What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

russian invaders continue to storm the positions of Ukrainian defenders. Ukrainian Defense Forces thwart the enemy’s insidious plans, inflicting significant losses on him in manpower and equipment.

On 7 March, there were 56 combat clashes on the frontline.

Border settlements, in particular Ponomarenki, Sumy oblast, continue to suffer from cynical shelling from the territory of the russian federation. In addition, the enemy launched airstrikes in the vicinity of the settlements of Rozsoshi and Popivka, Sumy oblast.

Towards Kharkiv, Ukrainian soldiers repelled two attacks near Vovchansk. The enemy launched an airstrike in the vicinity of ​​Hraniv.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy is storming the positions of Ukrainian defenders near Zahryzove, one combat clash is currently ongoing.

Towards Lyman, the invading army attacked seven times, near Hrekivka, Torske and towards Nove and Novomykhailivka. Three clashes are still ongoing.

Towards Siversk, the enemy attacked twice near Bilohorivka, and was repulsed.

Towards Kramatorsk, Ukrainian defenders repelled four attempts by the occupiers to advance in the vicinity of Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Chasiv Yar, two more clashes ended. The enemy launched an airstrike on Chasiv Yar.

Towards Toretsk, the enemy attacked 13 times near Diliivka, Druzhba, Dachne and Toretsk. Eleven clashes are still ongoing. Airstrikes with guided bombs were carried out on Toretsk, Kleban-Byk and Kostiantynivka.

Towards Pokrovsk, the invaders made 11 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders from the occupied positions in the vicinity of the settlements of Yelyzavetivka, Promyn, Oleksiivka, Andriivka and Ulakly. The defense forces are holding back the enemy’s onslaught and repelling nine attacks, two clashes are still ongoing. Pokrovsk and Zvirove suffered airstrikes.

Towards Novopavlivka, Ukrainian soldiers repelled two enemy attacks near Konstantinopol and Burlatske. The enemy struck Kostiantynopol with NARs.

Towards Huliaipole, the invaders launched an airstrike on Zaliznychne.

Towards Orikhiv, Ukrainian troops are repelling two enemy assaults in thevicinity of Stepove and Piatikhatki.

Towards Huliaipole and Kherson, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.

In Kursk oblast, Ukrainian defenders repelled five russian attacks, and five more clashes are still ongoing. The enemy carried out 11 airstrikes, dropped a total of 16 guided bombs on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, and carried out 185 artillery attacks.

The situation on other front areas did not change significantly.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Towards Kharkiv, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled four enemy attacks in the Vovchansk area. The RMA reported that towards Kupiansk, there were two attacks. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions near Zahryzove.

In Kharkiv oblast, FPV drone pilots hit a Sontsepok flamethrower system and a Vityaz all-terrain vehicle – they are considered rare targets, the press service of the Khortytsia operational-strategic group of troops reported. In addition, the fighters hit about a dozen cars and eliminated the occupiers’ shelter.

Shelling

At about 11:30, the occupiers struck Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. According to the RMA, the remains of a Molniya type UAV fell near a non-residential building.

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of the RMA, says that at 11:00, russian troops used FPV drones to strike Ivashka, Zolochiv community. The strike damaged two private homes, outbuildings, and a power grid.

At 06:33, Kharkiv was under fire. Bohdan Hladkykh, Director of the city’s emergency department, reports that as a result of the Iskander strike, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged. The restoration of heat supply in 8 apartment buildings is underway – this is 670 consumers. 5 cars and 10 garages caught fire, there was a fire in an apartment building. 8 people were injured, and 2 hospitalized. At least nine apartment buildings and 35 private houses were damaged. That Iskander strike on Kharkiv is the first ballistic missile strike on the city since November 2024.

The day before, at 12:30, the city of Kupiansk was under fire. russian troops carried out an airstrike using an aerial attack vehicle, a Molniya UAV, on the ground. There were no casualties.

At 09:00, russian troops shelled the village of Kindrashivka, Kupiansk region. A private household was damaged.

Donetsk oblast

Frontline

The General Staff reported that the number of attacks towards Toretsk was 33. The russian army stormed near Diliivka, Krymske, Ozarianivka, Leonidivka and Toretsk.

Towards Kramatorsk, russian troops stormed 13 times in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar and Stupochky.

Towards Pokrovsk, Ukrainian soldiers stopped 19 assaults in the vicinity of Promin, Dachenske, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, Ulakly and Andriivka.

Towards Toretsk, russian troops actively begun to use motorcycles to move personnel. More than 20 units of such equipment were recorded by the Ukrainian military, said Dmytro Zaporozhets, Spokesman for Luhansk OTU. The number of artillery attacks also increased, mainly mortar attacks.

The active phase of the struggle for Toretsk began in August 2024, when the russian army involved aviation and actively stormed, one day they dropped 68 KABs on the city.

About 13 thousand russian servicemen were involved in the fighting there, to date about 12 thousand were eliminated.

Shelling

Serhii Horbunov, Head of Kostiantynivka RMA, informs that in the morning, the russian army shelled Ivanopillia region. One person was killed. Residential buildings, 2 shops, a health care facility, and a cultural institution were damaged.

At about 03:00, russia launched air strikes on three settlements.

The russian army struck Kramatorsk with two 250-kilogram air bombs. The hits affacted the private sector and urban infrastructure. Three local residents were injured, including a child. People received acubarotraumas and other injuries. At least 4 private houses were damaged in the village of Bilenke, Kramatorsk community. In Kostiantynivka, the consequences of the shelling are being established.

Vadym Lyakh, Head of the RMA, informs that also at night, the city of Sloviansk came under russian shelling. According to him, seven people were injured, including two girls – three and four years old. Also, about 30 houses and 5 cars were damaged and destroyed.

According to the RMA, 12 people were injured from russian shelling of Donetsk oblast: ▫️two residents in Bahatyr;

▫️one person in Myrnohrad;

▫️six people in Sloviansk;

▫️two residents in Kramatorsk;

▫️one person in Kostiantynivka.

There were 3,085 enemy attacks on the front line and residential sector. 9 settlements were under fire: the cities of Dobropillia, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, Toretsk, the villages of Bahatyr, Mykolaivka. 116 civilian objects were damaged, including 93 residential buildings.

russians dropped three FAB-250 bombs on Kramatorsk – two civilians were injured, 4 private houses, a non-residential building, 6 cars were damaged.

The enemy hit Kostiantynivka with three FABs – one person was injured, 6 apartment buildings and 23 private houses, a store, an administrative building, three garages, 2 gas pipelines, 2 power lines were damaged.

In Slaviansk, 6 civilians were injured, including two girls born in 2020 and 2021, as a result of a FAB-250 bomb. 28 private houses and 5 civilian cars were damaged.

The occupiers fired artillery at Bohatyr, injuring two civilians.

One person was injured in Mirnohrad due to a strike by an FPV drone. In Pokrovsk, 4 apartment buildings and 2 private houses were damaged.

Luhansk oblast

The RMA reported that russians sent 246 drones to Ukrainian positions in Luhansk oblast. They opened fire from artillery 16 times. They stormed both towards Lyman and Siverskyi. They tried to advance near Balka Zhuravka and in Bilogorivka.

In several frontline cities of the so-called “lpr”, the ability to join the electronic queue for local multifunctional centers has been limited. This applies to Lysychansk, Siversko-Donetsk, Rubizhne and Kreminna. This function existed, although the Internet has been absent in these settlements for more than 2.5 years. It was possible to use it only by going, for example, to Luhansk, in order to sign up for the queue and have time to return to your city at the specified time. At the same time, registration by phone is open. However, there is also no mobile communication in this area, there are only a few payphones.

In the competition of carriers, which is planned to be held in Luhansk in April, in addition to local transport companies, russian ones will also take part. This is provided for by the conditions of the event. Carriers from the regions of the russian federation have already submitted documents for registration. The prerequisites for the displacement of local business by russians exist, although the main problem in this area in Luhansk remains an acute shortage of drivers.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that a truck was damaged in Obukhiv district as a result of a russian attack. In Obukhiv and Boryspil districts, a grass floor caught fire due to falling debris. The fires were extinguished. At night, the enemy attacked the area again with UAVs. The alert lasted almost 9 hours. 

In Kyiv oblast, members of the NGO Ukrainian Women’s Guard received certificates of completion of a five-month course on ‘Preparing Ukrainian citizens for national resistance’ under a programme approved by the Territorial Defence Forces command. The course lasted 100 hours and included psychological, tactical, firearms and engineering training, CBRN and communications training, tactical medicine, military topography and survival in difficult conditions.

The memory of Hero of Ukraine Dmytro ‘Da Vinci’ Kotsiubaylo was honoured in Kyiv. 7 March 2025 marked the two-year commemoration of the death of the soldier, commander of the Da Vinci Wolves battalion. Dmytro Kotsiubailo was the first voluntary soldier in the history of Ukraine to be awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine during his lifetime, at the age of 26. The memory of the fallen soldier was honoured at Askold’s grave. After the memorial service, the battalion’s new recruits underwent an oath at Dmytro Kotsiubaylo’s grave.

For the second day, relatives of Ukrainian prisoners of war have been protesting in Kyiv to get their loved ones back from russian captivity in Chechnya. According to the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, there are currently more than 150 Ukrainian servicemen who may be held in Chechnya.

In order to strengthen the support system for war veterans and their families, the Borodyanka Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation has started training 30 specialists in supporting veterans and demobilised persons from Kyiv oblast. The training course will continue for a month, after which the participants will receive state-issued certificates and certificates.

The RMA reported that a Polish delegation headed by Polish Deputy Minister of Defence Pawel Zalewski visited Kyiv oblast. The European guests visited the village of Moshchun, the site of fierce battles for Kyiv. At the Angels of Victory memorial, they honoured the memory of Ukrainian defenders who gave their lives for freedom. 

Zhytomyr oblast

Zhytomyr oblast and Turkey are joining forces to develop renewable energy. The Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration has signed a memorandum with a Turkish company that intends to implement a large-scale project to build a wind farm. According to Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the Regional Military Administration, as a result, the oblast’s alternative energy capacity could be supplemented by an additional 100-200 MW of wind power, and local budgets will receive sustainable additional revenues from the company’s operation and new jobs.

The RMA reported that Zhytomyr oblast handed over 7 vehicles, 22 FPV drones, a solar station with a generator, wheels, medical devices and food to Ukrainian defenders. The transfer was made possible through fruitful cooperation with charities and NGOs. The vehicles and humanitarian aid were delivered to the airborne units of the Air Assault Forces.

In Zhytomyr, a charity event for military brides called Love Conquering War was launched. It aims to support defenders who have decided to get married. From now on, every bride who applies for marriage with her chosen one is offered a wedding dress as a gift. The 25 dresses are available at the Zhytomyr Civil Registration Office.

An important psychoeducational session was held in Zhytomyr as part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Programme ‘Are You OK?’. The event, organised by the Zhytomyr Regional Organisation of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, was an important step in supporting the psychological health of female police officers who face stress and emotional challenges in their professional activities on a daily basis.

Sumy oblast

In the border areas of Sumy oblast, intense battles continue as russian assault groups attempt to break through and move towards the road from Yunakivka to Sudzha in Kursk oblast. According to Andrii Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, the Defense Forces are engaged in combat and inflicting significant losses on the russian forces.

Volodymyr Artiukh, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that over the past day, russian shelling in Sumy oblast damaged four energy system facilities and gas communications. He noted that the intensity of shelling in the region has increased since the beginning of the year. The use of FPV-drones and fragmentation grenades dropped from UAVs in Sumy oblast has increased 22 times this year. Additionally, the use of sabotage groups has intensified, particularly in Shostka and Sumy regions.

Throughout the night and morning, russian forces carried out five shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast. A total of six strikes were recorded: four artillery explosions and four GAB explosions. The affected communities were Yunakivka, Krasnopillia, and Velyka Pysarivka. The situation remains tense, and the resilience of the affected communities is truly commendable.

The Regional Military Administration informed that in the skies over Sumy oblast, air defense forces shot down 13 enemy “Shahed” drones. Since the beginning of the year, the region’s air defense units have destroyed a total of 617 russian UAVs.

Throughout the past day, russian forces carried out 58 shelling attacks on Sumy oblast, resulting in a total of 134 strikes. The enemy used mortars (32 explosions), artillery (26 explosions), MLRS (30 explosions), conducted a missile strike (1 explosion), attacked by UAVs (1 explosion), FPV-drones (22 explosions), GABs (15 explosions), and dropped explosives from UAVs (8 explosions). The affected communities were Stepanivka, Bezdryk, Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Putyvl, and Seredyna-Buda. 

Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that the aftermath of the russian shelling on March 6 includes damage to a cemetery in Stepanivka community due to a UAV strike, damage to a private residential house in Krasnopillia community, and damage to several summer houses in Bezdryk community from a missile attack. The resilience and strength of these communities in the face of such adversity are truly remarkable.

According to the Regional Police, the bomb technicians of Sumy Police now have a robot dog equipped with cameras and sensors that helps search for explosive devices. Recently, the robot dog assisted in defusing a russian drone that had fallen in the oblast. It remotely inspected the crash site, identified debris, and assessed potential risks without approaching the drone directly. This significantly enhances the safety of police officers and minimizes risks when dealing with potentially dangerous objects.

Chernihiv oblast

Viacheslav Chaus, the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration reported that on the night of 7 March, a russian attack damaged one of the industrial facilities in Pryluky area.

On 6 March, russian forces attacked two border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi and Semenivka. The enemy used FPV-drones (8 explosions), launched unguided aviation rockets (6 explosions), and fired mortars (7 explosions) and barrel artillery (1 strike). According to Chernihiv Border Detachment, explosions were heard towards four villages. 

As a result of FPV-drone strikes in Karpovychi village, Semenivka community, a fire broke out, damaging three houses and a civilian infrastructure building.  

In Chernihiv, representatives of “Volunteers of the North” charity fund handed over 100 strike FPV-drones to the soldiers of the 119th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces. Andrii Panteleienko, Head of the fund, said that more than a hundred Chernihiv residents contributed to the collection of funds for the drones, raising a total of UAH 1.2m. In addition, the volunteers handed over a vehicle to the soldiers of Chernihiv brigade, which was purchased with the help of local entrepreneurs. The solidarity and support from the community are truly inspiring.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that at night, the occupiers attacked Nikopol region twice. They attacked Pokrov community with artillery and a kamikaze drone. In the morning, the russians dropped a munition from a drone on Marganets community.

During the day, the enemy attacked Nikopol region about two dozen times with artillery and drones. The occupants were targeting the district centre, Pokrov and Marhanets communities. A fire broke out, damaging a multi-storey building, a college, an administrative building, businesses, a truck and infrastructure. 

Vinnytsia oblast

​In Vinnytsia oblast, during a massive russian air attack, the National Guard neutralised a Shahed attack UAV.

Kirovohrad oblast

Andrii Raikovych, Head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, said that the Kirovohrad oblast has experienced another massive attack.  russian troops attacked Kirovohrad oblast with dozens of drones and missiles.

Poltava oblast

Poltava Regional Military Administration, reported that at night, the enemy attacked Poltava oblast.  In Myrhorod oblast, the wreckage of an enemy target fell on a private house. 2 people were injured, including a child. Two private houses and a household gas pipeline were also damaged. Critical infrastructure facilities were hit in Poltava oblast as a result of an enemy attack. 

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, reported that at night, defenders shot down 8 enemy UAVs in Cherkasy oblast.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yesterday, the occupiers carried out 424 strikes on 14 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces made 30 airstrikes on Novoiakovlivka, Plavni, Stepove, Piatykhatky, Lukianivske, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Charivne, and Temyrivka. 235 drones of various modifications attacked Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodarivka. 11 MLRS strikes hit Kamianske, Shcherbaky, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, and Charivne. There were 148 artillery strikes on Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodarivka. 19 reports were received about damages to apartments, private houses, and garages. One person was injured as a result of an enemy attack in Polohy region.

It is reported that the enemy attacked five times in the areas of Pryvilne and Novosilka towards Huliaipole. Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 russian attempts to advance in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaky, Nesterianka, Kamianske, and Piatykhatky towards Orikhiv.

A new history textbook will be introduced in schools in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia obast, with special attention given to the so-called “russian Spring” of 2014 and its connection to the full-scale invasion. The textbook will present the so-called “russian Spring” as “pro-russian protests in the southeastern part of Ukraine” that started due to the oppression of the russian language in the region.

The occupiers are supplying stores in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk oblasts with products that are close to expiration. According to the resistance movement “Yellow Ribbon,” russian suppliers intentionally sort goods, sending to the temporarily occupied territories those products that in neighboring russian regions would have gone for significant discounts or been discarded.

Mykolaiv oblast

On the afternoon of 7 March, the enemy shelled Kutsurub community with artillery. A 51-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man were injured. The woman is in extremely serious condition and was hospitalized in the city. The man received outpatient medical assistance. A residential building was damaged.

On the night of 7 March, air defense forces destroyed one Shahed 131/136 drone and one “Kalibr” cruise missile in Mykolaiv oblast.

Today, 7 March, at 6:20 a.m., the enemy attacked the city of Ochakiv with an FPV drone. As a result of the attack, windows of a private house were damaged.

On 6 March, around 4:53 p.m., the enemy carried out an artillery strike on Kutsurub community. There were no casualties.

Odesa oblast

During the night of 7 March, the air defense forces of southern Ukraine destroyed 15 strike drones, and two drone imitators were lost in location. 14 of the destroyed drones were shot down in Odesa oblast. Also, during the night, four Kalibr cruise missiles and three X-101 cruise missiles were downed in the southern regions.

On the evening of 6 March, the russian armed forces attacked Odesa oblast with strike drones, reportedly of the Shahed-136 type. Energy and civilian infrastructure were targeted. At least 10 private houses on the outskirts of Odesa, household buildings, a gas pipeline, and vehicles were damaged or destroyed. As a result of the attack, over two and a half thousand local residents were left without electricity. This marks the sixth attack on energy facilities in the region in the last 2.5 weeks.

Additionally, on the night of 7 March, a missile attack damaged 16 private houses in Podilsk region of Odesa oblast.

As of 6 a.m. on 7 March, there were 3 enemy carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles in the Black Sea, with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles. 4 enemy ships were stationed in the Mediterranean Sea, including 3 Kalibr cruise missile carriers, with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.

Over the past day, 22 vessels passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea in the interests of russia, while 5 ships passed into the Sea of Azov.

Kherson oblast

On 7 March, around 11:00, the russian army attacked Mykilske in Kherson region with artillery. As a result of the shelling, a 65-year-old man was killed.

Around 11:00, the russian army shelled Kherson with artillery. A 56-year-old man who was at home was hit by an enemy strike. He sustained explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds to his legs and shoulder.

At approximately 10:00, the occupiers attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with a drone. A 38-year-old Kherson resident, who was outside, received explosive injuries, hand wounds, and traumatic amputation of his fingers.

Yesterday, russian troops once again shelled the right bank of Kherson oblast with MLRS, artillery, aviation, and drones. Kherson, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Stanislav, Bilozerka, Tomyna Balka, Romashkove, Poniativka, Zeleniivka, Mykilske, Komyshany, Oleksandrivka, Veletenske, Kizomys, Beryslav, Dudchany, Mylove, and Chervonyi Maiak suffered from enemy attacks. Damage occurred to a multi-apartment building and 16 private houses, educational and medical facilities, five cemetery structures, a café, a garage, a car, and a household building. Two people were killed, and two others were wounded as a result of the russian attacks.

Ukrainian defenders in the south eliminated 114 occupiers, hit enemy 59 shelters, and destroyed two field storage depots. They also destroyed 18 units of armored vehicles, six motorcycles, three quad bikes, three boats, three buggies, a Supercam reconnaissance drone, a trench radio-electronic device, a Starlink satellite terminal, a generator, a video surveillance camera, a substation, five communication antennas, and two drone control antennas of russian military forces.

Five residents were evacuated from the dangerous settlements of Beryslav region. Police and the “Skhid SOS” charity foundation transported an elderly, immobile woman from Novooleksandrivka to the city of Dnipro. Volunteers from Caritas Beryslav UGCC also evacuated four local residents from Beryslav, including an immobile person and an elderly person.

The mobile team of CASERS  continues medical visits to the communities of Kherson oblast. Over five days, an ophthalmologist visited Mala Oleksandrivka, Stepne, Sadok, Charivne, and Kostyrka. Around 160 patients, including children, were examined.

Volyn oblast

The 1st Mechanized brigade of the Military Unit A4808 received 2 car heaters and an Adaptis-Standard Gen2 satellite communication kit from Lutsk community.

Zakarpattia oblast

The oblast is strengthening cooperation with Poland. In Bialystok, Roman Saraj, Chairman of Zakarpattia Regional Council, and Lukasz Prokorym, Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, signed an Agreement on Interregional Cooperation.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The RMA met with John Shmorgun, founder of the Move Ukraine foundation, an American of Ukrainian descent, and his wife Patricia. They actively support the Carpathian region during a full-scale war, helping to implement projects important to the oblast.

Lviv oblast

A modern rehabilitation center for children and adolescents who have been psychologically or physically affected by the war will open in Lviv oblast. The new center is part of the Nadija international project, and unites the efforts of Ukrainian and Scandinavian partners. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Foundation of the Children’s Hospital and Research Institute Nadiia (Finland) and Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo Halytsky.

At Lviv University of Trade and Economics, 7 memorial plaques were opened in memory of fallen defenders – graduates of the university Boyko Nataliia, Brus Taras, Kuzmin Dmytro, Uhriniuk Mykhailo, Rudyi Yurii, Savchuk Taras and Pokora Taras.

Rivne oblast

Rivne oblast has accepted 16 children from Zaporizhzhia orphanage. They are residents of the Sonechko specialized children’s home.

Meetings with families of servicemen who are missing or in captivity continue in communities of Rivne region. Such an event was recently held in Berezne.

Ternopil oblast

On the night of 7 March, a missile attack took place in Ternopil oblast. According to the Air Force, the enemy launched 7 Kalibr cruise missiles. Thanks to the coordinated work of the Air Defense of the West Air Base, 5 enemy missiles were destroyed. However, 2 hits were recorded on an important critical infrastructure facility.

The impact caused a gas fire, which was promptly localized and eliminated by the State Emergency Service units. Thanks to the prompt response of rescuers, the fire was completely extinguished. There were no injuries or deaths as a result of the attack.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi City Council has made changes to the 2025 Participation Budget. The total amount is UAH 4.9m. Projects can be submitted in three categories: rehabilitation, social support and national-patriotic education of youth.

Chernivtsi oblast

During the morning terrorist attack, an enemy missile violated the airspace of Chernivtsi oblast. The object then changed its trajectory towards a neighboring oblast. There were no casualties or damage in Bukovina.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Ukraine has received the first tranche from Britain, secured by proceeds from frozen russian assets. It is £752m under the G7 ERA initiative. The funds will be used to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities.

Great Britain signed an agreement with Anduril UK to supply Ukraine with modern attack drones.

Norway will increase aid to Ukraine in 2025 to almost $8bn.

The European Union will allocate an additional €15bn to help Ukraine.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, met with Mark Rutte, NATO Secretary General. They discussed real steps to bring about a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.
