It has been the ninety-second day of heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people with the Russian military invasion.

The current situation at the front remains difficult and has signs of further aggravation. The enemy used all forces and means to seize the territory and encircle our troops. The enemy has been launching strikes along the entire front line. According to Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar, the fighting has reached maximum intensity. The enemy is storming the positions of our troops simultaneously in several directions.

Ukraine in brief:

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:

In Volyn and Polissia directions, tactical drills of the Armed Forces of Belarus continue on the territory of Brest oblast.

In Siversk direction, the enemy continues activities of engineering equipment at their positions in the border areas of Bryansk oblast and uses aviation to strengthen their protection.

The enemy continues to shell with mortars and barrel artillery the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the border areas of Sumy oblast.

In Kharkiv and Sloviansk directions, the enemy focused on maintaining their positions and restraining the advance of Ukrainian troops. The russians are also shelling Ukrainian positions.

Supported by artillery, the enemy took an offensive towards Bohorodychne, did not succeed and retreated to previously occupied positions.

Russian invaders are shelling Kharkiv. 7 residents were killed and 17 injured, including a 9-year-old child.

In Belgorod and Voronezh oblasts, the occupiers continue preparing reserves, replenishing stocks to relaunchre the offensive.

Towards Donetsk, the enemy shells units of Ukrainian defenders, launches missile strikes, conducts reconnaissance, increases air support and regroups their units, being strengthened by reserve units.

Towards Lyman, the enemy focused on firing our units in the areas of Ozerne and south of the city of Lyman.

Towards Severodonetsk, the enemy is conducting an offensive towards Severodonetsk and Borivske without any success.

Towards Ustynivka, the enemy had partial success.

To disrupt the logistics and prevent the maneuver of the Ukrainian troops, the occupier strikes the bridge crossings.

In Bakhmut direction, the russian invaders were on the offensive near Komyshuvakha, Nyrkove, Berestovo and Belohorivka, but they did not succeed, suffered losses and withdrew.

In the directions of Pokrovsky and Klynovy, the enemy partially succeeded, seized the settlement of Midna Ruda. The invaders are regrouping.

Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhii Haidai says that the occupiers do not control the Lysychansk-Bakhmut highway, but are shooting there. S, Ukrainian defenders and volunteers are looking for other ways to deliver cargo to the territory of Luhansk oblast controlled by Ukraine.

Towards Avdiivka, the enemy tried to resume the offensive and failed.

In Kurakhiv, Novopavlovsky and Zaporizhzhia directions there were no active hostilities, the enemy shelled the positions of our troops with mortars, reactive and barrel artillery, and fought counterbathary struggle.

In Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy grouping was further strengthened by a tank battalion on T-62 tanks.

In the South Bug direction, the enemy did not conduct active operations. The invaders probably mined the coast of the Kakhovka reservoir.

In Bessarabia direction, on the territory of the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova, the level of terrorist danger has been reduced. At the same time, the personnel of the operational group of russian troops in the region continues to serve in an enhanced mode.

According to the “South” operational command, the sea region is exposed to threats of missile strikes, but attempts to land troops are unlikely due to bad weather.

In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the occupation authorities continue taking measures of the administrative and police regime. The russians prevent the departure of civilians to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

In addition, the occupiers intensified broadcasting propaganda through available and special broadcasting means.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Valerii Zaluzhnyi reminded partners that the delivery of weapons cannot be delayed, as this is measured by the lives of people who save the world from russian invaders.

Putin openly trades with the EU: he promises grain supplies in exchange for lifting sanctions.

For three months of the full-scale war, the National Bank has “printed” 120 billion hryvnias: every month Ukraine needs $ 5 billion for the budget functioning, and within three months, the National Bank has already “printed” UAH 120 billion, or $ 4.1 billion. The sources of funding for the state budget, first of all, are military bonds and international assistance. In over two months, $ 13.8 billion, or UAH 404.2 billion, was received.

During the day, pyrotechnic units of the SES were involved 223 times. 1,095 explosive objects and 8 kg of explosives, including 1 air bomb were found, extracted and disposed. The area of 353 hectares was examined.

Over 676 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of full-scale armed russian aggression. 240 children were killed and more than 436 were injured. Most children were affected in Donetsk (151), Kyiv (116), Kharkiv (105), Chernihiv (68), Luhansk (50), Kherson (49), Mykolaiv (45), Zaporizhzhia (28), Sumy (17), Zhytomyr (15) oblasts and Kyiv (16).

For 16 days in a row after May 9, the flow to enter Ukraine across its western border has been exceeding that of the exit, and the total net inflow for these days has amounted to a record 120K people. 

In the occupied Mariupol, the russians extended the academic year until the end of the summer to prepare schools for introducing the russian program. All summer, children will be taught the russian language and literature, russian history and mathematics in russian. The occupiers began an inventory of library, school and other book funds. They attributed all textbooks on the history of Ukraine and literature to the “extreme” literature. 

In Kyiv, virtual tours of destroyed and damaged buildings during the war have been created.

The World Health Organization Assembly adopted a resolution condemning russia’s armed attack on Ukraine and called on the russian army to stop destroying and bombing Ukrainian hospitals. 

A self-declared president of belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated that the armed forces of belarus are now creating a new southern operational command. He also discussed a possible war on the territory of the country.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has awarded 144 Ukrainian servicemen, 17 of them posthumously.

Eastern regions

The occupiers set fire on almost 50 settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, destroying and damaging 60 civilian objects. Nine civilians were killed and 14 injured.

Today Ukrainian defenders of the Allied Forces repulsed 12 enemy attacks and destroyed:

  • Ka-52 multi-purpose helicopter;
  • cruise missile;
  • Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicle type “Orlan-10”;
  • 1 tank;
  • 5 artillery systems;
  • 5 units of combat armored vehicles;
  • 5 enemy vehicles. 

Kharkiv oblast 

Today the enemy shelled Kharkiv. Previously, they fired howitzers. Russian troops once again shelled the northern districts of the city: Pavlove Pole, Oleksiyivka, in addition, Kyiv district. There was also shelling of the village of Zhukovsky, KHAI district. According to Ihor Klymenko, 9 people died in Kharkiv as a result of today’s shelling (8 in Kharkiv, one in Dergachi), including a baby. When the shelling began, a young family was walking in the street, a wife and a man carrying a 5-month-old baby. The man died on the spot. The woman was hospitalized in a serious condition. Police later found the child’s body. The baby was thrown up on the roof of the entrance by the explosive wave from the father’s hands.

At least five russian shells hit Dergachi on May 26.

Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said that 19 people had been injured in today’s shelling (17 in Kharkiv, two in the region), including a 9-year-old child.

 Fire broke out from russian strikes on Kharkiv on May 26 – a kiosk and a car caught fire.

Kharkiv Defense Headquarters reports that two russian Orlan-10 drones were shot down in Kharkiv oblast. 

The occupiers abducted Vladyslav Soloviov, the son of the head of the Chkalovsk community in the Kharkiv oblast, Viktor Solovyov, who refused to hang a russian flag.

Donetsk oblast

On May 26, the russians killed 5 civilians in Donetsk: 2 in Marinka, 2 in Lyman and 1 in Zoria.

The enemy fired on our units in the areas of Ozerny and south of the settlement of Lyman. Also, the russian occupiers are conducting an offensive towards settlements of Komyshuvakha, Nirkove, Berestove and Belogorivka, they have no success. In the directions of Pokrovsky and Klinov the enemy has gained partial success.

According to the General Staff, the enemy seized the settlement of Midna Ruda in the Donetsk oblast, bypassed the coast of the Kakhovka Reservoir, and intensified broadcasting of propaganda materials in the occupied territories. 

The fighting intensified in the area of ​​Avdiivka, as a result of night shelling, fire equipment and the building of the fire department were significantly damaged. Further service is under threat. Hence, the management of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk oblast, in order to save the lives of personnel, decided to relocate the rescuers of Avdiivka to a safer settlement.

Another senior occupier officer was “demilitarized” in Donbass. Colonel of the Belarusian Air Force, 63-year-old pilot Mykola Markiv, operating Su-25, was shot down in the sky over Popasna, Luhansk oblast.

Ukraine’s last military flag flies over the Sea of ​​Azov in Mariupol. The flag is flying over the Donbass vessel. A sad as it may seem, the ship still prevents the enemy from launching the port operations. Even the sunken Ukrainian ship is serving for the benefit of the country and against the occupiers.

Mariupol Mayor’s Councilor Petro Andriuschenko informs that in Mariupol, the russian occupiers have installed 12 TV sets broadcasting russian propaganda. He added that TV sets were installed near humanitarian hubs, document registration centers and water distribution locations.

In Donbass, on May 26, the Ukrainian military eliminated 87 enemies and destroyed 5 infantry fighting vehicles within the area of the Vostok (East) operational and tactical group.

Luhansk oblast

The enemy is advancing towards the settlements of Severodonetsk and Borivske, but has no success. The invaders haves gained partial success towards the settlement of Ustynivka.

There is heavy fighting on the outskirts of Severodonetsk. The enemy is trying to break into the city. The regional center is being destroyed with artillery and aircraft. Our fighters are holding the line in the area of ​​Zolotyi and Katerynivka. In Toshkivka, the racists were pushed back; the Armed Forces of Ukraine gained a foothold.

The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai informs that the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the occupiers’ checkpoint on the Lysychansk–Bakhmut highway. However, it’s under constant enemy fire. Moving along the highway is dangerous. It is still possible to deliver humanitarian aid and evacuate the civilians. 

Northern regions

The Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with units of the Armed Forces, will increase  border defense and strengthen the regime in the border areas.

At the all-Ukrainian telethon, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin informed that iIn the northern regions of Ukraine,  sabotage and reconnaissance groups tried to penetrate Ukrainian territory from russia. There was artillery and mortar shelling. It prevents Ukraine from redirecting reserves to hot spots.

At the same time, he notes that of russian assault groups don’t build up their forces along the border with Belarus.

Kyiv oblast

Prime Minister of Finland Sanna Marin arrived in Ukraine to visit Irpin and Bucha. The foreign delegation visited tragic places where the russian army committed genocide against civilian Ukrainian

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko spoke with foreign media representatives at the World Economic Forum in Davos during the discussion “Kyiv after the attack”.

Vitalii Klychko stated that Irpin, Bucha, Gostomel, and Borodianka had saved Kyiv. They defended the capital of Ukraine. Were it not for the defense of neighboring cities, all the horrific shots of destruction would have been on the streets of Kyiv.

According to Vitalii Klychko, 120 residents of the city were killed during the assault on the capital, 300 injured, 16 children hospitalized in critical condition, four of them died.

Demining works are underway in Kyiv oblast. During the day, pyrotechnics inspected and neutralized explosive devices in 30 settlements.

In the city of Kyiv, pyrotechnicians are working to find mines on the territory of the Grishko Botanical Garden in Pechersk. The botanical garden will be closed to visitors for up to two weeks. 

The military administration made public a list of safe parks to visit in Kyiv. Pyrotechnicians have already inspected over 700 hectares of green areas of the city. Surveys are underway.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba informs that the power supply was fully restored in Kyiv oblast at a in record pace.

The St.JavelinaSt. Javelina The St.Javelina mural, created by artists of the Kailas-V creative team, was completed in Kyiv yesterday. The mural depicts the Mother of God holding a Javelin portable anti-tank missile system.

Today, Ukrainian religious figures addressed the President and the Mayor of Kyiv with their protest against this.

However, the project authors explained that this work is an art object. There is nothing offensive to believers in this work, especially given the images of various weapons (swords, spears)  on ancient icons.

In Kyiv, 3D tours of Kyiv buildings, destroyed and damaged by russian aggression, can be virtually taken at the tourist and cultural hub. Over100K users from more than 30 countries visited the hub.

“It is important to document russian war crimes and spread the information. The enemy will pay back. We will definitely restore everything and win”, wrote the head of Kyiv digital transformation, Petro Olenych, in his channel.

 Zhytomyr oblast

At one of the checkpoints in the Zhytomyr oblast, police stopped a minibus and during a search found a Kalashnikov assault rifle, more than half a hundred rounds of ammunition, a grenade shell and several fuses. The origin of weapons and ammunition is being verified.

Production of portable cell phone chargers, walkie-talkies, tablets and even Starlink terminals has been launched for the needs of the Ukrainian military in Zhytomyr.

Chernihiv oblast

The enemy fired mortars and artillery shells on Zarichche district of Chernihiv oblast.

The situation in the region remains stable. The head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration Vyacheslav Chaus states that the border shelling is carried out periodically, but there is no need for evacuation.

Restoration of the damaged infrastructure remains essential.

The territory of Chernihiv oblast is being cleared of mines. According to the SES in Chernihiv oblast, as of morning of May 26, during the day pyrotechnic and underwater demining teams of the SES were involved in explosive devices disposal 34 times. They found and removed 189 items. In total, 24 614 explosive devices have been removed since the hostilities began.

Power networks are being restored in the suburbs of Chernihiv. Due to significant damage caused by warfare, power engineers are running a 10 kV line from scratch, stretching along Bobrovytsia and feeding Novoselivka.

Sumy oblast

The enemy fired mortars and artillery shells on Bachiv and Krasnopillya districts of Sumy oblast.

At noon our air defense forces shot down an enemy missile over Sumy .

At a press conference, on May 25 the head of the Sumy regional military administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi explained to journalists why Sumy oblast is not included in the list of areas where hostilities are taking place.

A list of border settlements that are constantly under fire has been sent to the Ministry of Reintegration of Ukraine. They are likely to be classified as those where hostilities are taking place.

The civilians from border villages, settlements and cities are currently not evacuated. But if needed for evacuation will be held at the head of the community’s request.

In Sumy, due to fuel shortage, utility buses will serve citizens only during rush hour.

Central regions

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Once again at night the enemy fired artillery on the community of Apostolove in the Kryvyi Rih district. There were no casualties.

“In Kryvyi Rih, production at industrial enterprises resumed. Today the rolling shop #3 of the ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih plant started operating. There is the first peaceful product, after cast iron, in the conditions of war – it is 160 tons of wire rod “, the head of the military administration of the city Alexander Vilkul  on May 25.

Poltava oblast

In Poltava oblast, there was a trial in the case of two russian servicemen involved in the February 24 shelling of Kharkiv oblast. It caused destruction and damage to the infrastructure and residential buildings. The verdict is due on May 31.

Poltava oblast has its own food front. The head of the Poltava regional military administration reported that the sowing campaign was completed. Agrarians of the region sowed 1402.6 Hectares of agricultural crops. This is 100% of the planned sowing area.

Vinnytsia oblast

22 relocated enterprises have moved to Vinnytsia, 18 of which have already started operations. The city has supporting tools for them. “Municipal Housing” program was launched for employees.

The bot farm, which operated in Vinnytsia in the interests of russia, was exposed by SSU cyber specialists. False information about military aggression against Ukraine was spread on fake social media pages.

Cherkasy oblast

A former general staff member was detained for pro-russian propaganda in Cherkasy. The man resigned from the Armed Forces and received russian citizenship to work in one of the country’s military units.

The head of Cherkasy regional military administration Igor Taburets informs that 20 new ambulance vehicles were supplied to Cherkasy ambulance fleet. Brigades are also working outside the region, rescuing victims of hostilities. Since the beginning of the war, thanks to the Training Center, more than two thousand civilians and military personnel were trained to provide home care.

Southern regions

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stressed that putin’s decree on a simplified procedure for granting russian citizenship to residents of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions is a gross violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, norms and principles of international humanitarian law and russia’s obligations as an occupying power rights.

Zaporizhzhia oblast

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, russian troops are reinforcing troop units in the Pologi and Vasylivka districts of the region. They might plan to resume offensive operations towards Vasylivka – Kamyanske, as well as  towards Orikhiv and Huliaipole. The enemy fired artillery at the settlements of Novopil, Charivne, Orikhiv and Kamyanka.

Yesterday, after the attack of the russian military on the objects of Zaporizhzhia, the fire was extinguished in the shopping center on the area of ​​800 sq.m. and buildings of the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city. 

In the village of Novoboykivske, a farm building caught on fire as a result of the shelling, and in Novokarlivka, Pologiv district, a school building with an area of ​​200 sq.m.

In Orikhiv, as a result of the russian shelling, a garage, the roof of an apartment building, dry grass and garbage on a 1.5-hectare raincoat and an outbuilding ignited. Rescuers localized all fires.

The SES removed and disposed of two cluster munitions and two Smerch missiles near the villages of Novoyakovlivka and Magdalinivka.

The  State Security Services reported the suspicion to a russian general who commanded the occupiers in Zaporozhzhia. Lieutenant General of the 58th Army of the russian federation Mikhail Zusko gave an order to destroy settlements in the Zaporozhzhia region in March 2022. As a result of these criminal acts, civilians were killed and wounded, private homes and critical infrastructure were destroyed.

Former parliament member deputy of the Zaporizhzhia regional council elected from the Opposition Bloc party, Yevhen Balytskyi, was suspected under the CCU article of treason. The man sided with russia and joined the seizure of power in the region. With the support of the russian military, Balitsky forced local government officials and utilities to recognize him as the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

25 rescue volunteers are enrolled in the newly formed Civil Defense Forces. Due to the fact that russian troops are causing large-scale destruction of housing and critical infrastructure in Zaporozhzhia, the main department of the SES in the region is selecting and training volunteers. After training, they will be able to join the voluntary formation of civil defense and help professional rescuers.

Kherson oblast

Russian soldiers bombarded Novoskresenske with cluster munitions. The invaders shot about 1K land mines in the evening. They also fired on Dudchany village, Mylivsk community from the left Dnipro bank. There are unexploded mines and destroyed private houses in the village. 

The General Staff reports that the enemy is attempting to improve its tactical positions and take control over the border of Kherson oblast. The enemy tried to assault the settlement of Tavriiske, but didn’t succeed. 

Towards Kryvyi Rih, hostile russian troops were attempting to assault the settlement of Mykolaivka without any success. Osokorivka, Trudoliubivka and Dobrianka were shelled.  

The Kyiv city prosecutor’s office sent the notice of suspicion on the state treason to the deputy of Kherson regional council assigned to run the customs by russian troops.  

The Ministry on Reintegration Issues of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine offered an action plan for Kherson educational institutions in case of the forcible transfer of the educational system to the aggressor country’s standards.

If the Ukrainian educational standards can’t be implemented, heads of these institutions can halt the educational process and they should get an average salary. 

In case of coercion, when the employees are forced to perform duties at gunpoint, these acts won’t have any criminal accountability. However, all the facts should be documented, and if possible reported to the State Security Services and/or prosecutor’s office. 

Mykolaiv oblast

The “South” operational command reports that there is fighting on the line of contact. Russian troops are trying to gain a foothold in the occupied Kherson oblast and have begun building the third line of defense.

The enemy tried to advance towards Mykolayiv, bypassing the Ukrainian positions with the forces of a reinforced platoon, supported by 2 tanks and 3 infantry fighting vehicles. The fire, with the support of 4 Mi-8 helicopters, killed up to 7 soldiers and destroyed 1 BMP-2.

Artillery and mortar shelling hits the settlements and terrorizes the civiliansn. The shelling took place in the Kutsurub community, in the village of Pervomaiske, in the village of Kotlyareve, Shevchenkivska, Shirokivska and Bereznehuvatska communities. As a result of the shelling, 2 people were killed and 2 others were injured. There is also damage to the social and administrative infrastructure.

There are 30 humanitarian centers in Mykolaiv, where bread and canned food are distributed free of charge daily within the United Nations program.

Odesa oblast

Russians are creating fakes about “Nazi fighters” staying in schools and hospitals of Odesa oblast to justify missile strikes on civilian facilities. Thus, on May 26, the Ministry of Defense of the rf said that units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine allegedly equipped a stronghold in the building of an oncological dispensary in Odesa and forced patients to leave the institution.

On May 23, the russians mentioned schools #14 and 71 and said that they had created firing positions and placed armored vehicles, artillery and MLRS.

In Izmail, they will rename the streets, associated with russia and its Soviet and imperial past. According to Mayor Andrii Abramchenko, there are 359 streets, alleys and avenues with russian names in Izmail. About 100 of them are named after russian and Soviet scientists, cultural figures and historical figures.

Western regions

Volyn

The National Police detained an employee of the Volyn recruitment office for illegal activities. The attacker negotiated with men of recruitment age who intended to evade mobilization and further service, and promised to help leave the country for a reward of $ 4,500.

Investigators of the Volyn MDofNP initiated criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 332 (illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine in Volyn detained a former serviceman of the russian Armed Forces who entered Ukraine via Belarus with a Ukrainian passport.

The Security Service of Ukraine investigators informed the perpetrator of suspicion of treason (Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He was also remanded in custody.

A pre-trial investigation is underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime. His connection with the secret services of the aggressor country is being checked and the genuine reasons for his visit to Ukraine are being clarified.

Zakarpattia

In the Zakarpattia oblast, two residents of the village Grushevo reported on suspicion of illegal transportation of several people across the state border. Specifically, one of the defendants is suspected of committing this for selfish motives.

Zakarpattia Regional State Administration informs that about 45% of all relocated companies in Ukraine moved to the region. In total, 262 enterprises arrived in the region, 182 enterprises are already operating. More than 160 companies have already re-registered their business in Zakarpattia. So they become tax agents.

Zakarpattia hosted representatives of IT companies, a large number of companies specializing in services, clothing, machinery and equipment, furniture, computers, electronic and optical products, wood processing and more.

Ivano-Frankivsk

In the village of Velykyi Klyuchiv in the Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, a sewing workshop was organized, in which 2K first-aid kits for the military have already been made. Sport suits used to be manufactured here, but for more than two months now the company has been working exclusively for the military. 13 people work in the shop. The company plans to master manufacturing of holsters for military and sleeping bags. 

Lviv

It was calm and peaceful. For the first time since the start of a full-scale russian invasion, IDPs in need of temporary protection have not sought refuge.

Almost 20K people crossed the border at all crossings of the Lviv oblast. 35K people left Ukraine across the western border and 36K returned.

The construction of a modular camp for IDPs is being completed in Yavoriv district. About 50 women with children will be able to live here.

The design of housing differs from other modular towns that have been built in Lviv oblast. The bathrooms, showers, cooking facilities will be inside the building where the bedrooms are located.

Rivne

The International Charity Foundation “Social Protection” and the German Charitable Foundation donated humanitarian aid to a special institution in Rivne oblast, where 257 people with disabilities live. Almost one and a half hundred wards are internally displaced persons from the area of hostilities. The humanitarian aid included furniture, washing machines, hygiene products and food.

During the war, banks issued loans to agricultural workers of Rivne oblast for UAH 910.7 million. The main part of this amount – UAH 721.6 million was allocated under the portfolio guarantee program, when the state covers 80% of the loan. A total of 163 agrarians from Rivne oblast took out soft loans. 

Ternopil

From May 30, 5 more kindergartens will open in Ternopil. As of May 26, there are 162 groups operating in 18 Ternopil kindergartens, attended by 1 708 children.

Artists of the Ternopil Regional Philharmonic Society are organizing charity concerts as part of the art project “Together to Victory.” During the performances, the visitors can donate money to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Khmelnytskyi

In the evening of May 25, during an air raid, air defense forces shot down an enemy missile flying over Khmelnytskyi oblast. The wreckage fell in the field. There are no casualties or damage.

Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that approximately 42.7 thousand migrants live in Khmelnytskyi City Territorial Community and about 179.8 thousand have stayed for at least 24 hours. 1,614 adults applied for employment. 

Chernivtsi

In Chernivtsi, due to fuel shortage, fewer minibuses are produced. During peak hours, minibuses run in full, and during off-peak periods, from 70 to 80% of minibuses run.

In Chernivtsi oblast, 25 employers will receive compensation for employment of migrants. They hired 37 people from other regions. Employers will receive UAH 6,500 for each employee. 

Over 4K people have left the Chernivtsi oblast within the last two weeks. As of May 26, there are over 90,300 in the region. The largest number was on May 9 – almost 94,300. The number of migrants is declining as people return to the occupied territories. Also, some families go abroad due to the end of the academic year at schools and universities.
