On November 3, there were 83 combat engagements.
The enemy shelled the border settlements of Serhiivske, Khrinivka, Orlykivka, Halahanivka in Chernihiv oblast, as well as Korenok in Sumy oblast with artillery.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, the enemy launched 6 airstrikes, dropping 13 guided bombs, and carried out 57 shelling attacks, including one from multiple launch rocket systems.
Towards Southern Sloboda, the Defence Forces repelled one enemy attack near Kamianka.
Towards Kupiansk, the aggressor launched eleven assaults near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Novoosynove and Kurylivka. Six combat engagements are still ongoing.
Towards Lyman, the aggressor launched seven assaults near Myrne, Novoselivka, Drobysheve and Stavky.
Towards Sloviansk, the Defence Forces repelled two enemy attacks near Serebrianka and Vyimka. One more battle is still ongoing.
No offensive actions by the enemy were recorded towards Kramatorsk.
Towards Kostiantynivka, Ukrainian troops repelled seven enemy attacks near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Shcherbynivka and Rusyn Yar. Two more battles are still ongoing. Kostiantynivka and Druzhkivka came under airstrikes.
Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy made 32 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions near Shakhove, Fedorivka, Nove Shakhove, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Razine, Chervonyi Lyman, Novopavlivka, Sukhyi Yar, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne and Molodetske. The Defence Forces are absorbing the enemy’s offensive and have already repelled 28 attacks.
Towards Oleksandrivka, the enemy launched 11 attacks near Sichneve, Vorone, Stepove, Oleksiivka, Verbove, Pavlivka, Tsehelne, Uspenivka and Krasnohirske. One more battle is still ongoing. The settlements of Demuryne, Velykomykhailivka, Orestopil, Oleksiivka came under airstrikes.
Towards Huliaipole, seven combat engagement were recorded near Okhotnyche. Four more battles are still ongoing.
Towards Orikhiv the enemy launched two attacks near Stepnohirsk and Stepove.
No offensive actions by the enemy were recorded towards Kherson.
No significant changes have been reported in other directions at this time.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the Concept of the State Target Program “Veteran. Work” for 2025–2027. The program provides for: Establishing a system of professional adaptation for male and female veterans, covering all stages of their return to civilian life; job search assistance through digital solutions; development of education and retraining systems for veterans; introducing systematic cooperation between the state and employers through methodological guidelines, standards for integrating veterans into work teams, and mechanisms for adapting workplaces to relevant requirements; implementing mechanisms for workplace support; ensuring effective institutional coordination among central and local authorities, businesses, civil society, and international partners; creating a system for monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.
Vasyl Maliuk, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, reported that since the beginning of the year, the Defense Forces have destroyed 48% of russia’s surface-to-air missile and gun systems Pantsir. The russians produce about 30 Pantsirs per year, but the number destroyed far exceeds their annual production.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
Frontline
Viktor Trehubov, Head of the communications department of the Joint Forces Group, reported that active combat operations continue in the northern part of Kupiansk as the russians are trying to hold their positions and replenish their forces. The russian Federation is also trying to advance to the centre from the eastern side of Kupiansk.
At 4pm, towards South Slobozhanske, the Ukrainian military stopped the russian attack in Kamianka;
Towards Kupiansk, the russian army attacked 11 times near Petropavlivka and towards Pishchane, Novoosynove and Kurylivka. Six clashes are still going on.
Over the past day, 162 combat clashes were recorded.
Towards South Slobozhanske, our troops stopped 12 enemy attacks in Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Tykhe, Odradne, Kolodiazne and Dvorichanske.
Yesterday, there were 13 attacks by the invaders towards Kupiansk. Our defenders repelled enemy assaults in the areas of the settlements of Stepova Novoselivka, Borivska Andriivka, Petropavlivka, Kurylivka, and Pishchane.
Over the past week, there were 1,132 combat clashes on the front line.
Attacks
Yesterday Kharkiv and 12 settlements in the oblast were hit by enemy strikes.
Five people were injured as a result of the shelling.
A 66-year-old woman was killed in the village of Pidlyman, Borova community, and men aged 70, 51 and 45 were injured; a 66-year-old woman was injured in the village of Tsyrkuny.
The enemy attacked three KABs in Industrialnyi District of Kharkiv.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons in Kharkiv oblast:
▪️10 KABs;
▪️11 UAVs of the Geran-2 type;
▪️3 FPV drones.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed:
▪️in the city of Kharkiv, road surfaces and street power lines were damaged;
▪️in Bohodukhiv region, a car (Odnorobivka) and a private house (Skosohorivka) were damaged;
▪️in Kupiansk region, 4 private houses were damaged (Prykolotne);
▪️in Izium region, a car was damaged (Pidlyman), a sports facility (Borova), an apartment building, 2 farm buildings, power lines (Havrylivka);
▪️in Kharkiv region, a private house was damaged (village of Tsyrkuny).
▪️in Lozova region, railway infrastructure was damaged (Lozova).
Over the past week, at least 48 settlements in Kharkiv oblast, including Kharkiv, were hit by enemy strikes. Sixteen people were injured as a result of the shelling.
One person was killed.
Another person was injured as a result of an explosion of an unknown device.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons in Kharkiv oblast:
▪️1 missile (type to be determined);
▪️26 guided aerial bombs;
▪️6 Shahed-type UAVs;
▪️58 Geran-2-type UAVs;
▪️14 FPV drones;

The occupiers caused significant damage in Lozova region, where railway infrastructure, power grids, seven private houses, an educational institution, an administrative building, a civilian enterprise, three non-residential buildings, and two cars were damaged.
Significant damage was caused in Izium region: three apartment buildings, three private houses, a sports facility, two farm buildings, an educational institution, a shopping centre, an office building, power lines, and two cars.
In the city of Kharkiv, the enemy damaged 3 private houses, road surfaces, and street power lines.
Two residents of Kupiansk region and a resident of Borova community died during the week from 27 October to 2 November as a result of injuries from russian strikes. Also, due to russian attacks in Kharkiv oblast, 19 more people needed medical assistance:
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that from 1 to 31 October, 171 residential buildings were damaged as a result of russian strikes in Kharkiv. Most of the damage was caused by the blast wave, but in some areas, private homes were almost completely destroyed.
Approximately 800 subscribers in Blyzniuky community and 3,000 subscribers in Lozova community are temporarily without electricity. Restoration work is ongoing.
Evacuation
The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 152 people in one day. Fifty-four people remain. A total of 10,516 people have been registered at the point since it began operating.
There are currently 650 civilians remaining in Kupiansk and nearly a thousand in Borova community.
Donetsk oblast
According to the 7th Corps of the Airborne Forces, Defence forces have stopped the russian army’s advance in the northern part of Pokrovsk. Russian infantry are still being cleared out here, and the road to Rodynske has not been cut off.
The General Staff reported that the russian army carried out 68 assaults near Pokrovsk over the past day. The occupiers’ attacks were recorded north of the city near Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, and also in the south — near Kotlyne, Udachne, and Zvirove. Nearly 30 more battles took place towards Oleksandrivka.
President Zelenskyy said that up to 30% of all combat operations on the front line are taking place in Pokrovsk, and half of all KABs used by the russian army are being fired at the city. There are currently up to 300 Russian troops in the city. The occupiers are also preparing a new offensive in the direction of Dobropillia.
Serhii Tsekhotskyi, an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informed that russian troops in Pokrovsk have begun to set up observation posts and are taking up defensive positions in some neighbourhoods of the city. The day before, Deep State analysts reported that the occupiers were also setting up positions for UAV pilots in Pokrovsk.
Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who is currently continuing to work towards Pokrovsk, stated that the Defence Forces are being reinforced with additional units towards Pokrovsk and are continuing to exert pressure on Dobropillia axis.
According to the ATESH military-patriotic movement, the russian authorities in the occupied part of Donetsk oblast are using the Manhush meat processing plant for the temporary storage of the bodies of russian soldiers who were killed by the Defence Forces near Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad.
Attacks
The CMA reported that russian troops launched a drone strike on high-rise buildings in Sloviansk. There were no casualties.
In the morning, russian troops shelled Kramatorsk twice: at 3:45am, they struck critical infrastructure in the city, and at 7:58am, they hit the centre of Kramatorsk.
At 3:45am, russia struck Kramatorsk. No information about casualties has been received.
On 2 November, the police recorded 2,328 enemy strikes on the front line and residential areas.
Five settlements were under attack: Mykolaivka, Myrnohrad, Sloviansk, Raihorodok and Staroraiske.
19 civilian objects were destroyed, including 18 residential buildings.
Two civilians were killed in Myrnohrad as a result of enemy strikes.
The russians killed one person in Staroraiske, Druzhkivka community.
Russian troops carried out an air strike on Raihorodok, injuring a civilian and damaging 15 private houses.
Sloviansk was attacked by an Italmas UAV, damaging three private houses. In Mykolaivka, a Molniya-2 UAV strike damaged a church.
Donetsk oblast was without electricity for almost a day. On the morning of 2 November, Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported on Facebook that emergency power cuts had begun due to russian strikes on the national power grid infrastructure. At around 11am on 3 November, electricity was restored in Sloviansk.
Other
The White Angels crew evacuated a wounded 92-year-old man from Kostiantynivka. The pensioner suffered shrapnel wounds to his legs as a result of an explosion near his home. In addition, police officers and a volunteer rescued an elderly couple with disabilities from the line of fire. During the evacuation, an enemy drone approached the crew, but the White Angels shot it down.
Four social canteens, which prepare a thousand meals a day, have started operating in Sloviansk. This was reported to Suspilne Donbas by the city’s military administration. They say that more meals will be added if necessary. On the first day, they started working on generators and without bread — the local bakery was not working due to a power outage.
Yevhen Tkachov, Head of the Proliska Humanitarian Mission in Donetsk oblast, stated that the evacuation from Kostiantynivka was complicated by debris from buildings and burned cars blocking some of the city’s streets. Volunteers have to spend extra time to get around these roads. Evacuation is also limited in some neighbourhoods of Kostiantynivka, particularly in Santurynivka.
According to the Mariupol City Council,, in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, following two reservoirs, two rivers, Kalchyk and Kalmius, began to freeze and become swampy. Due to the actions of the occupiers, the Kalmius River may eventually disappear completely.
Luhansk oblast
Near Hrekivka, Ukrainian defenders repelled russian assaults yesterday. In total, the enemy made 15 attempts to advance towards Lyman and Sloviansk. They attempted to improve their tactical position near eight settlements. They used barrel artillery six times. In eight cases, it directed drones towards us.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian defence forces struck russian army depots in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk oblast. In Dovzhansk, they struck a mobile fuel depot, and in Rozkishne, they struck a depot with material and technical resources.
The lack of mobile communication in a number of towns and villages in Luhansk oblast captured by the russians in 2022 is almost entirely unrelated to security considerations. It depends much more on the desire of the occupation administration to enable this connection. Thus, over the next five years, i.e. until 2030, the russian Ministry of Digital Development promises to extend mobile communications and internet services to only 3% of the territory of the so-called “lpr”. This service will remain unavailable in another 10% of the territory.
The invaders are restricting the rights of people who, for various reasons, have not obtained a russian passport but remain in the occupied territory. This also applies to seriously ill people. Doctors do not issue prescriptions for medication without this passport.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
In Kyiv and Kyiv oblast, scheduled power outages are currently in effect. According to DTEK, on November 3, some groups will not experience outages during the day. The restrictions were introduced due to the consequences of massive russian missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure.
Kyiv City Military Administration reported that a memorial sign dedicated to the Engineering Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been unveiled on the Alley of Defenders of Ukraine near the Arch of Freedom of the Ukrainian People in Kyiv.
A screening of works by participants of the educational project “Yellow Bus” took place in Kyiv. The project, now in its ninth year, teaches teenagers from frontline areas the basics of filmmaking and journalism. This year’s program focused on internally displaced children and the families of service members.
According to Kyiv Regional Military Administration, in Borodianka, a permanent Active Park — a modern public space for sports, leisure, and recreation — will be created on the site of a temporary pilot park established earlier this spring. The restoration of public spaces is an important part of reviving life in communities affected by the war.
Zhytomyr oblast
The Center for Civilian Training for National Resistance of the Zhytomyr Regional Council reported that nearly 30 civilians from the Ovruch community spent a week learning the basics of survival in combat conditions. After completing theoretical training, the participants took part in practical exercises at a training ground — they fired weapons, navigated mine traps, and provided medical aid to the “wounded.”
In Olevsk community, the second charity tour “Hearts of the Community — for the Defenders” has concluded. During the tour, cultural workers performed concerts in eight villages and raised UAH 71,200 to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Sumy oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that russian forces attacked Trostianets community in Sumy oblast by strike drones, killing one person. Rescuers pulled people from under the rubble, and medical assistance is being provided. Five people were injured in the attack, including children aged two and five.
According to the State Emergency Service in Sumy oblast, late on 2 November, russian forces launched a missile strike on a village in Boromlia community, injuring two people and damaging an infrastructure facility and residential buildings. During the night of 3 November, a russian strike caused a fire in Trostianets community, damaging a two-storey residential building.
The Regional Military Administration informed that on 2 November, russian forces launched a missile strike on a village in Lebedyn area, injuring two women and damaging residential buildings.
Between the morning of 2 November and the morning of 3 November, russian troops carried out 87 attacks on 35 settlements across 17 territorial communities in the oblast. The highest number of strikes was recorded in Sumy, Shostka, and Okhtyrka regions. The enemy actively used guided aerial bombs (over 10 strikes), UAVs (over 10 strikes), FPV drones, and conducted a missile strike. The air raid alert in the oblast lasted 19 hours and 10 minutes during the day.
Civil infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed:
- In Esman community, agricultural machinery was damaged;
- In Krasnopillia community, civil infrastructure facilities were damaged;
- In Boromlia community, a civil infrastructure facility and a non-residential building were damaged;
- In Lebedyn community, private houses and a vehicle were damaged;
- In Trostianets community, a private house was destroyed and a car was damaged;
- In Mykolaivka rural community, civil infrastructure facilities were damaged.
The Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine announced that the Ministry and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) will implement a project to restore and strengthen heating systems in seven Ukrainian cities, including Sumy and Chernihiv. Communities where central heating systems have been severely damaged are awaiting urgent equipment deliveries. The project aims to accelerate procedures and enhance the resilience of local heating systems.
Oleh Hryhorov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that the Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 27.5m. from the state budget’s reserve fund to purchase fuel and lubricants for generator operations in Sumy oblast. This will help local communities and services maintain essential operations and ensure the stable functioning of critical infrastructure amid ongoing enemy attacks.
Chernihiv oblast
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that between 27 October and 2 November, Air Defence Forces, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, and the Border Guard Service jointly destroyed 181 russian strike drones over Chernihiv oblast.
Larysa Osadchuk, Head of Borzna community, reported that at 11am on 3 November, two employees of the agricultural enterprise Druzhba Nova were killed and another was injured by shrapnel when a russian drone detonated in the territory of Malozahorivka administrative region. The workers had been harvesting corn in the field and approached an unexploded UAV on a tractor, stopping a few metres away when the device detonated.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, informed that during 2 November, russian drones attacked Nizhyn, damaging administrative buildings.
The enemy also launched another drone strike on an agricultural enterprise in Koriukivka region, causing a fire in a hangar, which was later extinguished.
According to Chernihiv Border Detachment, throughout 2 November, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast — Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, and Snovsk. A total of 85 strikes were recorded. The enemy carried out mortar, artillery, and multiple rocket launcher attacks, launched Shahed-type and FPV drones, and dropped explosive devices from UAVs.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Air defence forces were active in the oblast, destroying 2 enemy UAVs.
Dnipropetrovsk oblast: In the morning, loud explosions were heard in Dnipro as the enemy launched missile strikes on the city. A 37-year-old man was injured and an industrial facility damaged.
Nikopol region: From evening until night, the enemy attacked Nikopol by drones and artillery. According to updated information, a 73-year-old man was injured during the 2 November strike on Pavlohrad.
Air defence forces were active in the oblast. During the day, air defence units destroyed 3 russian UAVs.
Kryvyi Rih region: A 54-year-old man was killed in a drone attack on Hrushivka community.
Nikopol region: The enemy carried out more than 20 attacks, targeting the regional centre, Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, Myrove and Pokrovske communities by UAVs and artillery. 3 people were injured (2 men aged 40 and 49, and a 67-year-old woman). They received medical assistance. Fires broke out and a multi-story building, college, 3 stores, an unused facility and a vehicle were damaged.
Synelnykove region: russian forces attacked Mezhova and Pokrovske communities by KABs and UAVs. Fires erupted and a private house was damaged.
Vinnytsia oblast
It became known about the death of 7 servicemen from Vinnytsia oblast: Serhii Tyshevskyi, Oleksandr Kozachenko, Vitalii Andriienko, Volodymyr Korynetskyi, Serhii Oleksiienko, Andrii Shapran and Serhii Polishchuk.
Kirovohrad oblast
Colonel Serhii Romankov, Head of Kropyvnytskyi Correctional Colony №6, reported that since the beginning of 2025, 61 convicts serving sentences in the colony have voluntarily enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and are now serving under contract. In 2024, 159 prisoners expressed willingness to join the army. The age range of the mobilised individuals is 25 to 55 years.
In Svitlovodsk, residents paid tribute to soldier Volodymyr Dodyvan, who was wounded and went missing on 29 October 2024 during combat operations in Novoiivanka, kursk oblast (russia). 5 children were left without a father.
Memorial ceremony held in Vyshnivtsi village (Onufriivka community, Oleksandriia region) and in Novomyrhorod (Novoukrainka region) for fallen servicemen Vladyslav Sharlai and Serhii Baranenko.
Vladyslav Sharlai was killed on 30 October near Hoptivka in Kharkiv oblast at the age of 28.
Serhii Baranenko was killed on 25 October 2025 while performing a combat mission in Dnipropetrovsk oblast, aged 44.
Poltava oblast
In the Dormition Cathedral of Poltava, the community paid tribute to soldiers Roman Dykyi and Oleksandr Yashchenko.
Roman Dykyi was killed on 25 October 2025 while performing his duties in Donetsk oblast and Oleksandr Yashchenko killed on 26 October 2025 in Kharkiv oblast.
Cherkasy oblast
In Uman, a memorial ceremony was held for defender Yaroslav Stembliovskyi, who was killed on 17 April 2025.
In Smila, residents paid tribute to fallen soldier Oleksandr Kazyiamyr, who was killed on 26 October 2025 in Donetsk oblast.
In Palanka village, defender Vitalii Solodkyi was posthumously awarded the For Merit to the Uman Region distinction, which was presented to his widow.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Over the past day, 2 November, the occupiers carried out 769 strikes on 15 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces launched 5 airstrikes on Malokaterynivka, Ternuvate, Prymorske, Zaliznychne, and Solodke. 513 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Bilenke, Chervonodniprovka, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Four MLRS attacks hit Zaporizhzhia, Ternuvate, Uspenivka, and Novoandriivka. 247 artillery strikes targeted Chervonodniprovka, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Thirty-eight reports were received regarding damage to homes, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles. Three people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia.
According to the State Emergency Service of Zaporizhzhia oblast, three fires broke out yesterday, 2 November, due to russian shelling.
As of 4pm on 3 November, there were seven combat engagements towards Huliaipole near the settlement of Okhotnyche, with four still ongoing. The enemy attacked twice near Stepnohirsk and Stepove towards Orikhiv. Over the past day, 2 November, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled five russian attacks in the Huliaipole direction.
Mykolaiv oblast
During the night of 3 November, the enemy attacked the region with Shahed-type UAVs, resulting in damage to energy infrastructure. Power outages occurred in 12 settlements, but all consumers were reconnected. Air defense forces shot down or suppressed 18 Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs or various types of decoy drones.
At around 2:58am on 3 November, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv with Shahed-type UAVs. The attack caused a fire in a hardware supermarket. In addition, buildings on the territory of an auto service station were damaged, along with two cars and windows in an apartment building.

Yesterday, the enemy attacked Ochakiv community eight times with FPV drones. There were no casualties.
Odesa oblast
Around 80 facilities were damaged as a result of the russian drone attack on Podilsk on the night of 29 October. Commissions are currently working to document the scale of destruction and prepare reports on damaged property. Specialists from the local Administrative Service Center are assisting residents — they are accepting applications from owners of destroyed houses and apartments.
Kherson oblast
This morning, the occupiers shelled Kherson downtown. Residential buildings and infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of the strikes. There were no casualties.
In the morning, russian forces attacked Korabelnyi district of Kherson. Two people were injured in the enemy attack.
In Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, a 65-year-old woman were injured in the russian shelling. She sustained blast and head injuries, as well as a concussion.
Two residents of Bilozerka sought medical assistance after being injured in a russian drone attack yesterday. The women, aged 72 and 69, suffered blast injuries and concussions.
A resident of Kherson was hospitalized after suffering injuries in a russian shelling attack in Tsentralnyi district yesterday. The 56-year-old man was diagnosed with blast trauma and a concussion.
Yesterday, 2 November, the russian forces attacked Oleksandrivka, Bilozerka, Tomyna Balka, Beryslav, Kostyrka, Komyshany, Mykilske, Nova Kamianka, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Kizomys, Sadove, Antonivka, Novodmytrivka, Prydniprovske, Rozlyv, Sofiivka, Naddniprianske, Blahovishchenske, Veletenske, Chornobaivka, Posad-Pokrovske, Khreshchenivka, Burhunka, Vesele, Dniprovke, Zolota Balka, Ivanivka, Kozatske, Lvove, Mylove, Odradokamianka, Olhivka, Tokarivka, Shevchenkivka and the city of Kherson. Eight apartment buildings, nine private houses, an administrative building and private vehicles were damaged. One person was killed and eight others were injured due to russian aggression.
Last week, russian forces used 2,646 drones to attack settlements in Kherson oblast. Ukrainian defenders destroyed 2,544 — 96% of the total number of drones. In particular, within Kherson community, 1,281 russian drones were shot down.
Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine
Volyn oblast
Over 2 years of implementing Resolution 1325 in Volyn oblast, over UAH 5m have been raised. Funds were used to build shelters, conduct security audits, conduct information campaigns, and improve security conditions in public spaces.
Zakarpattia oblast
The 1st charity trail race UZHTRAIL 2025 took place in Uzhhorod. The event combined sports excitement with an important charitable purpose – all entry fees will be donated to the Adaptive Sports Federation Gladiator, which includes war veterans and people with disabilities.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
The RMA reported that a modern center for teaching the Defense of Ukraine subject has been opened in Rohatyn community.
Lviv oblast
The President of Ukraine awarded Vitalii Ryzhak, Head units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the east and north from Velykomostivska community, with the III degree Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi.
The 4th annual folk song festival Folk Songs was held in Krasnenska community. During the event, over UAH 60,000 were raised.
The Andrii Kvyatkovsky CF sent a large number of requests from defenders to various areas of the front.
Rivne oblast
925 heating boiler houses have already started operating in Rivne oblast. This is 96% of the total number.
Ternopil oblast
A sports event for veterans, Day of the Invincibles, was held in Ternopil. The event brought together over 250 military personnel, coaches, government representatives, public organizations and businesses.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The military was given an electronic warfare and reconnaissance complex for UAH 8.5m from Khmelnytskyi community.
Chernivtsi oblast
The 3rd All-Ukrainian Forum of Christian Volunteers was held in Chernivtsi, bringing together over 300 participants from different oblasts of Ukraine. Volunteers who helped people in the most difficult circumstances during the year – on the front line, in frontline communities, among displaced people and the disadvantaged – shared their experiences and spoke about God’s support and the power of community.

The United Kingdom sent a new batch of Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine. The delivery of the missiles is aimed at replenishing Ukraine’s reserves during the winter period, when the kremlin may intensify attacks on civilian infrastructure. The number of missiles transferred is not disclosed.
Hakan Fidan, Turkish Foreign Minister, said that Ankara is ready to host a fourth round of talks between delegations from the 2 countries, as well as a potential leaders’ summit in Istanbul.
