and residential buildings were targeted which violates the norms of the International humanitarian law, traditions and customs of wat. Ukraine is still exposed to a threat of missile and rocket strikes. 

The enemy launched 4 missiles and 4 air strikes, fired 28 times from multi launch rocket systems. 

20 settlements were under attack: Kramatorsk, Bakhmut, Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Vysokopillia, Myrne. 20 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged in Zelenodolsk community. 

The situation has not significantly changed in Volyn and Polissia areas. 

In other directions, the enemy fired from tanks, mortars and multi launch rocket systems:

towards Siversk: in the area of Senkivky, Chernihiv oblast; 

towards Sloboda: in the areas of settlements of Veterynarne, Sosnivka, Strilecha, Krasne, Hlyboke, Kolodiazne, Dvorichna, Hryshivka, Senkove and Oskil; 

towards Kramatorsk: in the areas of settlements of Novyi Myr, Katerynivka, Novoselivka, Bohorodychne, Pryshyb, Blakytni Ozera, Schurive, Donetske, Staryi Karavan, Dibrova, Raihorodok, Zakitne and Verkhniokamiaske; 

towards Bakhmut: Rozdolivka, Vesele, Bilohorivka, Yakolivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Vesela Dolyna, Odradivka, Zaitseve and Toretsk; 

towards Avdiivka: in the area of settlements of Berdychi, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Opine, Pisky and Mariinka;

in Novopavlivsk direction: Vremivka, Velyka Novosilka, Novopil, Neskuchne and Novoukrainka;

Towards South Buh, the enemy fired from tanks, mortars and artillery at 35 settlements along the contact line, specifically at Nikopol, Vysokopillia, Arkhanhelske, Osokorivka, Ternivka, Bilohirka, Sukhyi Stavok, Blahodatne, Olhyne, Lymany, Pravdyne and Myrne. 

The russian occupies are making every effort to restore combat readiness of units which inflicted losses during battles in Ukraine. The so-called local authorities are drafting into military service and training 250 prisoners in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast. They will be soon sent to fill the ranks of units stationed on the front line. 

The enemy is suffering losses. The buildup of manpower and equipment was struck in the area of Nova Kuban, Kherson oblast, which caused the ammunition to detonate. The enemy’s losses are being clarified. 

Based on the verified information, as a result of attack on the occupiers’ positions in the area of Sofiivka, Berdiansk oblast, 40 russian soldiers were killed, 15 wounded. Moreover, 200 wounded occupiers were hospitalized in Starobilsk, Luhansk oblast. 

The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy’s attacks in the areas of Zaitseve, Maiorsk, Vesela Dolyna, Odradivka, Kurdiumivka, New York, Pervomaiske, Vyimka, Pavlivka and Bezimenne. 

The Ukrainian aviation launched 7 strikes to support the ground forces’ actions. 

One stronghold, ten areas of buildup of weapons and equipment, six anti- missile and anti-aircraft systems were affected. Ukrainian air defense forces brought down the enemy’s UAV. 

The air defense forces and artillery hit 4 command units, 15 areas of enemy’s buildup of manpower, weapons and equipment and 6 depots with ammunition, fuel and lubricants. 

Deputy head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Roman Prymush, advised that the civilian alert system is to be launched on December 01. Since that time, regional military administrations will be informing the civilians of local threats such as severe weather alerts, radiation and other chemical danger and temporary evacuation. The action plan will be communicated along with the alerts. 

The President Spokesman, Serhii Nykyforov, reported that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy convenes the emergency meeting of the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine on Friday, September 30. The agenda and other details will be shared later.


Eastern regions

Kharkiv oblast

Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that russian invaders continued shelling civilians in Kharkiv oblast’s border territories.

In Bohodukhiv district, Sosnivka was under attack, in Kharkiv district – Krasne and Strilecha, in Kupiansk district – Dvorichna, Hrushivka, Kolodiazne and Senkove.  Private houses and outbuildings were damaged and fires broke out.

8 people were hospitalized because of enemy shelling. In Izium district, a 26-year-old man tripped over a mine and blew up, 7 residents of Kupiansk district were injured.

According to the Kharkiv Regional State Emergency Service, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine defused 586 explosive objects. Almost all liberated settlements in Kharkiv district were mined by the invaders. The russian troops left behind looted houses, destroyed infrastructure, collapsed power lines and burnt-out forests, as well as areas mined with explosives, which are still being cleared by the deminers.

As a result of russian shelling, a private house caught on fire in Dvorichna settlement, Kupiansk district. The State Emergency Service extinguished the fire in time.

The press service of National Police reported that in the liberated Vovchansk, law enforcers found a torture chamber, which the invaders had set up in one of the enterprises. Citizens who refused to cooperate with the occupiers were imprisoned. Between 20 and 40 people were held in a room of 12 square meters. Tools for torture, nooses and clamps were found at the site. Prisoners were tortured with electric shocks, their fingernails were torn out and their fingers were broken. One of the prisoners left words of prayer engraved on the wall.

Referring to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, an air reconnaissance unit together with Ukrainian artillery destroyed a tank, a Tigr armoured vehicle, two trucks and around 60 invaders. Another tank was eliminated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine anti-tank unit. A third tank was hit by a drone munition.

Residents of liberated Izium are being asked by local authorities to evacuate on the eve of winter. Such an appeal was made in the Izium city council to residents of buildings which were damaged by the war and cannot be connected to the heating system. Those who want to leave may apply to the mayor. The Regional Military Administration is dealing with the issue of their resettlement.

According to the Oblenerho JSC, several cities near Kharkiv were left without power after rocket attacks. As a result of the emergency shutdown, Liubotyn and Pisochyn were de-energized. Work is ongoing to restore power supply.

Donetsk oblast

The enemy continues shelling the front line from Marinka to Sviatohirsk communities.

Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, informed that in Donetsk direction, the russians shelled heavily overnight in Avdiivka, Marinka and Ocheretyne communities.

In Marinka community,  Krasnohorivka, Maksymilianivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka and Oleksandropil were shelled. Two people were injured and 5 private houses damaged.

In Avdiivka, there were isolated hits and in the morning there was massive shelling of downtown. The consequences are being established.

In Horlivka direction, it was loud in Maiorsk station and Odradivka in Svitlodarsk community, as well as near Rozdolivka, Soledar and Yakovlivka in Soledar community. There were no casualties.

In Lyman direction, russians shelled Bohorodychne near Sviatohirsk killing one person.

Russian shelling killed six people and injured four.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in Bakhmutske, Bezimenne, Maiorsk, Mykolaivka Druha, Novomykhailivka, Odradivka, Ozerianivka, Pavlivka, Pervomaiske, Pobieda, Zaitseve and Zalizne settlements.

Head of Kramatorsk City Military Administration, Oleksandr Honcharenko, said that at 9 am, the invaders launched four rocket attacks on Kramatorsk. 11 people were injured, one is in serious condition. The attack damaged the building of a former boarding school, the premises of a hospital and Ukrtelekom JSC, almost all windows, apartment buildings and the road surface were destroyed.

The Head Department of Donetsk Regional State Emergency Service reported that in Sloviansk, rescuers recovered the body of a 56-year-old woman while clearing the rubble of a destroyed apartment building. The three-storey building was destroyed by russian troops on September 27.

According to the National Police of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops liberated Novoselivka. The report said that National Guard soldiers, together with their comrades from the 81st Brigade, kicked the enemy out of the Ukrainian community, and at the same time won a trophy – the invaders’ military equipment.

Mariupol Mayor’s Councillor, Petro Andriushchenko, reported that in the temporarily occupied city, more than 60K people will spend the winter without heating. According to him, even if the invaders fulfil their promise to install 100 mobile diesel-powered boiler rooms, this will only heat part of the population.

National Guard special forces destroyed an enemy tank and shelled the remaining convoys. The number of casualties is being clarified.

Luhansk oblast

The Centre for Strategic Communications said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine started liberating Luhansk oblast and taking only mobilised russians as prisoners. Ukrainian troops continue offensive operations east of Oskil river, encircle the Lyman grouping of russians and restrain the enemy in Kherson oblast as well, keeping the Dnipro crossings under fierce control.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, more than 200 injured invaders were taken to hospitals in Starobilsk in recent days.

The Central City Hospital from Rubizhne hosted more than 3K patients in Dnipro city. Since August, cardiologists, traumatologists, surgeons, ENT doctors, psychiatrists and obstetrician-gynaecologists are available to treat internally displaced people from Luhansk oblast and residents of Dnipro.

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, the invaders plan to repair 10-15 K flats. This number is several times lower than the number of houses destroyed in Sievierodonetsk or Mariupol alone.

Based on the information provided by the head of Luhansk Regional Department of Education and Science, Yurii Stetsiuk, children in the occupied territories of Luhansk oblast continue to study in Ukrainian schools online. More than 8K school students in the temporarily occupied communities of Luhansk oblast are studying in Ukrainian schools online. The educational process is provided to children by more than 2K teachers, 90 of them are under occupation. All students receiving education remotely will receive general secondary education diplomas from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the Burachki border crossing point, Pskov oblast, does not allow Ukrainians trying to enter Latvia to leave the russian territory. The information was sent by fellow citizens via a chat-bot. According to it, Ukrainian citizens are not allowed to cross the border for 4 days. About 200 cars are in the queue, disabled people and small children are among those leaving.

52 enterprises of Luhansk oblast benefited from the government’s relocation program with another 20 applying for support. Luhansk Regional Military Administration noted that about 80% of businesses evacuated from Luhansk oblast and refused to deal with the invaders. Most of them are small and medium businesses.

Northern regions

Kyiv oblast

Head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, reported about the meeting with the Ambassador of Italy to Ukraine Pier Francesco Zazo. They discussed future cooperation, such as the twinning of Kyiv oblast with the regions of Italy. Italy is currently assisting Ukraine in the restoration of infrastructure and housing in Kyiv oblast.

Residential buildings destroyed as a result of russian military aggression are being demolished in Irpin. The first to be dismantled is a high-rise building on Hostomel highway, destroyed by an air strike at the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion. This was reported by Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn. According to him, the works on dismantling and removal of construction debris are planned to be completed within a week.

The Diia.Business center, damaged by the russian invaders, was reopened in Bucha. Now it is a new modern building where entrepreneurs can receive consultation, learn and develop their skills. The Head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba noted that more than 100 production facilities were damaged in the oblast, 40 of them were completely destroyed, but despite the war, occupation and daily challenges, business representatives continue to work and develop.

Kyiv has purchased heating tents and diesel generators for social facilities. They will be used in case russian troops shell the critical infrastructure of the capital during the heating season. This was announced by the mayor of the city Vitaliy Klychko. According to him, the security at critical infrastructure facilities has been increased in Kyiv to prevent provocations. In addition, the capital is protected by a modern air defense system.

A joint interreligious prayer was held in Kyiv near the synagogue “Place for Reflection” in commemoration of the anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy. 81 years have passed since the beginning of mass executions of civilians in the Babyn Yar tract during the German occupation of Kyiv in 1941-1943. Minister of Culture and Information Oleksandr Tkachenko has mentioned during his speech that due to the russian military aggression, the development of the Babyn Yar historical and memorial reserve and memorial center had to be postponed.

In Boryspil district, rescuers of the Safety Center, recently opened on the territory of Studenyky territorial community, joined the “safety lesson” in one of the local schools. Actions during an air raid alarm, shelling and in case of detection of explosive objects were discussed.

“Kyiv is the unbreakable heart of Europe” photo exhibition was opened in Ljubljana and Prague. The photos depict Kyiv and the surrounding hero towns that stopped the russian army on the way to the capital. The opening of such exhibitions is planned in other European capitals.

Zhytomyr oblast

The commander of an assault unit of the “DNR” terrorist organization was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in Zhytomyr. Now he is on the wanted list. According to the Security Service of Ukraine, it had been officially confirmed that under the direct command of the convict the assaulters participated in combat confrontations with servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the use of heavy military weapons.

More than 33K school students of Zhytomyr oblast attend educational institutions on-site. There are 175 schools that meet all necessary conditions for studying offline and have shelters. According to the Department of Education and Science of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, currently 81K students are studying in a mixed format, 23K – remotely, and more than 12K students from Zhytomyr oblast are abroad.

4 foster families and 3 family-type orphanages, which had to flee from Kyiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts due to russian bombs and missiles, found shelter in Zhytomyr oblast. Accommodation for foster families and family-type orphanages was provided at the expense of the state budget and local communities. Volunteers and religious communities of the region are also involved.

90% of residents have returned to the settlements of Narodytske community, located in the north of Zhytomyr oblast, which were liberated from occupiers. This was reported by the head of the village military administration Oleh Yarmolyuk. As a result of shelling by the russian military in Narodnytske community, more than 700 houses were damaged. The overall damage is preliminarily estimated at almost UAH 30 million.

Humanitarian aid worth about 1500 euros was collected for residents of the oblast at the festival of puppet theater in Germany. Performances by the actors of the “Compliment” Puppet Studio Theatre in support of Ukraine took place in Nordheim, Guilden for representatives of 7 countries, the Ukrainian diaspora, and refugees from Ukraine.

Sumy oblast

The SBGS reported that the territories of the Krasnopillia and Seredina-Buda communities of Sumy oblast came under enemy fire. The enemy shelled the Ukrainian border with mortars and barrel artillery, more than 25 explosions were recorded. A high-voltage power line and 2 houses in one of the villages of the Krasnopillia community were partially damaged due the shelling.

The enemy continues shelling the border settlements of Sumy oblast. According to “North” OC, 45 strikes with the use of artillery were recorded in the area of ​​Sosnivka and the “Shalyginskyi” reserve. According to preliminary information, the animal complex was hit and power lines were damaged. The enemy made another 10 mortar attacks in the area of ​​the settlement of Sopych.

Sumy RMA reported that 5 buildings were damaged, the premises of the cultural center were damaged, and the power line was damaged due to the mortar shelling of the Bilopillia community.

The head of Sumy RMA Dmytro Zhivytskyi reported that the Ukrainian military shot down a russian Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicle that crossed the border of Ukraine using small arms in Sumy oblast.

The residents of Sumy will receive monetary compensation for the repair of housing damaged by the full-scale invasion of russia. The executive committee of the Sumy City Council allocated 3 million hryvnias for assistance.

A farmer from the village of Ludzha purchased a Niva car at his own expense and handed it over to the defenders at the front. He is helping the Ukrainian military for the second time. At the beginning of a full-scale war, he sent a tractor and a four-wheel drive “Niva” vehicle to the needs of the Armed Forces.

Autumn “Eco-shopping” and an exhibition of autumn gifts in support of the AFU took place in Shostka. Those who wished had the opportunity to buy natural tea, potted flowers, vegetables and enjoy aromatic pastries. The organizers will transfer all proceeds to the needs of the Armed Forces.

Chernihiv oblast

Horodnya community has been under enemy fire twice, the SBGS reported. There were 70 shots from an automatic grenade launcher and mortar, 27 explosions were recorded. Enemy unmanned aerial vehicles dropped two explosive devices on the territory of the Semenivka community.

The enemy continues shelling the border settlements of Chernihiv oblast. According to “North” OC, the enemy attacked Senkivka with mortar from the territory of the russian federation twice. 20 explosions were recorded. There are no losses among personnel and equipment.

Another exchange of prisoners took place in Chernihiv oblast. Ukraine returned six more Ukrainians from captivity – four marines who participated in the battles for Mariupol, and two civilians. Among those released is a resident of the village of Staryi Bykiv, Chernihiv oblast, captured by armed russians in her home because the young woman informed the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the movement of russian troops.

Restoration of the Chernihiv thermal power station continues according to schedule, given the circumstances of the enterprise’s operation in wartime conditions. Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv RMA, announced this. Technically, the Chernihiv TPS will be ready for start-up with the beginning of the heating season. The government allocated almost 100 million hryvnias for the restoration of the Chernihiv thermal power station.

Shelters in educational institutions of the oblast are being arranged. Currently, 70% of them have the simplest shelters. In some communities, modular structures are installed for this purpose. However, Ukraine requires international support to install more modular structures since the cost of a modular shelter with a capacity of about one hundred people, including installation, is 1.4 million hryvnias.

“Priorities of business in the conditions of war and post-war conditions” was the topic of the online conference that brought together business representatives and authorities of Chernihiv and Sumy regions today. It was about issues of security, restoration of business after the russian invasion, introduction of special legal regimes of economic and investment activity in the territories of the northern region, simplification of administration.

Chernihiv RMA reported that families from the Kyselivka territorial community and the affected Chernihiv districts are moving into the modular town of Novoselivka-2. Part of the monoblock is intended for living and training of athletes and trainers of the ski base. In total, 352 people can be accommodated here.

Chernihiv sappers of the State Emergency Service conducted mine safety training for employees of one of the most important enterprises of the critical infrastructure of the region – JSC “Chernihivoblenergo”. The employees of the enterprise carry out inspections and repairs on the line associated with the danger and risks of a mine nature.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

It has been a terrible night with tragic consequences. At night, the russian occupying forces launched a missile attack on Dnipro.

The enemy hit residential areas. Three private residential buildings were destroyed, and more than sixty were damaged. A high-rise building was also affected. Stalls and buses were damaged. The power line was also cut. 4 civilians were killed, 15 people wounded, 6 among them are in serious condition. People were hospitalized.  Russians killed two adults and two children — an 8-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. As a result of the attack, there is a hole with a diameter of approximately 10 meters and a depth of more than 7 meters at the place of  explosion. This was announced by the head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk.

The russians hit the Kryvyi Rih district with prohibited cluster shells from the “Hurricanes”. They targeted the industrial infrastructure in Zelenodolsk community. 13 employees of the enterprise were injured. An administration building was damaged. This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Valentyn Reznichenko.

The russians attacked the Chervonohryhorivska community in Nikopol district. There were no casualties. Ten houses, farm buildings, a car and a power line were affected. Also, two rockets were shot down by air defense forces over the Sinelnykivsky district, one – over  Kryvyi Rih district. Another one hit an enterprise in  Kryvyi Rih district, where production facilities were damaged. There were no victims. This was announced by the head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk.

Vinnytsia oblast

Vinnytsia volunteers loaded six cars with humanitarian aid, which will be sent to different directions, including Balaklia. As reported by the “Podilska hromada” Community Foundation, several tons of food, hygiene items, and basic necessities were handed over to local residents. In addition, medicines and medical supplies will be handed over, because the hospital in the city is currently not operating.

Kirovohrad oblast

The spokeswoman of the national police of the region, Vitalina Bevzenko, reported that a cruise missile shot down by the Ukrainian military was found and neutralized in a field. The cruise missile that was shot down by the air defense system belongs to the Kalibr type. Pyrotechnics blew up the warhead of the rocket, which did not detonate. Its remains will be used as evidence of war crimes committed by the russian military.

Poltava oblast

Dmytro Lunin, the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, announced that in Poltava oblast, the territorial defence brigade was provided with clothes, specifically uniforms, fleece jackets and winter hats. 

Southern regions

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Tonight, the enemy attacked Orikhiv. Private houses suffered numerous destruction. As a result of shelling, fires broke out on tens of square meters. Firefighters quickly put down the fire. According to available information, there are no victims.

Police officers have documented about 30 reports of house destruction in Vasylivka and Polohy districts. There is information about an injured citizen.

Russian invaders attacked civilian residences in Orikhiv and Huliaipole area. Apartment buildings and private houses were damaged, some of them were completely destroyed by direct hits of shells.

In addition, the enemy damaged the courtyard area, destroyed cars and injured a local resident. The woman was hospitalized.

The occupying forces shelled with Grad MLRS the residential infrastructure of Stepnohirsk. The police recorded damage to the nine-story building roof and several houses.

Enerhoatom denied  the information about the fire at the second power unit of the ZNPP. An explosion occurred on the voltage supply line from power unit No. 6 to the nitrogen-oxygen station. As a result of damage to the line, a short circuit occurred in one of the voltage transformers. However, there was no fire. Animals are believed to have caused the explosion. This was reported by the International Atomic Energy Agency. The perimeter of the station, approaches and entrances of the ZNPP are mined by the russian military. Therefore, the security situation remains complex.

On September 27, the Defense Forces destroyed three S-300 anti-aircraft missile complexes near Tokmak settlement. Losses of the enemy’s personnel are specified.

According to the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,​​ 40 enemies were wounded and about 15 killed as a result of an attack on the occupiers’ positions near Sofiivka, Berdiansk district.

In the temporarily occupied Melitopol, the occupiers started forced mobilization. The gauleiters issued an “order” that a so-called “volunteer” battalion should be assembled by October 10. This was announced by the Mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov. The occupiers plan to recruit more than 3 000 people to their battalions.

A car exploded in temporarily occupied Melitopol. The car belonged to the collaborator, Olena Shapurova, who was in charge of the occupiers’ education area. The woman survived.

Mykolaiv oblast

Around 5:30 p.m. russian troops attacked Mykolaiv. As a result a cluster projectile hit, 2 people were killed, 12 injured. People who were near the public transport stop were injured. They are being given the necessary assistance.

At night, the enemy hit Mykolaiv downtown again with a guided anti-aircraft missile from S-300 system. The local history museum and the college building were damaged. There are no casualties.

Warehouses were destroyed in Bereznehuvate community by five rockets from Smerch MLRS. There are no casualties.

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down two russian Su-25 attack aircraft in Bashtanka district. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Danish government will provide assistance to Mykolaiv oblast to restore heat supply.

Odesa oblast

Eight enemy ships and boats are maneuvering in the Black Sea along the southern coast of Crimea. 3 surface missile carriers equipped with 24 Calibers and 1 large amphibious ship are on standby.

Three people, who helped russia in carrying out collaborative and subversive activities and planned provocations for Putin’s birthday, were detained in Odesa.

On September 29, three vessels left the ports of Chornomorsk and Pivdennyi through the grain corridor. This was reported by the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.

More than 60,000 tons of agricultural products for African and Asian countries are on board the ships.

Kherson oblast

The Defense Forces units deter the enemy by launching missile and artillery strikes at personnel, weapons and military equipment buildups, control points and logistics facilities. Thus, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 12 equipment buildups and 6 warehouses with ammunition in Kherson oblast in the past two days.

The position and composition of the enemy’s troops did not undergo significant changes. The enemy continues to terrorize territorial communities with civilians both along the front line and deep in the rear.

The enemy tried to improve the tactical position with company force from Chkalovo towards Bezimenne. They had no success, retreated with losses.

The enemy continues to conduct aerial reconnaissance. Ukrainian forces shot down 3 unmanned scouts of the Orlan-10 type.

The enemy launched 6 more airstrikes, including three air-to-air cruise missiles against the planes of our Air Force. Without the loss of our aviation.

Ukrainian aviation launched 6 strikes on manpower, weapons and equipment buildups, as well as on enemy air defense positions.

Rocket and artillery units carried out more than 220 firing missions, including ones at four forces and means buildups in Charivne, Oleshky and Kherson, at two electronic warfare stations in Beryslav district, and as a control – at the bridge in Nova Kakhovka. Ukrainian defenders destroyed an enemy stronghold near Khreshchenivka.

The occupiers shelled five settlements in Kherson oblast: Myroliubivka, Petrivka, Bilousivka, Novopetrivka, and Suhyi Stavok. There are injured civilians, damaged and destroyed private houses. There is no water supply and electricity in some settlements, and there is no possibility to restore them in the near future due to constant enemy attacks. The police work at the sites of shelling where possible, all crimes of the russian federation are documented.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that on September 27, 2,000 people mobilized from Crimea were sent from Sevastopol to Kherson oblast. The military commissars in the temporarily occupied territory of the autonomous republic of Crimea received an order regarding the priority of conscription of Crimean Tatars into the ranks of the russian occupying forces, with their dispatch to combat units performing tasks in the areas of the most intense hostilities. During September 26, 21 persons of the specified nationality were mobilized in Saky district.

Western regions

Volyn oblast

UAH 1 700K was allocated from the budget of Lutsk for SUVs for the combat unit of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Novovolynsk will send help from partners from Germany to the front – 3 fire trucks, 20 drones and walkie-talkies.

Zakarpattia oblast

In RMA, a meeting with the EU Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Oliver Vargei, was held. They discussed humanitarian aid, restoration of destroyed infrastructure, etc.

The Coordinating Center for Rehabilitation and Restoration of Servicemen who were injured in hostilities or were released from captivity has become operational in Zakarpattia.

Zakarpattia oblast bought a lot of warm clothes for the soldiers of the 101st Territorial Defense Brigade.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

RMA reported that another shipment from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine arrived in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. The aid will be distributed among medical institutions of Prykarpattia. They will receive 33 syringe pumps and four infusion pumps with consumables for them.

Lviv oblast

As part of the 1K cars of freedom initiative, 5 cars and humanitarian aid went to the front line to the soldiers from Lviv oblast.

Rivne oblast

A humanitarian aid was sent from Dubna to the East of Ukraine. The collection of this aid was organized by a family of volunteer resettlers, Orlovs, from Kramatorsk.

Cigarettes worth UAH 130 million were delivered to the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These products were seized by law enforcement officers during the investigation of criminal proceedings.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

An inpatient care department was opened for IDPs at the boarding house in Stariy Usytsia.

The Deputy of the Khmelnytskyi City Council and officer of the State Border Service of Ukraine Serhiy Bolotnikov was awarded the medal “For military service to Ukraine!” by the Decree of the President of Ukraine.

Chernivtsi oblast

Since the war began, the hot line for displaced people has received over 40K calls.

The Chernivtsi Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported that in Bukovina, 75K UAH were collected for individual tactical first-aid kits for defenders

 International support

The state budget of Ukraine received EUR 500 million in the EU grant funds as part of the Contract on State Development and Strengthening of Stability signed on September 5.

The $1.1 billion military aid package from the US includes 18 highly mobile HIMARS artillery missile systems and their ammunition, as well as12 Titan systems used to combat drones.

Germany will pass Ukraine four IRIS-T SLM air defense systems, although only one was originally planned.

Germany prepared 13 bridge-laying machines and 90 heavy-duty trailers for shipment to Ukraine.

Germany has been transmitting intelligence data about the russian army to Ukraine since  summer.

Finland will close the border for russian tourists on the night of September 30.

The European Commission offered the eighth package of anti-russian sanctions. It includesnew trade restrictions, a legal basis for capping russian oil prices, and an additional list of sanctioned russians and russian companies. Now the new package of sanctions must be agreed by the member states in the Council of the EU.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with the Federal Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz. They discussed bilateral defense cooperation and illegally held pseudo-referendums in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
