On November 4, there were 103 combat engagements.
The enemy shelled the border settlements of Zarichchia and Serhiivske in the Chernihiv oblast, as well as Bobylivka, Hirky, Kucherivka, Vasylivka and Shalyhyne in the Sumy oblast with artillery.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, the enemy launched three airstrikes, dropping five guided bombs, and carried out 87 shelling attacks, including six from multiple launch rocket systems. In certain areas, Ukrainian defenders achieved partial success, advancing forward and consolidating their positions.
Towards Southern Sloboda, the Defence Forces repelled three enemy attacks near Vovchansk, Synelnykove and Dvorichanske. Four more combat engagements are still ongoing.
Towards Kupiansk, the aggressor launched four assaults near Petropavlivka and Pishchane. Ukrainian defenders are successfully eliminating the enemy while continuing counter-sabotage measures in Kupiansk.
Towards Lyman, the aggressor launched six assaults near Korovii Yar, Drobysheve and Lyman. Two combat engagements are ongoing.
Towards Sloviansk, the Defence Forces repelled 12 enemy attacks near Serebrianka, Vyimka, Pereizne and Dronivka.
Towards Kramatorsk, there was one combat engagement near Stupochky.
Towards Kostiantynivka, Ukrainian troops repelled seven enemy attacks near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Shcherbynivka, Yablunivka, Berestok and Sofiivka.
Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy made 27 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions near Shakhove, Nove Shakhove, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Rodynske, Lysivka, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, Novoukrainka and Dachne. The Defence Forces are absorbing the enemy’s offensive and have already repelled 23 attacks. The Defence Forces are implementing counter-sabotage in the Pokrovsk area; the enemy is sustaining losses.
Towards Oleksandrivka, the enemy launched 9 attacks near Yalta, Sosnivka, Stepove, Verbove, Yehorivka and Novohryhorivka.
Towards Huliaipole, the Defence Forces repelled one enemy attack near Novomykolaivka. One more battle is still ongoing.
Towards Orikhiv there was one combat engagement near Stepove.
Towards Kherson, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to break through Ukrainian defenders’ lines in the direction of the Antonivka Road Bridge.
No significant changes have been reported in other directions at this time.
Since 3 July, 2025, the basic military training course has lasted 51 days. The training consists of several stages — administrative preparation, a training course and a complex tactical task exercise. After completing the BMT, all servicemen receive the military occupational specialty №100 — “rifleman”.
Vasyl Maliuk, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, reported that since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian special services have carried out nearly 160 successful strikes on russia’s oil infrastructure, resulting in about 37% of its oil refining facilities being idled. In September–October alone, 20 oil infrastructure facilities were disabled: 6 oil refineries, 2 oil terminals, 3 oil depots, and 9 oil-transfer stations.

Kharkiv oblast
Frontline
Yesterday 163 combat clashes were recorded.
Towards South Slobozhanske, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders six times in the areas of Vovchansk, Kamianka, and Bolohivka.
Yesterday, 14 combat clashes took place towards Kupiansk. Our defenders stopped the enemy’s assault in the area of the village of Petropavlivka and in the direction of Pishchane, Novoosynove and Kurylivka.
According to the State Border Service, border guards from the Fenix unit destroyed a russian cannon and tank in Kharkiv oblast and eliminated several dozen soldiers.
Attacks
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that during the morning strikes by the Russian Federation on the Rohanska community, the energy infrastructure, heat-generating enterprises were targeted. 3,000 residents were left without heating.
Three firefighters were injured as a result of russian strikes on Kharkiv oblast on the night of 4 November. Two of them were injured when a drone hit the building of Rohan local fire brigade, and another was injured while extinguishing a fire in Ruska Lozova. A statement by the State Emergency Service and Viacheslav Zadorenko, Head of Derhachi Military Administration, informed that also in Ruska Lozova, a 61-year-old man was injured.
A total of six people were injured as a result of the russian attack: four men in Ruska Lozova and Dokuchaievske suffered blast injuries and bruises, they are 36, 39, 61 and 65 years old. Two women, aged 67 and 73, suffered acute stress reactions as a result of the strike on Dokuchaievske, according to information provided to the police about the ages of the victims.

Yesterday seven settlements in Kharkiv oblast were hit by enemy strikes.
According to Andrii Kanashevych, Head of Kupiansk Regional Military Administration, in Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, two men were killed on 3 November as a result of a strike by the russian army. He said that the russian strike damaged a private house.
A 61-year-old man was injured in the village of Ruska Lozova, Derhachi community; a 73-year-old woman and two men, aged 65 and 39, were injured in the village of Dokuchaievske, Rohan community.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons in Kharkiv oblast:
▪️1 KAB;
▪️11 UAVs of the Geran-2 type;
▪️1 FPV drone;
▪️16 UAVs (type to be determined).
Civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed:
▪️2 private houses were damaged in Kupiansk region (Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi village);
▪️in Kharkiv region, a private house, a farm building (Tsupivka village), 2 private houses, a building (Dokuchaievske village), and a private house (Ruska Lozova village) were damaged.
The press service of the 77th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Dnipro Ukraine reported that two people and their dog were killed in Kruhliakivka as a result of a russian drone strike. It is reported that the civilians were walking along the road with a white flag. Vitalii Hnylko, Head of the communications department of the 77th separate airborne brigade of the Airborne Forces, said that the bodies of the people who died as a result of the russian drone attack in Kruhliakivka, Kupiansk region, could not be evacuated. According to him, the bodies are mutilated and cannot be identified.

Other
The transit evacuation centre in Lozova took in 79 people in one day. There are 38 people left. A total of 10,595 people have been registered at the centre since it began operating.
Donetsk oblast
Frontline
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, yesterday 17 assaults by the russian army were recorded towards Kostiantynivka, with one attack still ongoing. The occupiers attempted to advance near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopil, Shcherbinivka, and Rusyn Yar.
More than 50 battles took place towards Pokrovsk of the front line yesterday.
Referring to the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, pilots of the Main Intelligence Directorate struck the headquarters of the Rubicon unit in the temporarily occupied Avdiivka with a drone carrying a 105kg warhead. Russian officers and pilots were killed.
The details of Zelenskyy’s trip on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine said that the Ukrainian military continues to eliminate the Dobropillia salient, in particular, clearing part of Shakhov. They are also working to strengthen the flanks of Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad defences to protect logistics routes.
Attacks
Kramatorsk City Military Administration reported that during the day, the occupiers struck the community. According to preliminary information, there are casualties.
The State Emergency Service in Donetsk oblast stated that in Dobropillia, a russian aerial bomb hit a multi-storey building. Rescuers pulled a man from under the rubble of the building and handed him over to medics.

According to the Head of the Regional Military Administration, russian troops fired artillery at Kostiantynivka, injuring one person.
At 7:10am, the russian army fired a drone at the private sector of Kramatorsk. A girl born in 2012 is currently in hospital. Five private houses were damaged.
On 3 November, the police recorded 1,476 enemy strikes on the front line and residential areas.
Sixteen settlements were under attack: Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Mykolaivka, Pokrovsk, Siversk, Sloviansk, Dovha Balka, Donetsk, Komyshuvakha, Raihorodok, Cherkaske, Yarova, Zoloti Prudy, Troitske.
54 civilian objects were destroyed, including 41 residential buildings.
The russians struck Dobropillia with four KAB-250 bombs and two drones, killing a civilian and damaging four private houses, two educational institutions, and a business.
One person was killed as a result of artillery shelling in Siversk.
The enemy attacked Dovha Balka in Illinivka community with a Smerch multiple launch rocket system, injuring a man and damaging a private house.
A civilian was injured in Yarova by an FPV drone strike.
Druzhkivka withstood 12 attacks, with russian troops striking the city with KAB-250 bombs and drones. One apartment building and 23 private houses, a petrol station, five civilian cars and an infrastructure facility were destroyed.
The occupiers dropped four KAB-250 bombs on Kostiantynivka, destroying an apartment building.
Russia fired four different types of drones at Kramatorsk, damaging an apartment building, three private houses, an administrative building, critical infrastructure, and a civilian car.
In Sloviansk, an apartment building was damaged by a Molniya-2 UAV strike. In Mykolaivka, the enemy damaged an infrastructure facility.
In Pokrovsk, damage to an apartment building and private houses was recorded.
Other
In Yampil, more than 2,900 residents remain under constant fire, and in the entire Lyman community, more than 4,000 people.
The CMA said that in Kostiantynivka, utility workers remain. They are manually clearing the city’s roads of debris and construction waste in order to restore passage for humanitarian missions.
According to the 11th Army Corps, the latest russian reconnaissance drone, “Prince Oleh the Prophet”, was shot down in Donetsk oblast. The drone was hit towards Sloviansk. The russian army’s UAV was shot down by fighters from the 63rd Mechanised Brigade. The brigade also reacted to the “strange” name of the drone. According to chronicles, Prince Oleh was the first full-fledged ruler of the Old Rus state centred in Kyiv. Naming their drone after a proto-Ukrainian warrior and politician is yet another attempt to steal our history.
The City Council informed that the russian occupation authorities held celebrations of the russian Federation’s “Day of National Unity” in Mariupol. Banners were hung in the city, concerts were held in schools, and exhibitions were organised in libraries. This is part of russia’s policy of “integrating” the occupied territories.
Luhansk oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that every day, the enemy attempts to advance towards both Lyman and Sloviansk of the front. Yesterday, they carried out 18 assaults there, 11 of which were towards Lyman. Our defenders repelled attacks near seven settlements. In four cases, the invaders fired from barrel artillery installations. They directed seven drones towards the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the so-called “lpr”, SIM card services will be blocked if a particular subscriber has more than the established limit. On 1 November, the relevant Russian law came into force. In the occupied territories, the procedure for identifying SIM card owners is being completed. Therefore, some of them will be blocked for not passing the specified procedure. If a subscriber identifies themselves but has more SIM cards than the maximum allowed limit, they will also be blocked.
Despite the suspension of the demonstration restoration due to lack of funds, the so-called “nationalisation” of housing continues in Rubizhne. The invaders have published another list of addresses where they want to ‘seize’ the apartments of city residents. The procedure is the same: if the owner is absent for 30 days, their real estate will be appropriated by the russians. The local occupiers have realised that without the reconstruction of critical infrastructure and high-rise buildings, the residents of Rubizhne will not return, so they are trying to “nationalise” as much of the surviving housing as possible.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
On November 3, Kyiv hosted representatives of NATO from eight key countries — the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Canada, and the Netherlands. The protection of critical infrastructure ahead of the winter season, with discussions addressing air defense systems, missile supplies, and strengthening of combat aviation became the main topic of the meeting.
According to Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko, UAH11bn have already been allocated to support the military, veterans, and their families From the Kyiv city budget. At the next session of the Kyiv City Council, a draft amendment to the “Defender of Kyiv” municipal program will be considered, proposing to increase support for security and defense forces by an additional 1 billion hryvnias. Specifically, UAH 900m will be allocated toward supporting military units, including Kyiv’s air defense.
Representatives of the “U-LEAD with Europe” program and the “EU4Reconstruction” project visited the Fastiv territorial community to learn about energy efficiency initiatives and discuss future cooperation.
U-LEAD plans its next program phase for 2026–2027, with a key focus on supporting small communities. According to Mykola Kalashnyk, Head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration, with U-LEAD’s assistance, over 1,400 consultations and training sessions have been conducted for local councils; generators, equipment, and humanitarian supplies have been provided to communities; two educational institutions (in Kukhari and Makovyshchi) have been restored; and digital education centers have been created in Velyka Dymerka community.
According to the City Mayor Vitalii Klychko, Kyiv proceeds with implementing its distributed cogeneration concept. This winter, the installation of cogeneration units will allow the production of an additional 100 MW of electricity, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure.
Recently, a delegation from the Republic of Croatia led by Defense Minister Ivan Anušić visited Bucha. The delegation visited the Church of St. Andrew the First-Called, where they had the opportunity to see the aftermath of the occupation, hear about the experiences of the local community during that time, and view photo and video evidence of russian army war crimes.
Zhytomyr oblast
According to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, due to the contribution of the Lithuanian government through UNITED24, new radiation shelters have been built and equipped in three Ukrainian schools, including Gymnasium №9. The school previously had no shelter of its own — during air raids, students had to walk half a kilometer to reach a factory basement used as a shelter.
Sumy oblast
On the morning of 4 November the General Staff reported that towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, one combat engagement took place over the past day. Enemy forces launched seven airstrikes, dropping 15 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 159 attacks, including three using multiple rocket launch systems.
Serhii Kryvosheienko, Acting Head of the Military Administration, said that as a result of a russian attack, two houses were damaged in the administrative district of Sumy community. At around 9:10am on 4 November, russia launched a Molniya-type drone strike on Sumy. The explosion damaged windows and a fence of a non-residential building. Windows in nearby apartment buildings were also shattered. Acting Mayor Artem Kobzar stated that the drone was loaded with shrapnel.
The Regional Military Administration informed that two 64-year-old men injured on 1 November in Myropillia community during an FPV drone strike sought medical treatment over the past day.
Between the morning of 3 November and the morning of 4 November, russian troops carried out 100 attacks on 37 settlements across 15 territorial communities in the oblast. The highest number of strikes was recorded in Sumy, Shostka, and Konotop regions. The enemy actively used guided aerial bombs (up to 10 strikes), UAVs (over 10 strikes), dropped explosive devices from drones (over 20 strikes), multiple rocket launchers (over 10 strikes), and conducted FPV drone attacks. The air raid alert in the oblast lasted 19 hours and 24 minutes during the day.
The consequences of russian strikes on Sumy oblast as of the morning of 4 November are as follows:
- In Boromlia community, three private houses and non-residential buildings were damaged;
- In Popivka community, a non-residential building was damaged;
- In Bilopillia community, a civil infrastructure facility was damaged;
- In Shalyhyne community, a civil infrastructure facility was damaged;
- In Krasnopillia community, a civil infrastructure facility and a private residential house were damaged;
- In Seredyna-Buda community, a civil infrastructure facility was damaged;
- In Velyka Pysarivka community, a private residential house was damaged;
- In Popivka community, eight private houses, a summer kitchen, and an outbuilding were damaged.
Updated information shows that in Richky community on 2 November, a civil infrastructure facility was damaged. In Trostianets community on 3 November, one private house was destroyed, while other private houses, vehicles, and a civil infrastructure facility were damaged.
During the day, eight people were evacuated from border communities through the joint efforts of local authorities, the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and public organisations.
Chernihiv oblast
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported that on 3 November, border guards shot down two russian drones over Chernihiv oblast.
Fighters of “Khymera” strike unmanned aviation company of the 105th Border Detachment named after Volodymyr the Great destroyed russian checkpoints in Briansk oblast, which borders Chernihiv oblast.
Along the state border within Chernihiv oblast, russian forces are not observed accumulating equipment or deploying small infantry groups, said State Border Guard Service spokesperson Andrii Demchenko. He also noted that this year russia has significantly increased drone attacks, including strikes using UAV-dropped munitions and fibre-optic-controlled FPV drones.
Volodymyr Kunitsyn, Mayor of Korop community, said that at around 5pm on 4 November, russian forces dropped a guided aerial bomb on Korop community. The incident occurred roughly 70 kilometres from the russian border. The bomb travelled across entire Sumy oblast from russia’s Kursk oblast and fell between two villages. One of the villages lost power, but no damage or casualties were reported.
Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi Regional Military Administration, informed that during the night of 4 November, the russian army attacked the central part of Novhorod-Siverskyi by two Geran-2 strike drones, damaging civilian infrastructure. The local market and residential areas were hit.
According to “North” Operational Command, between the morning of 3 November and the morning of 4 November, the russian army attacked a house in Novhorod-Siverskyi community by an FPV drone. The Department for Civil Protection and Defence Work of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration reported that the explosion occurred in Buda-Vorobiivska village, damaging the roof and windows of a residential building.
On the morning of 4 November Mayor Serhii Dedenko said that during the night of 2 November, the russian army attacked Semenivka town by strike drones, damaging residential buildings. Specialists are helping residents repair their homes, and necessary building materials have been provided.
Chernihiv Border Detachment reported that throughout 3 November, russian troops attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast — Semenivka, Horodnia, and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar shelling (five explosions) and multiple rocket launcher attacks (20 explosions), launched FPV drones (12 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (five explosions). Eight villages came under fire.
Poland’s Governmental Agency for Strategic Reserves, funded by the European Union, has delivered 11 generators of various capacities for educational institutions and the State Archive of Chernihiv oblast. According to Chernihiv Regional State Administration, the generators were distributed to Kruty, Bakhmach, Kiptivka, and Sosnytsia communities, as well as to Ivan Franko Pryluky Humanities and Pedagogical College and Mykola Gogol Nizhyn State University.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
It was a difficult night in the oblast. There are killed and injured civilians, including children.
In Synelnykove region, the enemy attacked Mykolaivka community by a missile and UAVs. Unfortunately, a 65-year-old woman was killed. 8 people were injured, including 2 children — a 15-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl. Fires broke out, damaging a café and a private house. 12 private homes and several cars were damaged. Vasylkivka community was hit by a KAB, damaging vehicles.
In Nikopol region, from evening until morning, the enemy attacked the region by drones, MLRS and artillery, targeting the regional centre, Marhanets and Pokrovske communities. In Nikopol, 3 emergency medical workers (men aged 52, 51 and 43) were injured and an ambulance vehicle damaged.
In Pavlohrad region, a UAV strike damaged infrastructure.
Air defence forces were active across the oblast, shooting down 9 enemy drones.
The enemy continues terrorising communities in Dnipropetrovsk oblast. There are casualties and injuries.
In Synelnykove region, russian forces struck Pokrovske and Petropavlivka communities by KABs and UAVs. 2 men, aged 47 and 35, were killed and 4 injured. Fires broke out, damaging a high-rise building, private houses, outbuildings, shops, a pharmacy, a café, a hair salon, market stalls and cars. Updated information confirmed that a 14-year-old girl was injured in the earlier attack on Mykolaivka community.
In Nikopol region, the enemy launched multiple attacks by UAVs and artillery, targeting the regional centre and Pokrovske community. A gymnasium, a private house, an outbuilding, a power line and a gas pipeline were damaged.
Kirovohrad oblast
Tetiana Riaboshapka, Spokesperson of Regional Police, reported that in Kirovohrad region, police explosives experts neutralised unexploded warheads from russian drones.
In Kropyvnytskyi, a memorial ceremony was held for 3 fallen servicemen: Sergeant Yurii Savchenko, aged 55; Junior Sergeant Maksym Reminnyi, aged 41, and Soldier Denys Lysenko, aged 31.
Poltava oblast
According to Poltava Regional Military Administration, since the launch of the eRecovery programme, more than 800 residents of Poltava oblast have received approval for compensation payments for homes damaged or destroyed by russian attacks.
Poltava oblast mourns Vladyslav Shcherbyna and Roman Vakulenko from Orzhytsia and Khorol communities, respectively. The soldiers were identified through DNA testing.
Vladyslav Shcherbyna was killed on 29 June 2025 while carrying out a combat mission during a russian artillery and drone attack near Zaliznianske, Donetsk oblast.
Roman Vakulenko was killed on 13 March 2024 while performing a combat assignment near Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia oblast.
Cherkasy oblast
In Cherkasy, a funeral was held for Soldier Volodymyr Shevchenko, who was killed on 1 September 2025 as a result of an FPV drone strike in Sumy oblast.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on 3 November, Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled 8 enemy attacks in Huliaipole region and 2 in Orikhiv. The clashes took place near Stepnohirsk, Stepove and Okhotnyche.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, stated that on 3 November, russian forces launched 668 strikes on 14 towns and villages across Zaporizhzhia oblast. In particular, 402 attacks were carried out by UAVs (mostly FPV drones) targeting Bilenke, Chervonodniprovka, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka and Charivne.
Mykolaiv oblast
Based on the information provided by Mykolaiv RMA, russian forces attacked Ochakiv, Kutsurub and Halytsynove communities 14 times by FPV drones. As a result of one of the strikes, in Dmytrivka village, a private house and a power line were damaged, causing temporary outages; however, electricity supply was restored to all consumers by 1:16pm. Another house was damaged in Lymany village.
Odesa oblast
Overnight, russian forces launched 2 UAV attacks on Odesa oblast. Strikes hit civilian port and energy infrastructure facilities, causing fires and damaging road surfaces, industrial buildings and equipment. Emergency services promptly extinguished the fires. There were no casualties reported.

According to the Southern Air Command, air defence units in Odesa oblast destroyed 14 strike drones of various types, including Shahed and Herbera.
Kherson oblast
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, stated that on 3 November, 6 people were injured as a result of russian shelling in Kherson oblast. The enemy attacked 31 settlements, damaging 8 high-rise buildings, 14 private houses, an administrative building, several cars and a bus.
The RMA reported that a resident of Bilozirka sought medical help after coming under attack the previous day. The 56-year-old woman sustained a blast injury and a concussion and was hospitalised.
The CMA informed that a woman, aged 50, from Komyshany, was injured during a shelling on 2 November. She suffered a concussion and a mine-explosive injury.
According to activists from the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement, in Henichesk, Skadovsk, Tavriisk and Nova Kakhovka, located in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson oblast, russian occupation forces have been conducting raids searching for Ukrainian patriotic symbols. The russian national guard units have deployed special patrols inspecting courtyards, bus stops and public places in search of Ukrainian flags, graffiti or any pro-Ukrainian inscriptions.

Zakarpattia oblast
Representatives of the WHO Office in Ukraine and the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine are on a working visit to the oblast. The purpose of the trip is to monitor the quality of medical statistics in the region and visit healthcare institutions involved in the collection and dissemination of this data.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Michael Fazekas, Executive Coordinator of the South East European Cooperation Initiative (SECI). Cooperation was discussed.
Participants and guests of the festival Songs of the Liberation Struggles, which took place in Basivka, Sokilnytsia community, donated over UAH 16,000 to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A festive concert and charity fair were held in the village hall of Peregnoiv, Hlynyanska community. The proceeds, in the amount of UAH 12,000, will be donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Rivne oblast
Construction of a modern rehabilitation center is underway in Dubno region. The facility, which is being built on the territory of one of the buildings of Dubno hospital, is 65% complete.
Ternopil oblast
In January-October 2025, territorial communities of Ternopil oblast allocated over UAH 280m to support defenders. Leaders in terms of percentage of expenditures: Zolotnykivska community – 15.7%, Trybukhivska community – 9.7%, and Ivanivska community – 8.4%.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi community sent 30 DJI Matrice 4T quadcopters worth over UAH 5m to the Defense Forces.
Chernivtsi oblast
Chernivtsi community sent DJI Matrice 4T quadcopters to the 8th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion.
