Generally, since the beginning of Russian invasion till morning of February 26, at least 198 civilians (including 3 children) were killed, 1,115 civilians (including 33 children) were wounded, reported Viktor Lyashko, Ukrainian Minister of Health.
1. On February 23 Russian artillery shelled the hospital in Vuhledar, Donetsk region. Four civilians were killed, ten wounded.
