Since the start of the day, the aggressor has attacked the Defence Forces’ positions 70 times.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in Sumy oblast, the settlements of Korenok, Ryzhivka, Volfyne, Sopych, Vilna Sloboda, Neskuchne, Kucherivka, Khliborob and Yastrubshchyna were affected; in Chernihiv oblast – Polyushkyne and Senkivka. Kucherivka, Stari Vyrky and Tovstodubove were subjected to air strikes.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, the occupiers launched a single assault on our defenders’ positions and carried out 20 shelling attacks on settlements and our troops’ positions, including one using a multiple launch rocket system.
Towards Southern Sloboda, the invaders attempted five times to breach the defences in the areas around the settlements of Vovchansk, Fyholivka and towards Zarubinka and Hoptivka. One engagement is still ongoing.
Towards Kupiansk, no enemy offensive operations were recorded.
Towards Lyman, Ukrainian troops repelled three attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Cherneshchyna, Lyman and in Novoselivka. Two attacks are still ongoing.
Towards Sloviansk, the Defence Forces repelled 17 enemy attacks towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Pyskunivka and in the areas of Riznykivka and Zakitne.
Towards Kramatorsk, russian invaders carried out one attack in the area of Nykyforivka.
Towards Kostiantynivka, our defenders repelled eight attacks in the areas around the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka and Ivanopillia.
Towards Pokrovsk, since the start of the day, the occupiers have attempted 21 times to dislodge our troops from their positions in the areas around the settlements of Toretsk, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Filiya and towards the settlements of Vilne, Bilytske, Novyi Donbas, Shevchenko, Myrne, Serhiivka and Novopavlivka. Two engagements are ongoing.
Towards Oleksandrivka, the enemy attempted three times to advance towards Kalynivske and in Zlahoda area. Two attacks are still ongoing.
Towards Huliaipole, the Defence Forces repelled eight enemy attacks towards the settlements of Hirke, Vozdvizhivka, Tsvitkove, Charivne and Huliaipilsk.
Towards Orikhiv, the enemy stormed the positions of our defenders three times in the areas of Stepove and Plavne.
Towards Kherson, no enemy offensive operations have been recorded.
In other sectors, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No attempts by the enemy to advance have been recorded.
Ukrainian troops are wearing down the enemy along the entire line of contact and in the rear.
Ukraine and nine European countries have officially established the Anti-Ballistic Missile Coalition. Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and the United Kingdom have already joined the coalition. Membership is open to other countries as well. Its aim is to create a joint European defence system against ballistic missiles and to bring together the defence industry, scientific research and military expertise of the participating countries.
Commander of the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major Robert Brovdi, said that on the night of 13 July, the Freedom-Loving Ukrainian Bird of the Special Boats Service (SBS) engaged 15 vessels of the russian Federation’s shadow fleet: 7 tankers, 5 dry cargo ships, 1 ferry and 2 tugs. In total, between 6 and 13 July, effective strikes were carried out against 105 vessels.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
Over the past 24 hours, 257 combat engagements were recorded on the front line. The General Staff reported that towards Southern Sloboda, Ukrainian forces repelled 13 attacks in the areas of Starytsia and Vovchansk, and in the directions of Hoptivka, Karaichne, Lyman, Hrafske, Mala Vovcha and Odradne. Towards Kupiansk, russian troops launched three attacks in the directions of Kupiansk and Novoplatonivka.
As of 4pm, russian forces had attempted five times to breach defences in Southern Sloboda in the areas of Vovchansk, Fyholivka and in the directions of Zarubinka and Hoptivka. One engagement was ongoing. No offensive operations were recorded towards Kupiansk.
Oleksandr Danylenko, Head of media relations of Hart brigade, reported that over the past few weeks, russian troops have stepped up their activity towards Southern Sloboda within the area of responsibility of the brigade nd are attempting to breach Ukrainian defences at various points along the state border.
Viktor Kovalenko, Head of Zolochiv Civil-Military Administration, said that in Kharkiv, a russian drone was reported to have crashed in Nemyshlianskyi district.
On the night of 13 July, russian forces attacked a medical facility in Zolochiv using three Molniya drones. The second-floor wall, the roof and the windows of the building sustained significant damage; there were no casualties.
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv RMA, information that over the past 24 hours, Kharkiv and 17 settlements in the oblast have come under russian attack. 8 people were injured, including three children. In Berezivka, in Pisochyn community, two boys aged 11 and 12 and a 12-year-old girl were injured, whilst three women suffered acute stress reactions. In Pidserednie, Velykyi Burluk community, a 56-year-old man was wounded, whilst in the village of Volokhiv Yar, Balakliia community, a 29-year-old woman was injured. Medical staff also treated two men who had sustained injuries during previous shelling.
Russian forces used two missiles, one multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), Geran-2 and Lancet drones, six Molniya drones, three FPV drones and a further 38 drones of an unidentified type in their attacks on Kharkiv oblast.
Donetsk oblast
The General Staff of Ukraine reported that yesterday russian troops have attacked the Defence Forces’ positions 18 times in the Lyman sector. Ukrainian forces repelled assaults in the areas of Novyi Myr, Stepove, Drobysheve, Ozerne, Lyman, Dibrova, Stavky, Novoselivka and Novomykhailivka. Towards Pokrovsk, the Defence Forces repelled 38 attacks, whilst a further 25 engagements were recorded towards Sloviansk.
Commander Robert Brovdi said that the Unmanned Systems Forkrainian Unmanned Systems Forces struck four electrical substations, an anti-aircraft missile system and other russian military infrastructure targets in Donetsk oblast. National Guard units also struck a russian military boat in the port of the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol and carried out strikes against russian army lorries.
Donetsk police said that on 12 July, russian troops carried out 1,259 strikes along the front line and in residential areas of Donetsk oblast. 7 settlements came under fire. A total of 71 civilian facilities were damaged, including 59 residential buildings.
Russian forces dropped nine KAB-250 aerial bombs on Kramatorsk. 3 civilians were injured, and six blocks of flats and 35 private houses, a shopping centre, two garages and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
In Sloviansk, the occupiers carried out an attack using a KAB-250 aerial bomb and two drones. 15 private homes, a shop, a petrol station and three civilian vehicles were damaged.
In Komyshuvakha, Raihorodok and Yasnohirka, one private home in each town was damaged as a result of drone attacks.
The most dire humanitarian situation in Donetsk oblast remains in Druzhkivka. According to Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, around 4,000 people remain in the city without functioning infrastructure, whilst russian troops are attempting to bring the access roads to the town under fire control.
Police officers from the White Angel unit, together with volunteers, are continuing to evacuate residents of Druzhkivka. During their latest operation, they evacuated people from the most dangerous areas of the city, as well as pets, including cats, dogs, hamsters and parrots.
Luhansk oblast
Over the past week, border guards in Luhansk have eliminated more than 250 russian soldiers. They have also struck tanks, armoured vehicles, artillery systems, ammunition depots and other enemy military targets.
Luhansk Regional Military Administration stated that yesterday russian troops have shelled Luhansk oblast 19 times. The occupiers deployed nine FPV drones and unmanned aerial vehicles carrying munitions, opened fire seven times with mounted automatic grenade launchers, twice with field artillery and once with a mortar. Russian troops also attempted to breach Ukrainian defences 18 times, notably near the village of Novyi Myr.
The RMA added that the humanitarian situation in the occupied Luhansk oblast continues to deteriorate. Over the past 24 hours, wildfires have engulfed around 110 hectares in Stanytsia Luhanska and Krasnodon regions. Due to strong winds, the fire quickly spread over a further 60 hectares and posed a threat to residential areas.
The russian authorities are introducing additional controls over internet users in the temporarily occupied territories. The russian Ministry of Digital Development plans to make it compulsory for users of hosting services to identify themselves via the Gosuslugi portal, linking each IP address to a verified profile. According to Luhansk Regional State Administration, this could significantly restrict the use of VPN services and residents’ access to Ukrainian and international information resources in the temporarily occupied territories.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Naftogaz of Ukraine announced on 12 July that the gas networks in Vyshneve, Bucha District, which had been damaged as a result of the russian federation’s attack on 6 July, have been repaired. Gas supply has been restored to 214 homes in apartment buildings and in the private sector. In total, around 8 kilometres of gas networks have been repaired. The repair work took five days. It involved 50 of the company’s specialists and 20 units of specialist equipment.

The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Energy, Denys Shmyhal, announced after a conversation with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi that the partners plan to raise $500 million for the restoration of the New Safe Confinement at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Station. Funding of €30 million has already been secured for the preparatory phase of the work. The active phase of work to restore the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant’s containment structure is due to begin by 2028, with full restoration scheduled for completion by 2030.
Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, announced that work will begin in Irpin in October to restore buildings at 158, 160 and 162 Severynivska Street destroyed by russian attacks. The project is expected to be finalised by 1 September, with tender procedures to be conducted within a month. Construction work can begin afterwards.
The Regional Military Administration reported that a Family Veterans’ Festival, dedicated to Ukrainian Statehood Day, took place in Bucha. The event brought together veterans, their family members, the families of those killed, missing in action and prisoners of war – the defenders of Ukraine – as well as young people and local residents. Throughout the day, consultation platforms run by rehabilitation and prosthetics centres, a mobile laboratory, adaptive sports areas, a veterans’ business fair and a food court were available.
Zhytomyr oblast
According to the State Emergency Service of Zhytomyr oblast, over the past week, its units were called out 64 times to deal with various types of emergencies. Specifically, 36 of these were to extinguish fires, 13 to provide assistance to the public and carry out emergency rescue operations, and 3 to recover and defuse explosive devices.
Sumy oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that from the morning of 12 July to the morning of 13 July, russian forces carried out nearly 30 attacks on 18 settlements across 12 territorial communities in the oblast, with the highest number of attacks recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used artillery, FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs. Air raid alerts were in effect in the oblast for 22 hours and 46 minutes over the 24-hour period.
A 15-year-old boy, women aged 27, 31, 31 and 43, and a 40-year-old man sought medical treatment after being injured in the guided aerial bomb attacks on Sumy on 11 July.
The Regional Military Administration informed the following destruction and damage caused by enemy attacks across Sumy oblast over the previous day:
▪️ In Nova Sloboda community, a civilian infrastructure facility and private residential houses were damaged.
▪️ In Sumy community, non-residential premises were damaged.
▪️ In Vorozhba community, a private residential house was damaged.
▪️ In Richky community, an outbuilding and a passenger car were damaged.
▪️ In Bilopollia community, a shop building was damaged.
▪️ In Mykolaivka rural community, a private residential house was damaged.
▪️ In Seredyna-Buda community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged.
▪️ In Svesa community, an apartment building and non-residential premises were damaged in earlier shelling.
▪️ In Yampil community, apartment buildings were damaged in earlier shelling.
According to Sumy City Military Administration, Sumy community plans to strengthen staffing resources for clearing up the aftermath of russian attacks. The effort will primarily focus on Pishchanske, Stetskivske, Velyka Chernechchyna and Bytytsia starosta districts, where restoration work is complicated by the security situation. Anti-drone corridors are also being established to maintain transport links with settlements under constant shelling due to their proximity to the front line.
Chernihiv oblast
Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi Regional Military Administration, reported that at around 5:28pm on 13 July, russian forces struck the centre of Novhorod-Siverskyi by a Molniya UAV. A two-storey residential building was damaged. Earlier that day, an enemy drone attacked one of the town’s educational facilities.
Oleksandr Seliverstov also said that on the afternoon of 13 July, a russian FPV drone struck a private residential house in the village of Vorobiivka, Novhorod-Siverskyi community, causing a fire. In Semenivka, a Molniya UAV attack on the morning of 13 July damaged an administrative building.
Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of the RMA, informed that at around 6:18pm on 12 July, russian forces struck the premises of an enterprise in Novhorod-Siverskyi by a UAV. A civilian milk tanker was damaged in the attack.
According to JSC Chernihivoblenergo, following a russian attack on the evening of 12 July, more than 69,000 electricity consumers in Chernihiv and Koriukivka regions were left without power. Earlier reports stated that 61,000 consumers in Chernihiv had lost electricity on 12 July.
The National Police of Chernihiv oblast reported that on 12 July, the enemy attacked Koriukivka community. A 63-year-old woman was injured when a drone struck a household in Hurynivka village. Three residential houses were also damaged. In Pereliub village, an FPV drone strike damaged the windows and façade of an educational facility.
Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment informed that on 12 July, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar attacks (8 explosions), Molniya UAV attacks (2 explosions), a Shahed UAV attack (1 explosion), FPV drone attacks (4 explosions), and dropped an explosive device from a UAV (1 explosion). Eight settlements came under enemy fire.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, announced that since the beginning of July, 62 people, including 20 children, have left the border areas of Chernihiv oblast under the mandatory evacuation programme. Most residents have remained within the oblast.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
17 enemy UAVs were shot down over the oblast overnight.
Nikopol region. A 59-year-old man was injured in Nikopol. The enemy attacked the region by drones, artillery and MLRS. They targeted the regional centre, Pokrovske rural, Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities. 4 apartment buildings and 3 private houses, a kindergarten, a cafe, 2 vehicles, 2 garages, solar panels and a power line were damaged.
Kamianske region. A UAV attack caused a fire in Piatykhatky community. Infrastructure was damaged.
A fire also broke out on the premises of an enterprise in Bozhedarivka community.
Synelnykove region. A private house was damaged in Mykolaivka community as a result of a UAV attack.
Kryvyi Rih region. Infrastructure was damaged in Novopillia community.
Synelnykove region. 3 emergency responders were injured in Petropavlivka community. They were extinguishing a fire caused by UAV strikes. 2 private houses, 3 outbuildings, a garage, an unused building and a truck were damaged.
Vasylkivka community was struck by 2 KABs. 4 private houses and a gas pipeline were damaged. Raiivka community came under attack. A man was killed.
Nikopol region. 4 people were injured in Nikopol — 2 men and 2 women. The enemy attacked the regional centre, Pokrovske rural, Chervonohryhorivka, Marhanets and the Myrove communities by artillery and drones. Fires broke out. Enterprises, vehicles and infrastructure were damaged.
Kryvyi Rih region. 2 men were injured in Novopillia community as a result of the morning attack. Infrastructure was damaged. Throughout the day, the occupiers also attacked Hrushivka and Zelenodolsk communities by drones. A fire broke out and infrastructure was damaged.
Vinnytsia oblast
Serhii Lytveniuk, who returned from russian captivity, was welcomed back in Vinnytsia oblast. He had been listed as missing in action since December 2023. After returning home, he removed his photograph from among the pictures of servicemen from Tulchyn area who remain in captivity.
Mayor Serhii Morhunov reported that Vinnytsia received the 9 th tranche of aid from its sister city of Nancy. The shipment included medicines, equipment and furniture, amounting to a total of 17 tonnes of humanitarian aid.
Poltava oblast
A memorial ceremony was held in Poltava for servicemen Vladyslav Skakun and Dmytro Dubovyi.
Vladyslav Skakun was killed on 2 September 2025, while carrying out a combat mission in Donetsk oblast.
Dmytro Dubovyi died in Poltava on 11 July 2026.
Vitalii Diakivnych, Head of the RMA, reported that on 13 July, a russian UAV struck the grounds of a private household in Myrhorod region. An outbuilding caught fire, which was extinguished by the State Emergency Service. 1 person was killed and 2 injured. They are receiving all necessary medical assistance. The UAV struck the territory of one of the agricultural enterprises. There were no injuries reported.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of the RMA, stated that air defence forces destroyed 1 russian attack UAV over Cherkasy oblast.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Today, 13 July, the russian army launched strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding region. The attacks destroyed and damaged private homes, outbuildings, and garden houses. Seven people were injured, including a four-year-old girl. According to preliminary information, three houses were destroyed, while about 30 others sustained damage.
Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, 13 July, russian occupation forces carried out 932 strikes on 51 settlements across Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian troops launched 23 airstrikes on Komyshuvakha, Mahdalynivka, Tavriiske, Yurkivka, Bohatyrivka, Blahodatne, Rybalske, Nove Pole, Mala Tokmachka, Chervonyi Yar, Babashy, Shyroke, Danylivka, Tymoshivka, Kopani, Dolynka, Svoboda, and Novopavlivka. 659 drones of various types, mostly FPV drones, targeted Zaporizhzhia, Balabyne, Malokaterynivka, Kalynivka, Richne, Novoiakovlivka, Bilenke, Kanivske, Rozumivka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Luhivske, Charivne, Novoselivka, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Olenokostiantynivka, Dobropillia, and Solodke. Nine MLRS attacks were launched on Novoiakovlivka, Zaliznychne, Charivne, Huliaipilske, Verkhnia Tersa, and Vozdvyzhivka. russian forces also carried out 241 artillery strikes on Richne, Novoyakovlivka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Luhivske, Charivne, Novoselivka, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Olenokostiantynivka, and Dobropillia. Authorities received 42 reports of damage to infrastructure, homes, vehicles, and utility buildings. Thirteen people, including one child, were injured in russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizhzhia region.
The head of Orikhiv City Military Administration, Mykola Vynnychenko, confirmed that russian forces struck the frontline town of Orikhiv with an aerial bomb. Details regarding the scale of destruction, damaged homes, and any casualties or fatalities are still being clarified.
According to Ukraine’s General Staff, as of 4:00 pm on 13 July, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled eight russian attacks towards Huliaipole near Hirke, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Charivne, and Huliaipilske. It is reported that russian forces launched three assaults on Ukrainian positions near Stepove and Plavni towards Orikhiv. On 12 July, Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 russian attacks towards Huliaipole and two more towards Orikhiv.
Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (HUR) reported that russian forces stationed military equipment inside the turbine halls of Units 1, 2, 5, and 6 of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, all of which are currently in cold shutdown. In addition, russian troops are establishing control centers for Gerbera-Seeker and Geran-Seeker drones on the plant’s premises. Workers from the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, including underage students, reportedly were brought in to carry out this work. HUR also noted that the situation at the plant is being further complicated by restricted access for International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) experts, power supply problems, reactor cooling challenges, and staff shortages.
Mykolaiv oblast
Servicemembers of Ukraine’s 123rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade carried out a mission to deploy a ground robotic system on the Kinburn Spit in Mykolaiv oblast. The operation was conducted using an unmanned maritime platform. The brigade’s communications unit has not disclosed further details about the mission or its results.
Odesa oblast
On 13 July, the russian army struck a civilian cargo ship flying the flag of Togo. The vessel came under attack while unloading mineral fertilizers at a port in Odesa oblast. According to Odesa Regional Military Administration, five people were killed, and 12 were injured.
Odesa Regional Military Administration reported that on the morning of 13 July, russian forces once again attacked civilian infrastructure in Odesa oblast. As a result of the strike, six buses caught fire at a vehicle depot. Another 11 buses and six cars were damaged. The sanatorium territory was also hit, including the facility’s building. Five people were injured, including a five-year-old girl.
During the day, russian forces attacked Ukraine’s southern regions with strike drones and Kh-59/69 guided aerial missiles. According to the press service of the Southern Air Command, between 9:30 am on 12 July and 9:30 am on 13 July, air defense forces destroyed six Kh-59/69 missiles. Three targets were launched by russian forces overnight, and another three during a repeated morning airstrike.
Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that one person was injured as a result of the russian attack on the evening of 12 July. The roof was damaged, and windows were shattered in two apartments of a 16-story residential building. The roof of a hypermarket was also damaged.
Kherson oblast
According to Kherson Regional Military Administration, two people were killed as a result of russian attacks. A 68-year-old resident sustained fatal injuries during an artillery strike on Novovorontsovka on the morning of 13 July. A 77-year-old Kherson resident was killed in a russian shelling of Kherson’s Korabelnyi district on 11 July.
The Police of Kherson oblast reported that around 10:00 am on 13 July, russian forces carried out an airstrike with guided bombs on Korabelnyi district. Two explosions destroyed an educational facility that had been operating as a “Center of Invincibility” and a humanitarian aid distribution center. One person was killed.
At around 5:40 pm, russian forces struck one of Kherson’s medical facilities with a drone. Eleven people were reported injured. They were diagnosed with blast injuries, concussions, and acute stress reactions.
According to Kherson RMA, around 10:00 am, russian forces attacked a man with a drone in Kherson’s Tsentralnyi district. He sustained a blast injury, concussion, and acute stress reaction.
Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that on 13 July, russian forces attacked Kherson’s Dniprovskyi district several times. At around 1:00 pm, three people came under a russian drone strike and sustained blast injuries and concussions. At 7:30 am, russian forces attacked a woman with a drone in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. The 61-year-old resident was preliminarily diagnosed with a blast injury and concussion.
It is reported that russian forces also attacked Kherson’s Korabelnyi district several times. At around 11:00 am, a strike on a public transport stop injured a 36-year-old man, who sustained a concussion, blast injury, and closed traumatic brain injury. Earlier in the morning, three employees of a utility enterprise of Kherson City Council were injured in a russian drone attack. A 23-year-old shop assistant also sustained shrapnel wounds to her back, a concussion, a blast injury, and a closed traumatic brain injury after a drone strike on a store.
At around 6:00 am, russian forces struck a vehicle with a drone near the village of Shevchenkivka in Novovorontsovka community. An 81-year-old man was taken to hospital with a concussion, blast injury, and multiple shrapnel wounds to his arm, leg, and face.
A woman sought medical assistance after being injured around 4:30 am in a russian shelling of Novovorontsovka. She sustained a blast injury and concussion.
A child injured in a russian drone attack overnight on 12 July also required medical assistance. An enemy drone struck a house where an 11-year-old girl was staying. She sustained a blast injury and an acute stress reaction.

The Police of Khers onoblast reported that yesterday, 12 July, russian forces shelled Kherson, Sofiivka, Antonivka, Kizomys, Ponyativka, Mykilskе, Nezlamne, Sadove, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Veletenske, Novodmytrivka, Tomyna Balka, Rozlyv, Romashkove, Zorivka, Myroliubivka, Novoraisk, Charivne, Borozenske, Chereshneve, Novomykolaivka, Novovoskresenske, Kostyrka, Novopetrivka, Novovoznesenske, Biliaivka, Vysoke, Virivka, Matrosivka, Kozatske, and Vesele. The attacks damaged three apartment buildings, a medical facility, 11 vehicles, and a minibus. Eighteen people were injured as a result of russian shelling.

On the border of Ternopil and Khmelnytsky oblast, at the base of the Podolsk-Volyn Sich, the 3rd round of military-patriotic training for youth has officially started. This camp, founded by the famous volunteer Volodymyr Moseyk, brought together 104 children from different parts of Ukraine.

Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of Poland, stated that Poland has transferred 5 Patriot missiles to Ukraine, and in return will receive 50 from NATO and the United States in the event of a threat.
