If you want, I can also adapt this into a clearer, concise English military briefing format like the ones used in official NATO or ISW reports so it’s more readable for an international audience.

Russian forces carried out 14 assaults on the Siversk front, the Regional Military Administration reported.
On the Lyman front, they attempted to advance 13 times. The enemy fired 26 times from tube artillery and launched 64 UAVs and FPV drones at Ukrainian defenders.

The occupiers continue to involve Luhansk youth in military festivals held in Russia, using them to promote participation in the war. Over 100 teenagers aged 14–18 from military-patriotic clubs operating in the so-called “LNR” took part in a 10-day session at one of Russia’s youth military camps. They underwent firearms, drill, and guard duty training, wearing Soviet-style uniforms. To recreate a war atmosphere, organizers used tanks, artillery guns, anti-tank hedgehogs, and other equipment.

In occupied Luhansk region, Russia plans to develop tourism, including in frontline areas where towns and villages have suffered severe destruction. Many of these settlements are at best half-abandoned. Nonetheless, on July 1 the occupiers began accepting applications for a grant competition aimed at developing tourism infrastructure, allocating more than 122 million rubles for these projects.
