At around 13.20 (UTC+2), February 28, Russian aggressors committed a new war crime: Russian Army purposefully shelled the densely populated neighborhoods of the north of Kharkiv, which are close to the Ukraine-Russia border. The high impact weapons MLRS Grad, Uragan were used against civilian population to simultaneously target multiple buildings. Dozens of civilians were killed and wounded.
