On 4 July, the aggressor launched 71 attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces.
Artillery shellings of border areas continue. Neskuchne, Bachivsk, Bezsalivka, Rohizne, Sopych, Pavlivka, Kharkivka, Volfyne, and Korenok in Sumy oblast, as well as Klyusy in Chernihiv oblast, came under fire. Mala Slobidka was hit by an airstrike.
- Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk: One combat engagement took place. The occupiers carried out 21 shellings of settlements and Ukrainian troop positions.
- Towards Southern Sloboda: The invaders made five attempts to break through the defense lines in the vicinity of Starytsia, Synelnykove, Artilne, Khatnie.
- Towards Kupiansk: The enemy did not conduct any offensive operations.
- Towards Lyman: Ukrainian soldiers repelled three attempts by the invaders to advance near the settlements of Shyikivka, Stavky, and Lyman. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
- Towards Slovyansk: The Defense Forces successfully repelled 14 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka and Zakitne. Three attacks remain ongoing.
- Towards Kramatorsk: russian invaders launched one attack in the vicinity of Tykhonivka.
- Towards Kostiantynivka: Our defenders repelled nine attacks near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, and Dovha Balka. Two attacks are still ongoing.
- Towards Pokrovsk: Since the beginning of today, the occupiers have made 17 attempts to push our soldiers from their positions near Shahove, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Hryshyne, Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Novyi Donbas, and Serhiivka.
- Towards Oleksandrivka: The enemy attempted to advance twice in the vicinity of Oleksandrohrad and Berezove.
- Towards Huliaipole: The Defense Forces successfully repelled 15 enemy attacks near Dobropillia and Zaliznychne, and in the vicinity of Vozdvyzhivka, Huliaipilske, Tsvitkove, Charivne, Verkhnia Tersa, and Staroukrainka. Two more combat engagements are ongoing.
- Towards Orikhiv: The enemy launched two assaults on the positions of our defenders in the vicinity of Lukianivske.
- Towards Kherson: The enemy did not conduct any offensive operations.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that there were 268 combat engagements along the front line. Towards Southern Sloboda, russian troops launched 17 attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces in the areas of Vovchansk, Khatnie, Lyman, Starytsia, Artilne, Izbytske and Bochkove. Towards Kupiansk, the occupiers carried out five attacks in the vicinity of Kupiansk and Novojsynove, and near Kolisnykivка and Novoplatonivka.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that on the afternoon of 4 July, a russian jet-powered Shahed drone attacked a civilian enterprise on the southern outskirts of Kharkiv.
The State Emergency Service of Kharkiv oblast reports that the resulting fire spread to six cargo trucks and four trailers. Firefighters successfully prevented the destruction of another 10 pieces of equipment and seven semi-trailers. A woman and a child suffered an acute stress reaction.

russian troops targeted Kharkiv with drones, with UAV strikes recorded in the Saltivskyi, Kyivskyi, Novobavarskyi, and Slobidskyi districts. In the Kyivskyi district, a 45-year-old woman sustained injuries, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported. In the Slobidskyi district, the attack caused several cars to catch fire.
Additionally, Viktor Kovalenko, Head of Zolochiv Settlement Military Administration, reported that four guided aerial bombs (KABs) landed near Petrivka in the Zolochiv community, and a Molniya UAV damaged an administrative building in the center of Zolochiv. In Velykyi Burluk, an FPV drone damaged a car and injured a 54-year-old man, according to Andrii Kanashevych, Head of Kupiansk Region Military Administration.
The Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reports that Kharkiv and 23 other settlements in the region came under fire over the past day. Thirteen people were injured, including two children. A 10-year-old girl, who had sustained severe injuries during the russian strike on Lozova on 3 July, died in the hospital.
In total, russian troops deployed 12 KABs, 9 Molniya UAVs, 17 FPV drones, and 21 unidentified drones. The attacks damaged residential houses, a medical facility, a gas station, railway infrastructure, enterprises, cars, and power grids across Kharkiv, as well as the Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Kupiansk, Izium, Chuhuiv, and Berestyn districts.
Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reports that the transit evacuation point in Lozova accommodated 259 people over the past day. Since it began operating, 43,984 evacuated individuals have passed through the point.
Donetsk oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that russian troops launched 15 attacks Towards Lyman in the vicinity of Druzheliubivka, Novoselivka, Lyman, Shyikivka, Stavky, Drobysheve, Dibrova, and Ozerne. Towards Kostiantynivka, the occupiers carried out 27 assaults, while conducting 26 Towards Slovyansk and 22 towards Pokrovsk.
Serhii Luhovyk (callsign “Deputat”), chief of personnel for the anti-aircraft missile battalion of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade, reported that since the beginning of summer, the russian army has significantly intensified its offensive actions towards Slovyansk, increasing the number of assaults to 20–30 per day. According to him, russian troops are heavily deploying guided aerial bombs, strike drones, and small-group tactics to advance; however, Ukrainian military forces continue to hold the line and inflict heavy losses on the enemy. Ukrainian units recently disrupted the largest attack of the past month, which involved about 30 pieces of motor equipment, a tank, and three BMPs.
Meanwhile, the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade reported that the defense of Chasiv Yar continues. Over two years of fighting in this sector, the russian army has lost nearly 10,000 troops killed and wounded, along with about 300 artillery systems, 50 tanks, over 150 armored vehicles, and more than 20,000 drones. At the same time, the “Khortytsia” operational-strategic group of troops (Khortytsia OSG / Khortytsia group) refuted claims by the russian side regarding the alleged capture of Kostiantynivka, emphasizing that the city remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and that fighting is ongoing.
The State Emergency Service of Donetsk oblast reports that the russians attacked Kramatorsk with FPV drones, causing an enterprise and a civilian car to catch fire. Overnight into 4 July, a drone strike on the building of a local enterprise sparked a large-scale fire covering 600 square meters. Rescuers successfully extinguished the blaze and prevented it from spreading to adjacent facilities.
In the morning, the occupiers launched another strike on Kramatorsk, hitting a civilian car. The vehicle caught fire following the drone strike, and firefighters managed to subdue the blaze.
Another incident occurred in the village of Ocheretyne, Oleksandrivka community, where a civilian cargo truck caught fire following a drone attack.

According to the Donetsk Regional Police, on 3 July, russia launched 1,356 strikes along the front line and the residential sector of the region. Twelve settlements came under shelling, damaging 89 civilian objects, including 68 residential houses. Five people were killed, and 12 others sustained injuries.

In Druzhkivka, russian troops struck with four KAB-250 guided aerial bombs and four FPV drones, killing two people and injuring eight others. The attacks damaged one apartment building, nine private houses, an infrastructure facility, and a car. Additionally, law enforcement confirmed information regarding another civilian who was killed during the bomb strike on the city back on July 2.
In Slovyansk, one person was killed. The strikes damaged three apartment buildings, nine private houses, a gas station, and two cars.
The russian army dropped two KAB-250 guided aerial bombs on Petrivka Persha, killing one person and damaging 26 private houses and two cars. In Semenivka, a civilian was killed following an FPV drone strike.
Kramatorsk endured eight attacks over the past day, leaving two people injured. The strikes damaged an apartment building, 11 private houses, a shop, an enterprise, and two cars. Overnight into July 4, a russian drone sparked a 600-square-meter fire on the premises of an enterprise, and in the morning, an FPV drone hit a civilian vehicle.
Furthermore, reports from other settlements detail additional casualties and destruction:
- Bilozerka: Two peaceful residents were wounded.
- Mykolaivka: Seven apartment buildings were damaged.
- Oleksandrivka: An administrative building was damaged. Additionally, the State Emergency Service reported that a russian drone damaged the building of a state fire and rescue unit here, though fortunately, the personnel were not injured.
- Nekremenne: An educational institution sustained damage.
- Ocheretyne: A civilian car was damaged.
Residents of Malotaranivka, located near Kramatorsk, have been without electricity for over a month due to a transformer damaged by russian shelling. The lack of power has also triggered disruptions in water supply, mobile communication, and internet access. In another sector of the village, residents have been completely without electricity for over four months.
Luhansk oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that over the past day, the Defense Forces struck a series of military targets belonging to the russian army:
- Azov Sea: A russian helicopter was struck in the waters of the Azov Sea; the extent of its damage is currently being clarified.
- Stanytsia Luhanska: A railway bridge across the Siverskyi Donets River, which the occupiers used to transport personnel, ammunition, and equipment, came under strike.
- Shakhtarske: Two russian military command posts were hit.
- Tytarivka: A drone storage warehouse was struck.
- Starobilsk: A repair unit was hit.
- Luhansk: A fuel and lubricants depot was targeted.
The Head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration reports that russian troops shelled Luhansk oblast using mortars and tube artillery, alongside deploying FPV drones. Towards Lyman, Ukrainian military forces successfully repelled 15 enemy attacks in the areas of eight settlements.
The fuel crisis is deepening within the so-called “LPR.” According to Luhansk Region Military Administration, local traders have still not received fuel that was paid for back in April, forcing one of the Luhansk gas station networks to purchase higher-priced gasoline from Belarus.
Concurrently, the occupation administration is introducing new control mechanisms over the local population: owners of personal subsidiary plots are now required to register their domestic poultry in the russian federal veterinary system. Owners keeping more than 10 heads of poultry must complete this registration by September 1, while a three-year transition period has been established for the rest.
Communities across Luhansk oblast have allocated nearly 94 million UAH to support the Defense Forces. Since the beginning of the year, more than 700 million UAH has been allocated from the regional budget for frontline needs. Additionally, the Lysychansk City Military Administration paid out 430,000 UAH in financial assistance to 20 servicemen, bringing the total number of supported defenders to 99 since the start of the year.
Hero of Ukraine Volodymyr Zhemchugov has become an ambassador for Luhansk oblast. To mark Constitution Day, representatives of the region were honored with state awards. Notably, the title of Hero of Ukraine (posthumously) was conferred upon Lieutenant Serhii Matviievskyi, a native of the Svatove region, who was killed in action in November 2025 during a combat mission Towards Pokrovsk.
Throughout June, internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Luhansk oblast received humanitarian assistance across various regions of Ukraine. The aid packages included food kits, hygiene products, baby food, clothing, furniture, and other essential items. Additionally, 60 beds were provided to an IDP dormitory in Kyiv.
Thanks to cooperation between the Luhansk Regional State Administration and the Embassy of Ukraine in Lithuania, 25 children from families affected by the war traveled to the town of Joniškis for rehabilitation and recreation. A cultural and educational program was organized for them, which included visits to historical sites, the parliament, museums, the Baltic Sea coast, and neighboring Latvia.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
According to the Presidential Commissioner for Sanctions Policy, Vladyslav Vlasiuk, Russia launched 5,700 long-range unmanned aerial vehicles at Kyiv and the oblast during the first six months of 2026, primarily Shahed and Geran drones, as well as 280 ballistic missiles, 340 cruise missiles, 36 Zircon hypersonic missiles, five Kinzhal missiles, and one Oreshnik missile. He added that all russian missiles contain foreign-made components. Ballistic missiles contain fewer such components than cruise missiles, with most originating from China, the United States, and Japan.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as of the evening of 3 July, emergency rescue operations were underway in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district at the site where a 16-storey residential building was struck during russia’s overnight attack on 2 July. Rescuers had cleared approximately 27 tonnes of construction debris. A total of 29 emergency responders and seven units of equipment were working at the scene.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, rescue and recovery operations have been completed at the site of the destroyed nine-storey residential building in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district. Emergency responders and municipal workers removed and cleared 3,320 tonnes of structural debris and rubble. Since the operation began, eight injured people were extricated from the damaged building, while 22 people were rescued. Ten people were killed in the attack at this location.
Operations have also been completed at another site in the Darnytskyi district, where at least eight private homes were destroyed. During the rescue operation, the bodies of eight victims were recovered. Emergency crews cleared 15 cubic metres of damaged building structures.

According to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, more than 350 tonnes of petroleum products and fuel emulsion entered Kyrylivske Lake in Kyiv’s Obolonskyi district following russia’s overnight attack on the capital on 2 July. The contamination resulted from a strike on a petrol station. Specialists are implementing a two-stage emergency clean-up plan to completely remove the oil slick and protect the uncontaminated section of the Opechen lake system.
According to Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk, Kyiv region has delivered six pickup trucks, purchased with regional budget funds, to soldiers of the 32nd Brigade. In cooperation with the Bucha community, additional assistance worth more than UAH 10 million was also provided to nine other military units, including four pickup trucks, four all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), one SUV, and laptops for the Unmanned Systems Forces.
Zhytomyr oblast
According to the Zhytomyr City Council, a new Veterans Support Centre has opened in Zhytomyr. The centre will provide free psychological and psychotherapeutic support, legal consultations, family counselling, group support programmes, psychiatric consultations, and legal assistance. The team includes 45 psychologists and psychotherapists with diverse areas of expertise, as well as a psychiatrist and legal professionals.
Sumy oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that on the evening of 3 July, russian forces attacked Sumy. Four civilians were killed after a russian guided aerial bomb struck one of the city’s central streets. Another 33 people were injured, including seven children. From the first minutes after the attack, State Emergency Service personnel were working at the impact site. Five people were rescued from damaged residential buildings.
Medics attempted to save a five-year-old girl at the scene of the russian strike in Sumy, but resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful and the child died. Her 34-year-old mother was killed alongside her. The woman’s elder daughter is in hospital. A 61-year-old man was also killed. Another man, who had been in critical condition following the guided aerial bomb strike, died in hospital.

The Office of the Prosecutor General informed that on 3 July, russia struck Sumy by five guided aerial bombs, one of which hit the city centre. The attack damaged 14 apartment buildings, a medical facility, two educational institutions, eight shops, a café and five vehicles.

According to Sumy City Council, at around 6:55am. on 4 July, a UAV struck a non-residential building in Kovpakivskyi district of Sumy. There were no fatalities or injuries.
The Regional Military Administration reported on the evening of 3 July that an elderly woman was killed in a guided aerial bomb strike in Sumy community. Her body was found on the grounds of a household that had sustained severe damage. The 79-year-old woman suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
From the morning of 3 July to the morning of 4 July 2026, russian forces carried out nearly 45 attacks on 16 settlements across 11 territorial communities of Sumy oblast. The enemy used mortars, FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs. Air raid alerts in the oblast lasted for 22 hours and 25 minutes during the reporting period.
The Regional Military Administration informed that, as of the morning of 4 July, five people, including one child, had been killed and nearly 60 injured in enemy attacks across Sumy oblast over the previous 24 hours. Damage to civilian infrastructure, residential property and vehicles was also recorded:
▪️ In Sumy, five people were killed by guided aerial bomb: women aged 79 and 33, men aged 64 and 56, and a five-year-old girl. During the evening guided aerial bomb attack, 35 civilians, including seven children, sustained injuries of varying severity. A further 15 people were wounded or injured in other guided aerial bomb and UAV strikes in Sumy community. Two girls aged 12 and 13, who had been injured by a UAV strike on 2 July, also sought medical assistance. Civilian infrastructure facilities, apartment buildings, non-residential and warehouse premises, private residential houses and passenger vehicles were damaged;
▪️ In Okhtyrka community, a 37-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman were injured;
▪️ A 60-year-old man, who had been injured in an enemy drone strike in Myropillia community on 2 July, sought medical assistance;
▪️ A 63-year-old woman, who had been injured in an enemy drone strike in Bilopollia community on 24 June, sought medical assistance;
▪️ A 33-year-old woman, who had been injured in a UAV strike in Nedryhailiv community, sought medical assistance;
▪️ In Buryn community, residential houses were damaged;
▪️ In Hlukhiv community, a civilian infrastructure facility and non-residential premises were damaged;
▪️ In Bochechky community, vehicles were damaged;
▪️ In Popivka community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
▪️ In Seredyna-Buda community, residential houses and outbuildings were destroyed and damaged;
▪️ In Mykolaivka rural community, a vehicle was damaged;
▪️ In Velyka Pysarivka community, a residential house was damaged;
▪️ In Lebedyn community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
▪️ In Esman community, residential houses were destroyed.
Over the past 24 hours, local authorities, together with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police and civil society organisations, evacuated four people from border communities.
Chernihiv oblast
The State Emergency Service informed that during the night of 3–4 July, a fire broke out at an enterprise in Koriukivka region, Chernihiv oblast, after a russian drone crashed onto its premises. A canopy and three vehicles caught fire. Firefighters responded promptly and extinguished the blaze.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, reported on the morning of 4 July that the enemy had attacked Snovsk region over the previous day. Enemy forces struck a filling station and infrastructure by UAVs. The attacks damaged a storage tank at one enterprise, while lorries and an outbuilding caught fire at an agricultural enterprise. At another location, a loader was damaged. Firefighters responded to all strike sites and extinguished the fires. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
According to Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment, on 3 July, russian forces attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar attacks (15 explosions), artillery strikes (8 explosions) and FPV drone attacks (9 explosions). Ten settlements came under enemy fire.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that the enemy struck Mykolaivska community by a guided aerial bomb. One person was killed and five others were injured. An administrative building, a lorry, a bus, trailers and a wheat field caught fire. An enterprise was damaged.
Two guided aerial bombs struck Vasylkivka community. A private residential house was destroyed and eight others were damaged. According to updated information, a man died following the previous day’s attack on Vasylkivka community. Eleven people were injured. A man was injured in an FPV drone strike in Marhanets. The enemy also attacked Myrove, Pokrovske rural and Pokrovske urban communities by drones. A fire broke out, a wheat field burned, and a filling station was damaged.
The occupiers also targeted Lozuvatka, Zelenodolsk and Hleiuvatka communities by UAVs. Fires broke out, and a power line and infrastructure were damaged. A UAV attack in Piatykhatka community caused a fire and damaged infrastructure.
People were injured in an enemy attack on Dnipro. A fire broke out and an enterprise was damaged. The enemy also targeted Solone and Mykolaivka communities by UAVs, setting wheat fields on fire.
In Nikopol, five people were injured: two men and three women. The occupiers also used artillery and drones to attack Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, Pokrovske rural and Myrove communities. Fires broke out. Eight apartment buildings, a private residential house, a retail pavilion, a gas pipeline and a vehicle were damaged. Infrastructure was also damaged in a UAV attack on Piatykhatka community.
Vinnytsia oblast
Petro Kryvenkyi, who had been held in russian captivity for almost three years, returned to Hnivan after being released in a prisoner exchange.
Kirovohrad oblast
In Oleksandriia, relatives and friends of missing service members and prisoners of war held “Right to Freedom” rally. Carrying placards and photographs of their loved ones, participants gathered in Soborna Square to remind the public that their sons, husbands and fathers have not yet returned home. In addition to residents of Oleksandriia, people from Kyiv, Myronivka in Kyiv oblast, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia and Kremenchuk joined the event.
Poltava oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that during the day, the enemy attacked an industrial enterprise in Poltava region. A UAV also struck an energy facility in Myrhorod district. Around 600 consumers were temporarily left without electricity.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported that during the day, the russian military attacked Zaporizhzhia. 5 people were injured, including a 10-year-old child. Dozens of cars caught fire in a parking lot as a result of the russian strike.
In the morning, russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia. The strike damaged the facade of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration building. One person was injured. Also, a high-rise building was hit and the blast wave damaged nearby vehicles.
8 people were injured in the overnight russian attack on Zaporizhzhia. The injured include 4 men, 2 women and 2 children (a 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl).
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on 3 July, the Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled 19 russian attacks in Huliaipole and Orikhiv regions. Combat engagements took place near Dobropillia and towards Tsvitkove, Vozdvyzhivka, Rizdvianka, Charivne and Pavlivka.
Based on the information provided by the RMA, a driver was killed in yesterday’s russian FPV drone attack on a Nova Poshta branch in Zaporizhzhia. The victim was 50 years old.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the RMA, stated that on 3 July, 2 people were killed and 39 injured as a result of russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia oblast and the regional centre. The russian forces launched more than 1,100 strikes on 43 settlements across Zaporizhzhia oblast. Most of the attacks involved drones, primarily FPV drones.
Mykolaiv oblast
According to Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, during the day, russian forces attacked Mykolaiv by a drone.
On 3 July, the russian military attacked Mykolaiv oblast by Shahed/Gerbera UAVs. As a result, a private house and a vehicle were damaged in Vesniane community. A gas station building was damaged in Ochakiv community. There were no casualties reported. A 70-year-old woman was killed in Bereznehuvate community in a ballistic missile attack involving an Iskander-M missile.
Odesa oblast
Referring to Odesa Regional Military Administration, overnight, the russian military launched a missile strike on civilian infrastructure in Odesa oblast. A warehouse storing food products caught fire after being hit by a Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missile, injuring 2 people. Nearby warehouse facilities were damaged. Firefighters extinguished the blaze. 2 men, aged 29 and 41, were hospitalised in following the missile strike.

Kherson oblast
According to Kherson Regional Military Administration, at approximately 7:30pm, russian forces struck Korabelnyi region of Kherson by a drone. A 29-year-old man standing on a balcony was targeted. He sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to his back.
A woman who had been injured in the russian shelling of Korabelnyi district of Kherson on the morning of 24 May died in hospital. Doctors fought for more than a month to save the life of the 48-year-old woman, but her injuries proved fatal.
At approximately 9:20am, russian forces shelled Bilozirka by artillery. A 66-year-old woman sustained blast injuries, a concussion and shrapnel wounds to her back and leg.
In Oleksandrivka, Kherson region, 2 people were injured after a russian drone struck a house. A 50-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.
Yesterday at around 4:20pm, russian forces carried out an airstrike on Muzykivka community. The enemy dropped 3 guided aerial bombs on the premises of a poultry farm. The strikes caused a fire that engulfed the enterprise’s production buildings. Despite the risk of repeated attacks, emergency responders quickly contained and fully extinguished the fire.
Yesterday afternoon, russian forces attacked a man by a drone in Novokairy village, Mylove community. The 66-year-old resident sustained shrapnel wounds to his arm and leg, a concussion, blast injuries and a closed traumatic brain injury.

Volyn oblast
Kolodyazhny community has received official confirmation of the death of its compatriot, Petro Bilchuk, after almost 2 years of being considered missing. The defender was killed on 3 July 2024, while performing a combat mission near Yevhenivka, Donetsk oblast.
Zakarpattia oblast
Uzhhorod City Council reported that UAH 750,000 from the city budget will be allocated to 15 representatives of the families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
A business ideas and startups competition is underway in Kolomyia community and a separate competition for veterans and their family members has also been launched. The winners will be able to receive a grant of UAH 100,000 to start or develop their own business.
Lviv oblast
The RMA held a meeting with Roman Yanovich, newly appointed CEO of Nestlé in Ukraine and Moldova. They discussed the development of production in Lviv oblast, the company’s investment plans and the challenges that this business is currently facing.
Rivne oblast
The RMA reported that this year, 253 internally displaced persons arrived in the region on evacuation trains.
Ternopil oblast
The 3rd Separate Special Forces Regiment named after Prince Svyatoslav the Brave received 8 ground-based robotic complexes Tarhan from Ternopil community. These complexes deliver ammunition and equipment, transport cargo and evacuate the wounded.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
he Khmelnytskyi community has allocated another UAH 34m to continue preparations for the autumn-winter period of 2026-2027. These funds will be used to modernize the equipment, boiler houses and networks of Khmelnytskyteplokomunenerho.
Chernivtsi oblast
The RMA reported that to ensure the proper performance of combat missions by the military, over UAH 43m were allocated from the regional budget for the purchase of UAVs, communication equipment and ground robotic complexes.

The UK government has confirmed government guarantees for a £210m loan to ensure stable supplies of nuclear fuel by Urenco to Ukrainian nuclear power plants for the next 2 years.
Naftogaz has signed a number of memorandums with Siemens Energy, GEK TERNA Group, DP Pumps and ORLEN. A memorandum was signed with Swedfund International, which lays the foundation for further modernization of the energy infrastructure.
