Digest 71. May 4, 2022. Russian War Crimes in Ukraine. Facts and Evidences

Ukrainian law enforcement officers continue the investigation of the russian war crimes in the Kyiv region. On May 3, 20 more bodies of victims were found in Borodyanka, neighbouring villages, and villages in the Vyshhorod district. The total number of casualties has reached 1,235. These people were killed by russian troops during the occupation of the Kyiv region in February and March 2022.

russian aggressors continue heavy shells, air strikes and attempts of the invasion in the Donetsk region. On May 3, 21 civilians were killed, 17 more were injured. These tragedies happened in Avdiivka, Vuhledar, Lyman, Velyka Novosilka and Shandryholove.

russian aggressors continue shells of government-controlled villages close to the administrative line between the Kherson and Dnipro regions. On May 3, a civilian was killed, five more, including a kid, were injured. Most part of Kherson region is occupied by russian troops, and Dnipro region is under control of Ukraine.

In the evening of May 3, russian aggressors carried out series of the missile strikes in the Lviv, Transcarpathian, Dnipro and Kropyvnytskyi region. Two civilians were injured in the city of Lviv. There are more casualties in the Kropyvnytskyi region.

On May 3, russian invaders shelled Zaliznychne village in the Zaporizhya region. Two civilians were killed.

russian invaders continue heavy shells and attempts of the invasion in the Luhansk region. On May 3, two civilians were killed, two more were injued. All towns and villages on the government-controlled territory are seriously damaged.
