Since the beginning of this day, 117 combat engagements have taken place.
Border communities came under enemy artillery fire, including Novovasylivka, Hirky, Kozache, Tovstodubove, Romashkove, Seredyna-Buda, Rudak, Bobylivka in Sumy region, and Khrinivka in Chernihiv region.
In the North-Slobozhanske and Kursk directions, seven combat engagements with enemy troops have taken place since the beginning of the day. In addition, the enemy carried out four airstrikes, dropping ten guided bombs, and conducted 119 attacks on the positions of our forces and settlements, 13 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanske direction, the Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks near the settlements of Vovchansk, Odradne, and towards Hryhorivka and Obukhivka. Two more combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian occupiers attempted four times to break through our defenses near the settlements of Borivska Andriivka, Bohuslavka, and towards Kupiansk. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, the invading army carried out eight attacks against the positions of Ukrainian units near the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Druzheliubivka, Shandryholove, Serednie, and Kolodiazi. One combat engagement is still in progress.
The Defense Forces repelled ten enemy attacks in the Siversk direction. The aggressor was active near Hryhorivka, Dronivka, Vyiimka, Fedorivka, and towards Yampil.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attempted four times to break through the defenses of our defenders towards the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Nykyforivka.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 12 assault actions near Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Katerynivka, Rusyn Yar, Poltavka, and towards Mykolaipillia. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian invaders made 38 attempts to push our defenders from their positions near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Nykanorivka, Zolotyi Kolodiaz, Novoeconomichne, Rodynske, Myroliubivka, Promin, Novoukrainka, Nove Shakhove, and towards Pokrovsk. The Defense Forces repelled 31 enemy attacks, while battles are still ongoing in seven locations.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attempted to break through our defenses near the settlements of Piddubne, Voskresenka, Komyshuvakha, Novoheorhiivka, Olhivske, and Ivanivka. The Defense Forces repelled nine enemy assaults, while four combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Hulyaipole direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders near the settlement of Poltavka. The settlements of Zaliznychne and Rizdvanka came under airstrikes.
In the Orikhiv direction, supported by aviation, the enemy attempted to advance near the settlement of Kamianske but was unsuccessful.
In the Prydniprovia direction, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to approach the positions of our defenders towards the Antonivskyi bridge and also carried out an airstrike on the areas of the settlements of Antonivka and Inhulka.

On September 12, the last resident was evacuated from the frontline village of Rubizhne in Donetsk region. He was transported to a transit center in Lozova, according to the humanitarian mission “Prolisok.”
Ukraine has returned 16 more Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories. Among those rescued are a 15-year-old girl whose parents and older brother were imprisoned by Russians on fabricated charges; a 14-year-old girl and her 7-year-old sister who lost their home and all belongings in a fire; a 15-year-old girl with her parents, who had barely left their home for three years out of fear of losing their children; and a 10-year-old boy whom the occupiers tried to take away from his family.

Kharkiv oblast
Frontline
During the past day, 182 combat engagements were recorded.
In the South-Slobozhanske direction yesterday, five combat clashes took place near Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, and Lyptsi.
In the Kupiansk direction, there were seven enemy attacks during the past day. The Defense Forces repelled assaults in the direction of Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, Borivska Andriivka, and Pishchane.
Street fighting with enemy sabotage-reconnaissance groups is ongoing in Kupiansk. As of the morning of September 17, it cannot be said that Russian forces control any district of the city, said Yurii Fedorenko, commander of the 429th Separate Drone Systems Regiment Achilles.
In the area of responsibility of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Kost Hordiienko, in the Vovchansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers captured a citizen of Kenya. His sports agent lured him and three other compatriots into a “tourist trip” to St. Petersburg, which ended with their forced signing of contracts with the Russian army. The captive said the training lasted only one week, instructors communicated with force because they did not know English, and there were also other foreigners in his unit. On his first combat mission, he fled, spent two days searching for Ukrainian troops, and voluntarily surrendered, pleading not to be returned to Russia because he is convinced he would be killed there, the brigade reported.
A gas pipeline that Russian forces could use to approach Kupiansk was blown up. Now, Russian troops are trying to increase crossings over the Oskil River using boats and rafts, Fedorenko reported.
Shelling
The Derhachi community was left without power due to a Russian strike that damaged a high-voltage power line, reported Vyacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Military Administration, at 16:00.
As a result of enemy shelling with MLRS in the village of Slatyne, a man was killed. A 73-year-old local resident was in his garage when Russian forces struck the settlement. A 70-year-old woman suffered acute stress reaction. Medics provided assistance on the spot.
This morning, a 57-year-old woman was likely injured as a result of a Russian FPV drone strike in Krasnoyarske, Velykyi Burluk community, reported Andrii Kanashevych, head of the Kupiansk RMA. On September 16, a 55-year-old man was killed in Kupiansk as a result of shelling.
Over the past day, Kharkiv city and 11 settlements of Kharkiv region came under enemy strikes.
Six people were injured as a result of shelling.
In Kharkiv city: an 89-year-old man and women aged 51, 52, and 54.
In Kupiansk city: men aged 63 and 82.
The enemy attacked Kharkiv’s Slobidskyi district with UAVs.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons against Kharkiv region:

▪️ In Bohodukhiv district: a private house (Lemishchene village), 4 private houses, an outpatient clinic, and a farm building (Tymofiivka village).
The RMA also received information that as a result of Russian strikes in Kupiansk on September 15, a 36-year-old man and a woman were killed. These reports are being verified, Kanashevych said.
Other
The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 123 people in the past day. 59 remain there. Since its opening, 2,994 people have been registered.
In Kupiansk city, 830 people remain, with nearly 5,000 across the wider direction. Evacuation continues: over 300 people were evacuated from all directions in the past week.
A decision was made to withdraw all civilian services from Borova. All administrative buildings in the settlement have been destroyed, and there is a direct threat to staff as the enemy deliberately shells emergency medical services, State Emergency Service units, National Police, and municipal services.
Donetsk oblast
Frontline
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian army carried out five assaults near Chasiv Yar. Fighting also took place near Stupochky and Orikhovo-Vasylivka, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The heaviest fighting was on the Pokrovsk sector of the front — 60 assaults in a single day. More than 20 attacks were also recorded in the Siversk and Novopavlivka directions.
Shelling
The Russian army carried out a series of strikes on Kostiantynivka, reported the head of the Military Administration, Horbunov. The occupiers damaged more than 20 private and multi-story residential buildings, as well as a youth sports school building, where construction materials were being distributed to community residents for restoring their homes.
At least three people were wounded in the morning shelling of the settlement of Novodonetske. Russian forces struck near a residential apartment block, said Yurii Liulka, head of the local administration. Among the injured is a child born in 2014. In a five-story apartment building in Novodonetske, almost all windows and balcony frames were destroyed. Around 8 a.m., the Russian army shelled Novodonetske in Donetsk region.

Around 3:00 a.m., Russian forces struck a hotel in Kramatorsk with two Geran-2 drones. There are no reports of casualties or injuries, reported the head of the Military Administration, Honcharenko.

Police recorded 2,043 enemy shellings along the frontline and in residential areas.
Under fire were 13 settlements:
the cities of Bilozerske, Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Lyman, Sviatohirsk;
the settlements of Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, Raihorodok, Yarova;
the villages of Znamenivka, Maiaky, Staroraiske.
Damage: 39 civilian objects destroyed or damaged, including 24 residential houses.
- Kostiantynivka: Russians launched 10 strikes with bombs, drones, and artillery. One civilian was killed, five were wounded. Damaged: 7 apartment buildings, 2 private houses, a pharmacy, and a hotel.
- Lyman: one civilian injured; a store, farm building, and excavator damaged.
- Raihorodok: two civilians wounded in a Molniya-2 UAV attack.
- Staroraiske: enemy FPV drone struck a locomotive, injuring one civilian.
- Druzhkivka: six private houses damaged by shelling.
- Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka: four private houses and a volunteer vehicle damaged.
- Kramatorsk: damaged private house from a Molniya-2 UAV strike.
- Sviatohirsk: Russian forces used Smerch MLRS, damaging an administrative building and a religious site.
- Yarova and Maiaky: one private house damaged in each
- Bilozerske: one private house damaged.
Additionally, it was confirmed that two civilians were wounded in Yampil on September 15 due to shelling.
Other
About 6,000 people remain in Kostiantynivka. All critical infrastructure in the city has been destroyed. Despite this, residents are leaving “very slowly,” said Vadym Filashkin, head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
Yesterday, six more people were evacuated from Kostiantynivka, the local Military Administration reported. They were transported out of the community and handed over to Angels of Salvation volunteers, who took them to safer regions of Ukraine.
Luhansk oblast
russian forces carried out 37 assault attempts, trying to push Ukrainian defenders out of positions near Hrekivka. Most enemy attacks took place on the Siversk sector. The occupiers used 28 UAVs to support combat missions, fired 14 times with tube artillery, and also employed a multiple launch rocket system.
Occupied territories
In the so-called “LNR,” the occupiers are actively promoting a new Russian messenger app, forcing people to install it instead of reliable applications popular in the civilized world. In test mode, they offered to use electronic documents within this messenger for buying alcohol and cigarettes.
Sievierodonetsk
Four years under Russian occupation have left complete disorder in public utilities. The invaders cannot even organize garbage collection—neither household nor construction waste. Numerous complaints from residents are ignored by the occupation administration.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
European Parliament President Roberta Metsola has arrived in Kyiv. During her address to the Verkhovna Rada, she announced the opening of a permanent European Parliament office in Kyiv.
In Borodianka, the Restoration Agency, together with the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, is rebuilding 77 facilities as part of an experimental project for the comprehensive recovery of settlements affected by russia’s armed aggression. Reconstruction of Tsentralna Street is underway, with modern technologies applied to ensure energy efficiency and accessibility.
The RMA reported that restoration continues on an apartment building at 2 Parkova Street, damaged by russian aggression. Builders are insulating and decorating the facades, repairing the roof, and renovating shared-use areas.
Kyiv police reported that kyiv police officer Serhii Hnitii was killed on the front in Donetsk oblast. He served in a special-purpose police regiment as a driver. On September 16, while heading to his comrades’ position during a combat mission, his armored vehicle was struck by a russian FPV drone.
The government’s “Army of Recovery” project continues in Kyiv oblast. Since the beginning of 2025:
- 8,812 referrals have been issued for socially useful work,
- 73 employers across 36 communities have been engaged,
- over 75 million UAH has been allocated for participant wages.
The City Council reported that a charity blood drive is being organized in Bucha. Donation days are scheduled for September 18 and 19. Any citizen aged 18 to 60 is welcome to participate.
New Mural Honoring Rescuers in Kyiv
The SES reported that at Kyiv’s Central Bus Station, a mural dedicated to Ukrainian rescuers was unveiled. The artwork, created by artist Diana Sorokina, combines an urban style with the theme of heroism and helping others.
Zhytomyr oblast
To provide the population with assistive rehabilitation devices, 217.5 million UAH has been allocated to oblast. Since the beginning of the year, specialists of the Zhytomyr Regional Office of the Fund have processed 7,040 requests and issued over 26,000 electronic referrals, including 475 requests from combat veterans.
A memorial site is planned in the center of Malyn, on Soborna Square, at the location of the military enlistment office destroyed by a russian strike. The city council deputies approved the site during a council session. The memorial will honor Ukraine’s fallen defenders, and the public is expected to take part in its creation.
Sumy oblast
Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions – situation as of September 17 morning
There were nine combat engagements, the General Staff reported. Russian forces carried out 9 airstrikes, dropped 18 guided bombs, and conducted 188 shellings, including four with multiple rocket launch systems.
Conotop attack
On the afternoon of September 17, Russian troops attacked Konotop with UAVs, targeting an infrastructure facility that had already been damaged in previous strikes. According to Mayor Artem Semenikhin, the Russians used up to 10 drones.
Velyka Pysarivka incident
On September 16, Russian forces struck the village of Velyka Pysarivka. A woman who had previously refused to evacuate remained trapped in her home. She was rescued and evacuated, reported community head Lyudmyla Biriukova.

From the morning of September 16 to the morning of September 17, Russian troops conducted 129 shellings across 46 settlements in 19 territorial communities. Casualty report
Two young men, 20 and 22 years old, went from Bilopillia to Pavlivka village on September 8. Their bodies, with shrapnel wounds, were found by villagers the next day, according to Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

During the day, local authorities together with State Emergency Service units, National Police, and NGOs evacuated 4 people from border communities.
Reconstruction in Sumy
In Sumy, a multi-story building on Heroiv Krut Street, hit by a Russian “Shahed” drone on January 30, 2025, will be rebuilt. 40 destroyed apartments in the affected entrance will be demolished, while the neighboring entrance, which suffered less damage, will be restored. Deputy Mayor Stanislav Polyakov reported that 11 people died and 15 were injured in the attack.
Chernihiv oblast
Attacks on agricultural facilities and settlements
On September 17, Russian forces attacked a farm in Kostobobriv, Semenivka community, near the Chernihiv border, using artillery and FPV drones. According to Oleksandr Seliverstov, head of Novhorod-Siverskyi RVA, the strikes damaged a grain storage facility and other farm buildings, forcing the enterprise to suspend operations.
On September 16, in Nizhyn district, three explosions were recorded from falling drone fragments, causing fires in forests and open areas, reported the Chernihiv Regional Department for Civil Protection and Defense.

Air defense
The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a Russian “Shahed 136” drone at an altitude of 500 meters over Chernihiv, reported the 119th Separate Brigade of Territorial Defense Forces.
Reconstruction efforts
The Chernihiv Central District Hospital, previously damaged during fighting in February–March 2022 and hit twice by Russian missiles since the full-scale invasion, will receive ₴287.2 million from the remaining special state budget funds for repairs. The Cabinet of Ministers approved this allocation on September 15.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Air defense forces were active in the region, shooting down 9 enemy drones.
From evening until morning, the enemy continued to strike Nikopol district, mainly with UAVs and artillery. They targeted the district center as well as Marhanets and Pokrovske communities. Updated reports confirm one more private house damaged in Nikopol. Synelnykove district also came under attack — strikes hit Slovianske community, causing a fire.
In the evening, the region was loud again. The enemy attacked with UAVs, sparking fires in Dnipro district. Around 50 combined drone and artillery strikes hit Nikopol district, targeting the city itself, as well as Marhanets, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka, and Pokrovske communities. Damage was reported to a store, post office, minibus, supermarket, an apartment building, 7 private houses, local infrastructure, and vehicles.
Synelnykove district was attacked again with UAVs and guided aerial bombs (KABs), hitting Pokrovske and Mezhivka communities. Fires broke out, damaging 2 private homes, an agricultural enterprise, a car, and a gas pipeline.
Updated information shows that in Malomykhailivka community, night attacks destroyed 2 private houses, damaged 4 more, a summer kitchen, and a gas pipeline.
Additionally, Zelenodolsk community in Kryvyi Rih district was attacked by a drone.
Vinnytsia oblast
It became known about the death of nine defenders from Vinnytsia region: Mykola Melnychuk, Roman Snitsaruk, Oleksandr Savikov, Vitalii Yuzvak, Vasyl Korinenko, Ivan Boiko, Roman Petrashchuk, Ihor Bukhman, and Kostiantyn Fediuk.
Another round of support was provided to a combat unit of the Vinnytsia regiment of the National Guard. This time, the region delivered 150 FPV drones, 50 FPV drones with fiber-optic control, and 2 vehicles. This marks the 15th batch of assistance to this unit, organized together with the Interregional Humanitarian Coordination Headquarters.
Kirovohrad oblast
During the night, Kirovohrad was subjected to a massive drone attack. Russian forces struck infrastructure facilities. As a result, the regional center and 44 settlements in the Oleksandrivka community were partially without electricity. In Oleksandrivka village, 31 houses and a hospital were damaged. Over 10,500 consumers in the community were left without power, reported Andrii Raikovych, head of the Regional Military Administration.
Due to damage to energy infrastructure from the Russian strikes, there are changes in suburban train operations. Nine trains were canceled, and four are running on altered routes, according to Ukrzaliznytsia.
In the region, a downed Russian strike UAV was discovered. Its warhead, weighing nearly 50 kilograms, did not detonate and posed a threat to people and nearby settlements. Police explosives experts destroyed it in a remote area.
A memorial plaque honoring Hero of Ukraine, Su-27 pilot Major Stepan Chobanu, was unveiled in Kropyvnytskyi on the street named after him. The plaque was installed on the building of the Flight Academy. On February 28, 2022, 58-year-old Stepan Chobanu was the first to take off and engage in an air battle over Kropyvnytskyi, drawing enemy aviation fire. He was killed in a missile attack. His actions allowed the rest of the unit’s aircraft to take off, avoid strikes, and relocate to a reserve airfield, according to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Poltava oblast
In Poltava district, a fire broke out at an enterprise due to debris from a UAV. The fire was extinguished by rescuers. No casualties or injuries were reported, according to acting head of the Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Kohut.
In the evening, a Russian UAV struck a gas station in Poltava district, causing a fire. Preliminary reports indicate one person was injured. All necessary emergency services are working at the site, reported Volodymyr Kohut.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
Today, 17 September, russian forces dropped an aerial bomb on the village of Rizdvianka in Zaporizhzhia region. A 78-year-old woman was injured in the attack, and a school, private houses, and farm buildings were destroyed.
Yesterday, 16 September, the occupiers executed 590 strikes on 15 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces launched 12 airstrikes on Balabyne, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Bilohiria, Chervone, and Uspenivka. 406 UAVs of various types, mostly FPV, attacked Tavriiske, Bilenke, Plavni, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Chervone, Charivne, and Novoandriivka. Four MLRS attacks targeted Zaporizhzhia, Plavni, Chervone, and Novodanylivka. There were 168 artillery strikes on Plavni, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Chervone, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novoandriivka. 329 reports were received about damage to apartment buildings and private houses, educational institutions, cars, farm buildings, commercial and warehouse facilities. As a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia region, one person was killed and 22 injured, including four children.
According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 17 September, the enemy attempted an advance near Kamianske towards Orikhiv with air support, but was unsuccessful.
Mykolaiv oblast
According to Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, ten Shahed 131/136 attack drones or various types of decoy drones were shot down or suppressed in the region at night.
Yesterday, 16 September, the enemy carried out four FPV drone attacks on Kutsurub and Halytsynove communities. A combine harvester was damaged and two domestic animals were killed in the village of Kutsurub. Two private houses and a car were damaged in the village of Lymany. No casualties were reported.
Kherson oblast
On 17 September, at around 15:40, the russian army attacked a resident of Kherson with a drone. A 39-year-old man sustained blast and head injuries, a concussion, and a shrapnel wound to the parietal area.
Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that this morning russian occupiers carried out an airstrike on Inhulets in Dariivka community. Five people were injured, including one child. The victims were diagnosed with concussions, blast injuries, and closed head injuries.
At about 08:00, russians attacked Dudchany in Mylove community with drones. At least four enemy UAVs hit a residential building, destroying it.
A man who were injured in russian attck on 14 September in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson sought medical help. The 51-year-old resident was diagnosed with a blast injury and a concussion.
Yesterday, 16 September, russian troops attacked de-occupied settlements of Kherson and Beryslav regions with artillery, MLRS, mortars, aviation, and UAVs. Strikes targeted Kherson, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Antonivka, Inhulets, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Romashkove, Oleksandrivka, Dniprovske, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Novodmytrivka, Komyshany, Mykilske, Beryslav, Mykhailivka, Osokorivka, and Novoraisk. As a result of the attacks, police reported damage to nine apartment buildings, 17 private houses, a medical facility, an administrative building, a farm, four cars, a gas pipeline, two garages, and outbuildings. One person was killed and 13 injured due to russian aggression.
According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 17 September, the enemy once unsuccessfully attempted to approach the positions of Ukrainian defenders near the Antonivskyi Bridge towards Kherson.
Four trucks delivered 28 tons of aid to the residents of Novovorontsivka. The shipment was supported by IOM, WHO, the UN Population Fund, IsraAID, Project HOPE, New Dawn, and Ukrainian Wings. The delivery included drinking water, bed linen sets, dignity kits, inflatable mattresses, diapers, solar lamps, flashlights and power banks, hygiene and kitchen kits, as well as first aid kits and a charging station. Partners also delivered medical equipment to support the work of the local hospital.

The Ustyluh border service inspectors’ office has been opened in Volodymyr region. This is a subdivision of the Parkhomenkove border service department, which will operate on the Ukrainian-Polish border at the Ustyluh checkpoint – the only one in Volyn oblast where passenger cars are registered.
Zakarpattia oblast
The oblast is establishing cooperation with Japanese companies Daiwatech and Nippon Koei. During an online meeting, they discussed the prospects for building a modern modular town for displaced people in the region with solar panels on the roofs of houses.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
A physical education and health event was held in Vyhoda as part of the Caring for the Hero’s Family regional project. It was attended by 25 children of fallen soldiers, missing persons and those defenders who are currently defending Ukraine on the front lines.
Lviv oblast
Lviv oblast sent 26 sets of electronic warfare systems PARASOL 02 worth UAH 4m to the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade named after General Myron Tarnavskyi thanks to the regional budget. Since the beginning of the year, UAH 11m has already been allocated for the needs of the 45th Brigade within the framework of the Safe Lviv Oblast program.
The Victory Nets volunteer project, which operates at the Mykhailo Bilas Art Museum in Truskavets, raised almost UAH 55,000. Of these funds, UAH 20,000 were donated to electronic warfare, the rest will be directed to a combat vehicle. 5 camouflage nets were also made, which will be sent to the front line.
The 2nd camp for veterans League of the Invincible 2.0 has started in Lviv oblast. 20 veterans and military personnel who were injured during service are undergoing 10 days of recovery.
Rivne oblast
Rivne oblast strengthens friendly relations with Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship of Poland. Parties discussed the exchange of experience.
Ternopil oblast
This year, over 3,000 defenders in Ternopil received assistance from the city budget in the amount of over UAH 33m. Each of the defenders, residents of the community, can receive a one-time payment of UAH 10,000 to purchase the necessary equipment and technical means. Payments of UAH 15,000 are also provided for those who need treatment after injuries and are undergoing rehabilitation. Support is also provided for residents of the community who have returned from russian captivity. They receive a one-time payment of UAH 50,000.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The 106th Brigade received ground robotic complexes and other important equipment worth almost UAH 1.5m from Khmelnytskyi community.
Chernivtsi oblast
Khotyn community met a funeral procession for fallen soldier Volodymyr Yanishevsky. The soldier was killed while defending Ukraine from the enemy in Pokrovsky region in October 2024, but was considered missing.

The US have made their 1st contribution to the joint Reconstruction Investment Fund with Ukraine, Ukraine will double this amount, so the starting capital is $150m. The fund has already started work and will be the first to finance projects in energy, infrastructure, and critical minerals.
