The invaders inflict damage on settlements bordering the russian federation: Bohdanove in Chernihiv oblast; Zarichne, Prohres, Pokrovka, Marine, Uhroidy, Velyka Pysarivka, Hirky, Bila Bereza, Petrushivka, Kucherivka, Myropilske, Nova Huta, Prokhody in Sumy oblast; Timofeivka, Vidrozhdenivske in Kharkiv oblast.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, Ukrainian soldiers repelled eight attacks by the invaders. The enemy also launched 7 airstrikes, using 12 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 171 shelling.
Towards Southern Sloboda, two attacks were repelled by Ukrainian soldiers in the vicinity of the settlements of Vovchansk and Petropavlivka.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy once tried to advance on the positions of Ukrainian units near Novoplatonivka.
Towards Lyman, the aggressor attacked eleven times in the vicinity of Ridkodub, Torske and near Hrekivka, Shandryholove, and Novyi Myr.

Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy attacked Ukrainian defenders’ positions twenty-three times in the vicinity of the settlements of Malynivka, Myroliubovka, Promin, Novoserhiivka, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Troitske and in thevicinity of Poltavka, Oleksiivka, Myrne, and Novopavlivka. One clash is still ongoing. The settlements of Poltavka and Myrnohrad were hit by russian guided aerial bombs.
Towards Novopavlivka, Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy attacks in the vicinity of the settlements of Shevchenko, Fedorivka and near Yalta and Komar. Five out of eight enemy offensive actions were repelled, three clashes are ongoing.
Towards Huliaipole, there were no clashes.
Towards Orikhiv, the enemy struck Kamianske with unguided missiles.
Towards Kherson, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to advance.
Serhii Lysak, Head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA, reports that as a result of russian missile strikes on Dnipropetrovsk oblast, in particular the city of Samar, 5 people were killed. Another 23 people were injured to varying degrees.
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs that since the evening of June 26, russia attacked Ukraine with 363 Shahed strike UAVs and simulator drones of various types, 2 Kh-47 M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles and 6 Caliber cruise missiles. It was possible to destroy 365 air targets.

Towards Kupiansk, there were nine attacks. Ukrainian defenders repelled the enemy’s assault actions near Holubivka, Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zelenyi Hai and towards Petropavlivka and Nova Kruhliakivka.
Shelling
The russian army launched a missile strike on the city of Chuhuiv. As of now, three casualties are known: one in serious condition and two in moderate.
A russian drone hit a road in the Industrialnyi District of Kharkiv. 2 cars were damaged.
Over the past day, 2 settlements in the oblast were subjected to enemy strikes. As a result of the shelling, 1 person was killed and 4 people injured.
In the village of Vovchanski Khutory, Vovchansk community, a 70-year-old man was injured; in the village of Pidlyman, Borova community, 43-year-old, 33-year-old and 40-year-old men were injured; in the village of Vilhuvatka, a 53-year-old man was killed.

Over the past day, the police recorded 2,372 enemy strikes on the front line and residential sector.
The occupation forces targeted 12 settlements: the cities of Bilozerske, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, the villages of Oleksandrivka, Vesela Hora, Hryshyne, Zakitne, Illinivka, and Torske.
64 civilian objects were destroyed, including 26 residential buildings.
russians hit Kostiantynivka with a GAB-250 bomb, drones, and artillery, killing a civilian and wounding three more. Three apartment buildings, a pharmacy, an educational institution, 7 garages, and critical infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Five wounded, including one child, in Bilozerske. The enemy sent two Geran-2 UAVs to the city, damaging three apartment buildings and 7 civilian cars.
In Pokrovsk, a civilian was injured as a result of an FPV drone hit. In Rodynske, a drone damaged a civilian car.
Russia fired four Geran-2 UAVs on Oleksandrivka, Kramatorsk region, one person was injured, a private house, an outbuilding, an enterprise, and a civilian car were damaged.
The occupiers covered Zakitne, Lyman community, with multiple rocket launchers – a civilian was injured, a private house was damaged.
In Druzhkivka, three enemy drones damaged a cultural center and three civilian cars. In Torske, Druzhkivka community, three private houses and a sports complex were damaged due to a UAV attack.

Luhansk oblast
Towards Lyman, russians attacked 17 times. In Luhansk oblast, they stormed again in the vicinity of Hrekivka, in Krasnorichne community.
In the so-called “lpr”, 80% of the water supply networks are in a state of emergency. Significant problems are observed not only in cities and villages where active hostilities took place in 2022, but also, above all, in the territory captured by russia in 2014. There, the occupiers brought the water supply to a critical state through their own inaction for 11 years. Currently, about 2.5% of the network is suitable for use. They promise to restore another 2% during 2025.
In addition, in most reports, the occupiers calculate the percentage of repaired water supply networks located within settlements. Dozens of kilometers of pipes connecting cities are not reported.
Alchevsk was spared fighting and destruction, but over the past 11 years the level of medical care has been deteriorating. Local residents complain about the short hours of the therapeutic service. At the beginning of the working day, there are no tickets in the reception. People are waiting in line at night.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that during the night, the enemy launched a massive attack on Kyiv oblast using UAVs and missiles. As a result of the enemy attack in \Fastiv district, a man born in 1963 was wounded. The consequences of the enemy attack were recorded in three oblast districts: in the Boryspil and Fastiv districts, one private house was damaged, and in Bila Tserkva district, a tyre repair shop and five cars were damaged.
The Kyiv City State Administration announced that since the beginning of the year Kyiv has paid over 45 million hryvnias in aid to victims of enemy attacks. The aid was received by: 3,100 people – 10,000 hryvnias each, 11,054 people – 40,000 hryvnias each. In 2025, a new option was added to the city’s ‘Care’ programme – monthly aid of 20,000 hryvnias for those whose homes have become uninhabitable.
The head of Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, informed that in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, utility workers and homeowners are temporarily covering windows broken by the blast wave from the russian attack on 23 June with plastic sheeting and OSB. At least 3,000 window openings have already been covered, with about 500 remaining to be covered.
The eleventh renovated veteran space has opened in Bila Tserkva city of Kyiv oblast. The hub is headed by Maksym Konoplyasty, a former soldier of the 72nd Brigade. The VETERAN PRO hub provides veterans and their families with free, unhindered access to all necessary assistance and important services on a ‘one-stop shop’ basis. The facility is staffed by combatants and representatives of the families of fallen heroes.
In Irpin, housing destroyed and damaged by the russians is being rebuilt with the support of the Energy Efficiency Fund. The EU and the German government have provided €18 million to continue the initiative in Ukraine. In total, the organisation has allocated funds for more than 1,500 projects.
The head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, announced that Ukraine is launching a project called ‘Community Rescue Officer.’ More than 160 rescue officers will work in Kyiv oblast. The aim of the project is to significantly improve the effectiveness of the civil protection system at the local level.
Zhytomyr oblast
In Zhytomyr, 55 families of veterans and fallen defenders will receive 125 million hryvnias to purchase housing. The decision to allocate subsidies for monetary compensation was made by deputies at a session of the Zhytomyr City Council on 26 June.
The Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration reported that five communities in Zhytomyr Oblast received a subsidy from the state budget to create a modern educational space. This will allow communities to create full-fledged STEM clusters based on educational institutions, involving a complex upgrade of the material and technical base.
Sumy oblast
The North Operational Command informs that in the city of Seredyna-Buda, seven houses were damaged as a result of russian attacks. In total, ten MLRS strikes and three FPV attacks were recorded in the city over the past day. There were no preliminary deaths or injuries among the civilian population.
The RMA reported that russian troops carried out 30 attacks on 16 settlements in 9 territorial communities of the region. The largest number of attacks was recorded in Sumy and Shostka districts. The enemy actively used the dropping of VOG from UAVs (more than 10 strikes), and also carried out strikes with FPV drones and UAVs.
In Lipovodolinsk community, a fourteen-year-old boy was injured due to careless handling of explosives. In order to make a key ring, he heated the cartridge with a gas burner, which led to an explosion. The victim was hospitalized.
A 5-year-old boy was buried in Velyky Bobryk, who died from a russian strike on the night of June 24. Dmytro Bezverkhyi is the third resident of the village to die during the shelling, when russian troops attacked the village with strike drones and destroyed almost an entire street. One of the drones hit the house where the boy lived with his mother, grandmother, and sister.
Krolevechky Mayor Viktor Lekhman reports that on June 26, during an exchange, a resident of Krolevechchyna, Ihor Binali Ogly, returned from russian captivity. The defender had been in captivity for more than 3 years.
During the day, local authorities, together with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and public organizations from border communities, evacuated 54 people.
20 temporary accommodation places for internally displaced persons have currently been deployed in 10 communities of Sumy region. Today, 511 beds are available there.
Deputy Mayor Nadiia Pitiukovab, says that n Okhtyrka, a lyceum damaged by russian shelling will be modernized. It will cost over UAH 500 million. The estimate documentation was developed free of charge by specialists of the U-LEAD program with Europe.
Chernihiv oblast
Chernihiv border detachment reports that on June 26, russian troops attacked Semenivka community. The russian army launched one strike with an FPV drone on the village of Mkhy.
The State Ecological Inspectorate of the region reported that s a result of a missile attack by russian troops, a solid waste landfill in the city of Novhorod-Siverskyi on the border of Chernihiv oblast is on fire. On June 11, the fire was localized on an area of about 1,700 m², but, given the complexity of the facility and the nature of the fire, it has not yet been completely eliminated. Emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere caused by the landfill fire caused losses of more than 2 million UAH.
The RMA reported that in the village of Mala Divitsia, on June 26, the Alley of Heroes was opened, where 18 banners with photographs and information about the soldiers who died in the russian-Ukrainian war were placed.
Semenivka City Council reported that a family with two minor children was evacuated from the border village of Arkhipovka. The family, along with basic necessities, was evacuated to one of the neighboring communities of the region.
Chernihiv oblast received another 10 portable power stations from the international non-governmental organization Finn Church Aid. The charging stations were transferred to schools in the region.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk oblast council, reports that there were several attacks on Nikopol region. The occupiers launched drones over the regional center, Marhanetsk and Pokrovske communities. The morning strike in Nikopol injured 4 people – a 73-year-old woman and men aged 66, 24 and 42. The market, a clinic, 3 apartment buildings, a shop, an administrative building, 2 cars and a power line were damaged.
Kirovohrad oblast
Andrii Raikovych, Head of Kirovohrad RMA, informs that air defense forces worked in the Kirovohrad oblast at night.
Poltava oblast
According to Poltava RMA, the defense forces shot down russian UAVs. The fall of enemy UAV fragments was recorded in Kremenchuk region. Vehicles and premises of one of the food supermarkets were damaged.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy RMA, reports that 9 russian UAVs were shot down in Cherkasy oblast. In Zvenyhorod region, windows in three houses and an outbuilding and a power line were damaged as a result of falling debris.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
On 26 June, the occupiers carried out 333 strikes on 14 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy launched 8 airstrikes on Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, and Mala Tokmachka. 201 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Hryhorivka, Lobkove, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Nine MLRS attacks targeted Kanivske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. There were 115 artillery strikes on Kamianske, Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Forty-five reports were received about destroying houses, apartments, vehicles, and infrastructure.
The occupiers tightened security measures, particularly inspections on roads in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia oblast, following the destruction of russian logistics in the region. According to Petro Andriushchenko, Head of the Center for Occupation Studies, comprehensive inspections were introduced in Melitopol and Prymorsk regions.
Mykolaiv oblast
On the night of 27 June, air defense forces neutralized fourteen Shahed 131/136 UAVs over Mykolaiv oblast.
On 26 June, the enemy carried out two artillery attacks and two FPV drone attacks on Kutsurub community. As a result of one of the artillery strikes, five private houses were damaged in the village of Dmytrivka. A drone strike caused a grass fire outside populated areas, which was quickly extinguished.
Also, this morning, 27 June, the enemy used an FPV drone to attack the waters of Ochakiv community. No casualties were reported.
Odesa oblast
As of 6:00 am on 27 June, two enemy ships were stationed in the Mediterranean Sea. Over the past day, four vessels serving russian interests passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea, and another six ships entered the Sea of Azov.
Kherson oblast
A 48-year-old man was hit by a russian drone strike in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition with a mine-blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his legs.
Around 07:00, the russian army shelled Bilozerka with artillery. A 69-year-old resident was injured in the attack, reportedly suffering a blast injury.
On 27 June, russian forces attacked a critical energy facility, leaving several settlements in Kherson oblast without power.
Yesterday, the enemy shelled Antonivka, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Vesele, Vysuntsi, Doslidne, Kizomys, Kozatske, Mykilske, Molodizhne, Muzykivka, Novooleksandrivka, Novotiahynka, Prydniprovske, Stanislav, Sofiiivka, Tomaryne, Tomyna Balka, Tiahynka, Chornobaivka, Shyroka Balka, and the city of Kherson. As a result, 7 apartment buildings and 25 private homes were damaged. The shelling also damaged gas pipelines, outbuildings, garages, and private vehicles. 4 people were injured due to russian aggression.
Police in Kherson oblast evacuated three civilians and the body of a person killed in a drone attack from Beryslav.
It is reported that the aggressor made five unsuccessful attempts to advance on the Prydniprovskyi front, suffering losses and retreating. Over the past day, the enemy lost 34 personnel, 1 artillery system, 15 vehicles, 3 boats, 1 motorcycle, 1 EW system, 2 communication antennas, and 1 storage site. Also 18 shelters and dugouts, and 4 observation posts were destroyed.
Neurology and pulmonology specialists from the mobile team of the public organization “Casers” conducted consultations in Sahaidachne and Mala Oleksandrivka. Nearly 70 people received needed assistance. The most common complaints were anxiety disorders, insomnia, headaches, and muscle pain.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Ivano-Frankivsk community sent drones to the 7th Rifle Battalion.
Lviv oblast
155 FPV drones were sent to the 117th Brigade. In total, UAH 4m was allocated this year for the purchase of drones for the 117th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Lviv oblast will host the first-ever national military-technical sports championship in Ukraine. Participants will determine the best in drone control, cyber battles, laser battles and robotics.

Rivne oblast

Three servicemen from Rivne oblast have returned home from captivity. They are 27-year-old, 41-year-old and 53-year-old soldiers from Rivne region.

The 105th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade received 5 electronic warfare systems from Ternopil community.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The Veterans & Business forum on modern veteran policy was held in Khmelnytskyi. The event became a platform for dialogue, training, and establishing connections between veterans, representatives of the government, the public sector and business. The key goal is to support veteran entrepreneurship as one of the key tools for the reintegration of Defenders into civilian life.
Chernivtsi oblast
The RMA reported that senior soldier Yurii Buryk was awarded with the For Military Service Medal (posthumously).
