The situation at the front remains tense. The defence forces continue to resolutely counteract the enemy’s attempts to advance deeper into the territory of Ukraine, and are making efforts to disrupt the occupiers’ offensive plans.
The number of combat engagements currently stands at 86. The situation is the hottest towards Pokrovsk and Kurakhove.
The occupiers continue to use aviation and artillery in the border areas of Sumy oblast. The areas around Zhuravka, Vodolahy, Volfyne, Riasne, Mezenivka, Basivka were under artillery attacks and the enemy fired at Oleksandriia and Yunakivka with multiple rocket launchers.
According to available information, russian aviation has so far dropped 14 guided aerial bombs on the territory of Kursk oblast of the russian federation.
Towards Kharkiv, russian terrorists stormed the positions of our troops in the area of Vovchansk four times, two of the attacks have been repelled.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy attacked our positions five times near Kindrashivka, Lozova and Kruhliakivka, and was adequately repelled.
Towards Lyman, the enemy is trying to advance near Hrekivka, Novoiehorivka, Torske and Terny. In total, there have been eight combat engagements in this sector since the beginning of the day, and one is still ongoing.
Towards Siversk, the enemy did not conduct any offensive actions, however, dropped 13 anti-aircraft missiles in the areas of Siversk and Zakitne.
Towards Kramatorsk, one firefight continues near Stupochki. The enemy attacked with aerial bombs the areas of Stinky and Mykolaivka.
Towards Toretsk, the number of hostile attacks increased to six. The occupants attacked near the settlements of Toretsk, Druzhba and Shcherbynivka, where our defenders repelled three attacks, and three more clashes are ongoing. At the same time, the enemy carried out air strikes on Romanivka, Kostiantynivka and Sukha Balka.
Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy attacked Ukrainian defenders most actively. During the day, the aggressor carried out 19 attacks near Promin, Lysivka, Petrivka, Dachanske, Pustynka and Pushkine. The defence forces restrained the attack and repelled 16 enemy attacks, three combat engagements are ongoing. The enemy conducted air strikes in the areas of Stara Mykolaivka and Oleksandropil.
Towards Kurakhove, the situation is also tense, where the enemy has attacked our units 13 times since the beginning of the day. They tried to advance near Novoselydivka, Sontsivka, Berestky, Kurakhove, Dalmine and Antonovka, launched air strikes on Romanivka and Hannivka, and is currently engaged in combat in six locations, with seven attacks repelled.
Towards Vremivka, our troops repelled eight attacks in the areas of Kostyantynopolske, Trudove, Rozdolne and Novodarivka. Three firefights are ongoing in the direction of Velyka Novosilka, where the russian invaders have already dropped three UAVs.
Towards Orikhiv, Ukrainian defenders repelled an enemy assault towards Novoandriivka.
Towards Kherson, there was one unsuccessful attack.
There were no significant changes in other frontline areas.
The UN reported that at least 2,406 children have been killed or injured since russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022. 659 children were killed and 1,747 were injured, UNICEF said. On average, 16 children are killed or injured every week across Ukraine.
Between 22 March and 31 August 2024, about nine gigawatts of generating capacity were destroyed as a result of attacks on energy infrastructure across Ukraine. This is half of what Ukraine needs in the winter.
As of 19 November 2024, about 66,900km² of Ukrainian territory is under temporary occupation, which is about 11% of the total area of Ukraine.
Civilian casualties, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, exceeded 13,500 killed and 25,900 wounded.
In addition, as of November 2024, more than 15,000 cases of abduction of Ukrainian citizens and illegal deprivation of their liberty by the russian occupation authorities were reported.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
The General Staff said that over 60 attacks were repelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces towards Pokrovsk and Kurakhove over the day.
Towards Pokrovsk, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 38 russian assaults near Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Petrivka, Pustynka and Novooleksiivka, where russian troops, supported by aviation, tried to force Ukrainian units out of their positions.
Towards Kurakhove, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 30 attacks near Berestky, Sontsivka, Voznesenka, Dalne, Yelyzavetivka, Katerynivka and Antonivka, where russian troops tried to break through the defences of our troops.
Kharkiv oblast
Towards Kharkiv, russian troops stormed the positions of Ukrainian troops near Vovchansk four times. According to the General Staff, as of 4pm, two of the attacks had already been repelled.
Towards Kupiank, five times the russian army attacked positions near Kindrashivka, Lozova and Kruhliakivka.
The russian army has been striking Kupiansk all day, including with multiple rocket launchers. Private houses were destroyed, apartment buildings and a civilian enterprise damaged. Two women aged 59 and 47 were injured.
Dmytro Chubenko, Spokesman of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, reported that the russian army attacked Kyivskyi district. They hit the carriageway. A petrol station and several cars were damaged. Among the 12 people injured, several suffered acute stress reactions, while others were wounded. The youngest victim is 18 years old. He was hospitalised in a critical condition.
Yesterday at 4pm, Hoptivka village of Derhachi community, Kharkiv region, was under attack by russians. A 52-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman were injured as a result of the shelling.
At 3:10pm, Bilyi Kolodiaz village of Vovchansk community, Chuhuiv region was under russian attack. As a result of the shelling a house was burning.
At 9:40am, Kupiansk was hit. A car was damaged as a result of a UAV drop.
Towards Kharkiv, there were six combat engagements near Vovchansk.
Towards Kupiansk, there were nine attacks yesterday. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults near Kruhliakivka and Lozova.
76 people were evacuated from Kupianske and Borova regions.
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that it is difficult to meet basic needs in Kupiansk region because of the russian aggression. There is fighting there, virtually around the clock.
The enemy is trying to advance deep into our territory. The evacuation from the left bank of the Oskil River towards Kupiansk is actively underway, a small number of people remain there.
2767 people, including 95 children, have died as a result of russian aggression in Kharkiv and the oblast since the start of the full-scale invasion, the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office reports. Over the 1,000 days of war, 5821 people have been injured, including 449 children.
Donetsk oblast
Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office, reported that three people were wounded during shelling in Donetsk oblast on 19 November. Also russian troops shelled Myrnohrad city, Mykolaivka village of Kostiantynivka community and Stara Mykolaivka village of Illinivka community.
Yesterday three residents were killed and seven injured as a result of russian shelling. Yesterday police recorded 3,145 hostile attacks on the frontline and residential areas.
7 settlements were under attack: Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Myrnohrad, Siversk, Sloviansk, Zoria and Ozerne.
53 civilian objects, including 36 residential buildings, were damaged.
Russians struck Kostiantynivka 7 times, including 5 bomb attacks, killing two people and wounding five others. 13 apartment blocks and 11 private houses, a two-storey building, 2 shops, 3 enterprises, an administrative building, 2 civilian cars, 2 power lines and a gas pipeline were destroyed.
The occupiers shelled Siversk with artillery, killing a civilian.
A woman was injured by enemy drones in Kurakhove, a civilian was wounded in Myrnohrad, and a private house was damaged.
Russia dropped a FAB-250 bomb on Sloviansk, damaging three private houses and a production facility.
The enemy attacked Ozerne with three FAB-250 bombs with an UMPK module, damaging four private houses.
In Zoria, artillery shelling damaged 4 private houses.
HUR reported that the other day, the commander of the 67th motorised rifle division of the russian occupation forces reported to Major General Yusupov, commander of the 25th Army of moscow Military District, about the alleged successes of the Russian army near Lyman in Donetsk oblast. But the information he said was false.
Servicemen Yevhen Ievlev informed that russian troops have not advanced in the area of Horlivka in the Toretsk sector for a month and a half.
Denys Herasymovych, Head of the IDP assistance organisation unit of the Department of Social Protection of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reported that as of 19 November, residents of 346 private houses from six territorial communities in Donetsk region received financial assistance in the amount of UAH 21,000 to buy firewood or coal for heating their homes.
Luhansk oblast
Ukrainian troops stopped the enemy’s assaults towards Bilohorivka and Novoliubivka. The invaders failed to force our soldiers from their positions. However, the russians continue shelling the territories with all available weapons. For instance, they fired at Makiivka from artillery systems. They also sent 15 unmanned aerial vehicles to the area of this village.
Starting from 1 December 2024, the passports of the so-called “lpr”, which the occupiers have been forcing residents of the occupied territories to obtain since 2014, will be invalid. This is another step towards the forced passportisation of the local population. In addition, anyone who does not have a russian passport by the beginning of the new year will be severely restricted in the provision of social, medical and administrative services from 1 January 2025.
After a month of daily promises, the invaders are gradually admitting to disrupting the heating season in the so-called “lpr”. People are left without heating in Siverskodonetsk, Lysychansk, Hirske and Zolote. The situation is said to be complicated by the lack of centralised water supply in Lysychansk, Hirske and Zolote. For more than two years, the russians have not repaired the heating system and drinking water supply system that were damaged during the assaults. These cities are on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
The RMA reported that last night the alert in Kyiv oblast lasted almost 8 hours. Air defence forces destroyed enemy targets. The fall of debris was recorded outside of settlements in open areas. There were no hits to critical and residential infrastructure or casualties among the population.
Kyiv City Military Administration counted that during the 1,000 days of the full-scale invasion of russia, 1,369 alarms were sounded in the capital, with a total duration of 1,553 hours. During this time, the russian military used more than 2,500 missiles and UAVs in the city: more than 1,600 UAVs of various modifications, almost 800 cruise missiles of the X-101/Iskander-K/X-69 type, almost 90 ballistic missiles of the Iskander-M/KN-23 type, 40 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles and 6 Zircon hypersonic missiles.
The Regional Military Administration announced that Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen visited Kyiv oblast as part of her official visit to Ukraine. In the village of Moshchun, the guest visited the Angels of Victory memorial and honoured the memory of the fallen heroes. She also inspected the consequences of the destruction caused by russian aggression and expressed her support for the Ukrainian people.
Kyiv oblast is the leader in the number of Invincibility Centres, with 19 such centres currently operating in oblast. More than 9,200 people have already used the services of the centres. The coordinated work of the in-house specialists allows covering a wide range of social, psychological and legal issues.
On 17 November, the Ukrainian Women’s Guard held another self-defence training course for girls and women in Kyiv. The aim of the course is to teach women self-defence techniques, to unite Ukrainians socially, and to support and help them during the war.
Last week, the Ukrainian Women’s Guard conducted a mine safety training for junior schoolchildren in Kyiv. The event took place at the Bright School private primary school in Pozniaky. The children received knowledge in a playful way, learned to identify dangerous objects and, through various activities, memorised the correct actions to take in case of encountering them.
The Regional Military Administration reported that another 31 families of internally displaced persons received keys to new homes in Hansen’s Town in Kyiv oblast. These are people from Donetsk, Kherson and other oblasts of the country that suffer from shelling and hostilities. There are 37 children in the new families who have found comfort in the town. Dell Loy Hansen presented each of them with a new bicycle. A medical clinic run by Dr Michael Fitzgerald and a primary school were also opened.
Ukrainian soldiers from Chornobyl nuclear power plant have been in captivity for 1,000 days. Relatives of prisoners of war and those missing at the front held a rally near the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv to mark the 1000th day of the russian invasion.
Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital in Boiarka and the Meyer Children’s Hospital in Florence signed a memorandum of international medical partnership. This is an initiative aimed at raising the standards of medicine in Ukraine.
A two-hundred-year-old mulberry tree was cured in Kyiv. This was a request from the deceased Roman Ratushnyi, a public activist and scout with the 93rd Kholodnyi Yar Brigade. He bequeathed to support the Taras Shevchenko House-Museum with his combat pay and preserve the mulberry tree there. The team engaged arborist Volodymyr Vetrohradskyi to treat the tree.
Zhytomyr oblast
The rehabilitation department of Berdychiv City Hospital has received new equipment that significantly expands the possibilities for patients to recover from injuries and illnesses. This upgrade was the result of the hospital’s participation in a programme of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine aimed at improving treatment and rehabilitation conditions in line with modern medical standards.
SES experts gave a lecture on mine safety to students of the Scientific Lyceum of Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University. The experts reminded of the algorithm of actions in case of detection of explosive objects and informed about possible tragic incidents caused by the detonation of ammunition.
In Zhytomyr, war veterans joined a powerlifting competition. War veterans, athletes with musculoskeletal disorders and students of the city’s cultural and sports centre competed for Zhytomyr Cup.
In Zhytomyr, 1,000 schoolchildren and their teachers organised a patriotic event to mark the 1,000th day of full-scale war and Ukraine’s resistance to the aggressor. Holding patriotic symbols, the participants formed a chain of unity.
Sumy oblast
Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that on 18 November, around 11:30pm, the russian army attacked one of the dormitories in Hlukhiv by two Shahed drones. Rescue workers recovered the bodies of 12 victims from the rubble, including a 7-year-old boy. Among the deceased were also an 83-year-old woman and her 59-year-old son. Thirteen people were injured, including three children. The attack damaged two apartment buildings and a hospital.

During night and morning, russians carried out 27 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 59 explosions. The attacks targeted Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Esman, Hlukhiv, Seredyna-Buda, and Svesa communities.
On 18 November, russians carried out 48 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 110 explosions. The attacks targeted Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Shalyhyne, Esman, and Seredyna-Buda communities.
Velyka Pysarivka community: attacks by FPV-drones (7 explosions). As a result of shelling, two private houses were damaged. There was also a grenade attack (20 explosions), artillery fire (6 explosions).
Khotin community: the russians dropped 10 mines on the territory of the community. There was also artillery shelling (4 explosions).
Krasnopillia community: VOG drops from UAVs (9 explosions), FPV-drone attack (7 explosions), grenade attack (3 explosions), mortar attack (2 explosions), artillery attack (2 explosions) took place.
Bilopilia community: the enemy fired mortars (7 explosions) and artillery (10 explosions).
Yunakivka community: the russians hit by artillery (2 explosions).
Esman community: VOG drops from UAVs (6 explosions), artillery shelling (1 explosion), FPV-drone attack (1 explosion) took place.
Seredyna-Buda community: FPV-drone attack (2 explosions).
Shalyhyne community: russians dropped 9 mines on the territory of the community. Also they attacked by FPV-drones (2 explosions).
Four russian servicemen have been sentenced in absentia to 10 years in prison for crimes committed during the occupation of Sumy Oblast. According to the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office, during the occupation of the village of Vorozhba in Lebedyn community in March 2022, the soldiers forced civilians out of their home, established a military headquarters there, and subsequently looted the property.
The investigation revealed that the servicemen, armed and threatening the residents, invaded the house and ordered them to leave. They also fired upon two vehicles parked in the yard. As a result, the homeowner, her son, and her 81-year-old mother were forced to flee on foot and seek shelter with neighbours.
Chernihiv oblast
On 18 November russian army attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Snovsk and Horodnia communities.
Novhorod-Siverskyi community:
14 explosions (hits, probably by an FPV-drone, by 120mm mortars and dropping an explosive device from an unmanned aerial vehicle) were recorded in Hremiach.
Semenivka community:
10 explosions (hits, probably by MLPS) were towards Mykolaivka;
31 explosions (hits, probably by a 120mm mortar, barrel artillery and dropping an explosive device from an unmanned aerial vehicle) occurred in Hremiachka village;
13 explosions (hits, probably by FPV-drones and barrel artillery) were towards Orlykivka.
Snovsk community:
4 explosions (hits, probably drops of explosive devices from unmanned aerial vehicles) were recorded towards Huta Studenetska.
Horodnia community:
10 explosions (hits, probably by FPV-drones, by 120mm mortars and drops of explosive devices from UAVs) were towards Senkivka.
No casualties or injuries among the local population were reported as a result of the shelling.
Vladyslav Veremiienko from Nizhyn has been awarded his third Order of Courage, making him a full chevalier of the decoration. He took part in the defence of Kyiv, laid mines on roads near Avdiivka to halt russian advances, and cleared mines in Chernihiv Oblast after its de-occupation.
Chernihiv Regional Recruitment and Social Support Center announced that Andrii Tsyhankov, a serviceman from Novhorod-Siverskyi community in Chernihiv Oblast, has been awarded the honorary badge of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the “Golden Cross,” for his courage and successful execution of missions. He was also honoured with the “Cross of Honor” badge by his unit commander.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
In the evening, the occupiers attacked Nikopol region twice by kamikaze drones targeting settlements in Marhanets and Myrove communities. There were no casualties reported.
Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih regions were under enemy attacks. Over the day, the occupiers launched about 15 attacks on Nikopol region by kamikaze drones, artillery, Grad missile systems and dropping explosives from UAVs. The regional centre, Pokrovske, Chervonohryhorivka, Marhanets and Myrove communities were affected. A 46-year-old woman was injured and received medical assistance. The attacks damaged 10 private houses, a gas station, 2 utility buildings, a schoolyard and a power line. In Kryvyi Rih region, the occupiers shelled Zelenodolsk community by artillery, but no casualties were reported.
Vinnytsia oblast
According to Mayor Serhii Morhunov, Vinnytsia oblast has prepared military aid for the 54th Brigade, including 150 FPV drones, 15 Mavic 3T drones and drop systems and buggies provided by volunteers.
Kirovohrad oblast
Andrii Raikovych, Head of the RMA, stated that Kirovohrad oblast experienced a nearly 9-hour air raid alert. Air defence forces engaged Shahed drones. There were no casualties or damage reported.
Marking 1,000 days since the start of russia’s full-scale invasion, Kropyvnytskyi held a memorial service at the Alleys of Honor Dedicated to the Fallen Heroes of Ukraine of the Rivnianske and Dalekoshidne Cemeteries.
Since the invasion began, Kirovohrad oblast has endured 2,607 air raid alerts, over 170 missile strikes and 400 drone attacks.
Poltava oblast
In Poltava, a memorial service was held near the Holy Dormition Cathedral for 2 servicemen:
Yurii Piskun, who was killed on 14 November 2024, near Novoiivanovka, Kursk oblast, russia.
Stanislav Prydatchenko, who was killed on 11 November 2024, while performing a combat mission in Donetsk oblast.
Volodymyr Kuzmych was paid tribute in Omelnyk community, who was killed on 13 November during a mortar attack while performing a combat mission.
A memorial plaque was unveiled at Poltava School No.11 in honour of Ruslan Nosov, who studied there. Ruslan killed on 4 February 2023, near Zaliznianske in Bakhmut region during russian assaults. He was 49 years old.
Cherkasy oblast
Air defence forces in Cherkasy oblast destroyed 13 Shahed drones. However, some enemy UAVs fell, damaging a power line. Power supply has been restored. The incidents also caused damage to windows and roofs of private houses and a fire broke out in a non-residential building, which has been localised.
In Cherkasy, a memorial plaque was unveiled at the Vocational Construction Technology School to honour defender Mykhailo Chabanenko, who was killed on 16 August 2022, during a combat mission. He was 31 years old.
Olha Voskobi, Volunteer, said that volunteers from Cherkasy Army Assistance Centre have produced 2,000 wood-burning stoves over 2 years, with demand increasing as the cold season begins. The stoves range from compact models for trenches to larger ones with cooking and drying capabilities.
According to Serhii Lemehov, Volunteer, members of the Sich NGO in Cherkasy have manufactured 22,000 trench candles over 3 years. This team of volunteers, mostly internally displaced persons, produces up to 400 candles daily after work hours to supply the military.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the RMA, reported that on 18 November the russian military carried out 458 strikes on 11 towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Among the attacks, there were 239 attacks by UAVs of various types, targeting Zaporizhzhia, Shcherbaky, Lobkove, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Bilohiria and Novodarivka.
Mykolaiv oblast
According to the RMA, the russian military attacked a dormitory in Hlukhiv by 2 drones. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing. 6 people, including 1 child, were killed, and 12 residents, including 2 children, injured.
Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv RMA, reported that on the night of 19 November, air defence forces shot down a drone.
Odesa oblast
Oleh Kiper, Head of the RMA, stated that on 18 November, as a russian attack 55 people were injured, of whom 23 remain in hospitals, including 3 children in moderate condition. 5 adults are in critical condition and 2 have lost limbs.
Kherson oblast
Roman Mrochko, Head of the CMA, informed that russian shelling of Antonivka injured a 62-year-old man, who was hospitalised with mine-blast trauma and shrapnel wounds.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the RMA, said that a 35-year-old man was killed in an artillery strike on Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, while a 66-year-old man sustained mine-blast trauma and shrapnel wounds.
According to the RMA, in Kindiika, a 35-year-old man was injured by russian artillery shelling. Medical assistance was provided.
In Antonivka, a 35-year-old woman sustained explosive trauma, chest, lumbar and leg injuries and partial amputation of her left hand during russian shelling.
Around 4:40pm, russian forces dropped explosives from a drone in Novovorontsovka, injuring a 20-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, who were hospitalised with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.
At approximately 3pm, a russian drone attack on Kindiika injured a 27-year-old man with explosive trauma and shrapnel wounds.
In Mykilske, a 72-year-old man suffered a concussion and blast trauma due to russian shelling.
In Veletenske, russian forces dropped explosives from a UAV, injuring a 62-year-old woman and a 49-year-old man. Both sustained explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds.
In Antonivka, a russian drone struck a car, injuring a man and a woman who were hospitalised with explosive trauma.
At noon, Dniprovskyi district of Kherson was shelled, injuring a 61-year-old man. He received medical care and was discharged for outpatient treatment.
In Shidne village, a 62-year-old woman was injured in a russian shelling, suffering blast trauma and a leg shrapnel wound.
In Antonivka, a 46-year-old man sustained mine-blast trauma, shrapnel wounds and burns in a russian drone strike.
Overnight, russian forces fired more than a dozen shells at Bilozirka, targeting critical infrastructure and residential areas. 11 houses, vehicles and utility buildings were damaged, but no casualties were reported.
Roman Mrochko, Head of the CMA, reported that in Zelenivka, a russian attack caused a fire, during which a firefighter was injured.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the RMA, confirmed that a 67-year-old man from Shyroka Balka was killed by a russian UAV attack the previous evening.

Volyn oblast
The Military Unit A 4898 sent 3 DJI Mavic 3T quadcopters, 4 DJI Mavic 3 and 10 multi-rotor type unmanned aerial vehicles, a portable radio-electronic means of countering KVERTUS aerial vehicles from Lutsk community.
Zakarpattia oblast
A photo exhibition with 25 stands with photos that demonstrate the indomitability of Ukrainians during 1,000 days of full-scale war, was launched in Uzhhorod. The event was organised by the employees of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the oblast and Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration together with other units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade, the Security Service of Ukraine and the border guard.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Ivano-Frankivsk community sent 300 litres of fuel and 70 FPV drones to the 3th Assault Brigades and the 65th Separate Mechanised Brigades.
Lviv oblast
In 2024, Lviv RMA allocated UAH 8m from the regional budget for the implementation of an innovative program of rehabilitation and habilitation of war veterans. This initiative is aimed at veterans who live in Lviv oblast and participated in the defence of Ukraine against russian aggression. All services within the program are free.
Lviv OVA sent 155 more FPV drones to the 3th Separate Assault Brigades thanks to the regional budget within the framework of the Safe Lviv Oblast program. In total, this year, the RMA directed UAH 19m to strengthen the brigade.
In Lviv oblast, present the mural Girl in Shelter located in the city of Sheptytskyi. The mural depicts a small Ukrainian girl who personifies the image of faith and hope. The girl is in a shelter while rockets are flying around.

Rivne oblast
A free screening of the documentary film Long Day by Alan Badoev took place in the cinema of Rivne. This is a war diary, created from 200 hours of chronicles, which Ukrainians themselves filmed on their phones. Some heroes survived, some were killed. The same screenings took place in all districts of Rivne oblast – in cultural and educational institutions and libraries. Viewing The Long Day is devoted to 1000 days since the beginning of the full-scale war.
Ternopil oblast
Ternopil community sent attack (FPV) and reconnaissance (MAVIC 3) drones to the 150th Separate Mechanised Brigades. All the necessary equipment was purchased with funds from the regional budget, which came from the sale of communal property.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi community sent another hexacopter worth almost UAH 500,000 to the soldiers. It can carry a payload of up to 15 kg.
Chernivtsi oblast
Commemorative events were held in Bukovina on the 1000th day since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. In Chernivtsi, near the highest flag of Ukraine in the region and the Alley of Memory of Heroes, the memory of fallen military personnel and medics, and fallen civilians were commemorated. Representatives of Chernivtsi RMA, local self-government, and the public bowed their heads in a moment of mournful silence and prayed for the dead. Lamps were placed next to the portraits of fallen Heroes.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
Brian Nichols, US Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs, stated that Joe Biden, US President, authorised strikes with long-range weapons against russia. According to him, this decision will give Ukraine more opportunities to defend itself and, according to Washington, will encourage russia to negotiate.
Mette Frederiksen, Prime Minister of Denmark, the Ukrainian defence-industrial complex will receive €130m from the country.
Great Britain introduced sanctions against the russian federation due to the forced deportation of Ukrainian children. It is noted that over 19,500 Ukrainian children were forcibly transferred or deported by the russian authorities to russia and to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. New sanctions were introduced against ten individuals and legal entities, including russian officials and youth organisations of the russian federation. Among them is the yunarmiia russian youth military-patriotic military organisation, founded by the Ministry of Defense of the russian federation.
